My, it's been a while.

Kurt Vonnegut died, a sad moment. Of course, being the literati I am, my main education in the great man came through his Back To School cameo.

I digress, back to making money on the internet through mildly nefarious and slightly dodgy means!

I've been playing a game lately, LightHalzen. I've been enjoying the ride, but lately it's been up and down. Currently it's down again after the latest round of payouts for a major overhaul. They have a groundswell of support and I tend to believe them. I think it'll be up and kicking again, at least for a while and long may it prosper.

Still waiting for Agloco to actually launch. Might actually happen soon, it was meant to happen betwixt April 2nd and 16th. Not looking likely, but soon.

Here's the official word:

"I have just got word from our Shanghai based tech team with an update on the Viewbar status. Most of the QA tests are going well with the exception of the ad servers. The team is currently integrating the Viewbar with the ad servers so that the Viewbar will have ads (and revenue) ready to go when it launches (it would not make too much sense to release a Viewbar that was not making any money). So, while the Viewbar is still on track for release this month, making the April 2nd to 16th window is getting more difficult – and, yes, the Shanghai team has been working seven days a week for quite a while now and will continue to do so until the Viewbar is released.

There is some good Viewbar news for most of you. As I mentioned in my last post, we are initially releasing about 50,000 Viewbars to those Members that signed up first. Our current plan is to release another 50,000 Viewbars every day until every pre-launch Member has a Viewbar (which means all Members should have their Viewbar within the first 10 – 11 days). This should alleviate some of the fears Members have expressed that they might have to wait weeks or months for their Viewbar. We recognize that there have been delays on the front end of the release, so we are trying to tighten up the back end of the release as much as possible.

Also, as some Members have correctly pointed out, AGLOCO’s early revenue will not immediately translate into cash distributions to Members. While we do not know how large our initial revenue will be, we do know that AGLOCO has operating costs to pay. It is important to remember that AGLOCO is not a “get rich quick scheme”, and we maintain that the most prudent way to build AGLOCO as a sustainable company is to calibrate Member distributions to company earnings. As such, the cash payouts will not begin until there is a comfortable balance between AGLOCO’s free cash flow and AGLOCO’s expenses. It is important to add that all Members will begin to accumulate hours from when they first start using the Viewbar (and referral hours will also be earned). Those hours will not be wasted. Both overall hours and monthly hours will be used in determining distributions to Members.

If that is a true statement, that means Agloco has 50,000 members times, minimum, 10 days. Which means 500,000 members. Not too shabby. I still think it is definitely worth a shot.

It's free, and you can earn money. A simple equation. Whether or not they come through on their promise or take hold of the momentum is another question, but like I said - free.

And because it is about time for a spring clean or whatever-the-hell season clean it is wherever-the-hell you are, the following programs that have been hanging around the sidebar for way, way too long due to my laziness have gone by the wayside:

BlueHeavenMails and KAOnline. Both were in the HYIP/Games section. A bunch of other programs on the list are in various states of disarray, but, well, I'm too lazy to rant on about them right now!

GlobalOnlineDepository (now Global Online Direct, or some such other nomenclature) are one such program going through changes. I will expound on them a little however.

Withdrawals have slowed but continued. I received a cheque that was refused however upon talking to others they have not had the same problem and I am in (slow, very slow) communication with people at G.O.D. about being paid via E-Gold or some such method.

The S.E.C. is investigating them. However, their legitimacy seems less in question, just their ability perhaps.

In part, that document reads,

Without admitting or denying the allegations of the Complaint, Global, Behrmann and Hunter consented to the Commission's request for preliminary injunctive relief, a partial asset freeze against Global, and the appointment of a corporate monitor to oversee Global's ongoing business operations. On April 5, 2007, on the basis of Defendants' consent, the Court issued an Order Granting Preliminary Injunction and Ordering Other Ancillary Relief.

It is the understanding of Global's principals that the "partial asset freeze", along with explicit instructions to them during meetings with the SEC, strictly prohibit disbursement of existing funds to Member/Lenders in any way that would treat some Members preferentially.

The Consent Order signed by Global's principals is intended to provide a reasonable opportunity to protect Member/Lender interests and to facilitate a successful completion of Global's obligations to Lenders."

It's been an interesting saga, very different to any other "HYiP" and it continues... I haven't counted Global out. I just choose not to fret about waiting for an eventual outcome!

Yeah it's been quite a while since an update, and I'll clean the joint up eventually but in the meantime here's a quick write-up on the new net sensation. You guys should really check this one out (potentially bigger than anything previously mentioned, along with a potential legitimacy and the fact that it is FREE.)

Agoloco has now officially caught my eye. I’ve been watching it for a while but just recently got around to joining.

Everyone should give it a shot, it looks like the definite “next big thing” and looks like it is going to sweep WAY beyond our little HYIP-world into the area of legitimacy.

Another reason you should join? It’s FREE.

Anyway, here is how it works and why Agoloco could be the next legitamized money maker on the net.

At first it reminded me a lot of AllAdvantage, which was the original precursor to a lot of the surf sites we see today. Indeed it was, however AllAdvantage had a much bigger air of authenticity about it at the time - however the infancy of advertising on the net, slow connections, dodgy viewbars and cheaters, amongst other things, eventually led to its downfall.

Agoloco (A Global Community) has risen from the ashes and is giving us the very important dot points (because I am too lazy to make them into paragraphs):

- Legitimacy! As in real legitimacy it seems.
- It’s FREE yo. Seriously FREE. Why not try it out?
- Rapidly (RAPIDLY) increasing popularity.
- Viewbar is safe and not a spyware-infested pit.

So basically - why not? Massively growing real company that has been proven to work in the past (and proven to be real) that was only nipped in the bud by its infancy. (See above about AllAdvantage.) Now it’s back, it’s spreading in a world where online advertising is at a much more mature state.

Ch-ch-check it out. It’s the one thing, different and real enough, that has convinced me to get off my arse and start having a bit of a ‘play’ again, however this time it appears we’re playing in a bigger, better sand pit!!!

Yes, there haven't been many updates lately.

I'll clean the place up a little soon, and maybe introduce some other programs I like.

To wit, I mostly got sick or rambling crap about crap! And as the HYIP world takes on an increasingly (and embarrassing) serious tone, I couldn't be bothered to do updates every other minute.

I will admit that - as this arena attempts to turn itself professional, we see a bunch of people who are anything but (always look at this as a bit of fun.)

We also see a lot of people ripping off myself, and others. It's like we injected a tiny bit of (admittedly lame) personality into the mix, and now every other wanker attempts it, like some sort of 'trail blazer' but they just look stupid in the process.

Anyway, things are going smoothly on most fronts, though I have given up most of the 'games' completely. Updates soon.

BlueHeavenMails Nails A Milestone

BlueHeavenMails continues to putt along with a quite surprisingly good run and as of now is not showing any signs of slowing down or weakness.

Whilst I await patiently for my favourite 'HYIP' to actually do something... It has done something.

It's always a good sign that they are alive and kicking.

Which is all kind of boring. This isn't what we want to hear: When are we going to be able to withdraw by LyfeCard? When will E-Gold be reinstated? Etc. Rumours swirl, but it appears the beast is somewhat kicking still, with reports of cheques still arriving for some, and the fact that they seem to be forging a larger presence in the 'real world' (more brick and mortar stores, etc.)

Global Mutual - DOES SOMETHING

Being a busy beaver as of late I was going to scratch the muchos lamentable Global Mutual from my "Investments" list. It was one of the originals that had 'something going for it' and appeared to be real... Though it may look a bit like a mangy cat these days.

And just as I'm about to do that it turns out Gordon has been hard at work.

Now when you go to the Global Mutual site, it seems everything leads to the VC Shares. Consolidation is a good thing, and here is the latest positive update. If this indeed comes through, consider this a true comeback from the dead.

It's still a case of wait and see, but at least, when prodded with a stick, GM still groans!

GMI Re-Bounds
Welcome back to the Re-launch of GMI. Global Mutual Venture Capital Programs are now twofold.

BlueHeavenMails continues to be my last vestige of game-playing in many ways.

And fortunately, it continues to kick ass…

So, thither comes a perfunctory “look at us doing well” email. The great thing is they have plenty of room to grow still, so here’s hoping they do.

I’m out of lame metaphors, so BlueHeavenMails continues to be my ‘little engine that could’ - a program that started off with a strong hook but also weighed down with the possibility, as many other programs are, of not getting the word out and making it past the first few humps.

NSFG Breaks The Aforementioned Holding Pattern...

Despite the suck-full-ness of some of NSFG's recent actions, they continue to be a real outfit clawing their way back.

The main point of contention was the fact these guys didn't bother to tell us about their troubles early on, waiting three months to do so (even if said-troubles were real, which it appears they were.)

Here's the month-end update, and I found it to be refreshingly positive.

"Afternoon All,

Sorry for not getting this out to you over the weekend, but like many of you I am very busy on the weekends now with the lead up to Christmas.

Okay, well trading in November was tough with the only day that there was a real break out being the day after Thanksgiving. After sitting there till lunchtime with zero movement Ken had to leave the desk. Typically of course about an hour after this the market rallied, and rallied big.

Because we are trading more aggressively with the Pool account we had an order that we left in place, which we did not have for the Managed Accounts. Following the erratic movements in the final week we stepped away from the markets and let them find their direction.

We ended the Pool account +1.7% up, taking into account that this was another extremely low liquidity month it is a decent result. Couple this with the addition of the money that we add to the fund then we end up at 4.1%.

Not stellar by any means, but since we do real trading we get real returns.

The Statements will be sent out shortly, and will reflect this increase. As before should you choose to elect to take a withdrawal then please end the email to:

It will return you the relevant form. You will need to have this over to me by the 15^th of December.

On another note there have been several of you that have made additional deposits into your accounts, I have these recorded here however they WILL NOT appear on your statements as I am creating another database for these because they would only be eligible to receive the trading gains and not the additional amounts we put in. Please therefore bare with me on this one while I get that arranged.

The auto-trading system has been performing well and lots as though it will do us proud, there were a couple of minor bugs to do with trade management which we need to sort out. The plan for this system, is to get these all resolved, and then go live with our own money in Jan and then put it on general release after this. When we turned it off to get these sorted out it was up some 8% over a few weeks so it is looking good!

Holding Patterns

As you may or may not have (probably have) noticed, most of my more 'serious' programs, or even my favourite HYIPs, are in something of a holding pattern.

Because I couldn't be arsed, basically, I couldn't be bothered writing up every little tidbit I find out here and there about them.

However, Global Online Depository has been undergoing some growing pains/changing patters as of late so I've been giving them a free pass.

And each time when my 'worry-meter' starts to tick a little higher, life is breathed into them. There's no better way to indicate life* than front-page news updates and that's what we got today:

"URGENT NOTICE: Without warning or explanation, Yahoo has disable Global's Suppport email account. We are scrambling to set up our own email server so that our communications will no longer be subject to third-party whims. Until we announce the new Support email address, please refrain from sending email to globalonlinedepository@yahoo.com. A new Support email address will be announced as soon as possible."

As soon as this problem came up basically, they've got an update on it. So I take that as a positive, and continue to give them a chance to set up the lyfecard and allow us to use it!

Blue Heaven Mails - Still The Little Engine That Could!

Whilst most programs I am interested are in some sort of holding pattern, I’m finding the most ‘news’ so to speak, coming from my two current autosurf (styled) programs, along with, strangely enough, the most stability.

Who’da thunk it?

So here’s the latest from the little kick ass engine that could, Blue Heaven Mails.

“I am glad to inform you that Blue Heaven Mails is growing well now. We are just short of 1400 members and we estimate to have at least 3000 members by the end of this month. Here are some of the updates from the Manager’s Desk:

So far these guys are paced really well, continuing a steady growth stream, with most important word being ’steady!’ The gimmick is catching on, and there is admittedly (a little) more value to the ‘advertising’ they offer.

Withdrawals are still processed super-quick and I received one just a few hours ago. I’m hoping there’s plenty of life in this old girl yet, but time will tell.

Not many updates lately, mainly because I'm waiting for something really important to report. Many things are in a holding pattern at the moment, with updates pending... (Some good, some bad.)

PaidToSurfMonitor just released their latest weekly digest, which basically just contains some food for thought and competitions… PaidToSurfMonitor of course runs their Passive Income Plan which is a great little program that allows you to be a part of all the autosurf ‘fun’ without actually having to surf. (And they also have a great history, and have the respect of many members of the community.)

If you want anything to do with autosurfs, these days I highly recommend these guys as a starting off point…

The main point of the latest newsletter is the continuing evolution of the autosurf ‘industry’ with many now adopting the profit sharing model. (And forgoing fixed percentage returns.)

I won’t print the contents here as it is meant to be for subscribers (though I don’t know if they’d care either way.) Just know that they are alive and kicking!

And a quick note to say that BlueHeavenMails’ gimmick is still paying dividends with quick growth and quick payouts. They continue to be my favourite little engine that could, surprising me that they are doing as well as they are however!

Little Engine That Could And Other Such Cliches...

The name says it all. Blue Heaven Mails is a nice little program with a nice gimmick/hook - the only worry was that it would get buried in obscurity and people wouldn’t take it up quick enough.

So far however, such worries have been without merit and Blue Heaven Mails continues to be a good little surprising trooper.

Here’s their latest bit of P.R. work:

“We are glad to inform you that so far we are very content with our growth. Our growth rate has increased by approximately 40% in the past week. This shows that more and more of you have shown confidence in BHM and we must tell you that you are the lucky ones to have joined us in the beginning. We have a long way to go as we look forward to be online for atleast 3 years and expand and take BHM to new horizons while doing so. We have already made many upgrades since the launch. We are constantly trying to differentiate BHM from other programs by adding creative upgrades to the program.

We are in process of getting BHM incorporated in Panama. We already have few big spenders and heavy hitters in BHM who have shown confidence in the program. In the days to come, their referrals and followers will join us as well. So you can expect the growth rate to increase by at least 100% in the days to come. ”

Despite it’s out of the way thread in most of the cheerleader forums, it’s still kicking ass. Way to go, little guy.

Oh Lyfe (Card)

Global Online Depository is still only accepting company cheque as a withdrawal option as of this moment but I have been assured that E-Gold and E-Bullion are on the way back (perhaps within the week.)

In the meantime they have instituted a debit card - the lyfecard. Information and linkage can be found at the Global site.

In the meantime its a pretty spiff looking card, and it seems to be an established one from my quick persual (though I could be mistaken.)

Nevertheless, I even got an immediate phone call (to Australia mind you) to give me an activation when I ordered mine (did I mention they are free of charge?)

So... Be interesting to see how this pans out. Either way, although the reversion to only company cheque was worrying at first, recent actions such as the instigation of this lyfecard and the personal reassurances that the E-Currencies are on their way back in is very encouraging indeed.

Global continues to be a very interesting beast.

Anyway these guys have been doing great and it really tips the odds in your favour, and they’ve got the track record and some really juicy months to hopefully keep it up.

Blue Banking Makes Me Blue And Udachu Smuggles Diamonds!

So here's a bit of a write-up session on some recent happenings at our friendly neighbourhood UdachuCorp. (*Yes, I know UdachuCorp is not their name, but it fit the sentence and that's all that matters right. Right?)

Anyway, there's going to be a bit of vagueness in this so-called article due to the nature of Udachu's privacy, etc. and I don't feel like losing my account. However, we can skim the basics (otherwise every member of forums like HYIPDiscussion would no longer be Udachu members!)

I am semi-pro Udachu. Sometimes my mental tally of how good they are wavers - up or down - but something always happens to bounce it back to the general position of about a 7 out of 10.

There are a LOT of Udachu cheerleaders however... They are a cut above the likes of SwissCult (SwissCash for those who haven't been keeping score) cheerleaders however. Udachu cheerleader-types have good reason for their cheerleading most of the time, but sometimes it crosses the line. We never like to hear the bad questions (or answers) so sometimes ignorance is bliss, no matter how vague the answers from the higher-ups may be. We get comfortable with something (like a HYIP) so we don't wanna hear those mocking it, those tearing it apart - it's all lies and slander! The power of positive thinking will pull us through.

Don't let yourself fall into such a trap. And although semi-pro-Udachu is my stance on the matter, I often find myself in a negative zone when dealing with the more fanatical Udachu supporters - asking a question with any sort of connotations besides extremely optimistic and positive, or poking your finger into holes which may or may not exist (hence why you poke your fingers in them) results in zealous zeal heaped on you and arguments.

Due to the increased intelligence of the average Udachu supporter over the average SwissCult supporter as well, you tend to find any confrontation happens on a more passive-aggressive, bitchy front.

Which is extremely unsatisfying (but is for those who get off on smarm.)

Some of the most recent obvious sagas includes something I can take credit for somewhat! (Self-congratulatory pause.) However it is not neccessarily a good thing... (I'd find all my support tickets, PMs, etc. that led me to this but I don't think I'm either allowed to print them, and most of them are pretty banal.)

Point of the story is - I tried to deposit some E-Gold to Bluebanking to load my debit card. Lo and behold, I was at the correct Bluebanking site, my computer was clean, I was 'secure' so to speak, the E-Gold API came up as leading to the Bluebanking account but it ended up depositing to some account called "TURKEY."

So, my spend was redirected. I got on the blower and had a whine of course, and before long it became apparent many other people had been affected (not hundreds or anything, but more than a few.)

I started off with Bluebanking tickets where they claimed it was first my fault. They pointed out I should have checked which E-Gold account it was going to. Then they claimed I was the only one affected.

Then I jumped onto UdachuFundForum and the peeps were much more accomodating. I was offered a full refund... Other people had brought the problem to light as well.

It was a complicated little worm, and as of yet I am yet to hear a definitive explanation. I don't think it was end user's fault, nor completely Udachu's. However, if I hear anyone else say it was on E-Gold's end I'll laugh. I 99% doubt that. Their implementation of an E-Gold protocol getting hacked does not mean E-Gold itself has been 'hacked.'

This is all leading somewhere, I swear.

I jump back onto the support tickets and they've conceded somewhat (as well as being arrogant bastards treating me like a moron.) They dole me out a partial refund, and - this is the part I contributed by being such a whiner! - they add the E-Gold account number onto their Bluebanking spend page (due to my question: How the bloody hell are we meant to know if we are spending to the wrong account if you don't tell us which account we are meant to be spending too?)

Okay, I can take PARTIAL credit. :) Because I am padding this out.

So I get back and PM the UdachuFundForum people that I have received a partial refund so I don't need the full one anymore.

That was about two weeks ago and I haven't received the FULL refund yet, but I'm sure I will eventually. (In contact about it now however and should receive the rest within the next day or so.)

Hopefully all the other people affected are having as good luck as mine - if you're not, stand up tall, contact people, and don't sit around quietly.

Soon E-Gold was getting blamed as Udachu deemed it 'unsafe.' To tell you the truth, I don't buy it until I see proof.

So E-Currencies were getting abolilshed - besides Udachu's INHOUSE D-Carat of course. NOT a wholly good thing, though according to the (inhouse of course) forum people you'd think it was the second coming, so I gave up.

(Bluebanking site now has a few little extra security warnings as well.)

Now - it wasn't long after this that suddenly all of Udachu's structure is changing and the programs require you to be part of a corporation or get an IBC. (Won't go into specifics.)

An interesting development, but being the Udachu supporter, yet also Udachu agnostic that I am, I am yet to see proof that this not all just an elaborate full-of-it ruse... Like I said, despite people's claims, all I ever see of Udachu are slightly-less-than-vague musings.

So, change is afoot (and I'll get to the Udachu Smuggles Diamonds bit next time! Stay tuned.)

Either way:

Bluebanking support wins points for a partial refund, but mostly loses points for being arrogant and telling me something that is clearly not my fault is not my fault. However, their responses were quick. They are one of the better site-support people I have had to deal with (just proves how crap other support 'lines' are.)

Udachufundforum support was great from some people (the actual Udachu people) but you do find the blame getting heaped on you by the forum members, or some narky attitudes. These people are never 'actual' Udachu people however. So the forum wins the battle.

For every postive, interesting step I see Udachu make, often unique steps, I also see things that are either vague, arrogant, or make alarm bells ring.

I remain firmly, an Udachu semi-supporter.

I also firmly remain... an Udachu agnostic.

Buck Hunter Is The Man

That trendy little title carries two meanings. So it’s like a double entendre without the entendre! (Buck is money and Buck the G.O.D. guy.)

Yes, this is a Global Online Depository update.

I personally still have them on my “HYIP” rather than “real opportunity” list as I have stressed many times, and feel the need to stress again. Although I could see them moving into that category one day.

Global Online Depository has moved into their ’second phase’ of lower interest rates and the like (which are much more in line with what I suppose some people would consider ‘reasonable expectations.’)

A massive backlog of last minute deposits and changes was accumulated and I expected it to slow down the program for weeks, as we’ve seen many other programs do in the past…

However this was not to be the case. Within about a week, things were back to normal speed including withdrawals. They are still catching up somewhat, but it appears their sorting through the last threads now.

Worryingly, my second last withdrawal took a little longer than usual… about three - four days longer… Then a ‘withdrawal sent’ email hit my inbox and I didn’t have any E-Gold despite receiving the email.

Alarm bells were ringing but I needn’t have worried. I caught word that G.O.D’s E-Gold had been compromised.

This signalled one situation that has been played out numerous times before - the program will use it as an excuse to go belly-up. However, I had one saving grace - when a HYIP pulls that kind of stunt they tend to drib and drab out some more payments to prolong the process, so there was still hope.

But I needn’t have worried - this is a SPIP not a HYIP!

So, in a chain of events that impressed me greatly, the next day I received an email informing me that E-Gold had been compromised. This was in relation to my second withdrawal. I was given the choice of check (cheque for us Aussies!) or E-Bullion.

I chose E-Bullion, and received the withdrawal within the next ten minutes! (Quite a sizeable amount too.) Noice.

And this withdrawal was within the normal period once again!

But there was still the case of my first withdrawal. So I contacted the same email address I got the E-Gold notice from…

And within half an hour my E-Bullion was accredited the first withdrawal!

So yes, at this moment in time I am extremely impressed. I would say their E-Gold WAS compromised, but instead of a long, complicated process designed to prolong matters, or make us jump through hoops, I had my money HALF AN HOUR LATER.

Kudos Global Online Depository, you’ve shifted into ’second gear’ as your jargon speak likes to refer to it, and you’re running better than ever.

Every day I keep seeing and hearing interesting reports, photos, and assorted paraphenalia in relation to you guys being legit, and although a few warehouses doesn’t count for everything unless goods are audited in relation to payouts, some of the things I’ve heard are very encouraging.

You may not be on my ‘real opportunities’ list yet guys, but you damn sure are the top of my HYIP list.

Ballad Of NSFG

Now, as many of you may know, NSFG have been the center of controversy as of late.

At least, surrounding their pooled account they have been...

You see, the problem is that many moons ago (roughly six months) the NSFG boys changed brokers (one of a few broker changes) ...

And they had a large portion of their funds apparently confiscated (detailed explanation below.)

They were down to a certain amount of liquidity, and then traded back up - but due to people making mass withdrawals, the liquidity went back down again. (Imagine they only have about 30% of their funds, and people are withdrawing 100% of their accounts out of that 30%...)

Anyway, the problem is - this was going on for roughly SIX MONTHS before we were told!

Myself, and many, are very disappointed in these actions. Not the confiscation of the money or anything like that, but the fact that they kept this fact from us.

They've been trying to make amends as of late and pumping their own funds back into NSFG... And now withdrawals are allowed again and our account balances have been updated to reflect the true liquidity.

It's a step in the right direction, and I am disappointed by many aspects of this situation, yet other elements of it illustrate to me that these guys are the real deal *(despite their shoddy handling of this situation in its early stages.)

We'll see what happens - though it could take a while to return to full account liquidity (and profits beyond that.)

In the meantime...

Well, here is the original explanatory email. It is vaguely private, but due to the fact this email is a few weeks old and has been plastered willy-nilly throughout the forums I suppose it won't matter if I post it here (and I'm sure the NSFG boys won't mind):

"What I am about to say I something that I had hoped we would avoid, however circumstances have dictated that we must take action now, and that action is not going to be popular for some of you.

I will start at the beginning, many of you may remember way back when we first started we were using ACM in Switzerland as the broker for our Pool Account, and then switched over to FXCM in February so we could run the Managed Accounts.

The problem started when we took our money out of ACM, because of their strict Anti Money Laundering Regulations the money had to be returned to the account which was on file held with them. The account in question at that time was our old Danish Corporate Account. The money withdrew from ACM without a problem, however as soon as it hit the Danish Account, the Danish Financial Authorities were all over it.

Ken was called in by the Ministry of Finance to prove what this money was, which we promptly did. However this did not satisfy them and they refused to release the money in the account to us for onward transportation. After taking legal advice it was clear that we were not going to be getting this money back and the Ministry of Finance went so far as to say that they are keeping this money so that they would not charge Kenneth with breaching Financial Law in Denmark for the handling of other people’s money. In short we had no option but to accept their token offer and move forward.

After this and following the deposit of all the money that was at the time held in E-gold and the Cyprus Bank Account we were at a position of being at 50% liquidity.

We had two options at this point, we could either immediately reduce everyone's balance by 50% or trade back the difference through our own gains from trading to top the fund up. Obviously we choose the later.

We did in fact manage to successfully get the fund up to around 70-75% liquidity by putting our own money into the account from the trading returns…..and in hindsight it was here that we should have taken the measures that we now have no choice but to take. We did not however foresee the huge amount of withdrawals that would occur in the following months which have reduced us again to around 30% liquidity.

This is not a situation that can continue and to ensure that the fund remains liquid and here for the long term, we must take the following steps. These measures are probably not going to be popular with some of you, however they are required.

This is what we must do effective immediately.

1) Freeze all Balances as per the September Statements for the next 3 months

2) Suspend all Withdrawals – Pending and Future – for the next 3 months

3) Return all deposits made this month to their account of origin.

We are truly sorry if this does impact on you particularly if you have requested a withdraw in October, as the last thing that we wanted to do was cause people hardship. However we must do this for the long term stability of the fund for the coming years.

Many of you have already said to me that this is a necessary course of action and have understood the reasons for doing it. At the end of these three months we will be able to re-evaluate where we are again and look to move forward.

I would like to emphasize that if we do not take action now, then the entire fund could be in jeopardy of liquidizing over the course of a few months.

We are very truly sorry that we must do this, and are aware that this will tarnish our otherwise good reputation. The only good thing that we can say about this situation is that the trading has been good and we are not going anywhere, we have a substantial client base so we will get through this……we just wished we had jumped on it a little sooner than now!!

We are both very upset about having to do this, and aware that many of you will be disappointed in us getting to this position. I would like to thank many of you who are already aware of this and the understanding that you have shown.

This is costing us both personally a great deal of money as we have been depositing our own personal funds and trading commissions into the account to get the liquidity to a reasonable level, only for it to get back to this situation again. We however will continue to do this until this problem is resolved to the very best of our ability and use the coming months to get us back on track and moving forward.

In the years to come, this will just be a bump on the road, but it is one that we must cross now. After the 3 months have passed we will see where we are, until then Ken will continue to trade and we will be putting our own trading funds back into the fund to bolster it up.

I am sorry that I don’t have better news, and I am sorry if you have a pending withdrawal made this month.

Moving forward we had always planned to separate the Pool Account from Northsea more directly so that we could become FSA compliant and have already made investment into doing this. Over these three months we will further this goal so that the future will be far better for all and will keep you updated on the progress."

This post would have been accompaneid by a lot more vitriol and spitting, but a little time has passed and I continue to be busy in 'real life' so the 'waiting game' is a little easier to play when you're not checking up on it every ten seconds. Either way... I'm sure we'll see many updates these coming months. (And I know that if NSFG does recover, they're going to find themselves with a lot less pooled account members as people jump ship, and for good reason to.)

Surf WAS up...

Anyway, a while ago now Emerald Surf went the way of the dodo (*sorry I didn't get to this sooner.)

This means there's no more surfs in my little game/HYIP section besides Blue Heaven Mails (which continues to get by on the gimmick.)

The only problem Blue Heaven faces is the fact it is getting relegated to more obscure folders on the forums due to its fairly unique structure, hook and gimmick. Hopefully it'll still keep catching on though, and I'll keep a few bucks in it.

Anyway...

Is this a maturing of the investment opportunities I present, or does it just mean I don't see any big fun big gun surfs/games at the moment?

Most likely the latter as I'm sure in a few weeks you'll see me in a few other surfs. But for now, a short break! :)

Another Brief Pause...

Hey guys and gals,

Sorry about the sproadic updates (nothing for a few days and then a blitz of incoherence for a day or two.) Just how my life is structured at the moment...

Anyway, I suppose I'll comment on something as I sometimes do, and not many of the other blogs seem to do (some people forgetting these are blogs and not some big news source. I've seen some people state crap like "this is no place for opinion!" Uh... Then what do they think a blog is? They get clouded by ref-whoring.)

Jude at NoBSHYIP (linky linky at the side and I reprint all my boring, dry 'news-style', non-opinionated crap there :p - hey, if you want a little Chancer opinion visit here! Otherwise what would be the point in a more personal-oriented blog) posted an email from one of the readers about a small problem their having with Global Online Depository.

Now, that's fine. (Although it hasn't been the done thing in the past.)

The problem is more the email itself - someone is having a minor problem! (And is understandably angry. Hey, I crack a massive sook as we say in Australia and stomp the old feet when things aren't going my way and I have a way to change them.)

However, this minor problem is an incorrectly displayed deposit in the script.

They put in $100 or so, and is only showing $12.50 in their account.

They sent an email, and received a reply asking for how they deposited the money. This was around October 10th apparently.

Now, they haven't received a reply since...

And the language of the email claims it is worse than the scammers who post FAKE numbers on the screen and run with the money!

...

Can you see why I think it's fearmongering to go posting this sort of stuff around?

This happens with EVERY HYIP/online program, and emails are sent left, right and center in relation to them (and 80% of them, at least in the early stages, are other HYIPs or smear campaigns.)

I do however think the aforementioned email is legit.

These are the problems:

Around October 10th, Global Online were on their massive anniversary tour.
Recently they shifted into phase two, and have seen a massive influx of deposits (and therefore have a massive backlog.)

So, persistence is key here, not calling them scammers.

They could well be... But I've known of people withdrawing (and depositing!) thousands. $100 incorrectly displayed is just a glitch, that will presumedly be fixed.

This is the reason some programs raise their minimums to massive heights - to avoid this sort of stuff.

Now, as I said, Global Online are not yet on my 'real' list but everyday I see and hear more interesting (and 90% positive!) things about them.

I had to wait about three weeks for a reply from support once, and this was long before the latest influx.

Another time it was within a day or two. It's the ebb and flow...

My problem is, on a hugely publically read news source, we've got someone stating that they are worse than scammers, because a minor deposit issue is being sorted out and taking a few weeks because of the current changes at G.O.D.

Really.

I'll take fake numbers on a screen and real money anyday over real numbers, and fake money.
