			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Project ABLE Youth Summer Camp is more than just an opportunity for fun-filled activities.<span id="more-5822"></span> While campers enjoy archery, crafts, fishing and overnight trips, they also engage in personal growth and development opportunities. Campers who wish to participate in service initiatives are guided in exploring positive volunteer experiences within the community. </p>
<p>Youth Summer Camp is available to all students from Northfield and Faribault, with or without disabilities, who are between the ages of 14 and 23. Camp runs from noon to 3 p.m., June 11 to July 13. Registration fees are $135 for the full season or $40 per week, and scholarships are available. Call Northfield Public Schools Community Services at 507.664.3649 for more information. There will be registration materials and pool pass information available at Longfellow School room 102. Child care will be available and parents can enter a drawing to win a free week of camp.<span id="more-5505"></span></p>
<p>SummerVentures offers kids the chance to make the most out of their summer in a safe environment with friendly, caring and experienced staff. The program is for youth entering grades 1 through 7.</p>
<p>This summer we have fun-filled camps such as “Green Team,” “Minnesota Sports” and “Lego Challenge.” For kids entering grades 5 through 7, there will be “TweenVentures,” with activities tailored for older youth. SummerVentures will again be offering the popular Field Trip Fridays.</p>
<p>Families can register for one day or all summer. Choose from a variety of enrollment options, including Half Day Sunrise (6:30 a.m. to noon), Half Day Sunset (noon to 6 p.m.) and Full Day (6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.).</p>
