The Return: Why have I returned to blog again?

It has been awhile since by last blog. I was thinking about giving up blogging all together, however for some reason, my writing inspiration was sparked again once more. Hence, I have "Returned".

Once of the reasons why I came back is because I would like to continue telling by stories, my life stories, how I survive this world, how I enjoy by life and what my life is like at the moment. More importantly, as a tiny asian guy (came from a non-english speaking country) living in a big city like London, I want my stories to inspire other people out there who would like to live their lives, who would like to explore the world but still scare to do so.

One thing I can tell you right now is that "don't be scared, just do it, you are only live once"

It is easier said than done, right? ..... yes it is.
...
However, let me tell you this, the biggest obstacle is your own fear.
I was there. I was so scared. But I did break the wall of fear, and here I am, in the big world, living in the big city, living my life.

I have been living in UK for about 10 - 11 years now. I have been through many obstacles. I was looked down upon, even being told that I wasn't be able to live in the big city like London as I wasn't good enough. I heard someone talking behind my back that I was incompetent and wouldn't be able to live in UK, USA or anywhere in the world apart from the country where I grew up. They also mentioned (well, I wasn't told directly, but I over heard from someone else) that because of my parent money, I could get here.
But, what those people didn't know was that how hard I worked to get to where I am now, to be able to live my life in full (not sure if I have lived my life in full yet, but I have done a few crazy things).
...
When someone asked me "how did you do it?".."how did you get a job in London, that's so difficult"...."why don't you tell people, tell the world how did you do it"...
Well, I did. I told some of my friends my stories when they asked.
...
Then, one day, at a dinner party with two of my good friends, they said to me if you like telling your stories, giving people advice on how to do it then why don't you give everyone a hand; giving them your advice, telling them what you have done and how did you to where you are now.

a very unproductive day

I have not been writing blog for quite awhile. As the tittle, today is a very unproductive and lazy day for me. However, there is an interesting stuff to write about. I have started to learn how to draw a pen illustration drawing. I first started my learning by looking at other people work from many of websites and then learned to draw from YouTube. As everyone know, YouTube is one of the very powerful social networks and is a powerful site to advertise various things, vary from products, musics, to advertising yourselves and your talents. We can also learn things from YouTube as well.

I started off with drawing an illustrative flower then developed my idea further to draw other stuff. my final work is presented below

Tube Strike

There were about 2 times already for London Tube strike. These have created a difficulty in transportation for Londoners. Approximately more than ten thousands of Londoners, including myself, faced a nightmare journey to work and back home. In the previous strike, I had to take buses from Heathrow airport to central London which I thought everyone could possibly imagine how bad it was. I took about 4 hours to get home, also got stuck in traffic around Knightsbridge area for about 2 hours. Moreover, last Sunday night, every Londoners had to encounter another strike which forced them to faced a travel madness and weather condition (rain and windy) added to their misery.

Today (4Oct) I came across a newspaper, its head line of “We need new laws to curb Tube Strike” immediately got my attention. After I glanced through its first paragraph, I thought yeah!!...this is it. It should be the end of tube strike and I and all Londoners don’t need to worry about strike anymore. The news mentioned that Mr. Johnson challenged Prime Minister David Cameron to strengthen labor laws so that workers would not be able to walk out if lower than 50% of workforce doesn’t vote for it. Currently, there is no minimum number of how many workers need to vote in order to do the strike. It is believed that only 33% of workforce supports the strike. Therefore, the strike will not happen if labor’s laws had been strengthened. A huge amount of people supports to change the strike law. According to evening standard poll, 6/10 of Londoners would like David Cameron to change the law.

My WeekEnd

This weekend was a very good weekend for me, as I had a really difficult week. Well, talking about my last week, I had so many thingsgoing on starting from having little issue with my friends to load of works and big issue with one my challenge group mate. However, they are all gone now. ;) My weekend was fabulous and crazy. After I finished my long Friday, I went straight back home and had a quick dinner. Then, I headed off to new opening club which is located about Sloane Square. This club is called Tuatara. It is a very fabulous and posh club. Due to it was an opening party me and friends had been served with nice cocktails. After we went out, we were trying to find something to eat around that area. But apparently, there was nothing opening at that time which about 3 am. Therefore, we went back to my friend's house which is not too far from Sloane Square. The next day (Saturday), we had another house party which is another crazy night. We were drunk two night in a row, which i think its a bit crazy. But,,who care, people has to goes wild sometime.

Me and My current study

Hello everyone, I am starting this blog by introducing myself and taking briefly about my current study. I am just a normal guy, like I said in my profile information. Well....I don't know if it appropriate to talk about myself and my personality in public. But whatever, right?...;)

Age???....how old I am??...I am not gonna talk about my actual age but I will tell a bit about it. I am in early twenty years old of age, quite young isn't it?...well..yeah some people told me that it is really young to study master degree. However, other people might not agree with that lol. About my personality, I am a very easy going guy, too lazy sometime. I also very friendly, kindness and love to have fun (not what you think). All my friends said that it's always fun when I am around, well well well...how many people would know that I also have my miserable and sad time as well. Nobody on earth can be enjoy and funny in every single minute, agree?....yeah, true;) (sorry that I am talking to myself). I also can get along well with almost everybody, quick learner, and self motivated (really?) XD. However, I have a dark side as well. The thing is, I am a bit selfish and everything that I am doing need to be perfect or accomplish my personal need or goal. I am also talk a lot as well I guess.

Now, moving on to my university. It is Cass business School which belong to City university, London. I had never heard about this University before I came to London. well..I have to tell you that I am not a Londoner or London born. Basically, I am just a normal international student who live and study in London, one of the big, busy and fancy city in the world (most people say that). Coming back to my University, Cass Business School, it is the best business school I have every known. I also think that MSc Management, that I am currently studying, is like a mini MBA study. Why I said that? It's because the course structure is just like MBA. All students have to study core modules which are the main subjects of management study. Then, students can be able to select their own study route accordingly to their own interested. There are 4 study route which are Strategy Stream, Marketing Stream, Internal Auditing Stream and Entrepreneurship Stream. See!!! this is like MBA that all students have to study general management in the first year and they have to select their own stream in the second year of study. The differentiation between Cass MSc Management and normal MBA is the time length, which are 1 and 2 years for MSc Management at Cass and General MBA study respectively. SO then, Which stream that I am on?...right! I am on Entrepreneurship stream due to I personally want to be a great entrepreneur in the future.
