Whether you like it or not, changes may be coming to Australian website domains.

auDA, the official Australian industry body industry, has proposed releasing new .au top-level domains, meaning instead of ntegrity.com.au, we could use ntegrity.au.

At first glance, it sounds great. Why type .com.au when you can just type .au — a full 60% less effort? Faster and simpler is good. Even if dropping that pesky .com bit only saves you a second, it adds up over time when you consider every Australian.

New Zealand and the UK have made similar moves. In 2014, New Zealand released .nz domains to holders of similar website domains over six months before releasing .nz domains to all.

The Concerns

But there’s some concern that the proposed changes could be a headache for small businesses. Opponents of the proposal have two main concerns:

The Costs

The new .au domains wouldn’t automatically be granted to domain holders. Just like purchasing a com.au domain, businesses will need to buy (and renew) the domain.

It’s likely most businesses will purchase the .au domain as a defensive measure to protect their brand and search terms.

Josh Rowe, a former auDA board member and startup founder, has called the proposed changes a “$300M tax on businesses”.

Contested Domains

The greater worry for businesses will be if there are multiple brands who want the underlying .au domain.

Take, for example, care.au.

CARE Australia, the humanitarian aid organisation uses care.org.au, while care.com.au is a company that helps care seekers and care providers connect.

In this case, where both organisations wanted the care.au domain, it would be classified as a “contested domain” and face a potentially expensive or time-consuming process to see which brand would ultimately end up with the domain.

Our recommendation? Buy your new .au domain

If .au domains are released (as it appears they will be) we do recommend businesses and brands purchase their associated domain. It remains to be seen if the .au domain becomes the default in Australia — but if it does, you’ll want to own it.

If you’re one of the unlucky parties with a contested domain, you’ll have to wait for the auDA to release the terms of the process.

The timeline for the new domains has not been announced, but we’ll keep our email subscribers up to date.

Every year when January 26 rolls around, I wrestle with two equal but opposing feelings.

The first is simple: I love Australia.

I’m the daughter of two immigrants who moved here in search of a better life. They knew very little English, had very little resources, but were able to build a better life than they would have otherwise. Australia in the 80s was much more accepting of mixed-race families like mine than in Holland, my Egyptian father didn’t stand out and was able to start multiple businesses without an ability to write or read English. Our family of five was welcomed, and I never doubted my place in Australia.

But it’s not just my parents’ story: I lived abroad in the US for 7 years and I deeply missed home. I realised how much I took for granted, like Medicare, superannuation, and friendly police officers. And despite (or because?) of our history, our culture is mostly brilliant: direct, honest, casual—and our ability to ‘take the piss’ is unmatched.

But equal to my pride and reverence for Australia is a deep pain, especially when we celebrate on January 26.

January 26 marks the beginning of the genocide of the world’s oldest continuing culture. It’s the beginning of the systematic, intentional murder, abuse and exploitation of Indigenous Australians. It marks the start of a drastic decline in the Indigenous population, with at least 20,000 Aboriginal people killed as a direct result of colonial violence.

It’s a date that has been protested since 1938, and only celebrated officially since 1994.

And as much as I love my country, I simply can no longer celebrate a day that is deeply painful to others.

At ntegrity, we’ve decided to approach January 26 differently:

We’ve decided to change the date ourselves. Our team has the option to work on January 26, and choose a different holiday in lieu. We’ve kept this as an option and not a requirement, so each person can make the right decision for themselves and their families (keeping in mind that childcare centers will be closed).

In the office this week, we’ve spent our lunches learning more about Australia’s history. “Pride or Pain?” and this video is a good place to start.

We’re trying to find ways to honour Indigenous Australians, as a start we’ve pulled together this playlist of indigenous artists to listen to in the office

Australia is a bit like my younger siblings. I love it dearly, and I don’t like any outsider’s criticism. But within the family, we need hard honest conversations about how we can do better.

I will be celebrating Australia but not on 26 January. I’ll whip out the BBQ on September 5th, the day my parents immigrated to Australia.

I’m not an expert on the complexities of our history or the journey to reconciliation. But I think the facts are strong enough that I hope you might reconsider celebrating on January 26th as well.

___

As a personal note, I’m really thankful to our clients Australians Together for encouraging and guiding us on this journey of discovery. It’s been an honour to come alongside and help tell the stories that need to be told.

Google Ad Grants, the super-generous $120,000-of-free-advertising-a-year program, has recently announced new requirements. And it means that some not for profits are at risk of losing their grant.

The announcement

In December, Google sent emails to account owners and updated their policies announcing the new Google Ad Grants changes. The main updates are:

Grant recipients now need to keep their CTR (click through rate) above 5% at the account level.

Grant recipients now need to keep their minimum quality score above 3 at the keyword level.

Google has removed the $2 max bid cap, which means NFP’s can bid on higher value words (this is good news).

Google is requiring some minor account structure changes including geo-targeting, a minimum of two active ad groups with two active text ads, and a minimum of two sitelinks.

The policy changes have become effective as of January 1st and if your account doesn’t achieve at least a 5% CTR for two consecutive months, your account will be canceled and you will lose your grant.

These changes pose the risk of not for profits losing $120,000 a year of in-kind advertising if not addressed immediately (or $480,000 for those on in the now-defunct GrantsPro plan). Note that NFPs can apply for account reinstatement—so the decision doesn’t appear to be binding or permanent— but that’s not something you’d want to risk.

Why Google made these new Ad Grants changes

Although the changes likely mean a fair bit of work for NFPs in the short term, they’re intended to clean up the Adwords landscape — which is ultimately good for everyone in the long term.

The end users will get more relevant and better-targeted ads, the overall Google search experience will improve, and NFPs will drive more targeted (but potentially less) traffic with a higher likelihood to convert.

Previously, Google has given NFPs an easy road with Ad Grants by allowing organisations to set up broad targeting and set-and-forget campaigns. Now, NFPs will need to dedicate more time, resources and expertise to keep their ads relevant and higher performing.

As stated in their official announcement:

“We’ve grown to proudly serve over 35,000 nonprofits and recently reviewed our policies to add clarity and raise standards of quality for our free advertising grants.”

What you need to do

Ok, here’s the important bit.

Immediately review your campaigns, and pause any ad groups that are performing below a 5% CTR
This will prevent you from losing your grant, which is obviously the most important urgent action. And before you turn underperforming ads back on, we recommend you:

Update your ads and ad groups to follow best practices
This means improving your ad copy by removing low-quality keywords, and optimising current ads. Don’t use generic and broad keywords or single non-branded keywords. Keep in mind, the minimum quality score has been raised to ‘3’ at the keyword level.

Align your messages and campaigns
Keep in mind that Google’s quality score takes into account not just your ad, but the landing page that you’re sending traffic to. If you haven’t already, it’s worth building unique landing pages that match the search campaign for your organisation’s high-traffic or high-value terms. This doesn’t need to be a giant website project—tools like instapage are available to help you create simple landing pages.

Make sure you have geo-targeting turned on.
If you’re an Australian not for profit, it doesn’t make sense to drive traffic from Sweden to your page. No offence to the Swedes–they’re lovely–but unlikely to convert. Google has added geo-targeting as a requirement for Ad Grant accounts. Here’s the official guide to turning geo-targeting on in your account.

Don’t forget to take advantage of the $2 bid limit removal.
In trying to clean up the Adwords landscape, Google is incentivising you to have strong conversion results by providing you a way to be more competitive in the Adwords space. Make sure you have conversions set up on your accounts and for your campaigns that have plenty of conversion data, turn on the ‘Maximise Conversion’ bid strategy. Google will then use machine learning to drive the most conversions while ignoring the $2 bid limit previously imposed.

Need help?

At ntegrity, our consultants are working closely with current clients to make sure they’re well ahead of these changes.

New digital marketing tools are constantly popping up — it can be just as exciting as overwhelming. As a digital strategy agency, we spend a fair bit of time looking into different digital marketing tools for our clients and ourselves. And as an agnostic tool selector, this means we do our research well to match client’s needs with a tool’s capabilities.

Here’s seven of the most interesting, affordable, and awesome digital marketing tools we’ve recently recommended.

Intercom

A new and better way to acquire, engage and retain customers

Even if you’ve never heard of Intercom, I’m sure you’ve seen it on websites. Intercom is a live chat and targeted messaging system. But it’s way more than just chatting, Intercom can help you:

Build in email automation loops

Capture more leads

Set up targeted messages on pages

We’ve seen live chat dramatically increase the amount of leads and feedback that companies receive. Here’s a really great case study from one founder who reckons 60% of their revenue is attributable to using Intercom.

If you have a high-value product that is tricky to explain, or simply want to start more conversations with your potential customers, Intercom is a great solution to check out.

intercom.com. From $49/month.

Instapage

Get more from your digital advertising spend.

Building one-off landing pages can be a drain on your design and engineering team. But the fact remains, sometimes you need a landing page, and you need it quick.

Instapage is a dead-simple landing page creator with surprisingly good templates and easy-enough drag and drop style design. You should be able to build the bones of your landing page in a couple minutes, and substitute in your brand’s colours, fonts, and tone-of-voice.

It won’t be as perfect as your in-house designer, but for a temporary landing page, that’s a trade-off you should probably be willing to make.

instapage.com

Hello Bar

Hello Bar helps you improve the effectiveness of your website.

When you have a campaign/offer/promotion that’s so important you want ALL YOUR WEBSITE VISITORS TO SEE IT, Hello Bar makes it possible. You can choose an alert bar, pop-up, or full screen takeover. Hello Bar is simple to install and edit, and a really effective way of driving traffic to offers on your website.

With much power (to interrupt) comes much responsibility, so use it wisely.

hellobar.com Free version available. Paid plans from $15/month.

Inspectlet

See every mouse movement, scroll, click, and keypress on your site. You never need to wonder how visitors are using your site again.

Inspectlet is a tool that allows you to watch and play-back videos of your users’ website sessions. It records every click, scroll, and mouse movement so you can more deeply understand how people actually use your website or app. Used by companies like Shopify, eBay, and WordPress, Inspectlet makes over-the-shoulder UX testing an instant and actual thing.

Inspectlet can also be a powerful tool for sharing specific examples of how people use (or rage click!) your website. Sometimes a clear video example that highlights a user need is the perfect way to get buy-in from your team.

Note: While there is functionality to block recording of form fields and information, you’ll likely want to run this tool past your legal team before you implement it. You’ll want to update your privacy policy too.

inspectlet.com Free version available. Paid plans from $39/month.

Zapier

Connect your apps and automate workflows. Easy automation for busy people.

Zapier is a super easy way to automate tasks between apps. Instead of logging a ticket with your engineering team to build an integration, you can use Zapier to integrate different systems.

For example, say you’re hosting an event. You can set up Zapier to:

Send an email when someone registers for an event

Add them to your email subscribers list

Add them to your sales CRM as a potential lead

Announce in your Slack channel that you have another sign up

That’s a really simple case; Zapier can be used for monitoring and connecting systems that you didn’t know were possible.

zapier.com Free version available. Paid plans from $20 USD/month.

Nuvi

Real-time data visualisations are what set NUVI apart. Beautiful, insightful, data-driven designs will fuel your strategy and guide your decision-making process.

Nuvi is a social media monitoring platform that allows you to track digital conversations, measure the influence and sentiment, and quickly analyse insights. We often use Nuvi to show clients what Australian or global conversions are happening related to their product, services, competitors, or industry.

Nuvi helps your digital team stay strategic when you’re listening to social conversations and not overreact to a single post. It doesn’t offer all the features as Salesforce’s expensive Radian6, but at the price point it does well enough.

nuvi.com Price by negotiation, demo available.

Vero

Create, save and deploy completely dynamic groups of your customers based on their attributes and actions.

Vero is an event-based email automation platform that won’t kill your budget. Although Vero is a fairly young product, they’ve captured a good chunk of the startup market and are used by the likes of Canva, Freelancer, and Tidal (remember them? The spotify competitor owned by Jay-Z and Kanye? Nope? Nothing? Nevermind.)

Vero helps you set up email journeys which can be customised based on your user’s interaction with your app or website. Like most event-based platforms, you will need a developer to help with the integration, but once you’re set up, it’s an intuitive platform.

Moving from email campaigns to user-based emails is an investment worth making.

getvero.com From $99/month.

Bonus: Google Mobile Friendly Test

Ok, this tool you’ve no doubt heard of… but it’s so easy, so simple, and so important. The majority of your website visitors are likely from a mobile device, so you should take 5 minutes and see what Google thinks of your website. This free test will analyse your code, let you know if your site is mobile friendly, and flag any page loading issues that come up.

Remember, just because your website looks pretty, that doesn’t mean it’s mobile friendly.

Google Mobile Friendly Test – Free!

A quick reminder about tools…

Remember: there’s a ton of tools out there, no tool is magical enough to make all your marketing challenges go away. Don’t confuse tools for tactics, or tactics for strategy. No one likes “shiny marketing tool syndrome”—especially if you don’t follow through and report back on results.

But when tools are used in the right context and with the right training—to solve an actual problem and move you forward in your marketing goals—they can make your life (and marketing) much easier.

Want to learn from some of the sharpest digital minds in Melbourne?

Earlier this year, we spoke with two large Australian universities, neither of which currently offer, or is looking to offer, specific digital marketing curriculum.

Why?

They don’t have professors with the skills to teach it.

So… how do you plan a career in marketing when the industry is changing faster than ever?

You ntern at ntegrity!

We’re currently accepting applications for our Digital Marketing Mentorship Program. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and ready for a challenge.

Here’s a few benefits, as told by previous interns.

1. You’ll be part of workplace where you feel safe to perform at your full potential

Kevin

Then: 2014/15 intern
Now: Head of Operations at ntegrity + winner of B&T’s 30under30 in 2016

“Similar to how we aim to transform organisations from within, ntegrity has done that for me. I am a much better version of myself – as a strategist, a professional, and as a person overall. I’ve been blessed with having the opportunity to work, learn and grow with some of the greatest minds I know, and I’m very grateful for that. Oh, and working in my chosen industry isn’t too shabby either!”

2. We’ll encourage and challenge you to grow outside of your comfort zone

Emily

Then: 2014/15 intern
Now: Digital Strategist at ntegrity + winner of Australia’s Biggest Social Media Geek in 2015

“Joining ntegrity created a lot of openings for me. It opened my mind to the creativity and passion that motivates me to do my best work every single day. It opened my heart to a new family of colleagues (read: friends) who motivate me to do even better than my best work every single day. Opening myself to development, discomfort, discovery… navigating the ups, downs and spaces in between of each exciting step forward.”

3. You’ll upskill in areas that matter to you

Maddie

Then: 2013/14 intern
Now: Social Media Manager at Redbubble

“Without learning from ntegrity, I probably wouldn’t be in the role that I’m in. If you get the chance to learn from them…take it!”

4. You’ll be an ‘ntegral’ part of the team

Sally

Then: 2013/14 intern
Now: Audience Development Strategist at PureWow

“ntegrity is one of those companies that you can spend your whole working life looking for, so I’m so lucky to have found it early on! The most unique thing about being interning at ntegrity was definitely how much responsibility you are given. You are looked at as an integral member of the team and your colleagues believe in you and your abilities to deliver results for clients. It’s not a internship to tick off boxes for school or pass the time over the school break. It’s a real junior position in a high performing team. Ntegrity team members invest time in you and your learning and allow you to work on big projects in a variety of areas. The responsibility they give you allows you to learn fast.”

Hi everyone, I’m Ophelie!

I’m a digital strategist, teacher, knitting enthusiast and web nerd. I started as ntegrity’s Academy Lead earlier this year, bringing a decade of experience at cutting-edge tech companies, digital publishers and startups. Since then, I’ve grown my passion for helping knowledge-driven individuals and businesses become savvy digital marketers.

Every now and then, I receive messages from our students that warm my heart and remind me why I love leading ntegrity Academy. Below is an email from Academy graduate Jessica, who wanted to supplement her university studies with a deeper understanding of digital marketing.

Hi Ophelie,

Since I’ve finished Academy, I’ve actually been able to gain a job in digital marketing where I get to actively use the skills and knowledge I received by participating in Academy. The most impactful take-away is simply gaining awareness of the tools and platforms that you can use to maximise and optimise your digital presence (i.e. Google Analytics), and the importance of taking time to understand what your value proposition is, who your customers are, and how best to use digital to join the two.

I would often talk about Academy with my fellow Uni students, and everyone I spoke to saw the value of the things that I was learning about at ntegrity. There is a huge gap in formal education in the area of digital marketing, despite it presenting the most job and growth opportunities for those who are about to enter the job market. Maybe this could be a potential market for you to tap into as you expand Academy? The structure of the course meant that I was easily able to manage my formal studies at uni with Academy, and it really filled the knowledge gap.

I hope all is going well with the second round, and please let me know if you need anything else from my end as I would be more than willing to help.

I’ve also been meaning to send a message through to the team to say a massive thank you for imparting all of their wisdom during Academy. I’ve honestly gotten so much out of it, and I don’t think I would’ve been able to enter this new job with as much confidence if I hadn’t participated. It was also great to just be around such an amazing team, so thank you!

All the best,
Jessica Golder

This is why I love developing out digital skills courses like Academy – because it actually works! Our next intake is in February 2018, click here to find out more.

This Friday night is the Fifth Annual B&T Women in Media Awards. In what’s become an exciting annual tradition, we’re heading up to Sydney today to join in the festivities. This year, we’re nominated for three awards: Rising Star (Hannah Kallady), Strategy and Entrepreneur of the Year.

Yesterday I wondered: “Is it possible that we are the most nominated company in the history of the B&T Women in Media Awards?”

I mean, we’re way smaller than the rest of the companies on the list.
We’re not a household name (yet).
Our team is only 15 strong.

And yet—when we pulled the numbers—it’s true.

What an honor to stand amongst some of the most brilliant, inspiring, and hard-working women and companies in our industry.

When I first started ntegrity, I didn’t expect our approach to be recognised: I just knew something had to change. Too many agencies that I worked with were focused on short term campaigns, and consultants didn’t have practical digital experience. I thought there needed to be a hybrid agency—one that focused on long term strategy while delivering immediate results.

Since then, we’ve also been finalists in B&T’s Awards, winner and finalist in B&T’s 30under30 Awards, received two highly commended Mumbrella Awards, and a national and state finalist in AMI’s Marketing Awards for our work with Medela.

So why are we getting so much recognition?

We continually evolve

Being an “agile” business is a buzzword… but we live and breathe it. In the last year we’ve launched a research project on digital culture in Australia, started an Academy to help Australian Marketers skill up, and expanded our services to include Digital Transformation. As a boutique consultancy, we don’t have the same layers of management that larger companies do, which allows us to move quickly and take risks.

We put client’s goals above our own

Our clients are long term partners, not make-money-quick projects. We only work with clients we think we can be successful with and only make recommendations that we know are possible. Through becoming trusted partners, word of mouth catapults growth. When you earn a reputation for doing great work, money eventually follows.

We invest in our team

I’m forever conscious that ntegrity is only as great as our team. Some agencies see young talent as expendable, but in the battle for talent, we’re playing the long game. We promote often, share profits, encourage work life balance, and continuously develop our staff’s Personal Development Plans. Having the right people, and extremely high staff retention, means better results.

We’re not afraid to put ourselves out there

In a country plagued by Tall Poppy syndrome, where female leaders are subject to scrutiny, I’m not afraid to stand up and stand out. I encourage my team to do the same. I’m the first to annoy my staff to apply for awards they don’t feel they deserve (even when they clearly do!). I’ve heard at other companies people are not allowed to apply for awards “because it’s seen as furthering their career, not the company’s”. That’s not the case for me – my proudest moments are when my staff are publicly recognised.

Look: ntegrity might never be Australia’s biggest agency, or have the swankiest office, or earn the most money. And we’re ok with that. In fact, we’re damn proud of it. We focus on our work and our clients and it’s an amazing feeling to be recognised–time after time–for exactly that.

Congratulations to all the nominees, and all the women in our industry doing work you’re proud of. I can’t wait to celebrate with you on Friday.

Here’s the thing about Digital Marketing: it’s changing fast. Really, really fast. If you feel like you’re sometimes treading water, you’re not alone.

The Training Gap

Earlier this year, we interviewed 150+ Australian companies about their digital marketing. One of the most amazing findings was that 70% of employees working in digital marketing have no formal training.

No. Formal. Training.

Literally everything has been learned on the job.

The Confidence Gap

The second most surprising fact? Of people without formal training in digital marketing, only 54% are confident in their ability to do their job. That’s like asking your team, “Do you think you can do your job?” And half of them say no.

With formal training, however, that figure rose massively… 80% of employees with some formal training felt confident in their ability to do their job.

The Education Gap

We also spoke with two large Australian universities, neither of which currently offer, or is looking to offer, specific digital marketing curriculum. The main reason why? They don’t have professors with the skills to teach it.

I meet with so many brands and people who are hungry to increase their digital marketing skills, but they haven’t come across the right course or education option.

So here’s what we’re doing about it.

ntegrity Academy

In response to this clear need for professional training in Digital Marketing, earlier this year we piloted ntegrity academy—a 12-session Digital Marketing course, designed for marketers who want to increase their digital skills. We brought in 8 digital experts (including me!) who each taught their specialities: the most in-need and practical skills. This is significantly different to other courses I’ve seen, that use one teacher across a wide range of topics.

According to the feedback and reviews we’ve received, it was a smashing success. So we’re running the course again.

We have 12 more spots available in the upcoming course which starts September.

If you’re ready to enrol, sign up here. Use the promotional code “BLOG” to save 10%.

You can check out the the full curriculum here.

Please pass on the course (and discount code!) to anyone you think would be interested.

It’s been 5 years since ntegrity began.

Beginnings are equally exciting and scary; whether it’s a company, campaign, job or relationship. Exciting because the possibilities are endless, but scary because the outcomes are unknown. Every time we kick off a bold campaign or a new project I still feel this. But I’m becoming more comfortable in that space between excitement and fear.

I remember when I first started, and an industry veteran told me that I shouldn’t call the company “ntegrity” because that name wasn’t punchy enough. He recommended something like Cactus or Vodka.

But that’s the point. We’ve always done things differently.

Five years ago I was terrified and full of doubt — not just about the name! I wanted to do something different than the norm.

I often dream I could send a letter back in time and give a pep-talk to myself. I wish I could tell scared, unsure Richenda—who just left her job to start an agency with a non-punchy name—that things are going to turn out so much better than you imagine.

I would tell her…

Where you started is not where you’ll end up. You think you’re starting a digital marketing agency. But the problems companies are struggling with are so much bigger than marketing. The root cause is that digital has fundamentally changed the way businesses operate. So even though you may start in marketing, ntegrity will end up leading cultural change across organisations (executive, marketing, HR and operations). Stay curious about the problems, ntegrity will evolve more than you can possibly imagine.

Pick clients based on their people, not their products. Cool products or great causes will get you excited at first, but in time you’ll see the best results come from leaders with a vision for the future. Change is a marathon, not a sprint. Your greatest commodity is empathy, influence and perseverance: hire strategists that use their EQ as much as their IQ.

It’s ok to get your heart broken. You’ll make mistakes, and your heart will break because of some of them. When you’re the founder you won’t be shielded like you once were in an organisation. But that’s ok, because with each mistake you make, you’ll get better at asking for feedback and using that feedback to shape you. Become a person that fearlessly asks for feedback. It’s a secret weapon.

Every coffee meeting can change the future. You’ll have over 500 coffees with different people. Approach each one with excitement. Some of these conversations are going to change the course of your life, the company and your team – you never know which one it will be!

You won’t be alone for long. You’ll bring on staff that will lead the business to places you couldn’t have imagined. Your interns will end up teaching you more than you can teach them. You’ll get to hire people you admired at World Vision – and your team will love them too! When things are hard, your team will lift you up. When things are excellent, you get to share the joy. In fact, the best part of the journey is who you share it with.

Ultimately, ntegrity will bring you deep pain and sweet joy. But you’ll end up discovering that what you love has nothing to do with the internet and everything to do with people.

Oh, and don’t change the name.

Thank you ntegrity family for making this five years a joy. 🙏

To our clients, it is an honour to work with you. The work you give us is challenging, meaningful and exciting. Thank you for always choosing growth over fear, and for embracing candid conversations about what you need. It’s my heart’s desire that we continue to push each other to grow monumentally. Mediocre is not an option. Your success is our success.

To the team: Each and every day I walk into our office I am so thankful I get to spend my days with you. Thank you for the passion, perseverance, and smarts you put into each project. Thank you for caring about our clients as much as I do. Thank you for dreaming up ntegrity academy, pioneering research, building a feedback culture, for being bold, brave and FEARLESS in every new venture. But most of all, thank you for choosing ntegrity as a place to grow.

To my husband: Thank you for supporting me since the very beginning when this was just a crazy idea. For always encouraging me when I doubt myself. For striving for an equal marriage when we both have busy careers. And for being the best dad to our daughter.

To everyone who has sent an encouraging message, who has recommended our services: thank you. Words cannot express my gratitude. Thank you for being a part of our story.
