Libya's General Assembly Suspend Membership on the UN Human Rights Council

The resolution was adopted by consensus at the General Assembly which consists of 192 countries on the basis of recommendations of the Human Rights Council based in Geneva.

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon welcomed the council to defer action on the council membership Libya, the decision to form an investigation panel to investigate human rights violations in Libya, and Libya by the Security Council referral to the International Criminal Court (ICC).

In 1959, Robert and first wife Lola suffered tragedy when their baby son Scott died from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and he admits the couple struggled to cope with their loss.
He added in the March/April issue of AARP The Magazine: “It was really hard. We were very young … We didn’t know anything about SIDS, so the only thing you think is that you’ve done something wrong. As a parent, you tend to blame yourself. That creates a scar that probably never completely heals.”

According to professor Lilian Katz, Disposition are in fact, “habits of mind” and cannot be learnt from plain instructions. Early childhood teachers should guide young children’s learning in ways that support their development. Traditionally, foremost in teacher’s minds is what knowledge and skills children should acquire. Today, however, teachers must become aware of the pivotal role of disposition in the education of children. This session examines types of dispositions, their link to children’s effective learning, and classroom practices and environments that support them. We want to emphasize that dispositions and learning experiences are equally important and that teachers can encourage dispositions. Teacher education must model and support the development of desirable dispositions and provide opportunities to weaken or eliminate undesirable positions. Effective early childhood teachers consider weather their behaviors empower or undermine children’s dispositions, then alter their practices accordingly. We have the power to open up the world for children and their families. Let’s not miss opportunities to reframe children’s behaviors into positive dispositions.

This is the first time that i have fight with computer virus that call name (TR/Vundo.gen), this virus is very dangerous. it can make our computer more slowly than early we use computer before contain of that virus. i try to guard that virus with one of the popular antivirus in the world. it can be delete, but if we delete that virus will be appear again, just like undone. Every time we delete always appear and appear again. then i see detail of that virus that has been caught that antivirus which i use, i see that if we scan the computer manually, antivirus will be stop scanning in files that call named "gasretyw0". Then i try manually stop the virus by searching that all kind name of virus source. after i have been found that virus, as soon as posibble i delete that thing. i search that virus in the safemode of windows XP (not normally window system). in here i'll show u how to remove that thing.
1. if your computer has been infected of that virus, just go trough Safemode position
2.after the safemode is on, just click search button
3. in the search button type "gasretyw0"
4.after you find that thing just delete it as soon as posibble
5.after you delete, try to turn on in normal position and scan again with antivirus that u have.
6.the virus will be gone

Anak-anak adalah titipan Illahi,amanah yang harus diperlakukan dengan baik.Orang tua berkeinginan agar anak-anak dapat tumbuh dengan optimal dan kelak menjadi orang dewasa yang mandiri,mampu bersaing dan dapat mengatasi permasalahan dan menempatkan diri secara adekwat di tengah-tengah lingkungannya.Meskipun demikian hasil penelitian menunjukkan sekitar 3% dari ank-anak yang dilahirkan mengalami gangguan tumbuh kembang.

DEVELOPMENTAL DELAY

Terjadi bila anak mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan dalam area:tingkah laku,bahasa,motor,emosi,kognisi,dan kesulitan belajar.

GANGGUAN PRILAKU

ADHD.

Keluhan yang biasanya muncul dari Orang tua adalah : Anak ADHD ini kurang bisa mendengarkan,tidak bisa berkonsentrasi,tidak mengikuti instruksi,mudah lupa,mudah terganggu,tidak menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya,dan mudah sekali merasa bosan dan kehilangan minat dalam mengerjakan sesuatu.(Barkley 1996:Hinshaw,1994:dalam Mash &Wokfe,1999)

TREATMANT:

*Kombinasi dari pengobatan dan terapi.

*Prinsip membesarkan anak ADHD:

-Feed back dan konsekuensi dari prilaku anak harus diberikan dengan segera.

-Feedback harus sering diberikan

-Utamakan untuk memberikan insentif daripada hukuman.

-Bertindaklah,jangan berteriak.

-Belajar untuk memaafkan.

ODD(Opposisional Defiant Disorder)

Menunjukkan prilaku sbb:Sering hilang kesabaran,Sering bertengkar dengan orang dewasa,sering menolak dan tidak mengikuti permintaan dan aturan orang dewasa,sering mengganggu orang lain,sering menyalahkan orang lain atas perbuatannya,mudah marah,sering bersikap kasar.

SPEECH DELAY

Pada usia sekitar 2 tahun orang tua seharusnya mulai waspada bila terjadi keterlambatan dalam berbicara.Orang tua dapat membawa ke tenaga ahli dan menjalani terapi dan disarankan hal sbb:

-Membacakan buku untuk anak.

-Menggunakan bahasa yang sederhana

-Berikan respond dan reaksi positif terhadap pembicaraan anak.

-Ulangi dan perluas kata-kata yang diucapkan anak.

-Jangan paksa anak untuk berbicara.

ANXIETY DISORDERS

SCHOOL PHOBIA&SEPARATION ANXIETY.

CIRI-CIRI:

-Ketakutan yang berlebihan bila berpisah dengan orang tua

-Menangis berlebihan,tantrum bila ditinggalkan

-Tidak bisa bermalam di rumah keluarga lain.

-Kecemasan yang tidak realistis

-Pusing,sakit perut jika berpisah.

Virus? wow that is words that always we hear if we work with computer. that things usually make us frustrate, especially for beginner computer user. and for IT Specialist can handle it with antivirus or another way to delete it. Almost people that work in the computer world can't handle it, because of minimum knowledge about it. this thing can destroy of our files and make our system in the computer slow or we can say not work properly. In November, at my office there is a Virus that call name W32.Downadup (symantec), Win32/Conficker.A (Computer Associates). this virus can through computer that use gate symantec antivirus and very powerful, it can make slow our computer or even make it hang or crash. Another effect of this virus is cann't get file from another computer that has been already share, and etc. I hope this virus not contaimined to yours. this step to protect your computer from that virus.
1.You must always update your antivirus, or you have alternative antivirus, maximum 2 antivirus installed in yours. And scan your computer
2.If your computer have injured by this virus just Type REGEDIT in Run Text Box
3.Then Regedit Dialog Box will appears
4.Just Click Edit, and click Find
5. Then Find Dialog Box Appears

6.In the Textbox Find What type HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\netsvcs\Parameters\"ServiceDll" = "[PathToWorm]" and click find next button
7.Process of searching in the Find dialog will appears, just see in the picture below.
8.After that file Appears just delete it. After delete that, just do scan your computer again.

Nama, Garis keturunan, dan nisbat yang dimilikinya:
As-Sayuthi nama lengkapnya adalah Al-Hafizh Abdurrahman ibnu Al- Kamal Abi Bakr bin Muhammad bin Sabiq ad-Din Ibn Al-Fakhr Utsman bin Nazhir ad-Din al-Hamam al-Khudairi al-Sayuthi. Penulis Mu’jam al-Mallifin menambahkan: Athaluni al-Mishri Asy-Syafi’i, dan diberi gelar Jalaluddin, serta di panggil dengan nama abdul Fadhal.
Ia berasal dari keturunan non arab, yang dalam hal ini asy-sayuthi sendiri pernah mengatakan:”Ada seorang yang bisa saya percaya pernah menuturkan kepada saya, bahwa dia pernah mendengar ayah saya mengatakan bahwa kakek buyut ayah adalah orang non arab dari timur. Ia menghubungkan garis keturunannya demikian: ”Kakek buyut saya adalah Damam ad-Din, seorang ahli hakikat dan guru tarekat. Darinya lahir tokoh-tokoh dan pemimpin, antara lain ada diantara mereka yang menjadi kepala pemerintahan di daerahnya, ada pula yang menjadi Hakim Perdata, dan ada pula yang menjadi pedagang. Namun tidak ada seorangpun diantara mereka yang saya ketahui menekuni ilmu secara sungguh-sungguh kecuali ayah saya.
Kelahiran dan pertumbuhannya:
As-sayuthi dilahirkan di wilayah Asyuth sesudah magrib pada malam ahad, bulan Rajab 849 H, begitulah ia mengatakannya sendiri, dan para sejarawan sepakat tentang tahun kelahiran ini, kecuali ibnu Iyas dan Ismail Pasha al-Bagdadi yang menganggap bahwa kelahiran as-Sayuthi adalah pada bulan Jumadil akhir. Ia dibesarkan dalam keadaan yatim piatu. Ayahnya meninggal dunia pada malam senin, 5 Safar 855 H, pada saat ia masih berusia 6 tahun.
Perjalanan dan masa menuntut ilmu:
Pada usia yang amat sangat muda ia telah hafal Al-Quran, dan hafalan ini menjadi sempurna betul ketika ia menginjak usia 8 tahun. Setelah itu ia lanjutkan dengan menghafal kitab-kitab semisal al-‘Umdab, Minhaj fiqh, Al-Ushul, dan Al-fiyah ibn Malik.
Selanjutnya ia menekuni berbagai bidang ilimu dan saat itu usianya baru menginjak usia 16 tahun, yakni pada tahun 864 H. Ia mempelajari Fiqh dan Nahwu dari beberapa guru, dan mengambil ilmu Faraid dari ulama di jamannya yakni Syeikh Syihab ad-Din asy-Syarmasahi, lalu menimba ilmu Fiqh kepada syeikhul Islam Al-Balqini sampai yang disebut terakhir ini wafat, dan dilanjutkan oleh putranya ‘Ilmuddin Al-Balqini. Ia kemudian berguru kepda Al-Ustadz Muhyiddin Al-Kafayaji selama 14 tahun. Dari ulama ini ia menyerap ilmu Tafsir dan Ushul, bahasa dan ma’ani, lalu menyusun buku-buku ringkas tentang ilmu-ilmu ini.
Ia banyak melakukan perjalanan untuk menuntut ilmu, antara lain ke kota Al-Fayun, Al-Mihlah, Dimyat, lalu menuju Syam dan Hijaj, dan seterusnya ke Yaman, India dan al-Maghrib (Maroko).
As-Sayuthi kemudian dikenal dengan orang yang begitu dalam ilmunya, dalam tujuh disiplin ilmu : Tafsir Hadist, Fiqh , Nahwu, Ma’ani, Bayan dan Badi’, melalui para ahli bahasa dan Balaqhah.
Kegiatannya menuntut ilmu:
Di dalam usahanya menuntut ilmu as-Sayuthi telah mendatangi syeikh Safuddin Al-Hanafi dan berulangkali mengkaji kitab Al-Mukasyaf dan At-Taudhih. Ia pernah pula dikirim orang tuanya mengikuti majelis yang diselenggarakan oleh al-Hafidz ibnu Hajar, dan mengkaji shahih Muslim sampai hampir tamat. Kepada ash-Shyairafi di samping kita-kitab lain seperti As Syifa’, Al-Fiyah ibnu Malik, Syarh-Asyudur, al Mughni - sebuah kitab Ushul Fiqh Mazhab Hanafiyah dan syarhnya pada Syams al- Marzabani al-Hanafi, dan mendengarkan pengajian kitab al-Mutawassith serta as-Safiyah berikut syarhnya yang ditulis oleh al-Jarudi yang disampaikan oleh ulama ini. Selain itu, juga mempelajari Alfiah karya al-‘Iraqi, dan menghadiri pengajian ilmiah yang diberikan al-Balqini. Dari ulama yang disebut terakhir itu, as-Sayuthi menyerap ilmu yang tidak terhingga jumlahnya. Sesudah itu ia tinggal bersama asy-Syaraf al-Manawi, hingga ulama ini meningggal dunia. Dari ulama ini as-Sayuthi menimba ilmu yang tidak terbilang juga banyaknya. Lalu secara tetap pula mengikuti pengajian yang diberikan oleh Saifudin muhammad bin muhammad al-Hanafi, serta pengajian-pengajian yang diberikan oleh al-’alamah asy-Syamani dan al-Kafiji.
Kendatipun demikian, ia tetap mengatakan bahwa ia tidak banyak mempelajari ilmu-ilmu riwayat, melebihi perhatiannya terhadap masalah yang dianggapnya paling penting dalam disiplin ilmu ini, yakni ilmu dirayah hadits.
Guru, murid dan sejawatnya:
as-Sayuthi mengakui sekitar seratus lima puluhan orang ulama sebagai gurunya, dan yang menonjol diantaranya adalah:
• Ahmad zas-Syarmasahi
• ‘Umar al-Balqini
• Shalih bin Umar bin Ruslan al-Balqini
• Muhyidin al-Kafiji
• Al-Qadhi syarafudin al-Manawi
Sementara itu beribu-ribu orang telah pula berguru kepada dirinya, dan diantara mereka yang paling menonjol antara lain:
• Syamsudin asy-sakhawi.
• ‘Ali al-Asymuni.
Akidahnya:
Dari karangan-karangan yang membela para sahabat dan tetap berpijak pada sunnah, maka tampaklah bahwa mazhab yang dipilihnya adalah mazhab ahlus sunnah. Tidak ada hal lain yang dapat diketahui tentang dirinya dalam persoalan ini, selain kecendrungannya kepada tasawuf yang telah dirintis oleh kakek buyutnya Hamam.
Kendatipun demikian, ilmunya yang demikian mendalam tentang Al-Qurn dan sunnah, telah mampu membentengi dirinya dari penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang banyak dialami oleh para pengikut aliran sufi, yang jauh menyimpang dari Al-Quran dan Sunnah.
Pengaruh intelektualitasnya:
Begitu usianya menginjak 40 tahun, ia segera mengasingkan diri dari keramaian, dan menunjukkan perhatian dalam bidang karang-mengarang, sehingga hanya dalam waktu 22 tahun saja ia telah membanjiri perpustakaan-perpustakaan Islam dengan karya-karyanya dalam berbagai bidang, ilmu dalam jumlah sekitar 600 judul, semisal tafsir dan ilmu tafsir, Hadits dan ilmu Hadits, Fiqh dan Ushul Fiqh, bahasa Arab dengan berbagai cabang ilmunya, sirah Nabawiyah, dan Tarikh.
Penullis hidayah al-A’rifin mengemukakan sejumlah besar karangan yang telah ditulis oleh asy-Sayuthi yan jumlahnya mendekati apa yang kami sebutkan itu, yang diakui kebenarannya oleh yang bersangkutan.
Cukuplah sekiranya di sini bisa kami sebutkan saja beberapa diantara karya-karyanya yang paling menonjol dalam ilmu Hadits lantaran kaitannya yang demikian erat dengan topik kajian kita sekarang ini.

Wafatnya:
Hidup syaikh as-syayuthi sarat dengan kegiatan menghimpun ilmu dan mengarang. Untuk itu ia mengeram dirinya di rumah dalam kamar khusus yang di sebut Raudhah al-Miqyas dan hampir-hampir tidak beranjak dari situ. Ia terus menerus terlibat dalam hal ini hingga akhir hayatnya sesudah menderita sakit dan kelumpuhan total pada tangan kirinya selama seminggu. Nampaknya karena sakit yang di derita inilah ia lalu meninggal dunia pada hari kamis, 19 Jumadil Ula 911 H di tempat kediamannya, lalu dimakamkan di Hausy Qousun.

The Dynamic mature of the field of early childhood education demands more professionalism today than ever before. This paper will deliberate the challenges the early childhood teacher faces as she strives to achieve greater recognition as a professional. The responsibilities are exploded amidst the growing awareness of the significance of the early childhood education and the greater expectations demanded of the role today. In the broadest sense the responsibility is to help children learn and grow. But how is this translated into practice and what extent facts, skills, thinking and problem solving, creativity, cooperation and self expression are emphasized. The teachers need to constantly address the issues as to who they are early childhood teachers. How they interact with people and the kind of environment and programmed they provided that makes the lasting impact on children, families and society

Paper also seeks to explore and stress the importance of the linkage between personal development and professional development as the job of the teacher is varied and challenging for it demands knowledge, skills, sensitivity and creativity. Personal qualities need to bee explored for working with young children and the professional ethics involved in this field of educations
