Updates to SentriLock Lockbox Rules Adopted

The Board of Directors has adopted revised Lockbox Rules and Regulations. Here is a summary of the changes:

Changes to Section 5 (d) (e) and (f):
d.   Not to lend the SentriCard® to any person, or to permit the SentriCard® to be used by any person, for any purpose whatsoever, other than actions which are administrative in nature;
e.   Not to lend the property key to any person, for any purpose whatsoever, or to permit the property key to be used for any purpose by any other person;
f.    Not to use another Holder’s SentriCard® for purposes other than administrative in nature;
DAAR was included in the number of local Associations which have adopted the Rules.

SentriLock has initiated an email/text message process that notifies you that your lockbox(es) are experiencing a low battery state.

PLEASE do not ignore these SentriLock low battery notifications!

If your battery dies, you WILL have to come to NVAR offices to get assistance. Dead battery service is only available when NVAR offices are open, and you will need a credit card as a security deposit. Get fresh batteries here, now!
