The Content Manager will work closely with senior management, content admins, writers and editors, so strong communication skills are needed. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. </p>


<h3>Responsibilities </h3>


<ul>
<li>Create, develop and manage content for client websites (requires working with Word Press content management system) </li>
<li>Coordinate projects across departments </li>
<li>Maintain a consistent voice and tone throughout all content </li>
<li>Working with a global team, schedule, maintain and execute the master editorial calendar for all web properties </li>
<li>Daily audit and proofread all web content </li>
<li>Support freelancers, including writers, content admins and editors </li>
<li>Keep current with emerging news through blogs, sites, and events </li>
<li>Assure all content is properly archived to enhance user experience </li>
<li>Report directly to the creative director/editorial manager </li>

<h3>Required Skills </h3>

<h3>What You’ll Be Doing…</h3>

<li>Assist the Human Resources team in the implementation and maintenance of various HR projects and initiatives</li>
<li>Participate in full-cycle recruitment as required and deliver on-boarding program</li>
<li>Communicate Employee Handbook information and benefits to employees</li>
<li>Create and maintain current job descriptions</li>
<li>Prepare HR related confidential documentation</li>
<li>Manage employee records, databases and files </li>
<li>Maintain the HR intranet page</li>
<li>Oversee the Occupational Health and Safety Program</li>
<li>Assist in the administration of Payroll &amp; Benefit plans</li>
<li>Provide general HR support and responding to staff inquiries</li>
</ul>



<h3>The Ideal Candidate…</h3>


<ul>
<li>2 &#8211; 3 years experience in Human Resources </li>
<li>Post secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Polished and professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li>
<li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment</li>
<li>Strong understanding of business processes operations, organizational systems and structures</li>
<li>Strong ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks</li>
<li>PC proficiency including MS Word and Excel</li>
<li>Bilingual:  English and French (spoken/written)</li>
<li>Experience with HRIS an asset</li>
</ul>

<h3> Responsibilities:</h3>


<ul>
<li>Drive solutions that will ensure the right messages and delivered to the right people at the right time through the right channel</li>
<li>Define the product roadmap including a detailed product requirements definition, functional specifications, and deliverable timelines</li>
<li>Work with Product Development to direct them in the implementation of the product roadmap</li>
<li>Work closely with  Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Service, Development, and Support teams to ensure that delivered functionality, capability, and capacity satisfy business requirements as well as product and operational requirements.</li>
<li>Influence product strategies, alliances, and decisions with knowledge of relevant emerging technologies</li>
<li>Perform competitive analysis of specific product area; act as reference point for knowledge of the competition&#8217;s equivalent products</li>
</ul>



<h3> Requirements:</h3>


<ul>
<li>At least 5 years experience in a business or development role</li>
<li>Experience organizing the elements of multichannel campaigns</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Operational and Analytical CRM</li>
<li>Experience with Marketing Automation Systems</li>
<li>University degree in business or computer science or combination or relevant business experience and education</li>
<li>Strong business acumen</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal</li>
<li>Ability to effectively set and manage expectations</li>

<li>Supervise a team that delivers 24×7 incident management for 500+ of Linux and Windows servers delivering mission-critical services</li>
<li>Troubleshoot the latest Windows, Linux and virtualization technologies </li>
<li>Manage applications to monitor service uptime and performance</li>
<li>Provide regular team performance and incident reporting to management</li>
<li>Liaise with product development teams to ensure production deployments are done properly and in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Work with other IT leaders to develop and improve incident management processes and proactive systems operation practices</li>
</ul>



<h3>Requirements</h3>


<ul>
<li>4-6 years working with Linux, preferably RHEL/CentOS, and MS Windows server operating systems </li>
<li>2-3 years experience managing monitoring software (e.g. Cacti, Sitescope)</li>
<li>Experience supporting Apache/Tomcat/JBoss web application servers</li>
<li>1-2 years team leader experience</li>
<li>Exceptional troubleshooting skills </li>

<li> Assist in the development and execution of internal marketing campaigns by researching target customer groups, pulling final player lists, and providing tracking of results for stakeholders.</li>
<li> Work with CRM Marketing Managers to establish key performance metrics across channels, establish realistic goals, monitor progress and report regularly.</li>
<li> Assist in the ongoing effort to understand and segment our player base so we are targeting them in the most effective way and increasing their value.</li>
<li> Manage ad hoc requests for database information from Customer Marketing team members.</li>
<li> Active participant in the end-to-end campaign design and development process.</li>
</ul>



<h3>Requirements:</h3>


<ul>
<li> Proven track record in the area of Database Marketing, especially as it relates to the development and deployment of Customer Marketing programs.</li>
<li> Excellent critical thought, analytical, creative and numbers skills.</li>
<li> Experience developing simple, understandable reports and useful visualizations.</li>
<li> SQL and statistics knowledge a plus.</li>
<li> Strong data manipulation and presentation skills.</li>
<li> Very strong customer service orientation.</li>
