Over 9 years of experience as an IT manager by conducting people and projects in different IT environments. As IT manager, I was responsible for hiring new IT products (computers, operations systems, and printers) and services (outsourcing of Service Desk for IT Operations, general kind’s software, and Information Systems). Experience in defining standards, policies, guidelines, and planning practices for IT governance and management. Responsible for conduct the implementation of PHP Mediawiki base of knowledge for holding and sharing information of public organizations to both customers and employees.
Over 2 years of experience as an IT Governance Analyst, I was in charge of prospecting tools to support both business and project management. I also was responsible for the development of good practices of documentation and contracting software development product and services. There was also a definition of IT public policies for the Government sector where one of them became a Brazilian regional law about IT Governance.
