Two Dogs Found on Heidleburg Lane

Ruth Baldrige on Heidleburg found these two dogs in her backyard. One dog is named Riley.

Found Item – Black CD Case

A black leather CD case, brand name Case Logic, was found on Oberbeck lane a short distance from Sharon Rd West last week about 3-22.

Pinestraw Orders for 2012

For anyone needing pinestraw this year, Eileen Alexander has been nice enough to cut a deal with Mr. Pinestraw. To place your orders please email Eileen Alexander at eileenalex@aol.com with your order and provide the following:

Name
Address
Email address and/or a Contact Number so Eileen can give that to Mr. Pinestraw on a master list

Eileen will place the order by Friday (3/23) for delivery the following week. She will email everyone the expected delivery date. The day of delivery tape an envelope with a check made out to Mr. Pinestraw for your order. If needles are to be installed, include a map as to where they want them installed.

Coyote Sighting on Wednesday, February 22

There was a coyote sighting at the end of Leipzig this morning, Wednesday February 22nd. I don’t have all the details as to how many, but it was more than one I believe. Please be advised that if you have cats or small dogs IT IS NOT SAFE to leave them out by themselves.

This sighting was in the early morning (around 7:30) so they are not just out at night.

I would advise neighbors not leave pets tied out where they will have no defense and cannot run from any aggressive animals.

The suspects tried to gain entry by breaking the lock on a front window. There was a Christmas Tree on a stand behind the window that had not been disturbed so it appears the suspects did not enter the home.

The suspects gained entry to the victim’s 2011 Kia Motors Sportage by breaking out a window. The suspects took a laptop.

The suspects gained entry to the victim’s 2007 Toyota Matrz by breaking the front passenger window. The suspects took a Coach wallet and its contents.

The suspects gained entry to the victim’s 2008 Ford Escape by breaking out the right front passenger window. The suspects took an Ipod and a wallet and its contents.

The suspects gained entry to the victim’s 2000 Honda by breaking out the right passenger window. The suspects took a brief case, laptop, air card, .40 cal Sprindfiled XD Auto with 15 rounds (Serial # US184618), Ipad, External Hard Drive, GPS, and a Blackberry. Officer Kierce located the victim’s brief case, air card, and lap top in the woods behind the victim’s house.

PLEASE REMIND ALL YOUR RESIDENTS TO LOCK THEIR VEHICLE DOORS AND REMOVE ALL THEIR VALUABLES
