Ich hab das dann so gemacht, die style.css aus dem K2-Root-Ordner genommen, die dort vorhandenen Einträge entsprechend der switch.css geändert und in einen neu erstellten Ordner “mystyle” im Style-Ordner unter dem Namen mystyle.css abgelegt. Dort hab ich dann weitere Änderungen vorgenommen und ausprobiert welcher Eintrag wofür ist. [...]

Apple pretty much forced me to use iTunes when I bought my iPod and I hated it initially because i liked WMP. But now I am used to it and it does a good job. Smart playlists are pretty neat!

But Quicktime is one of the suckiest players out there (like Real Player). I use VLC Player or Media Player Classic to view qt movies and so Quicktime is pretty redundant for me.

I still think that WMP is great tho!!

I think you can blame this on your handheld device. My first PPC was a Toshiba e740, it came with a outlook CD and a product key. So did my next one, a HP iPaq 2210.
My latest one, HTC TyTN didn’t include outlook. I think this device is the same as yours, just yours is rebranded. Probably if you buy a more expensive HP you get outlook for ‘free’.

I’m running OS X 10.5, so there isn’t a huge amount of choice, but:

iTunes is AMAZING for managing music libraries. It keeps everything organized and looks good doing it. I hear it isn’t quite as stable on Windows machines, but I’ve never had a problem with the app. Just make sure you go through the preferences to tweak it to suit your tastes. Plus, on Apple machines, iTunes is infinitely customizable with Apple Script Plug-Ins. For example, I have one called “Proper English Title Capitalization” which goes through the songs I select and capitalizing main words, while leaving things like “the” or “in” lowercase. It is pretty amazing!

Quicktime… yeah, not so much. I have it installed and I do run things through it sometimes… but, really, it would be stupid to not use VLC for video watching. It is able to play many more filetypes (even wmv on a Mac!) and is, all around, a more full-fledged option.

So yeah, iTunes = fantastic. Quicktime = not really necessary.

Well, I have the iphone, which I like when it works, which is sometimes. I have one day left to return it, and can’t decide yet.

For most users, it does not sync with Outlook despite the instructions (just look through the Apple forums on this subject). So, no calendar sync, unlike the phones I have been using for 10 years. And everyday, something else doesnt work. My wife likes hers, but she doesn’t use it often as I must.

It is Ok if your needs are very limited, and you have a lot of time to fiddle with it. But it is not ready for the market.
