A Few Highlights You Don’t Want to Miss:

• OBBS French Toast – Brioche stuffed with orange-vanilla mascarpone, fresh berries, maple syrup, and your choice of cheesy grits or tri-color lyonnaise potatoes. (Yes, it’s as dreamy as it sounds.)
• Pub Biscuits and Gravy – House-made biscuits, famous sausage gravy, and eggs (fried or scrambled)
• Avocado Toast – House bread topped with avocado, cucumber, red onion, and poached eggs.
• Shrimp and Grits – Local shrimp, peppers and green onion, cheddar cheese, and shrimp all in one perfect bowl.
• Looking for something lighter? The Spanish Frittata with potatoes, peppers, and fontina cheese is a delicious way to kick off your Sunday.

Packed house, great energy, and pure entertainment from start to finish. Guests laughed, guessed, and sipped their way through an immersive dinner experience we’re still discussing. If you were there, you know. And if you missed it… well, stay tuned for the next one!

Let’s talk about the Jazz Brunch—what a vibe! Your kind words and smiling faces meant the world to us. From familiar friends to first-time visitors, it was a joy seeing everyone savor their favorite morning bites while soaking in the smooth, soulful sounds of Sam on Sax. Jazz Brunch was the kick-off of our Brunch season! We couldn’t be happier to bring brunch back to your Sundays!

But the real chow-down showdown? That happened at the Chowder Cookoff, where the sun may have turned up the heat, but it couldn’t outshine the bowls of flavor flying out of our kitchen. The turnout was incredible, the vibes were high, and the spoons were scraping bowls clean.

The best part? Our very own Chef, Justin Lachine, took home FIRST PLACE!
We’re beyond proud of him and the entire OBBS kitchen team. It was a huge moment, and the honor couldn’t have gone to a more passionate, hardworking crew. If you haven’t tried his award-winning chowder yet, don’t worry—you know we’ll find a way to bring it back.

Now, we’re gearing up for April and all things Easter weekend! Expect more good food, great beer, live music, and springtime fun. We’ll announce more details soon, but who’s ready to hop into the season with us?

As many of you know, we’re back in action at the Outer Banks Brewing Station after a brief winter break! Our taps are flowing, the kitchen is fired up, and we’ve got an incredible lineup of events to keep you entertained throughout February and March.

Weekly Highlights:

• Ramen Night – Warm up your Wednesdays with our delicious ramen creations, starting at 4:30 PM. Each week brings a new flavor twist!
• Tapas Night – Thursdays from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, enjoy a themed small-plates menu that changes weekly.
• Trivia Night – Put your knowledge to the test every Thursday at 9:30 PM. Gather your crew and compete for prizes!

Something to look forward to:

• BRUNCH! – By popular demand, we are bringing Brunch back…we just haven’t locked down an official date; the menu is still in the works! Stay tuned for Sunday brunch updates!

• Dance Night with DJ Smilez – Get ready to hit the dance floor on February 21th & 28th and every Friday in March, from 10:30 PM to 2:00 AM. The beats will be pumping!

The festive season is here, and we’re thrilled to bring you a December full of holiday cheer, exciting events, and community spirit at the Outer Banks Brewing Station. Starting Friday, November 29, we’re transforming into the “Christmas Vacation Station,” a pop-up holiday bar that runs through December 31 as part of the 12 Bars of Christmas. Step into a festive wonderland with special Christmas menus, creative specialty cocktails, and exclusive holiday merchandise. Don’t forget to grab one of our limited-edition shirts to commemorate the season sold ONLY at the Pub.

Don’t miss the Grand Lighting of the Christmas Vacation Station Saturday, November 30th, from 3:30 to 7:30 PM! Join us for a festive evening in the backyard with the Kick-off of the 12 bars of Christmas with Cousin Eddie and his iconic RV for photo ops and Doc Perkins on the backyard stage from 5-8 pm. Indulge in specialty holiday drinks, including festive cocktails, mocktails, and hot cocoa.

Get ready to lace up your dancing shoes for Christmas Line Dancingon Wednesdays, December 4th and 18th, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM for an evening of fun, music, and holiday-themed line dancing. Perfect for all skill levels, this festive event will have you moving and grooving to your favorite Christmas tunes.
Thursdays in December bring another exciting activity with Local Color Parties, running December 19 and 27 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. These creative escapes offer a chance to explore your artistic side with guided art activities in a fun and relaxed setting. Supplies are provided, making it perfect for all skill levels!

Our Brew and Arts Market is back, offering the ultimate combination of great brews and local creativity. On Fridays, December 6 and 13, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, you can browse unique, locally crafted gifts while enjoying your favorite drinks. This is your chance to support local artisans and tick off your holiday shopping list in a relaxed and festive setting.

Evenings at the Brewing Station are all about music and energy this holiday season. We’ve lined up some fantastic DJ nights to keep you moving!

On December 20, prepare for a special twist with DJ Smilez hosting a Grinch-themed night. Alex Brewer will join us as The Grinch, mingling with the crowd, and we’ll hold our annual Naughty or Nice Costume Contest with fantastic prizes up for grabs. For something unique, join us on December 21 for a Silent Disco where you control the music with multiple DJ options.

Families can look forward to a magical experience every Saturday in December (excluding December 7th) with our Meet and Greet with Anna and Elsa from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. Bring your little ones to meet their favorite princesses and make unforgettable holiday memories.

Finally, don’t miss our New Year’s Eve Party on December 31. Ring in 2025 with Funkamungos and DJ Black King, a champagne toast, a dazzling balloon drop at midnight, and plenty of good vibes to kick off the new year in style.

As the vibrant summer season begins to wind down, we’re gearing up for an exciting fall here at Outer Banks Brewing Station. With the arrival of September, we’re adjusting our hours for the off-season and will be closing on Tuesdays starting this month. This gives our team much-needed time to rest and recharge as we prepare for a spectacular off-season lineup!

But don’t worry, the fun continues! Our popular Brewery Tours will still be running throughout September, giving you an inside look at our brewing process and a chance to sample some of our signature beers. And don’t miss out on the live music in our backyard, which will keep rocking through the month, bringing you the best local and regional acts.

As always, our team is already hard at work planning the return of your favorite off-season events. Get ready for the Pubkin Patch, where the fall vibes come alive with pumpkins, brews, and fun for the whole family. Join us for Tapas Nights, a culinary journey that brings a unique flavor experience to your Thursday evenings. Test your knowledge at our lively Trivia Nights, or unleash your wild side at the annual Exotic-Erotic Halloween Contest—a night that never fails to surprise!

We’re also thrilled to announce the return of our Brew and Arts Market in October! This event will bring together local artists and craftspeople for a fun, creative market—paired with, of course, great beer.

And of course, we’ll be wrapping up the year with the much-anticipated 12 Bars of Christmas, a festive celebration like no other.

Cheers to a fantastic Fall at Outer Banks Brewing Station!

New Menu Highlights

Chef Tony has been working hard in the kitchen, crafting dishes perfect for the season. Here are some of the highlights:

• Chorizo Risotto with Seared Scallops: This new addition has been flying off the menu. It’s a delicious risotto topped with seared scallops, corn, and black bean salsa.
• Jalapeno Caps and Curds Basket: We’ve combined a past favorite, jalapeno caps, with our new favorite, curds, to create a mouth-watering basket that’s sure to please your taste buds.
• Tuna Entrée: This light summer dish features cold Mediterranean pasta salad, roasted garlic hummus, asparagus, and a garlic pepper-seared tuna steak. It’s the perfect refreshing meal for a hot day.
• Housemade Tofurizo Tostada: This dish is a must-try for our vegan and vegetarian friends. It’s a tasty tostada layered with black bean puree, quezo fresco and our signature housemade tofurizo. This dish is so popular during our Tapas Nights that we decided to add it to the menu!

The pub has always been about the people who work in it and part of the beauty of this transition is that they are the ones who will run the pub with the guidance of the new owners, Steve & Dee Cordea and Keith & Heather Acree.

The spirit of the pub has always revolved around change and experimentation, reflected in our history of new beers, menu changes and specialty nights, diverse musical acts, off-beat shows, and just about every type of event you can imagine.

We have tried to support everything we feasibly could over the years to give back to the community that has given us so much love over the years. It has been a long search to find new ownership that understands that a business is only as good as its people and its people are a reflection of its community.

It is an open secret that the Brewing Station has had, and still has, some of the best, most talented people on the beach – witness all that they have done!
