Two people in my office use them and they are very happy with them.  This is a multifunction chair, which means it includes ergonomic adjustments such as seat height adjustment, tilt tension, back height adjustment, 360° swivel, tilt lock mechanism, and of course a seat glide mechanism and a control for angling the seat relative to the back.
