How you pass your free time in office?

Some people in some profession get much time in their office and some does not get a time to take fresh breath at all. The network admin and officer may get much free time in general, but there is some moments, Some times are busiest man in the world. But my question is how you spend your free time at office? Playing computer games, make fun with social network, gossiping with other colleague or anything else.

How I pass my free time in office?

01. Completing my job, I search for other pending work and plan to do next (if any). I think a moment have any official talks with other department.
02. Sometime go out side of room and sometime outside of the office for refreshment. Basically take tea.
03. As I am an Network admin, I sat before computer and try to connected with facebook, google and yahoo messenger. I think this networks interrupt our new thinking. (Do you think so?) but connection is very much important, as I am an (blog/technical) writer I need to inform our fried about my writings.
04. Coding is poetry, I make small update my sites and search solution, visit other site.
05. And write posts for my blogs in these free time.

How you can make good use of your time?

Schedule: You can make a schedule for your next upcoming works. If need to make some document or other information processing for that, you can prepare.
Plan: I suggest everybody to use their time properly. Time is upgrading so you have to upgrade time to time. Just learn new think and ideas for you next plan. Never think to stay in one place and increase you salary in this place. Just think to leave the place and take better chance in other place. Work for that.
Training: You have to learn many things that may be professional or technical or other social/economical/financial needs. Just make you a student of other who know more and make relation and learn new ideas from him. This will improve you and your skill.

Boundness of Relation with your staffs

Once upon a time there was a justice who was blind and he just heard and decides. His judgment was neutral. Name of another judge I have heard that he bounds his eyes while he was in judgment. The reason is that true judgment may interrupted if he see them.

1.Communication:

In our professional life, we have to connect with various levels of peoples. Communicate with all and know about their personal life but you have to control and limitation with you behavior with them. Every time if you share only about professional matter, they may not like personally. If you share some different matter about outside your offices they may feel relax with you. If talk more and more it may be boring to them.

2.Communication gap

You may be in leave or you may go to official tour. There may some gap with your colleague and senior persons. Coming towards them just ask how they are, you can ask about their family persons and personal life. You can show them that you have missed them, than they may miss you or think that they should miss you.

3.Limitation of Relation

Set a control in you relationship, the more relative behave with you junior person may harm you personality. Every people have some weakness. When your junior knows about you lake of knowledge they may not obey you. Another things may happened, If you take personal help form you junior, you may not punish him for his unwise job. I think, This advice may improve your professional life.

Scheduling of your job based on priority

Some days ago I have told the problem on IT job. But there was no solution in that topic. I am going to handle the problem in recent posts. Some times you are free and no job in your office and there some moments when you can not move for the pressure of work. Every service holder may have to face the moments. But you have to do all the work and have to be done correctly. If you go so fast you may have errors in your job and it may take more time to correct this.

Have you remember any busy moments in your office?

Set Priority:

Just take everything easily and set the priority of your job. You have to know what is more important. Some times we think that the management order should be in best priority. But you have to make decide based on necessary. .

Inform if needed

As office work is maintained by chain, your pending job may wait other persons. So, what you will do unless doing the job. You have to say the concern person that you need time, it will be done in this time. So, they may wait for you without disturbing. There may other help for you. They may help you to complete the job done rapidly.

Distribute if possible

You should distribute job by time and you have to take in mind the quality of your helper. Some times it is seen that job become late if you give it to inappropriate person. You also have to make time frame for the job.

Weekly observation of your workflow

You can start over a job but have you have a revision of your completed or uncompleted task list. I think you have not too much time for this or you don't want to do this or you think it is not needed for you. Human mind is scattered in its interest as though made of thistle down. So some times you may have start a job but have not completed yet. In time you may forgot this. The weekly review of you previous listed job may control you. In official life I want to focus on some points on which you can light on week ends.
1. File Management
2. List of incomplete task
3. Scheduling next task
4. Communication

1. File Management:

Your table may have many documents and these may not differentiate by category and in proper file. Files may not in file cabinet. You should manage your week end time properly. Use marker pen and write the heading on the top of the file and include the document which job is done all ready.
In your computer desktop there may some unused file, delete the files and some important document that may need in near future, keep them naming the folder.

2. List of incomplete task

You should review the uncompleted task and discuss why this has not done. You can also re routine for the task. You may not do some task that was in ques for you. Decide about the task, what will be for those task.

3. Scheduling next task

Now you can make a fresh list of weekly office work, communication, meeting, visiting and other work flow. If you list on weekly it will better to complete. You may divide the work by time and by person. If you have four sub-ordinate you have to manage the job for them, just keep track of their experiences and distribute contacting with them.

4. Communication

Have you contact with all of your client, relative, social network, online and offline friends and family members in this week. In the pressure of office work you may have forgotten to communicate with these people and may not attend a party of some relatives. Have you call him (over phone) taht you are sorry for you have not come to the party.

You are controlled by your boss. Do you ever control your boss?

Basically boss are experienced person than officers. So boss/manager order and officer obey him. This is general sequence of any company. But some times you have to control your boss. How it possible? I never told you to do this intentionally an with out any needs. Some times there need to control the senior person for development of you or your company.

Training
Every person is not fulfill. There is something in you which is not on your boss. Have any extra ordinary quality in you? you have to find the quality and have to best use of this. I some company, as an IT person, I have train many of my bosses. Their salary was much more than me. I train them office program, internet and some programming languages. So they impressed on me. I made the chance to control them. All are not in same place and have not same quality but I believe that every person have extra ordinary quality that is not in other.
In your office environment you can do better use of your quality.

Help
You can help your boss in different way and position. If you sequentially help him he may depends on you and this is your hidden control of your boss.
Weakness
You may know the weakness of your boss. Everyone is afraid on his weak point. I never suggest you to do bad work regarding weak point of boss. Because, you also have some weak points, no be careful.I suggest you to help your boss in that weak point and discuss about this things clearly. This may help you to control over the boss.

IT officer : problem in professional life

In the field of IT, I have to work as an IT officer in some companies and faced some problem. The problem is not on about skill or technical but communication and co-operation. I will discuss here how you may have face some problem in these fields. Nevertheless here is described in my sense.

Upgrade
As the IT sector is new in the world and many office has been arranged their office manually. When you decide to upgrade the system with technology, many people may stand against you for they don't know the system.

There may other reason, every department is going to be under the IT sector and so their control may interrupted by Information Technology. To upgrading your office management you have to tell them first what you want to do? what may be the advantages and also what is cost. The office top management may not know the technology and may not agree with you , that is a major problem for every IT job holder.
Control
When you upgrade the system in Information System, For example if you newly set up your office network. You have to make domain controller and define user and password for every client PC. you have to have the full control of all of the computer. Is it possible if office don't support you? In my real life experience, I have seen that many of the officer don't want to give the control thought it is necessary. It may be another the problem.
Training
You have to train up your staff. but is it easy to train them while you are not boss? I was a mid level job holder in one company and have to train some topics and use of computer and internet and many other thing. I felt some problem there, the staffs ordered me to train them other than requesting. I was sorry for that and I resigned one of my job for this problem.

But there is other people who may like you too as you know technology. Over come the problem with your personality and other helpful good works.

How I become Time Keeper/Record Keeper to Admin Officer

In the student life I have to worried about some shortage of money. I search part time work. There was no job for that time. So I decided to work on Garments Industry. I was then a final year student of Computer Science but did not shared this news with all of my office colleague.

My Responsibilities:
1. I have to come at office at first 30 minutes before office time. I have to stay on gate and check who are late in their office. I toke the card number and late marks to their manual card.
2. I have to serial 400 workers randomly fallen card. and punch them.It become boring within some times.
3. I have to record new appointed workers bio-data and other information in file and some record books.
4. Sometimes I have to buy office launch for workers

Busy Days
The days were going very busy. I have to move and move with my work. I knew that this work is not for mine and I have to come forward with my Computer Science study. Some times I read some books and carried papers and lecture sheet to my office. I saw that I have a helping hand.I told to The managing Director that I need a helping hand to my office work smoothly. He told to collect some one to this post.

I promote a quality controller to help me in my work, I make him Time Keeper increasing his salary.

Now I am free and so I have to be relax in my work, I just order him and train him how to do what I have done previous six month. I give him my chair. I did not have any chair and sat on guest chair in my office. I give the right of full control in his work

Becoming Admin Office:
In few days Labor office audit team come to me and ask for workers bio-data, age, sex and salary status.there was no data updated as there was no Admin officer here. The audit team ask me for:
1. Personal file for employee
2. Work book
3. Daily working hour with signature of worker
4. Attendance Register
5. Leave Register.
6. Sick and maternity leave status
and other labor statements that was not updated as there was no rules in this company, the company never give any leave nor pay for that. The audit team threaded that they will cancel certificate of labor office. I acknowledge this to my management. They told me to update everything and provide budget.

I made all the documents, make ID cards and update other information for employees. I hired two persons to help me and complete everything updated. In the mean time other officer knew that I am a Computer Science Student. They told this to higher management and second time my salary increased here. I have become Admin officer. I got a new chair and tables for my work.

Picture blogs are another popular arrangement in web. In picture blog. There is short description of any picture and bellow the picture. There some picture blog that has only headline and nothing else. I think every picture should have These contents

Videos and Video Description
There is plenty of videos hosted in youtube and other sites that is not views in local people for the shortage of keyword. Some people use the videos in there blog. There some blog I have seen. Have the summery about a video and embaded this.

Here I have found some bad practice in service holders. I hate these natures though you or other people may or may not like these behave.

When you should resign from your job?

In service time many people resigned from their job. I have also resigned from two companies in three years service time. You can resign from you job anytime any reason, it is your freedom. But here I want to mention some points of view you should not wait to resign and switch another.

01. Job responsibilities do not match: When you find that your quality and your job responsibilities does not match, you can go away. Never wait to get into the company where your interested though the salary be low.
02. Personality Problem: This is very important in life. You have personality any where in the world. You will respect some people and some people have to respect you. If any place you see that there is problem with your personality, people does not respect you, you should leave from there.
03. Better chance: What is better chance? Better chance depends on some point of view
A) Salary: How you will be paid in new company?
B) Service Time
C) Communication: Communication between home and your office.
D) Expense: Extra expense to this job
E) Development: Have a chance to develop yourself in that company?
04. If you get better option in your service, why you are waiting here?: I will suggest to resign from one to another if you career developed. Changing job may increase your knowledge in different way. And also have a good network in your field.

Problems after Promotion in your office

Have a nice day. How are you and your office? I have told some tips and tricks in previous posts.

I the student life I faced much problem of money and so I have to take part time job. House teacher was my first part time job. In third year of my computer science course I joint as junior officer of a private firm. They did not know that I am studying in Computer Science. I have to maintain some paper work and reporting. The office has some computers. Sometimes there problem happened in computers (Such as Windows missing, Hardware problem). Then there was no person to solve these problems. The computer sent to repair. Though I knew how to solve these problems I did not tell people that I can do.

After some time some officer know that I am a computer science student. Then I was promoted as IT Officer and salary increased. New chair, table, air conditioned room given to me. I was happy but there was problem also. You may or may not face in some problem when you are promoted. In other office I have seen same problem of other officer.

Problems
As you have promoted, the officer of your same post are now junior of you. So they may neglect you. They may not obey your command.
Some people may not co-operation with you work.

I was promoted three times in that company and so I have much problem to work. I have to sit boss’s chair. I have to control by whom I was controlled. So I have to leave there. I resigned and take a new job with approximately similar salary.

Terrors are better than Honest Man

I know you may astonish to hear this that Terrors are better than Honest man. I have to stay with some bad tanager boys and some Youngman who were connected with some terrorism. Some are professional rebel also, some are not professional. I was an student of 2nd year hons in Computer Science then. I have fall into a false case and have to live with these men. Here I have seen some strange human nature. Previously I thought that terrors are not intelligent, they think that they are in right way. But with their connection I got many help and know the true about the good and bad thinks in a man. I have some intellectual quality in them that was not seen in good and honest people.

1. Ability to do anything
You may or may not like this quality but I have to like this quality. In some circumstances I have fallen some problem. Some people work against me, but I can do nothing. In service life, there was some colleague who work against me thought I was in honest and right way. I could not tell anything but leaving this job because I didn’t want to use hot words with hem. The people I have meet in jail was not like me, If I was They, They would quarrel with them and take their right. They can fight for a simple thing and can sacrifice a big thing for simple.

2.Ability to work for nothing
I office I have to do many daily work for company. I have to work morning to till night for some dollar per month. In one sense, I have been sold for some dollars in that company. There were some young man, who work for nothing but loyalty. I saw that they are independent. They were ready to do any work for their life. I have seen freedom in them which I have not find in many good people. Any way they may dishonest but have a great co-working ability. I have seen many volunteers to make good working team in our locality arranged by these type of waste boys.

3. They have Strong Command Line
They work on strong command line. They have to take risk for a small command of their leader. Have you ever taken any life risk for your father or mother? But They can do.
4. They are More Helpful
When I was fallen in jail there was some known person but not relative. Just they are in same district or thana or near Village. They manage me better place to live and better food to eat and also take care of my life style. I have seen that the people who was more dangerous terror in real life is more helpful. I have meet also some good people in jail who have to come here without any crime. But I have not find any good in these good people in jail. It may be strange to you, me also.
5. They are Obedient
In Dhaka jail there ware 14000 prisoner and only some hundreds of jail police controlled them. I thought If they were not obedient, is it possible to manage them with this small management?
6. They Love Poor People
Most of the waste people started their life in poverty. They helped poor people. I think, The honest and Rich people are not helpful. Do you believe me? If the Rich people helped the poor the world was not such. Never mind, I am not helpful for poor also. I heard the prisoners voice when they were talking about their poverty, their crazy and rich life. I have also heard the history of many poor student who are now doctor engineer and in great post. Who Help the poor most do you know? You don’t know, but I know.

Learning is not everything in professional life, you have to create good environment of your control.

In your office you may know more than your colleague. Or it may possible that you know more than you boss or manager. But this is not everything in that environment to achieve more. Your salary may not been increased, you may not promoted also for some reason.

Office policy

Different company follows different rules about increment and promotion of their employee. It is common in all companies, increment is proportion to starting salary is important. I have seen some company who has no rules of increment of salary. The increment of salary did not depend on employee performance.

Your Educational Skill

I have seen an Admin assistant can do every responsibilities of Admin officer when admin officer been terminated. Admin assistant was not promoted due to his education level. Educational background is very much important.

Relation and communication of top Management

You works hard with full responsibilities and honesty. Is it known to top management? Top management can increase or promote you. I think you have to contact and acknowledge to you senior and top management that you are paid ill salary and working with your best.

You Have to Jump

If you are not rewarded as your skill, you have to find another sweetable place. You have to jump for better career with same skill. I have seen that new joining persons’ salary is higher than old in some private companies. So be new, jump for new job.

I was fallen in some company with bad policy. The officers kept work policy with other senior, departments and sub-ordinates. There was some part who did not like other party. They worked against others. I have seen some persons with different policy maintained there.

01. Helping People
I know that helping is other person is best weapon. No one can talk against you if you help them legally. I think you should take respect of personal necessary of any body. I have seen an officer who helped workers, he typed any application for them, tell to improve their activity and shared personal thinking. So he was much popular with workers.

02. Some never share his activity
Some people never share their activity. They think that their knowledge is being stolen.
03. There was some spy
In office I have seen some persons roll as spy of top management. It is interesting that these spy are not good in their won job requirement and highly paid. I hate these persons
04. Honest Vs Skilled
There is some persons in office who are skilled but dishonest. And some are honest but not skilled. Who is appropriate for any office if you have these type of officers? Who will
Chosen for any work? I have to face much problem with some honest man. There was some sales mans who are not honest but expert in sales. I replace them by other honest person who are not expert. Then there have much problem. Every moment I have to anxious a\with their activity.

Account Department Vs Marketing Department

In three private company I have seen some same contradiction between the two department ”Accounts” and “Marketing”. As an IT person we have to work in these two departments.

Account Persons Think That:
01. Marketing department is fully polluted with dishonest
02. Marketing persons are always honest in their work.
03. Marketing executives and managers have no technical skill.
04. They expense a huge amount of money of company. Their facility should be reduced.
05. The account executives are honest and they work hard but pay small amount.

Marketing Department Think
01. Marketing Department earn money. They work hard for company. They increase customer and they have right to do many things
02. We earn money from buyer or customer and accounting person work with that money.
03. We increase the sale of company and we have productivity and account department have no productivity.

Over all I have to meet with these two departments. In these company I have seen that marketing department earns much money for company and they want their won account for their conveyance and other expenditure.

What is common problem of a blogger? Time, Money, Visitor, Comment or anything else. I face a problem. In some time I get some ideas to write in my blog and write so easily or do not get time to write on. In some time there is much time to write but I don’t find what to write. Have any solution? I have thought about it and got some solution for it. I think you may have choose my thinking.

01. Learning New Things
Learning new thing is most important for every man in the world. As a blogger you have to learn new things every moments for (a) Developing your skill and (b) writing about that things and (c) experiments (or avoid ) about. You may get new idea of writing that is rare in the world, no body thought that things but essential.
02. Finding Solution
Have problem? Find solutions. Take best solution of your problem. There may have different solution for your one problem. You can discuss more things in your blog. Never mind to write in your won way though it has been written previously.
03. Meet with new people
I thing Blogging is not everything for a man. Bout bloggers have a pressure of new posting. I think you should talk and be friend new peoples.
04. Take a tour
If you don’t get any thing to write in your blog you should better to take a short tour. Blogging may be boring to you and so you are not interested to find out more things. You may have nice idea changing place.
05. Read More

You can read more and more in online and off line. I will suggest to read books than blogs in that time.

Today my friend and I have gone a restaurant, too poor it is. The chair and tables are insufficient and shabby. Many people gathered there, environment is crowed and hot. But this is favorite restaurant of my friend. We sit back and a boy comes with some luche, beef, salad and some sauce. We start eating, what a testy it is. I have never eat such things in any other rich restaurant. All seat are booked and some customers are waiting when we will leave and they will sit.

I told the shopkeeper why he is not arranging more room for customers and why he does not decorate well.

The summer of his replies are:
I can decorate well, and can get a big room for my restaurant but there is problem also. If I do so, the food quality and price will not stay as now. Every time I want to serve good quality of food in less price. People wants only this. There is also some rich customer who wants good environment and they are ready to pay better. But they never come regularly. I need regular customer.

What a better thinking. I was thinking with a week long about Search Engine Optimization (SEO) , There is problem in design of blog. If design is beautiful then site become slower. There is contradiction between Design Vs Content. Another Thing I want to take in your light. A blogger have to do some works
(a) Site Design
(b) Writing Content
(c) Comment Moderation
(d) SEO
(e) communication with social network.

If you lost much time with design you may or may not get more time in writing.

Get nothing to write in your blog?:Be the teacher of your class friend

I am from different view to write. Some people does not find new things to write in their blog. If you gather more things,know and learn more ideas you will have to write.
What influence you to write blog?

I think you know some thing and want to share with world. If you do not no new thing. Extra ordinary topics which you interested to write. You may or may not write in your blog. You may stop writing.

For my Experience
When I was a college student, I was not so talkative and never participate with lots of games. My class friends were fond of me for I was Helpful with class topics. When class closed I took a lecture about that topics with some of my friends. There would two benefit from it
(a)I have to think what I have to told, I have to study more and the subject be clear to me
(b) Friends are also benefited with this correspondence.
As a Blogger
When I interested to learn photography,take pictures and simultaneously I have written these in my blog. I learn and write. When I was not interested for new ideas and thinking, I could not find anything to write. How about you?
In the life of Kazi Nazrul Islam
Any way, Bangladeshi national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam was the teacher of his won school (Madrasha) at the age of ten. He was teacher of his class friends.

My Suggestion

I want to told the blogger to Learn More things you can get advance training about any subject you like and act as a teacher in same time. discuss these things with your online visitor. This will increase your knowledge and get more ideas to write in your blog.

What you think about your dayly life? What you think about your blog?

Many people write dairy at home. Many connect with microblog,facebook or twitter or anything els. Some writes their won blog? is dairy and blog are same at all? Some love and hate some people, people write these things in their dairy but don't write in their blog...and many things I have seen different in blog, thinking and dairy.

Everything is not written
It is not possible to write everything in black ink. Human mind is scatters in its interest as though made of thistle down. I think many thing but never write. I decide to write and it is not written till now and will never written.

Some People Never writes
In internet we think that everything is in internet. Is it true? Think, who write blog or book? who does not write or can not write? Everything is not here. There is many other thing in world which is not in blog. I think as a man you should take care of these things. As I live in Bangladesh,Asia I have to connect with poor and rural people whoa does not know what is computer and internet. But they have something to say. Thing the life of bigger, rickshwa pulla, day labour and child labour. They have somthing to say. But they can not.
So take care of the world not only the Blog
