Instrument Engineer

Shutdown Planner
Provide advice and support on shutdown and turnaround planning to maximize the offshore and onshore operations efficiency. Note that this is not a maintenance planning role, shutdown planning experience is essential.
Engineer degree (preferred) or Technical diploma (considered) major in Industrial, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical engineering. Minimum of 10 years experience in shutdown and turnaround planning. Knowledge of gas plant and offshore operations desired.

Pipeline/ Corrosion Engineer
Serve as a hands on technical advisor providing specialized engineering assistance for activities relating to all phase of corrosion management such as; recommend standards, methods, designs and procedures for specialized chemical & integrity processes.
Bachelor s degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering with minimum 7 years experience in a similar role and will be expected to exhibit technical competence in areas of risk based inspection assessments, material specifications, metallurgy, cathodic protection, coatings and chemical treatment. Offshore Maintenance Planner
Providing Planning and Scheduling services as required by the Maintenance Superintendent, within a multi-disciplined team providing operations and maintenance for Pangkah.

Metering Technician
To ensure good and smooth operability and maintainability of all custody metering systems.
Technical Diploma with 8 years relevant experience or 5 years for Bachelor Degree holder. Familiar and qualified to perform flow measurement calculations, has very good hands-on knowledge on flow meters (orifice, turbine, ultrasonic), flow computer, gas chromatograph, prover, recorder, etc. Understand how volume is calculated based on API, MPMS, AGA, and ISO.

Lab Technician

MARINE ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate is expected to support all COPI s offshore installations in Indonesian waters in the area of marine operations. Qualification & Experience:

• Education: BS in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering required, advanced degree in the same areas a plus.

• He is expected to have basic understanding of the design, fabrication and installation of offshore floating structures, such as semisubmersible, tension leg platforms and/or other types of floating structures, in addition to FPSOs and FSOs.
• In depth knowledge is required in the areas of vessel static and dynamic stability, hydrodynamics, vessel motion analysis and results interpretation, mooring design, installation and maintenance, principles and maintenance of flexible risers, turret and swivel, floating hoses, single point mooring buoys, marine hawsers, etc.
• Understanding of marine operations of working vessels, such as supply vessels, transportation barges and tugs is also required. He or she must be able to communicate in English with peers within COP and outside entities at sufficient technical levels.
• Experience in the use and auditing of Safety Management Systems as applied to Tankers.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skill and team player with proactive approach to decision making process.
• A Tanker Endorsement (Gas) would also be desirable.

Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is expected to support all COPI’s offshore installations in Indonesian waters in the area of marine operations. The main duties will include providing technical input to management in decision making process and to offshore installations, in the area of naval architecture and marine operations; organize/coordinate offshore marine operations and maintenance activities, communicate with marine and engineering contractors, marine warranty surveyor companies; regulatory agencies, such as DnV, ABS, and Bureau Veritas, and COP Houston experts on various marine operation and naval architecture related technical issues.

Qualification & Experience:
• Education: BS in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering required, advanced degree in the same areas a plus.
• Candidate is expected to have solid technical understanding of the basic principles of naval architecture and/or ocean engineering; have 3~5 years of practical experience in oil or ship building industry; familiar with various types of offshore floating structures, especially FPSOs and FSOs. Pertinent experience in operation of FPSOs and FSOs is required.
• A minimum of a Chief Mate Class 1 Certificate of Competency with Tanker Endorsement (Oil).
• He is expected to have basic understanding of the design, fabrication and installation of offshore floating structures, such as semisubmersible, tension leg platforms and/or other types of floating structures, in addition to FPSOs and FSOs.
• In depth knowledge is required in the areas of vessel static and dynamic stability, hydrodynamics, vessel motion analysis and results interpretation, mooring design, installation and maintenance, principles and maintenance of flexible risers, turret and swivel, floating hoses, single point mooring buoys, marine hawsers, etc.
• Understanding of marine operations of working vessels, such as supply vessels, transportation barges and tugs is also required. He or she must be able to communicate in English with peers within COP and outside entities at sufficient technical levels.
• Experience in the use and auditing of Safety Management Systems as applied to Tankers.
• Strong leadership , interpersonal skill and team player with proactive approach to decision making process
• A Tanker Endorsement (Gas) would also be desirable.

MEASUREMENT SUPERVISOR

Main Responsibilities:
The Measurement Supervisor will report directly to the Supply Assurance Manager and have the following primary responsibilities:
• Supervisor & Mentor of 3 measurement engineers, 6 field measurement technicians and one volume coordinator to achieve accurate measurement results for the Business Unit
• SPOC and Interface with new projects to ensure measurement meets the required standards and is maintainable. Position would provide final approval authority for all flow measurement devices associated with new projects and/or facility modifications.
• SPOC and Interface with the Commercial group to ensure the viability of measurement clauses within COPI contracts comply with the standard and/or standards are developed for special considerations provided our customers.
• Develops the strategies for procuring, operating and maintaining measurement devices in accordance with Government of Indonesia approved delivery procedures
• Responsible for addressing all audit findings. Review all measurement audits and develop actions and priorities for measurement resources to ensure closure. Work with Commercial for any discrepancies of measurement results under contracts.
• Develops operating expense budgets for ongoing measurement requirements and develops funding rationale for measurement improvements required in existing operations.

Qualification & Experience:
• As a minimum, the candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineering with 10 years experience in oil and gas industry.
• Previous work experience in Gas & Liquid Measurement and strong knowledge of all types of Gas and Liquid Measurement in oil and gas operations.

Maximise the number of systems that can be pre-commissioned at the Construction site with a view to minimising the systems to be commissioned Offshore. Thus reducing the number of personnel required offshore and hence reducing personnel risks to ALARP

Agree with the EPCI contractor and Operations Specialist the schedule and sequence of system commissioning
• Lead the Company onshore integrated commissioning team at the construction site.
• Oversee the production of all pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures prepared by the Contractor
• Work as part of an integrated Contractor/Client commissioning team during the run up to Mechanical Acceptance of the platform
• Lead the integrated EPCI / COMPANY / Vendor commissioning teams during pre-commissioning / commissioning and hand over to the Operations Group.
• Interface with Operations to ensure that the introduction of hydrocarbons and the full operation of the Company topsides is completed in a safe and timely manner such that the Project schedule is maintained.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Commissioning procedures
• Commissioning personnel training and competency assessment
• Commissioning management system implementation
• Systems handover to Operations
• Development and / or agreement of Safe Systems of Work for commissioning activities
• Appointment of key inspection authorities for commissioning activities
• Selection of appropriate key EPCI contractor personnel to assist with Company offshore commissioning activities
• Agree the need for involvement in key performance and factory acceptance testing with the Senior Facilities Engineer and Operations Specialist

Qualification:
• 20 years experience in oil and gas construction and or hydrocarbon production environment
• Engineering Degree
• Minimum of 20 years experience in the hydrocarbon production and gas compression / treatment operations
• Minimum of one major project as start up / commissioning lead / manager
• Minimum of 10 years supervisory / team leader or management experience in hydrocarbon production and gas compression / treatment facilities operation
