So my preparations?? briefing from my mother who works in Japan, read more about Tokyo especially about Narita airport (hehe), and I’m currently making my “to do” list so that I’ll not be wasting my precious time doing nothing. This trip will be my one shot to heaven hence I ought to do the most out of my stay in the city. Or was it just an infatuation? Well, currently I’m infatuated with a person and it seems so awkward and obviously hopeless because I know I can’t be happy and be with that person. Anyway, how could one differentiate if what you’re feeling is love or merely an infatuation? base from this book entitled Marriage and the Family by Stephen A. Grunlan, infatuation is born at first sight while love takes time to develop; infatuation tends to focus on a single aspect of the other, while love focuses on the whole person. Further, infatuation is an immature emotional response to a person of the opposite sex based on superficial or idealized characteristics rather than the whole person.

Actually, authentic love could be clearly understood only when you’re already in a commitment or relationship with another. Many definitions and ideals were already publicized and written in papers yet both terms remain difficult to define. Why need a definition? Don't define IT, just feel IT. I remembered so well when I was young and many of my friends had autograph notebooks and the part you need to fill up was the “Define Love” corner. On that particular aspect, I was having a hard time answering it myself so what I did was I merely wrote the lyrics of a song that describes love. Up until now, I can’t honestly share what love is and what infatuation means. All I know is I’ve already experienced both and I just know what I’m feeling is Love or Infatuation. It comes with your intuition I guess. I’m just happy knowing that I am infatuated with a friend and I don’t want to make these feelings worse to wind up with love. According to M.H. Ford, infatuation is a mild form of attraction – I want to adhere unto this thought until these feelings are gone.

Sources:

Stephen A. The staff already started their endorsement so I voluntarily went home because for me there’s no chance I could attend the said duty. There are no hard feelings, though, behind my absence. It’s just that today should have been my first exposure in the ER and I should have minor cases within the area. So, when I went home, I immediately went back to sleep hoping my wonderful dream earlier will be flashed back again. Yet I was disappointed, somehow, because a new story was made in my dream. All I want is that specific dream I had this day! Only few people know that my happiness could only be found in my dreams; my fascination about my life can be triggered by what dreams could actually offer. I can only be happier inside my imagination than what I could experience in reality. If I could turn back time, I should not have awaken from my sleep and continue to be happy inside my own realm of thoughts.

it allows me to kill

In addition to my former post, the game itself, Special Force, is very much interesting and fun to play with. When I was in highschool, may ka-berks ako to play counterstrike which was way the same as Special Force (bago lang ako na-hook with such game after a friend of mine endorsed it to me). Ang difference lang is that, sa counterstrike, kung sino yung naglalaro mismo sa net café ay sila na rin makakalaban mo sa game/server. However, sa Special Force, pwede mo makalaro kahit sino (kahit alien) na nasa Pinas.. and that’s very unique diba. Even though nasa bahay ka lang with your pc plus internet, pwede kanang sumali sa game with different choices pa ng servers and channels. AMAZING!! galing ng Pinoy! So, you have the chance to meet more people, mga magagaling, mga mediocre, mga glitchers, mga babaeng players and so on. Moreover, the most entertaining part of the game is when players, even your teammates, will say “bobo” / “vovo” and other unwanted and unpleasant words to you specially pag ikaw na lang naiwan and the enemy will haunt you all throughout. Feeling close kasi mga strangers na yun (players). They keep on saying weak/bobo/tanga ka, judging on how you play eh di nga kayo magkakilala.. and the thought of it makes me laugh. hehe. honestly, how some players swear and manlait sa iba ay ang essence ng game para sa kanila. but for me, whatever we do as a team or whatever the game is, ang importante is teamwork. yan ang sole lesson na nakuha ko sa game (somehow may ma-learn ka pala sa violent games. hehe)... kasi even if mga enemies namin mga so called major na and matataas talaga ang kanilang ranks compared to my team for that game, mananalo kami if may teamwork. so yun. Kudos to SF online!!

is-tu-fed

I’m happy right now because I’m laughing at my own flaws. I was playing Special Force and I’ve already attained the position of Second Lieutenant. I felt so naïve knowing that a character on that game could be equipped with different items like buying your own boots, armor, helmet etc. Only when I reached the First Lieutenant position I discovered that fact. hehe. Also, I managed to accomplish the position without even buying any card/e-coin to purchase some items (because once I was about to buy a card at Netopia, the personnel said such cards are unavailable). Anyhow, when I bought some items for my character I was excited to play intensely because of the additional points and other benefits. Only after 3 days of playing I’ve realized and I was pissed off that those purchased items weren’t used. Why? I didn’t click them in my inventory which means those equipment were merely stored and weren’t taken advantage. In the end, I remain ignorant (after playing the best game for quite some time).

give me a break

I actually planned to post an entry sharing it’s already our sembreak yet it’s been like 2 weeks and nothing has been posted. hehe. now, sembreak’s almost over and surely, I’m gonna miss those long hours of sleep, those times when I would sleep at 5 to 6 in the morning, those moments when I would just use the computer the whole day; also experiencing a buffet-like home, and of course going out to unwind myself. Those were just some of the moments I felt carefree and that span of time allowed me to have some reflections too. hehe. Going to school’s almost over and so I wonder if I’ll give my best shot this coming semester. The real ‘me’ wasn’t totally portrayed in front of my teachers or classmates. I merely desired to pass my subjects though; no goals of becoming an excellent student. However, because some of my classmates are acclaimed achievers, can I be like them if I exert more effort and show interest on my course? Maybe or maybe not I could become like them. Should I give it a shot or will I be contented of what I’ve already attained right now..? I dunno…

forever by hillsongs

Okay its 2:57am on my desktop clock and I’m still wide awake as usual. Currently listening to a song entitled ‘forever’ by Hillsongs United and the aura in my room suddenly shifted to my experience in YFC. Once I facilitated a youth camp and this song was sang truthfully. I cried. I was captured by the essence of many brothers and sisters singing altogether and the lyrics of the song were more than meaningful. That’s why. Oh well... just look up to the lyrics and listen to the melody of the song. It’s worth it!

Special Force online game

I’m currently hooked to Special Force online which is relative to the Counter Strike game. I’m new to it so I have to play everyday to gain more experience for my chosen character. Anyhow, I enjoy playing with it because killing other members relieves my stress and it alleviates my negative emotions kept inside. Also, the fact that I’m practicing the defense mechanism termed displacement could be the sole reason why I like games as such. Special Force really helped me a lot. I feel at ease after I play; the game also makes me laugh the way how other members die or how everyone kills each other because it’s needed. So, if you also want to try this game… visit this site and let’s kill one another: http://sf.mygame.ph/

me? absent? owws...

Today, I was absent in my major class. It’s always been like this every Saturday. Sometimes I hate it. Though I like it often to just let go of this subject and relax for quite some time. All my absences for this subject have accumulated to its limit so I guess I should control myself for me to pass this year. Whose fault is it anyway? I can’t wake up on my own sometimes and even with other people’s help, I can’t just open my eyes from their early morning blabbermouth. Anyway, my actions are part of my being a student. It’s unusual though if you ever encountered someone who doesn’t commit such crime of taking absences. Well, I have friends who belong to such category. hehe. I have nothing against them. By the way, I read somewhere online an icon saying: normal people worries me – I agree to that.

at last!

Today, I just watched this amazing independent film made especially to special people. I’ve been dying to want to see this movie yet it wasn’t shown in our town’s cinemas. However, recently I did see original copies of it to be purchased in various stores. I guess the film was made and shown last 2006 and only this 2008 that cd’s were released.. so, having a glimpse of its title in youtube, I immediately uploaded such video hence diverting my attention to merely watch it rather than studying my lessons (oops!). Its just that, I’m afraid if I delay this opportunity then youtube will prohibit the movie because… because you know… piracy issues... well, I’m just glad… blissful as you may that I finally watched this… almost perfect… intense film. By the way, so what’s the title miss? Sssshhhhh….. I’ll be a little bit discreet about it… its confidential… hehehe…bow!

im SOREy

Anyone in here has ever had a canker sore? Me! (raising my hand). I actually have two right now and I’m suffering from the incredible pain this thing gives me. I guess having canker sore will always be a part of my life because I rarely experience not having one in a month.I’ve read many sources about it and what I learned was canker sores may be genetic (I certainly inherit it from my mother), it occurs in all ages especially in women, it may be caused by stress (yeah I’m prone to stress), poor immune system, poor oral hygiene, food allergies, and menstrual periods may also trigger the said phenomenon. If you ever had one, then you know how it feels – it has a tingling or burning sensation. Canker sores usually disappears after a week, so, within those seven days, you feel tired, experience having dry lips, you’re incapable of eating your meal, and sometimes, you become conscious when talking to someone for the mere reason those people might see the sore on your lips, tongue, or on any visible parts of the mouth (hehe.. that’s what I hate the most sometimes). I’m the queen of canker sore maybe, because I’ve experienced at most…mmmm… six (I guess) exactly at the same time. Imagine me having those sores under my tongue, on my lips, and on my gums. gggrrrr… I can’t forget that moment. Anyhow, my dentist advised me to use Bactidol mouthwash (which I did) and it may not quickly heal the sores, at least, it helps lessen the pain and slowly, the sores will disappear on its own. What I can tell you is, you must gargle Bactidol immediately right after you’ve bitten a part of your mouth or even the time you notice a sore is appearing. Also, avoid irritating foods (spicy foods, coffee, and junk foods) when having canker sores because they elicit intense pain (though I like such pain sometimes... hehe...). Don’t forget to brush your teeth all the time because having such sores may only be a sign a person has bad hygiene (hehe…). Better take good care of your health by having regular intake of vitamin C or other good sources of vitamin B to boost your immune system.

little adjustments

Our new semester for the school year 2008 to 2009 has already started and surprisingly, I remained in my section with new classmates around. There ought to be little adjustments in this situation because not all the people transferred in our section are my friends. Also, we were regrouped that’s why I have new group mates for our clinical exposure. In my group, students have mixed personalities and capabilities. There are those who, like me, are sometimes lazy and close minded, others are hardworking and simple, while some are bound to be in group one to serve as audiences when members seem to intimidate each other. These past few days, I got to know each one better and I try to adjust myself with them because blending with my new group mates will result in successful relationship if I do some moves in making things work. I don’t want to hurt any one, particularly my colleagues, for the reason I have no rights to do so but when the time comes I can’t tolerate one’s attitude, then sorry if I’ll displace my anger towards them if and only if I’ll come across my boiling point.

Pathology

I just watched this crazy and intelligently made movie entitled Pathology which tackled the deadly game of medical students of the University Hospital in Philadelphia. The film was all about killing many people in a variety of unique strategies and the medical students will diagnose those victims themselves (autopsy). Among those students or interns was Dr. Grey a.k.a Peter Petrelli in the known series ‘Heroes’. Milo Ventimiglia (Dr. Grey) was very amusing and kind of different in this movie compared to his other roles he usually portrays. Also, the beautiful Alyssa Milano a.k.a Phoebe Halliwell in ‘Charmed’ series was in the movie as well. I recommend this movie to people with high morbidity level since Pathology encompasses unusual deaths, violence, accompanied by sex, drugs, and infidelity. It’s a Rated R movie of course, so, if you think you’re mature enough to watch this film, better head on to your screen and watch Pathology all by yourself.

the unwanted experience

June 25, 2008, Wednesday, the date I should not forget in my entire life. On that day, I had no presence of mind that’s why unwanted things happened during my clinical exposure at the intensive care unit. I admit, I was so very much super, to the highest extent, DUMB because simple monitoring of vital signs was not perfected. That’s why, my infant patient, living under the power of epinephrine and potassium chloride and many other medications experienced cardiac arrest and I wasn’t even able to approach anyone for it. Crazy things happen all the time but having to experience it in a hospital setting is way much different, I tell you. I don’t know if it was my fault, or what, but what I really know is…I’m overwhelmed by my conscience. The guilt embedded in my mind and soul makes me weaker and weaker each day as many other problems accompany the situation. I am depressed and still am trying to suppress that feeling within me. However, no matter how I try to be stronger, there will always be the unknown ‘thing’ that drains my energy. Hence, I wind up doing nothing for myself, disrupting my daily activities. Honestly, I’m already a miserable person, and I don’t want to experience more misery in my life because my small brain cannot handle all those emotions. I thought, after I sleep, everything will be OK, yet I was wrong, for sleeping is merely palliative. I intend to make it up this time since our group will again be exposed to the same area. I pray and will always be asking for strength and guidance as I will take good care of critical children. I don’t want to inflict pain to other people, and if somebody powerful could manipulate all things, I can accept various forms of pain but I’ll ask that somebody to save those who don’t deserve it.

PAID TO CLICK!

There are a lot of opportunities the internet could offer. I mean, you can have a business online, make friends or find love on a particular website, or even earn money by merely clicking some ads. Really. The well known PAID TO CLICK websites has reached me. At first, I was just reading about some facts behind the phenomenon then I tried it myself. After a free registration, I was linked to available ads to be opened for thirty seconds and right after, I was already earning on my account. It’s just easy and amazing and whatsoever adjectives I could possibly incorporate. The fact is this: when you have the internet, plus you’re into discovering new things or wanted to earn some money for yourself, you will want to try those PAID TO CLICK websites as sidelines when everything else on the internet gets boring as you go on your routine of surfing the net, checking emails etc… Hence, I recommend CLIX SENSE as a reliable source of giving many people their payments as they click on the advertisements! No joke! There’s no loss in trying eh?!

how to download files using Bitlord

For those who want to know how to download files, I will enumerate step by step how things work. If you have a computer at home plus you’re connected to the internet, then there’s no problem. Make use of the net and enjoy the realm of torrents!

1. First of all, you need to have the Bitlord program installed

2. Then, visit a website where you will have to download the desired files (i.e. videos, application, games etc). I recommend thepiratebay.org and mininova.com as the best online sources for torrents (file sharing). Torrents are hosted by various uploaders and it’s up to you to choose the best file. Most likely you have to choose the file that has more seeds. These seeds account for the fast downloading process of the file. Moreover, the larger the number of seeds, the more these files were supported by many different uploaders, hence, the bigger chance of having successful downloading experience.

3. After downloading the torrent, a small download toolbar will appear on the screen. Then click open. (note: the torrent might be saved in your desktop or depending on the location selected. This can be seen on the lower part of the download toolbar beside “clean up” selection).

4. Right after opening the torrent, a task properties toolbar will appear. In here are the files to be downloaded by Bitlord (which automatically opens when a torrent will be downloaded). Also, the size and save location are displayed. Make sure you know where the files were saved and there ought to be enough space in your hard drive for all the files to fit in.

5. Click OK when everything has been set.

6. You must observe that the downloading process has already started, with its speed in KB/s and the percentage showing the progress of the upload. Also, all the details about the downloaded file are displayed on the lower part of Bitlord window, simply below your ongoing download file.

7. The last part is to wait 'til the download is finish. There will be some instances our downloads will take longer periods of time to finish due to various factors like slow internet connection, the file size, the number of seeds etc.

I guess that’s all you need to comprehend and do to download your desired tv shows, movies, and many more. I myself was unable to finish any downloads during those times I started to experiment with such torrents not until my brother once instructed me on how to do so. After that, I grasped the simple idea behind downloads and I began my inclination of downloading anything to the point of obtaining a ‘MB’ disk space on my hard drives! though everything was worth it because I benefited and still am enjoying the power behind torrents.

ONE PIECE

[Who loves anime???? ME! ME! ME!]

Despite my age, I actually indulge myself on watching anime. I guess age doesn’t matter in choosing what you want to do, as long as one enjoys what she’s doing and she will be able to learn more from it, then why not? As of the moment, I’m very addicted to ONE PIECE! It’s been two weeks since I started watching it and now I’m on the 135th episode of the show. Every episode consists of at least 20 minutes and everything was worth watching. Anyway, ONE PIECE portrays a lot of unique features unlike any other anime. Well, that serves its purpose in promoting originality and entertainment which was written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. Thanks to him because many people enjoyed reading the manga or even watching the anime on tv, even online. ONE PIECE tackles the pirate crew of a young captain named Monkey D. Luffy. He aspires to be the next Pirate King. With that goal in mind, he surpassed many circumstances as he ventures the world of the sea. In his adventures, he met new friends, and was able to form a crew (a pirate crew of less than 10! aren’t they amazing??!!). What surprises me about ONE PIECE is that, the storyline contains humor (very much that it burst me to tears laughing), as well as it promotes good values. So, friendship, altruism, trust and loyalty, are some of the things being highlighted in the anime. Moreover, as Luffy and his crew continue their journey, they began to leave a mark of history, happy ending, or even fulfillment in every island they discovered. Hence, I highly recommend to everyone to read the manga ONE PIECE or even watch the anime on tv (or online). If you love the anime or manga named Naruto, surely, you will also like ONE PIECE! Promise!

Watch ONE PIECE online on this website: http://www.watch-onepiece.com/

Wings of Desire

Today, I watched the German film Himmel über Berlin a.k.a. Wings of Desire in English. I found out that my favorite movie entitled City of Angels was just a remake of the above mentioned 1987 film. So, I was curious and actually downloaded a file to see whether Wings of Desire is really that worth watching (I can't find any other sources for this film except through downloads - thanks to the uploader!). However, it turned out this almost two-hour film was kinda boring, with many unnecessary scenes. I can handle slow movies though especially if those movies contain good storyline. But for this film, nah! maybe, the good side of this film was its originality because of the black and white concept with colored scenes on the latter part. From the beginning ‘til the end, I somehow suffered watching this movie and I just compel myself to finish it no matter how boring it was (just want to compare and contrast Wings of Desire with City of Angels). Nonetheless, Wings of Desire really tackled wide range of ideas, with mixed emotions involved. yet in the end, I still gave two thumbs up to City of Angels played by Nicholas Cage and Meg Ryan. If you viewers really want to watch Wings of Desire, download the torrent from thepiratebay.org and the subtitles from (http://www.opensubtitles.com)

diversity

Tonight, my cousin’s boyfriend came to have dinner with us. He’s from Ireland I guess, and he has British accent that seemed to be difficult to understand sometimes. hehe... By then I noticed something: different countries around the world really have diverse customs and practices. For an instance, on the dining table, I observed he has a different way of using the utensils unlike what Filipinos usually do. He, with proper etiquette, was guided by my cousin the time he was choosing his food ‘til the part he was using his utensils (maybe in his country, he used to have many utensils that function differently but to sum up those things in the Philippines, you can merely use a fork, a spoon, and the plate with nothing else involve). Also, it was his first time to eat “lechon manok” and “liempo”; he appreciated both though. What’s more, he didn’t pray before we eat, maybe because he has a different religion apart from us. Those things I observed were among the few I hold on to about him. Nonetheless, he’s one hell of a nice guy. I have nothing against that man and I’ll give him two thumbs up to be paired with my cousin. As a whole, he enjoyed the night in our house because he was welcomed (Filipinos really are hospitable!)

Flourish movie

Earlier, I watched the movie entitled Flourish starred by Jennifer Morrison and Jesse Spencer, both from the drama House M.D., and Leighton Meester of Gossip Girl.I didn’t expect that the movie will be funny... and the audience should watch the movie from the beginning ‘til the end because it has a different storyline. It was like partly psychological I guess. Though the film was ok, and the actors and actresses showed the different side of them unlike what they used to portray in their selected drama series. Still, I encouraged everyone to watch the movie, which was also produced by Jennifer Morrison herself.

visit the movie’s website: http://www.flourishmovie.com/

David Cook

COOK! COOK! COOK! Yeah I’m happy that he actually won this season! I never was a fan of American Idol but I was longing for David Cook to win rather than David Archuleta (no offense to DA fans). With his originality, simple, and rocker-ish disposition, Cook was able to capture the hearts of the many, leading him with too much votes against Archuleta. oh well, I patiently waited for the airtime of the show in our country since I first heard the news Thursday morning from the internet and the show will be aired Thursday evening. was it worth it? I mean, I already knew who won the contest yet I still watched the show….. YES OF COURSE IT WAS WORTH IT!!! then again… congratulations to David Cook and thanks to all the voters… \m/ rock on!

great exercise

Early this morning I went biking, from our far far away home to kilometers away landmark in Davao. First, I prepared myself by sleeping early and waking up early as well. I cooked my breakfast and drank my cup of coffee so that I’ll have the energy to push myself on riding my bike. Then, I stretched my body to avoid muscle cramping and of course to warm up myself. It was delightful during the ride because the weather was cold, there was no traffic, and I was able to fulfill my plan of exercising through biking. So, I went to many places… somewhere my wheels can take me… and it was awkward seeing other people looking at me when jeepneys or other vehicles pass by (maybe they were just amazed how a woman can do all the biking on the main road). Normally, only men of different ages, outfits, builts, with various types of bicycles do all the biking in my city. Hence, you can rarely find a woman riding her bike (like me!).

Anyhow, it took me at least two hours to tour around and buy some food (yum2x!). In the middle of the hour, I almost surrendered. My body was too tired to manipulate the pedals and I’m out of water supply. However, I diverted those feelings by turning on the radio (which is part of my cell phone). With earphones in, I then surpass the tiresome moments by exerting more effort to pedal around. So, with the beat of the music and my goal to go home and rest, I started biking again. go go go! During those two hours of wandering around the city, I have encountered the sunrise. It was all over me… I was like refreshed when the rays of the sun was absorbed by my damp body… by the way, do you know that the sunrise is also good for our body? I mean, it was known that vitamin D can be synthesized by the body in the presence of sunlight and this in turn will aid the regulation of the body’s absorption and use of minerals such as calcium and phosphorus. Actually, there are many things about ultraviolet rays and all but I’m not good at it, eh? Enough for the loads of details, what I’m gonna say in the end is… my joyride was successful, I felt great right after, and I wind up shocked! hehe… because when I changed my shirt, there was a dark mark on my anterior and posterior upper area. Maybe I was too much exposed to sunlight that it left me with memorable outline!! Thus, lesson learned: when you’re out planning to have an exercise or whatever and you know that somehow you’ll be expose to sunshine…. wear some sleeves!!! (sleeveless shirt not allowed, please…)

season 4 finale of HOUSE

I eagerly watched the final two episodes (I’m not sure if those were the last) of this season’s House M.D. The titles were as follows: House’s Head (1) and Wilson’s Heart (2). It was surprising because there were many twists on the storyline and another character has to left the show (who will that character be? watch out for that!) However, thinking about it deeply, everyone’s involved with solving the problem. I mean, the two episodes were really big deal... and you have to watch it over and over again because you’ll gonna miss House for quite sometime. Fans ought to wait ‘til next season which will be on September this year. But don’t worry, the next season will be more exciting, with more episodes than Season 4. I suggest that enthusiasts should watch again House from season one to four so that by the time you finish all the episodes, Season five will be aired in our favorite channels (or torrents will be available online.. hehe). Hail to you Dr. House and I’ll sincerely bow my head in front of you if ever I’m gonna meet you in person… promise! *right hand raised

plan plan plans...

Its been three days since my last day of school. until now, I have no planned activities for myself to enjoy with. I’m stuck at home ( which in fact is what I usually do), merely banging my head on the internet, drinking too much coffee, sleeping like a dragon, and of course, ‘eating all I can’ meals are some of the things I achieve in my everyday life as of the moment. I used to be not that type of person for this summer because some things were hindered by the hectic schedule for hospital duties. That’s why, maybe, by staying at home and doing nothing is some sort of unwinding action to compensate for the stressful life behind nursing course. However, I’ve decided that starting today, I’m gonna shift my lifestyle. Though not fond of making schedules or plans, I want to be busy for the entire day. First, I plan to wake up early in the morning to have an exercise (riding my old school Japanese style bicycle). Then I’m going somewhere during the day, if strength still allows me to move. Next, in the afternoon ‘til night, I want to be with my friends because it’s been a while since I last saw their warm faces. So, I hope all these things will work out, as planned… yet I guess… I bet… something’s gonna happen, messing up my schedule for the day (and I honestly believe that 75% of plans does not work out just fine; that’s why sometimes I hate plans!). It’s better to act base on impulses... or should I say, on the spot decisions will work out sometimes and they’re more enjoyable.

coffee for your health

Before I start with my posts… let me share something about coffee, since I’m currently indulging one right now… and it’s my fourth cup actually. Anyway, coffee is good for our body, especially if one is very much inclined to it. The caffeine per se has many advantages. First, drinking coffee helps fight signs of aging. Because caffeine is an antioxidant, it facilitates in expelling the “dirt” inside our body. Hence, when you always drink coffee, you may look younger than you expect (what's the explanation?? nah! too tired to explain). Next, coffee will stimulate the body and the mind, making you activated for the day’s work. The impulses will become strong, palpitations may also occur. However, I guess drinking coffee may not necessarily indicate that an individual will become intelligent. Coffee can merely make you alive or energetic thus making you cope up with things. Also, it directly stimulates your mind to have more focus (therefore, don’t rely on coffee too much if you’re asking for good grades on exams or whatever, hard work plus coffee may be good factors to add up with our way of life). Another fact about coffee is that it might help fight diabetes mellitus. Base from studies, drinking at least five or more cups a day will be helpful to avoid the existence of diabetes especially to those people who’re prone to such disease (and I’m one of them, *freaky!)… So, knowing some of the advantages of drinking coffee, why not give it a shot?
