ऑड-ईवन लागू करने पर केजरीवाल ने कहा कि ये बीजेपी वाले लोग चोर है जी, इन सबों ने ओड और ईवन नम्बरों वाली दो दो - तीन तीन गाड़ियाँ खरीद रक्खी है ,इन्ही लोगों ने हमारे प्लान को फेल किया था , इसलिए मैं एक नये फारमूले पर काम कर रहा हूँ , जनवरी से वीक डेज़ पर सिर्फ वो ही गाड़िया चलायी जा सकती है जिनका नंबर प्राइम नंबर होगा , बाकी शनिवार और रविवार को ओड इवन जारी रहेगा !

केजरीवाल जी ने आगे कहा - 22 दिसम्बर को रामानुजम जी जन्मदिन था , उसी दिन यह आइडिया मुझे आया था | मैं दिल से तो चाहता था की सिर्फ रामानुजम नंबर वाली गाडियों को ही चलने दूँ , लेकिन ये नंबर्स बहुत ही थोड़े और बड़े हैं ! प्राइम नंबर इस्कीम चलने से लोगो में मैथ्स को लेकर इंटरेस्ट बढेगा ,आम लोग और ट्राफिक पुलिस प्राइम नंबर्स कैलकुलेट करेंगे इससे पढाई लिखाई का माहोल भी बनेगा और हमारी दिल्ली प्रदुषण मुक्त होगी ! केजरीवाल जी ने आगे दबी हंसी में खांसते हुवे कहा , सिर्फ PM ही प्राइम नहीं होता जी , आम नंबर और आम आदमी भी प्राइम हो सकता है जी . . . . . यही है सच्चाई की जीत !

The investigation is incomplete , facts were ignored , emotions were crushed , the gov investigation team inspected the building during day time whereas the printing works only post midnight, on a secret location in this building.

The AJL confidential source (motiram,) disclosed further, the AJL its actually JAL, its the last three letters of IndraJAL comics of 1960s , remember our desi version of Phantom comics series, dream project of our chachaji. Our party's presidents is a big fan of comic books , so we print only few hard copied for him and for few of his confidants, rest goes in a web series ( Jal ( जाल = = web )).

We have enough evidences that we are a fully functional publishing company , we will produce all recent published versions, list of our paid viewers, subscribers who we pay regularly, in higher courts and for sure we will win a stay on court's order. ACP Pradyuman to head SIT on CBI feud: SC

New Delhi: The bitter feud between the two top CBI officials has put government on a spotlight yet again, with no option left government was finally called in top court.

Looking in to the seriousness of matter, SC advised additional solitaire general - Rustam Pal, to constitute a SIT under supervision of Mumbai based top cop ACP Pradyuman, inform the government to act immediately to get ACP on board with no further delay.

Speaking to reporters outside the court, Mr Rustam said, "There is no confusion, I agreed in court that there is no better investigating team in India right now to save government’s neck". I have watched all episodes from past 19 years so I have doubts on their investigating skills.

“We will contact film city based CID bureau to release the CID team from further shooting. ACP along with Sr. Inspector Daya, Abhijeet and Dr Salunke are supposed to join the SIT” he further said.

All these can do nationwide strike, Rail roko etc to protest anything which wants them to come under any law and tax paying liability.
Get 15000 medical bill subsidy for entire year. Any fresher MBBS doctor nowadays charge 250Rs consultancy for 1 visit in small town. Common citizen gets a yearlong waiting time in hospitals like AIIMS, where even the treatment is not guaranteed. Mostly salaried class goes to private hospitals.	Politicians/MP/MLAs etc., can call any doctor from any government medical college in midnight even if they get minor cold. Even HOD of AIIMS will make a trip to door step.
Salaries class buys 2wheelers or 4 wheelers taking huge loans. Jobs in private sectors are not permanent as they are in public sector. Private jobs are equally fragile like a bad weather for farming season. If a person loses his private job, no help from government.	Rich farmers buy multiple luxury cars but pay no tax. Politicians get it for free. One reason farming if still kept out of tax, I think because most of the political class is doing farming business undercover, they are rich millionaires. If a farmer makes a profit in a year which is taxable why should he not be taxed? If he makes loss of course there will be no tax. Why not start taxing with farmers earning 10Lakhs profit annually? Unfortunately, if a poor farmer loses his entire crop or entire produce in a year, but he still owns the land, unlike a salaried employee. if farmer has taken any loans, government should compensate them, but same help should be there for private sector employees as well.
Salaried class struggles and pay always increasing private school’s fees. Struggles to get admissions in schools.	Politicians send their kids to study abroad, will any politician send their grandchildren to a government or municipal primary school?? Will Arun Jaitley ever send his grandkids to any government primary or middle school. I see all farmers sending their kids to private medical, engineering and pharmacy colleges, pay huge fees, but they don’t pay 1 rupee tax on their income, why?
Stupid 80C/D are overloaded sections.	Now in BUDGET2018 dear Modiji has set the provision to automatically revise salaries of all MPs, President etc in every 5 years, which will mostly be doubling every 5 years. MPs get huge perks to attend parliament session. They get astronomically subsidized quality food inside parliament why? Firstly, constituently MPs ministers should have no provisions of salaries, they anyways get everything for free and they are “sevaks” ( सेवक)

Income Tax efiling Process (ITR1): A Step-By-Step Guide AY 2017-18.

So you have decided to file your ITR1 online for the financial year ended in March 2017. It’s a simple process, will take maximum 1 hour, during which you can revise and preview it at least 10 times to check and correct any mistakes if any.

Assumptions:

1. You have, Form16 from your employer.

2. You know about this GOI webpage https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ and have created a login here.

3. You are aware of 26AS details, to match all TDSs deducted by your employer or from a Bank on Bank FD.

4. You have linked your Aadhar number by visiting this page already.

5. Your Aadhar number is linked to the phone number which is in use and you have that phone operational, because your ITR1 will be verified by an OTP sms sent to this same phone number.

Keep following things ready when you start filing the application online.

Following are some simple and some confusing junctures where you might need help.

1. Login, choose ITR1, and fill “Part A General Information” tab, this should be very simple, needs no help, no confusions, some of the fields might be prefilled from your previous year’s submission.

2. Income Details, row B1 : The confusing part, everyone forgets every next year. But simply read your Form16. Every time one files ITR1, the question comes what to fill in row B1: “Income from Salary / Pension (Ensure to fill such as TDS1”) . Well no more confusions, simply fill the amount mentioned in your Form16 given by employer under section “6. Income chargeable under the head 'salaries' (3-5) “

Income Details, row B2 : So you have a house loan, you can fill the interest paid in last financial year as a loss , and this amount gets deducted from your taxable income, I wish you are aware of this already and had informed or declared to your employer. This amount should be filled with a – minus sign , it has to get subtracted from B1 amount. If you don’t have a house lone , skip filling anything here.

4. Income Details, row B3 Income from other sources: If you any bank FD and got interest in last financial year you need to fill that income here if that was >10000 and mentioned in 26AS page. This amount will get added to your taxable income, because you may or may not have informed about your employer about this in January or February.

5. Tax Details: This tab will have details of TDS deducted by employers and by Banks on any FD.

6. Taxes Paid and Verification:

Row D12 calculates some tax is due to be paid or you will get a refund from tax department, because of the new numbers you have filled in ITR1. It can very well be the case , imagine you forgot to inform your employer about home load interest part so you may get refund. In another case one may have a bank FD amount, which should be disclosed here , so liable to pay the extra tax.

If you have to pay some extra tax, which goes into self assessment tax, pay it online , there is separate link for it, the button appears automatically in row D12 , so pay it through net banking. Once paid get the challan number , BSR code etc from your electronic foil, fill those details

As you add these details , this amount will appear in "Taxes Paid and Verification" page's row D11 (ii) "Total self assessed tax paid". As you have paid all your dues , now amount in D12 should become 0.

7. Preview & Submit: carefully read all your details, take help from more experienced ones before submission. In order to complete the submission, you would want to use Aadhar linked phone to verify your submission at the end.

King of good times in India, liquor baron dr Mallya finally tightening screws on Indian enforcement authorities, wanted back in the country for alleged charities and calendar photo shoots, amounting to over Rs 9,000 crore. Against his extradition, dr Mallaya has a big list of arguments, condition of Indian jails is just a minor reason for not returning to India. The other primary reasons are traffic jams, power cuts, inflation, dengue, open defecation everywhere, adulterated milk , dairy products and nursery school admission and few hundreds more.

It was initially feared that the extradition case would be deferred to 2050 for the lack of evidence and also because the Indian government could not resolve these social cultural issues before 2049 general elections.

However, now, with the government and Niyati Aayog having submitted a 2 million pages long affidavit for consideration, the Waitminster Magistrates Court said on Thursday (July 6) that the next hearing will be on May 2047 with the extradition hearings starting ASAP in August 15th 2047, so wait till 100th year of Indian Independence. As per media reports, chief magistrate Julia Rawat pushed back the dates after Mallya’s legal team wanted time to go through the execution plan report, for aforementioned concerns. King Mallya is on bail till December 2047 on which date the hearings begin, he can’t go back to India with such problems on every corner , he deserves a better livable India, says his friend Mr Subo Roy who has visited Tihar in past.

According to Mr. Robert, representing India, there was “excellent cooperation” from Mr Mallya in court, his observations and concerns were based on the real life experiences in India, the material submitted there is a prima facie case against India, how can he be kept in Tihar jail when dengue and typhoid cases on surge, unless they shift Kingfisher Villa inside Tihar premises Mr Mallya is a free innocent man.

Mallya’s nationalist comment: “Let the GOI first construct these basic facilities which they don’t have even after 70 years after independence. We will also state our case , we are in court now, I have nothing more to say but its "Sabka saath sabka Vikas”.

सरकार संसद के उमसकालीन सत्र में इसी सम्बंधित एक बिल पर विचार कर रही है जिसमे इस प्रकार उत्पादित बिजली के दाम , जिमो को उपकरणों की खरीद फरोख्त में सब्सिडी , प्रति यूनिट बिजली उत्पादन में मोटे लोगो की कमीशन , पतले हो जाने के बाद राष्ट्र सेवा मेडल , मोटे आलसी स्वयंसेवक छात्रों को स्कालरशिप , मोटे सरकारी बाबुओं और मोटी तोंद वाले पुलिस वालो को पतला होने पर प्रोमोशन गारंटी , जातिय आरक्षण व् अन्य लाभ ! अगर आप भी काफी खा-पी कर मोटे और बेहद आलसी हो चुके हो और इस आत्म ग्लानी में जी रहे हो कि आपका ये सिक्स फ्लेब शरीर अब किसी भी काम का नहीं तो आपको ज़रा-भी शर्मिंदा और घबराने की जरुरत नहीं आप विद्युत उर्जा निर्माण (electric power generation ) में नव भारत को सहयोग दे सकते हैं इससे पहले सरकार मोटे और आलसी लोगो की धर पकड़ शुरू करे आज ही अपने निकटतम जिम से अधिक जानकारी प्राप्त करे ! अभी अभी: इस बारे में आप आदमी पार्टी का कहना है सबसे पहले ऐसी मशीने संसद भवन में लगनी चाहियें |

निर्मल बाबा: भई ये बताओ की ये कीड़े क्यों आ रहे हैं ध्यान में ? कोई गलत काम तो नहीं किया रिसेंटली ? ये बोलो की क्या कभी ट्राई साइकिल चलाई है ?

नेता जी : बाबाजी काफी पहले आक्सफोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी में चलाई थी दोपहिया साइकिल और कीड़े तो मुझे बिलकुल पसंद नहीं है , आप ही बोलिए क्या कीड़ो पर भी मानहानि का केस करने की जरुरत है बाबा जी ?

निर्मल बाबा: बस वहीँ रुकी है कृपा , तुम चवालीस कीड़ो को भोजन कराओ और सुबह सुबह ट्राईसाइकिल चलाया करो कृपा अपने आप आने लगेगी |

इसी तरह कई और आम आदमी नेता भी बाबाजी के पास पहुंचे हैं जिनका विडियो हमे अभी तक हाथ नहीं लगा है पर इसमें कोई शक नहीं की इन लोगो की इन बिमारियों को बाबा अपनी चमत्कारी शक्तियो से दूर कर सकते है आप एक बार समागम के वीडियो देख लो खुद पता चल जायेगा बाबाजी जी की पावर का |
