Fantastic conversation - my head is full of ideas. I run a blog using Wordpress for decision-makers at our hospital (largest hospital network in Victoria). At the moment I'm not using tags as I was unsure how to use them. Instead I had pages for ICD10 headings (evidence listed under broad headings) and used the categories for specialities, clinical setting etc. But it is looking clunky and hard to navigate. Is anyone using MeSH in tags? What about UMLS Metathesaurus?

I've been using Diigo for a while and have been quite happy with it. For some reason I like the interface better than Delicious, and it has some nice added features that Delicious doesn't have.

My profile:
http://www.diigo.com/profile/bsn2mls

Diigo homepage, has a nice little video summing up the features:
http://www.diigo.com/

Unfortunately since I haven't used delicious in a while, it's hard for me to do a blow by blow comparison of the two. Maybe someone else can chime in!

They are definitely not enough, but they are a good start. The Kaplan Q Bank is very popular for questions/practice, and the First Aid is standard, but most students also use the High Yield Series, the BRS series, and many more.

I too am disappointed with the new format. My institution doesn't use del.icio.us, but I do - lots.
And I'm even more gutted that the latest version of Firefox doesn't have a del.icio.us extension *sob*. No toolbar button! Aaagh!

[...] So I agree with tunaiskewl “I stumbled across a beta Advanced Search in PubMed today. Has anyone else played with this? It appears that it merges the Preview/Index, History, Limits, and field searching screens all together in one place. Perhaps this will make some of PubMed’s features more obvious to searchers, but I’m not seeing too much benefit to it otherwise…” [...]
