&lt;br /&gt;
It is a Strategic Plan on a Page template, which has the ability to be a double-sided plan if you have a lot of Initiatives/Strategies.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The template includes really basic instructions about the sort of information you might place in each area, how you might structure it etc. Further information about the nuts and bolts of Strategic Planning can be found on a number of sites throughout the internet, I've found &lt;a href="http://www.wikipedia.org/" target="_blank"&gt;Wikipedia&lt;/a&gt; is always a great place to start.&lt;br /&gt;

The problem is I have been doing to much of the doing. Since the initial concept I have had a change in roles, which has moved me into a more strategic position within the business but has also taken a lot of my time and brain space to learn more of the business.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
But, I am now settled in and starting back on the projects that I was conceptualising last year, which includes this blog.
