Kedua titik tersebut jika dihubungkan dengan pengaturan dari platina / CDI akan
menghasilkan / memercikan api. Api inilah yang akan membakar Bensin yang telah
dikabutkan oleh karburator. diantara kedua titik tersebut (ditengah) akan

ditutupi oleh kerak/jelaga hasil pembakaran di ruang Blok mesin. Kenapa ada
kerak ? jawabannya adalah pada kualitas bahan bakar dan oli pelumasan yang
terdapat di Vespa. ingat Vespa itu kendaraan 2 tak, jadi bensin yang dibakarnya
mengandung banyak oli.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

jelaga pada komponen-komponen pembakaran. Jika memungkinkan sebaiknya kendaraan
bermotor memakai bensin oktan tinggi semisal Pertamax keluaran Pertamina atau
Shell super. Demikian juga dengan oli samping, akan banyak meningggalkan kerak
/ jelaga jika oli samping dengan kualitas (bahan aditif) yang rendah. Dan
mengingat di pasaran banyak beredar banyak merk oli samping, kepada para
pemilik kendaraan scooter memiliki pemahaman bagaimana memilih oli yang baik.

dilakukan dengan membersihkannya secara rutin. Bukalah busi dari cilinder cop.
Bersihkan memakai kuas dengan kerosin / solar / bensin. atau bisa juga bersihkan
dengan memakai sikat besi.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

bagaimana utk bagian dalam yang tidak kelihatan ?. Pergunakanlah 3 – 5 helai
kawat baja dari tali kopling yang sudah tidak dipakai. Isi lubang isolator
dengan bensin, korek terus bagian isolator busi yang telah ada keraknya,
setelah dilihat kotor, tuang, lalu isi kembali dan korek beberapa kali. Jangan
lupa lubang bagian isolator tsb harus dalam kondisi terendam oleh
kerosin/bensin/solar, supaya kerak hasil korekan kawat bisa dikeluarkan.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

panas (bergolak), masukan busi kedalam panci, biarkan beberapa saat sampai air
menjelang habis. Ingat jangan menambahkan air dingin, sebab suhu busi akan
berubah.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

banyak. kalau distandarkan waktu adalah dengan merebus selama 10 menit, 15

yang bekas pakai dan disimpan lama, kemudian dipakai lagi, biasanya

2-tak, ternyata bias di modifikasi menjadi tipe 4-tak. Ide brilian itu terpikir
oleh Dadang Darmawan yang punya keinginan agar bisa mengendarain Vespa tanpa
asap, hemat bahan bakar dan ramah lingkungan. Kebetulan di rumahnya ada Vespa

siklus 2-tak jadi 4 tak, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="background-color: white; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; color: #333333;"&gt;Dadang mengubah mesin Vspa Super dengan Yamaha Mio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; color: #333333;"&gt;.
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="background-color: white; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; color: #333333;"&gt;Komponen utama Mio yang
digunakan head satu set dengan klep in-ex serta noken as, blok silinder dan
piston diameter 50 mm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; color: #333333;"&gt;Untuk menggabungkan 1 set blok silinder Mio
harus bikin dudukan yang terdapat di crankcase Vespa, terbuat dari bahan babet
yang dicetak mengikuti bentuk silinder Mio, lewat las babet dan argon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="background-color: white; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; color: #333333;"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; color: #333333;"&gt;Crankcase
Vespa dan blok silinder Mio, diikat menggunakan baut silinder Honda CB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

dipasang gigi sentrik kepunyaan Honda Grand di sebelah kiri kruk as setelah
bering. Pemasangan gigi sentrik ini, tinggal dipres seperti pemasangan biasa.
Menggunakan sentrik dari Honda Grand. Gigi sentrik Grand ada 14 mata. Rantai
ketengnya dari Grand yang bermata 90.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

pompa pelumas Mio yang terdapat di dalam bak oli yang ikut berputar bersama girbox. Dudukan pompa oli sudah
dibikin pakai bahan babet. Jalur naik dan turun oli dibikin manual, di
kanan-kiri crankcase. Walau mesin langsam girbox tetap berputar sehingga pompa
oli pun ikut berputar. Pendingin oli aplikasi
radiator kepunyaan Vario. Untuk menaikkan oli, doi pakai pompa oli Honda Grand
yang diputarkan oleh baut pengikat gigi centrik rantai keteng. Dudukannya
terbuat dari bahan corcoran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
