Tissuepaper suggests wearing these Doris Day inspired slippers on those lazy days of summer afternoons sipping your chilled ice tea. Or maybe a strawberry daiquiri? Nice. I also thought maybe you could paint on some puff paint dots on the soles to prevent slipping on smooth surfaces? Its a VERY clever pattern!

Rachel used paper from the black and white paper pad for the covers and a
variety of graph paper, dot paper, and regular paper for the pages. She also
put some stuff (tags, brads, some paper pieces) in a little bag and
clipped it to the back cover for portability.

For a more bold and stripey effect, you could attach each colour in groups of five or ten.Take care to keep your strips close together, but be careful they don't bunch and you get bare sections of elastic. If just making a super quick tutu, omit the ribbon or hand sew a bow on the back. Step by step utorial is here.
