One night before Halloween and he cannot contain himself. Daddy is taking him to the best neighborhoods to go trick-or-treating. Who would not want to devour a handful of Butterfingers, Reese's, Hershey's, or sink their fangs in a few Payday bars!

Well, this guy quickly drifted off to sleep in hopes to quickly usher in the next day. But upon rousing from sleep, something just didn't seem right.

The air felt stormy and turbulent. Rumbles of thunder were heard in the distance. When the lad opened his eyes this was no longer his cozy room but the corridors of some unexplained labyrinth. What they call Limbo. A place in between dreamland and reality. What's more, it appears his older sister is beckoning him to save her. But from what Before we get to that let's see first how she died.

One year ago today Samantha turned 18. Her parents had planned an exquisite party. But that day she snuck out with her boyfriend and would never return again.

After eating at her favorite pizza parlor, they took off and headed for the beach on highway 99. But a semi unexpectedly changed lanes and left them doing the donuts until a head-on collision sent Samantha flying from her seat onto the pave way. The force was so abrupt that her shoes and socks were still in the passengers seat of the car.

Immediately her soul left her body. Yet before she could float away to some ethereal realm something or someone harnessed her back to the ground. An evil entity grabbed her by the feet and took her underground. Now she is trapped in Limbo and needs to be rescued from the clutches of these dementors.

Use the Arrow Keys to walk, jump, and open doors. Each door you open will reveal new tidbits from his sister. Be wary of spikes and the aforementioned dementors who'll devour you both body and soul!

I am impressed by the intense storyline. The foreboding soundtrack, cubical 2-D platforming, and exquisite motion graphics make this a great horror adventure! In al I give it 5 thumbs up!

Ghostscape 2

After investigating a haunted house that's been abandoned since the early 70's, our next assignment takes us up into the Smoky Mountains where we must find out why so many people have mysteriously vanished.

Within this very camp many have claimed to see shadowy figures, orbs, their named being whispered in the forest, and even witnessed grotesque creatures! They say paranormal activity picks up around October as that's when this place first opened within the turn of the 20th century.

Some believe the original owners dabbled into the Occult too deeply that the spirits sucked the very life out of them. They've oped up a portal that can't be shut. Now both spirits and demons alike are said to haunt these very campgrounds.

Now you have been sent by a paranormal team to investigate these cabin campgrounds. Search for clues, take photographs, grab interesting items, and store them within your inventory. Like part one, there are mystique puzzles to solve. Just be wary you don't lose your sanity.

Ghostscape 2 does not disappoint at all. I just love the old-school horror sound tracking with the introduction. Plot sound effects are quite palpable as well. Each scene is surreal and makes you feel you are there! All in all, I give the game 5 out of 5 stars!

Three Cats In Halloween!

It's Halloween night. Three cats innocently dress up and go trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. Nothing will get in between a kid and his candy. There's nothing like hording a mound of confectionery treats in your bedroom closet to last you over a month!

Each house brought them bountiful sweets. Lollipops, Reese's, Hershey's, Butterfingers, you name it. The three amigo's were on cloud 9! But there was one house on top of the hill that seemed alluring in a creepy way. So one by one they approached the door. As with every house, they did there usual. The door creaked open. as soon as the three of them walked in, the door slammed shut!

The owners are playing a prank on them. Now you must help these poor felines escape this wrecked place. As with most room-escape-games, there are clues and items scattered about to your finding. All these hints will lead you to where the key to the front door may be hiding. Only then will these three come home with full bags of candy and no amber alerts!

The game was fairly well-executed. Though I felt there should of been some Halloween soundtracking within the body of the game. Gameplay was not too difficult or overeasy. Over all, I give this 4 out of 5 stars!

One Holiday Scene

Someone obiously does not want you to go to the Chicago Christmas parade. You see, xmas eve is when they typically have their holiday extravaganza! But somehow you've found yourself locked in an upscape highrise studio decked with christmas memorabilia.

What's more? He/she has graciouly laid out riddles with clues on how to crack them(how swell). Now you must solve each puzzle and find the key for your escape before tommorrow when traditionally the family does their yuletide ritually before the big day!

I thought this game was pretty well designed with gourmaid graphics high executed scenes. The piano rendition to "Gloria in excelsis Deo" is delightful. The puzzles are not easy(that much I can tell ya) but doable with a walkthrough link provided below. All in all, I give One Holiday Scene by Tomatea 5 thumbs up!

Cap'n Marcela's Winter Wonderland

How do pirate's celebrate Christmas? They juggle down bottles of egg nog rum and sail to the aurora borealis! They search in vain for Santa's workshop in hopes of scoring a jack pot of merchandise!

Unfortunately Captain Marcala has left his merchandise in a village on Bear Island where he wants his Sailer Master to bargain them for prophit. Someone broke into the village post office and left the window open. Everything inside is frozen solid! Now you must find a way to undue the damage via interacting with islanders and solving a few puzzle's. In notime wou'll be selling the best Xmas items for the Winter Wonderland Fair!

Cap'n Marcela's Winter Wonderland is pretty much what you'd expect from Carmel Games. Though the puzzle's are a bit more challenging(actually much more). To sum it up, carmel games did another good job executing this xmas point-and-click adventure!

Monkey Go Happy Xmas Tree

Christmas is just around the corner. Only problem is the townsfolk have run out of electricity. A massive arctic outbreak has engulfed the region freexing their grids. All hope would be lost if it weren't for yours truely.

As a monkey, you must solve riddles, puzzles, and other peoples problems to carve out a way to generate electricity and light up the Xmas tree to make Mr. Monkey go happy again. The town folk will thank you are everyone will have a very merry Christmas!

Like with all installments, Monkey Go Happy Xmas Tree is charming in it's simplistic zany artwork dipiction. Dificulty is more or less the same. The music is soothing. In all, I believe Pencilkids did a great job!

It appears Devitt and his friends have delved too deeply into what is not to be dabbled into. Yet it's too late to turn back. They must finish what they started.

It looks like Alexander has fallen into a deep stuper. Yet he's the one who summoned you to this place. Something eerie is and sinister is going on around here. You must find out why all this commencing and to the bottom of this mysique.

As always use skills to solve riddles, find, and combine things in your inventory. Will this finally solve the untimate puzzle of what's behind the Curtain or simply lead us to another clue? Find out in the last chapter of The Last Door: Ancient Shadows!

This might not have as many freaky scenes but is still deep in narrative-imersing you in 19th Century England Atari style! I give this 5 stars overall!

All these years I've manage to supress these dreadful memories. Every morning I would wake up relieved I hadn't commited any heineous acts...Or so I thought.

Apartently I am apart of an Occult-a secret society bent on obtaining essential knowledge of the unknown. Just who is this bird-what they term as the All-Seeing-Eye?

It appears someone tried to kill me and lay my corpse in this rugged coffin. They burried me alive! Now I must escape and get to the bottom of this mystery.

In this installment you must go through town to solve the riddle of the Black Hawk. The leader of your pact! Gameplay is familier to previous episodes where you must seek out items, store, and combine them in your inventory.

As with past episodes, this one will not disappoint. The game is a bit longer yet will not bore you in the least. The Four Witnesses will leaving clifthanging for chapter four!

Once upon a time,

There lived a prosperous kindom with a handsome prince. Everything he ever wanted was bestowed upon the lad. Whether it be riches, delicasies, good-looks, you name it. Everyone admired that boy. Except one hideous magician in the shadows.

When choosing whom to adobt, the King seemingly regected him. For years the dark magician sullied in anger and bitter jealousy-plotting to get even with His Highness via slaying his son. Finally his insideous chance had come!

One night while riding his horse, the black wizard started the prince-causing him to fall, break his neck, and enter the land of the dead. Now you must find a way to outsmart the warlock and burst back through the gates of the realm of the living!

Headless Zombie is a Halloween-themed physics puzzler where you must find a clever way to get from point a to point b. Whether it be decapitating yourself to flip a switch or whatnot. There are 20 corses in all.

I thought the Halloween game well-executed with crisp graphics clean animation. Gameplay is not too challenging which is good in the fustrating department but prehaps not so much for challenge addics. In all, I give Headless Zombie 5 Stars!

Your friend Anthony has drove himself insane. His guilt has taken it's toll. The man's concience knaring at his soul has compelled him to hang himself. But why?

That's what you must find out in The Last Door Episode 2-Memories! Our next adventure takes us to an old Catholic boarding school now converted to a nursing home. Something hideous and sacriligious is lurking deep inside this dwelling. What's worse, I feel I am apart of this unholy alliance! Every night I get flashbacks and nightmares. I wake up screaming in a cold sweat as if I've done something unforgivable. But what could I have done to elicit such guilty pangs? See for yourself!

Part 2 is an improvement of the first installment. Things get juicy especially towards the end! So much so, I can't wait to find out what happens in episode three! The graphics and motions are more crisp. The soundtracking has an aura to it. In all, I give Memories 5 thumbs up!

The Stone of Anamara Episode 1

I never meant for this to happen. Recently I was fired for something I had no cotrol over. Then I was evicted from my apartment because I couldn't make ends meet. I took a few candy bars from the supermarket. The cashier took note and buzzed the police. For hours the cops were on my tail. Until finally I outsmarted them.

At 7 P.M. I found an abandoned hospital. It looked creepy and foreboding. But hey, any place is better then no place to spend the night. Prehaps there's some food they left behind in thier kitchen.

This place turns out to be a former mental asylum for mentally ill children. For some insideous reason it was abandoned not too long ago. By the words in these notes littering the premises it appears someone was dabbling into the occult!

I must get to the bottom of this. I feel something evil is lurking within these walls. A Walkthrough will surely help me in my quest. I'd rather be safe in a padded cell then die here all alone. What was I thinking!

Chapter one is very atmospheric. With palpable creepy soundtracking and exquisite interactive graphics. It's one thing to be in a haunted house. Quite another to spend the night in a mental asylum full of spooks! At least they're children right? All in all I give this Halloween game 5 thumbs up!

Your friend Anthony. Your truest friend just sent you a letter to meet him in his mannor who you haven't seen in years. His thoughts are troubling him. "We need to talk face to face promptly"! So you oblige-wondering what this could all mean.

Upon ariving you soon discover the mansion deserted and forboding. Something dreadful has happened in this estate. That much you can feel. A heavy sense of dread lurks within the shadows of it's corridors. It's as if the house is possesed! We must get to the bottom of this creepy mystery. And that's where you my friend come in.

Use your mouse to look for clues, search for items, and progress your way through the narrative. Anthony is still alive in some form. You can feel it. But something dark and diabolical is also creeping though the cracks. There are diary pages strewn out all over the premises. As a dear friend it behooveth you to why such a horendous fate fell upon this once lofty dwelling.

I've managed to get though chapter one and already I'm loving what I'm seeing. From it's Atari-esque graphics to the quintessencial and sometimes soundtracking I think you'll get into the story in no time. The ending has a very steep cliffhanger which beckens us to head on to the next installment which I'll review shortly. All in all, I give part one 5 thumbs up!

Well well. Looks like you won an all expense paid trip to the big apple. That includes a week long stay at the Carlton. What's not to love. Visiting the Statue of Liberty with a nice slice of oily pizza. Walking through Central Park with a wiener in hand. Enjoying the Summer breeze while shopping uptown. What could go wrong. Well now. You didn't read the fine print...Until you arrived.

Down at the bottom of the slip of your winning ticket it says in small fine print "accommodations covered only when vacancy is available". To make matters worse you spent most of your spare cash on new cloths and delicious food. Now you're left with no money or a place to quietly lay your head to rest. There's nothing left to do except wallow in self pity. Alas all is not lost...Or so you think!

A mysterious fella in a trench-coat offers you a nice studio to reside in for seven nights. Just $250! What else could you do but except the deal! So off to bed you went and off he went laughing to the bank.

The next morning rudely awakens you to banging and clanging. Walking downstairs bumps you into Papa Louie(the guy you worked for at Taco Mia)! He's directing folks to finish up the touches to his new cookie joint in town. You explain to him the whole situation of being scammed and all. Unfortunately he could do nothing about it except offer you a place to sleep...As long as you worked full-time in this restaurant which happens to open today!

As always you must furfil each order exactly as specified(especially those picky food critics and boy are they picky in this installment). You are graded equally on quality and efficiency. The better you do the more tips you earn. After finishing each day you can gather tokens to play Mr Fodini's games and/or purchase items to perk up the joint to earn even more money!

Although this time management piece is somewhat similar to Papa Louie's Freezeria, it does offer a unique spin. Instead of plain ice cream sundaes you got warm cookies fresh from the oven with scoops on everyone's favorite frozen dessert on top! As said earlier the game is a bit harder and more challenging. In all, I give Flipline Studios 5 thumbs up for another outstanding game!

Well I can't believe it's already Easter 2018! Time to get those jelly beans, deviled eggs, and chocolate bunnies out in case Peter Cottontail misses your home. If he doesn't sleep on the job, you just might be lucky to pick up Easter Mahjong!

Just like any other form of Mahjong, you must match any 2 open tiles until the whole board is clear. You lose only when no other matches can be made.

I thought the game was alright. It only needed a few Easter carols to spice ithings up. I'd give this 4 out of five stars!

Christmas is just around the corner and many are exited to spend it in the snowy frigid mountains. You see, global warming has resulted in many a brown Christmas across the U.S.A. White Xmas's are a thing of the past. Spending Yuletide in the 70's is becoming much more common. Nostalgia and fond memories of white holiday seasons has driven many to find it in high altitudes.

That's why you must help the Ashton's run a Winter Resort to give everyone a #Christmas to remember! Ashton's Family Resort is a time management holiday game where you must cater to your clients every need. If the customers are pleased, you'll get a tip. That's why you must constantly be on your toes. Why, because that money can go to getting upgrades to spice up the joint which'll get you even more dough. The more Christmasy the atmosphere the happier your guests will be.

I thought the game was pretty neat and challenging. The music was somewhat festive but if it get's annoying you can always go to menu then options to mute it. So if your looking for a good #Xmas Time Management flash game to get you buy before the main meal, then this should suffice!

Midnight Cinima

One year ago on Halloween night a viscous murder took place in this sleepy town nestled deep in the Appalachians. No one knows why he did it or if the man knew whom he murdered. Some say it was because he had too much water in the brain. Others chim an evil spirit took over his body due to the man's previous clean record. Still nobody has a clue why the old fella did it. The next day police found the guys corpse with a noose tied around his neck.

Well tonight exactly one year later, a movie will be released purporting to tell the real tale of what happened that rainy night. But the show is by invitation only.

Thankfully Randy has a pass. But he won't give it away unless you do him a favor. Help Vova wonder around town this October 31st to do whatever it takes to get that ticket. Search, combine, and use items to help get him into the theater in no time. As always there are other people who need favors done to get what you need.

Urban legend has it that either he's still alive or his spirit will come back on the anniversary and go on a murderous rampage! Question is will Vova make it to the film in one piece or will he become another victim to this bloodthirsty killer?!

I find Midnight Cinema to my liking. Dialogue is fun. Carmel games might be a little cheeky but interesting at the same time. Overall I give this one 5 starsbeing actually Halloweenish!

Summer Slacking

Ah...Summer camp. A time to roast marshmallows, wolf down frankfurters, or get into a steep shaving cream fight! All without the coordinator knowing about it. After all, ignorance is bliss.

Well, that's pretty much what it's like with Sarah. You see, her counselor wants them to participate in boring camp activities. However, she wants to have a little fun while on Summer vacation. That's why you must help her slack by accomplishing a few fun activities of her own without him seeing you. Each task is a minigame all of itself. Whenever the guy is over your shoulder, press the X button or be prepared to get scolded and start all over.

I thought this game was fairly good. Not too challenging for kids yet just enough to keep you on your toes. I'm happy to give it 5 thumbs up!

Pyramid Klondike Solitaire

Summer is a time for triple-digit heat and lemonade stands. Barbecuing and poolside parties! A time for sun tan lotion and sun bathing. So what better way is there to celebrate this season then a little hand of Klondike Solitaire-Desert style?

Just like any Klondike game, you must match up all the cards within the deck that add up to 13. Valid pairs are Queen-Ace, Jack-2, 10-3, 9-4, 8-5, and 7-6. Kings don't need to be matched in pairs. Unlike regular solitaire, there's no descending numerical color code.

I love the Egyptian theme music in the background. Gives you the feeling of a desert dry heat as the searing wind blowtorches your cheeks. I'm only acquainted with good old fashioned solitaire so this got getting used to. But that's just me. I'm sure seasoned players will find this game addicting. Overall, I give it 5 out of five stars!

Enchanted Cave

Caves are exotic and mystical. They spark a child-like intrigue-beckoning us to enter within it's crags.

Well, here is a good RPG adventure on a boy who must venture within this enchanted cave filled with bats, ogres, monsters, and other vicious creatures. Yet inside this subterranean cavern lay treasures unspeakable! All one has to do is muster up his courage, overcome some hurtles, and reach out and grasp it. In addition, there are many useful items(including monetary ones) to horde. Some of which you can buy at various shops. Without these your life would expire very quickly.

You can move this critter with the Arrow Keys. As with most RPG's just walk up to any object or creature to interact with it. In your inventory drag each piece of armor to the appropriate body part to equip. Drag an item to the character to use or discharge. All other instructions can be found ingame.

This was a pretty interesting 2D Role Playing Game all about a boy who must brace himself for an unforgettable journey within the underworld. It's fairly addicting and easy to get into. A game I'm happy to give five stars for good design and interesting gameplay!

Easter Egg Hop

Once again Easter is just around the corner. Time to munch on jelly beans(I'll pass), peeps, bunny cookies and my favorite chocolate Easter Bunnies! What's Easter without deviled eggs and roast pork with colored eggs glistening the landscape-telling you that the Easter Bunny has come with a basket full of goodies! Ahh childhood memories!

Now I can't deliver a colorful case of nostalgia. But I do have an Easter Game to review.

Here is Easter Egg Hop-a strategy game where you must help Hopper the Rabbit become the next Easter Bunny! Just use your mouse to hop around the entire screen collecting all eggs, chicks, and butterflies(for added speed and points) before time runs out. Watch out for the no-good hens as they have a tendency to bite. There are three courses in all. You must meet a predetermined quota before advancing to the next stage. There are also three modes of difficulty(Easy, Medium, and Hard).

I loved the computer animation and the hillbilly soundtrack. Though even the Easy Mode needs some getting used to. Otherwise I thought this game was well executed with buoyant animation tinged with Easter and Spring!

Ever since Noah erroneously let out a dove fore the waters receded and Chaucer wrote his practical jokes, April 1st has been set aside for the goof in all of us. Just one day where it's O.K. to produce juicy pranks, spread silly rumors, or even put gum in your sisters hair. Even the class clown needs a holiday to show off and April Fools Day is just the time of year to do so!

I may not have a joke to offer but at least there's an escape game to fiddle around with. Introducing Ena's April Fools Day Escape-a Point-and-click game by Ena Games! In it you must find a way to escape this foolish contraption by finding objects, storing them in your inventory, and solving various puzzles. Hopefully there is truly a way of escape and your not running foolishly in circles!

I was surprised there was a flash game out there themed after this funny holiday. The music fits in with the overall theme. The graphics were zany but still well presented. Overall, I give this 4 out of 5 stars!

Fire and water have always been opposing elements in nature. For everytime fire is out of control, water is there to quench it. But whenever fire gains the upper hand, H2O simply evaporates. These two essential properties of Earth have never learned to co-exist...Until now.

Introcuing Fireboy and Watergirl In The Forest Temple-a point and click adventure strategy by Oslo Albet! As two sprites representing water and fire , you must finish each course as a team-doing what the other cannot acomplish. Each one must collect all coresponding diamonds and then reach their elemental door. Use the W A D keys to move watergirl and the Arrow Keys to get fireboy going. In hexagon shaped levels go as fast as possible, tringle rubies means move simultaneously, while in diamond shaped courses you must obtain the green! Each character must watch out for Water(fire) pits while green slime kills them both.

I was thoroughly impressed with this game. From the crisp stone-dungeon sound effects that in a way remind me a lot about Zelda. Particularely Ocarina of Time and Windwaker. Two protagonists working together to acomplish what the other can't is something new in the online game arena. Though the difficulty in remembering which one does what at the same time can be well, daunting. But that's the challenge my friend. Each level is simalar which is a good thing(depending on how you look at things). Overall I give Oslo Albet five thumbs up from Online Game Lounge!

So off you go to his new restaurant in town. Everything goes smoothly. The old man gives you a thorough tour of the whole joint. You were even looking forward to a nice susie roll. Until smash!

Being the cluts that you are, you broke his fat cat statue. You would do anything to make it up to him. So he offers you the keys to his sushiria. Now to make up the cash, you must run his restaurant squicky clean without any complaints.

Although I'm not much for sea food, I was impressed with this one. I feel it measures up quite nicely with Papa Louies previous installments. So all in all, I give sushiria 5 thumbs up from Online Game Lounge!

Adventures Of Cupid

Valentines is a season for love and infatuation. When Cupid supposedly makes his rounds about the planet aiming his darts at unsuspecting couples to make them fall in love. A match made in heaven as they say.

Well tonight, cupid is doing something a little different. He's aiming his arrows at just about anybody who spews out venomous anger and hatred. The cherubs aim this year is to heal the world rather then match couples in paradise.

Use the A and D keys to walk. Hit the K button to jump and the J key to shoot arrows. In no time will you have the world in heavenly order!

I loved the retro look and feel to this platformer very much. However, the controllers were a very big pain in the butt. Most people are used to either the Arrow or WASD keys. But this game uses niether. Oh well. Other then that sorethumb, I thought the Adventures of Cupid was pretty cool!

Ratings: 3.5 Stars!

Icy Fishes

If blowing up icicles under the arctic sea isn't your thing, then how about joining an octopus in gourging himself on some tasty fish under the ice caps.

Introducing Icy Fishes-an interactive explosive flashgame by miniclip. In it you must use your bombs to blow up chunks of ice and use your tenticles to snatch as many polar fish as you can. The more he eats the more fat he gets. Pig!

This reminded me of the game of Icy Gifts but with more of an arctic undersea flair to it. The differences being in the fishes in the water and no Xmas theme(since it's over, that's not a bad thing lol)! All in all, I give Icy Fishes 5 thumbs up!
