Demi Moore 911 call: 'She smoked something'

"Send an ambulance right now. This is an emergency."

So begins the dramatic 911 call, in which Demi Moore's friends are desperately trying to get an ambulance to the actress' Beverly Hills home as quickly as possible, which was released this morning by the Los Angeles Fire Department.

On the heavily redacted recording, which lasts about 10 minutes, one of Moore's friends begins arguing with the dispatcher amid confusion over which agency covers the neighborhood and should be sending paramedics.

"Why is there not an ambulance coming now?" the woman says testily before explaining what caused the star to "act crazy."

Officials plan to release the recording without any personal information about Moore's medical condition and medications to comply with federal medical privacy laws.

A spokesman for the Los Angeles city attorney says, "We've reviewed the 911 tape and we have made recommendations."

The Charlie's Angels star was hospitalized on Monday night after paramedics were called to her home near Benedict Canyon. She checked into a treatment facility for exhaustion on Tuesday and has since left the centre.

"Who’s Your Mate?"
This game is similar to the Newlywed Game. Have one person from each couple leave the room. The host/hostess tailors some planned questions to the group and to certain couples. The other half of each couple stays in the room, and answers questions about their mate/date. They’re supposed to answer each question the way they think their mate/date would respond. They need to write each answer down, so that when their partner returns he/she can give their own answer to each question. Assign point values for each question that is a match. Then reverse roles of the couples for the next set of questions. The couple with the most points wins a prize. Make sure the prize is something they can share!

"Sing Along"
Divide the group into teams. In a jar, fold up slips of paper that have different "love/relationship" related words on them. Mix and Match

5 Valentine’s Day Sex Tips for the Romantically Timid

Couples may be ahead of singles when it comes to frequency of sex, but that doesn’t mean it’s good sex. In fact, we all know that when you’ve been in a relationship for long enough, sometimes sex is just…sex. And though we all have friends who are uninhibited when it comes to pushing the boundaries of bedroom behavior, I’m willing to bet that the majority of us aren’t ordering sex toys online on a regular basis. For those of us with a shallow sexually adventurous streak, we called on Debby Herbenick, Ph.D., research scientist at Indiana University and author of Because It Feels Good: A Woman’s Guide to Sexual Pleasure and Satisfaction, to give us her top five sex tips about come-hither creativity for the romantically timid — just in time for February 14:

1. Don’t rush things before.

Herbenick advises spending at least 20 minutes engaged in sexual foreplay. “Whether you use that time for kissing, massages, a strip-tease, or touching is up to you,” she says. “Most couples who have been together for a while skip this important part of sex, but it can enhance intimacy and arousal as well as increase orgasm intensity.”

2. Don’t rush things after, either.

Don’t jump out of bed (or just fall asleep) when the fun part is over; relax and make an effort to stay in bed longer. “Remember when you were a new couple and you hated to get out of bed after sex,” says Herbenick. “And now you both get up and go back to the laundry or work, or if you stay in bed it’s only to go to sleep?” Yes, Debby. Unfortunately, we do. She advises trying to stay in bed to talk, hold each other, or even go for round two.

3. Don’t fear the vibrator.

According to a 2008 study that Herbenick and her colleagues conducted at Indiana University, more than half of women and nearly half of men in the U.S. have used a vibrator at some point. And, she says, most men feel that vibrators are a healthy part of a couple’s sex life; make sex more exciting; and take some of the pressure off them to give you an orgasm. To ease the introduction, Herbenick advises shopping for toys together at couples-friendly websites like My Pleasure, Early to Bed, and Babeland.

4. Get crafty.

No need to hit up the adult emporiums when you have all the makings of a sex-filled night in your own kitchen, like make your own body sugar. Herbenick says to mix about two tablespoons of confectioner’s sugar with your favorite flavor (e.g., freshly chopped basil, cocoa powder, or vanilla sugar) to taste. “Sprinkle on your partner’s body and lick away,” says Herbenick. This is one time not to count calories.

5. Take a cue from the youngsters and sext.

The written word can be an easy and powerful way to transition into more sexual adventure — sort of like storytime for adults. Herbenick says to read erotic stories in bed or text your significant other with a few lines from your favorite story. I thought that like other scripts I can find it easily but then I realized that there is not copy paste script available on the web for Blogspot, there are many tutorials available on the web but a person like me who don't know much about coding or Java or Jquery, those tutorials are useless. After continuously searching for 2 days and one night I found a code but it was also in parts. Then I decided care fully combine these parts and make a copy and paste type code. Mena Suvari Has Filed For Divorce From Husband Simone Sestito.

The 32-year-old actress - who married the concert producer in Rome in 2010 - has reportedly cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the split, according to legal papers obtained by gossip website TMZ.com.

Filed today (13.01.12) at the Los Angeles Superior Court by the 'American Pie' star's attorney Mark Gross, the divorce documents state November 1 as the date of separation and Mena is said to be keen for a judge to prevent Simone from gaining spousal support from her.

In November, Mena insisted the couple planned to have children together in the future, but were putting it off for the moment because of her husband's work commitments.

She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "We are kind of building our lives together, we've been married a year now. He's more in the music industry and he travels a lot as well but we've been able to travel together.

"Will we have kids? Yeah, one day, one day, hopefully."

This will be Mena's second divorce after ending her five-year marriage to cinematographer Robert Brinkmann in 2005.

Has TV Cook Paula Got Diabetes?

For nearly a year the plus-size mother-of-two has been the target of rumours that she has encouraged her fans to eat her high-fat, sugary meals, while secretly hiding her Type 2 diabetes diagnosis.

On Friday the rumours resurfaced after the iPad publication The Daily claimed that Paula is set to reveal she has the deadly disease.

The online paper also alleged that the cook has signed a deal with a pharmaceutical company and will soon be promoting diabetes medication.

Hours later NBC released a statement that Paula will be exclusively addressing the issue on the Today show on Tuesday morning.

The interview with presenter Al Roker will come just days before the Georgia native turns 65.
Ironically, last year she told the Today show that she couldn't live without butter or her deep-fryer.
