I am in the process of setting up Phone Tray, just waiting for the modem to arrive. I couldn't find a suitable voice modem on Newegg, so I ordered the recommended Hiro modem from Tigerdirect.

My problem is I have to be reachable 24/7. Incoming calls get forwarded to my cell phone if I don't answer the call. If I don't answer the cell phone, the call goes the cell phone voicemail. Then my cell phone keeps beeping until I listen to the message which is extremely annoying when it's one of those telemarketers who repeatedly call. I just need something that will answer the call so it doesn't get forwarded to my cell phone. I'm hoping Phone Tray will
do the trick.

I know several people who did not go with Vonage because of the lack of call blocking. Vonage needs to get a clue and figure out that lack of call blocking is hurting their business.

OK...this is a feature that I (and I am sure, countless others) could use! Why, if I have my voicemail forwarded to my email with WAV attachments, should I ALSO have to call in or log in to delete these voicemails from my account?!?! C'mon , Vonage! Use yer noggin'! :)

This should, at the very LEAST, be a simple checkbox option for ALL voicemail forwarding. Once it's forwarded, delete it - AUTOMATICALLY!

This is a giant pet peeve of mine. I get the voicemail on my work PC, on my laptop, and on my mobile email account (gotta love PDAs)...then I get home and have to call in or log in to delete the messages that I heard 8 hours prior...can you say ANNOYING?!

While I can see the benefit of this feature, why not just delete them from your PC by logging into your account?

This should be an easy one, important to some.

A user-defined maximum incoming message length would allow people who often receive voicemails several minutes long to adjust this to a shorter length. If this isn't a problem for a user, they could keep the current setting. I'd prefer to shorten mine significantly. If a caller needs to leave a long, detailed message, then voicemail isn't the correct method (email instead).
