The report was published by the OGP Independent Reporting Mechanism. The public comment period will remain open until November 14. To submit comments please email IRM@opengovpartnership.org. The United Kingdom report was drafted by Kevin Dunion of the Centre for Freedom of Information, a joint venture of the Scottish Information Commissioner and the Law School, University of Dundee.

The reports were published by the OGP Independent Reporting Mechanism. The public comment period for these reports will remain open until November 14. To submit comments please email IRM@opengovpartnership.org. The South Africa report was drafted by Ralph Mathekga of Clear Content Research and Consulting. The Brazil report was drafted by Vera Schattan Coelho and Laura Trajber Waisbich of the Brazil Center for Analysis and Planning. The remaining reports (the UK, Mexico, Norway, the Philippines, the United States and Indonesia) from the founding 8 countries will be published over the next 6 weeks in advance of the OGP Summit.

We are pleased to announce our new “Bright Spots Competition” to identify and showcase successful open government initiatives. Governments and civil society reformers both have powerful stories to tell. We want to hear about your bright spots, share them with others, and recognize you for your accomplishments.Winners will be invited to present their Bright Spot on the main stage at the 2013 OGP Annual Summit, in London, UK, October 31 – November 1, 2013. The deadline for submitting your Bright Spots Competition entry is September 9, 2013.

En poco más de 3 meses, aproximadamente 1000 reformadores del gobierno, la sociedad civil y el sector privado se reunirán en Londres durante la Cumbre Anual de OGP.
