Excerpt:

The openSourceCM platform calendar offers displays three types of notices, reminders, task, & evnets. The following tutorial demonstrates how to add, edit, and create tasks amd reminders for new tasks onto your calendar.

Featured Image:

The openSourceCM platform calendar offers displays three types of notices, reminders, task, & evnets. While events are normally associated with significant occurences such as the sigining of a contract, tasks are usually assigned to smaller actions that support events, such as the review of a contract prior to it being signed into effect. The following tutorial demonstrates how to add, edit, and create tasks, and reminders for new tasks onto your calendar.

OSCM2 Tutorial - Document Search

Excerpt:

The openSourceCM platform offers users two different types of searches. One looks for keywords while the other looks for document details. This video tutorial describes the OSCM keyword search.

Featured Image:

Time and again we are tested on how quickly and intuitively documents can be found on our system. The openSourceCM platform offers users two different types of searches. One looks for keywords while the other looks for document details. Let me explain; every contract loaded onto the system has an associated metadata (see term sheet search) file that holds key information about that specific contract.

In my previous post I talked about my company’s plan to help efforts designed to solve two dire issues affecting everyone’s quality of life, present, and future. One of these is education, with a specific focus on school districts in the U.S. openSourceCM is offering the use of its premium contract life cycle management solution, free of charge to school districts in the U.S.

OpenSourceCM Better World Initiative

Excerpt:

The global upheaval has not gone unnoticed by us here at openSourceCM. Global warming and the financial crises are two areas where our way of life feels threatened. We'ed like to feel that we are helping out, so we have decided to offer our services for free to two causes we feel strongly about.

Featured Image:

The changes taking place in the world have not gone unnoticed by us here at openSource. Global warming and the financial crises are perhaps the two most imminent threats to our way of life to have become all too obvious over the past few years. In the rush forward to promote things we hold dear to us, thoughts of these issues can easily be stifled (just like Edith Bunker). In an effort to fight those urges we have decided to offer our help to organizations at the forefront of these burning issues. Our wishes are for a better world, so we have decided to provide our services for free to two distinct types of organizations.
