Well private label rights are an awesome way to add value to your products/services. The problem is many people don’t know how to use PLR the right way. Most buy or get rights to private label rights products and just give them as they are, but there is a better way than that and you can take a PLR product and make the perceived value much higher than just using the product itself.

What does private label rights mean though?

Private label means that you can re-label a product with your own brand, name, and change the product to meet your usage needs. When purchasing private label rights though, you need to make sure you are buying the right to use the product as you wish. This means that you can add to or take away from the product itself. These types of PLR are known as Unrestricted PLR. The secret is to repackage the products and increase the perceived value of those products. Then you can add them as a bonus, sell them, or offer them as a lead-magnet.

Repackaging PLR For Increased Value

There are many ways to repackage those products you purchase and I am going to cover a few ways. First change the name of the product. Make the name enticing. What works well is using names like Lead Extreme, Ultimate Business Automation, etc. then you want to change all the graphics. If the product you have the PLR for is an eBook, then get a screen capture program and make slides in powerpoint or keynote for each chapter of the eBook. Then make a video for each chapter or section using the book as a script. Then change the eBook itself by dividing it into sections that go with each video and make those chapters into transcripts. Then take the slides and using your presentation software create a PDF of the slides. Last extract the audio from your videos and now you have a completely new product with a new name and a lot more value.

Making Money From Repackaged PLR

You could then take that new product and sell it as it is. The suggestion here would be to sell Master Resell Rights as an upsell for your new product. Make sure you include the license with what your buyers are able to do with the product. If you are going to sell the product, match your salespage, upsell pages, thank you page, and download pages to reflect the graphics for your new product. I would highly suggest that if you get all these pages included with your original PLR that you re-write the copy for your salespage as well. You could even create a membership site where you use the repackaging process and give away a new product monthly which includes resell rights. Charge a premium fee to have access and now you have a continuity program. Guaranteed monthly income!

Important To Remember

Last, don’t forget to only get unrestricted PLR. If you don’t follow this one step you will be very limited with what you can do with your purchased products. Also, don’t forget to be subtle and add affiliate links that will help those reading, listening, or watching the information you are providing. Don’t just add affiliate links, but actually give valuable resources that you use or have used in your business. Take this information, create your product and use these techniques to add more value to make your audience love you!

You may wonder why millionaires become wealthy, successful, and lucky. Seems like they know all the secrets. The thing is that all millionaires do the same things to acquire their wealth and success. The question is what are their secrets?

There are 2 general secrets that Internet millionaires share which are inside and outside secrets. In this post I am going to cover the secrets in detail and hopefully you will begin to use them to build your wealth. Take advantage and become a millionaire yourself.

1st, let’s take a look at the outside secrets that are in a millionaires toolkit.

Secret #1:

Strategy is the foundational principle of any marketing plan. Internet millionaires realize that and spend a lot of time building strategic plans. Before jumping off of the bridge, they know what is in the water. Then and only then do they begin to apply marketing techniques. Consumers have many more choices today than ever before. Therefore, marketers know they have to be specific when applying their strategies. It’s just like fishing; would you rather know where the fish are and what they will bite onto or just cast your line in the water and hope for the best? That’s why mass advertising is dying slowly. If you try to target a whole market you will eventually narrow your audience down, but in the end you will have wasted tons of time and lots of cash. The takeaway is always develop strategies, then apply those strategies using marketing techniques.

Secret #2:

This comes from the previous secret, but it is so important. Millionaires are not general, but very specific with what markets they sell products/services in. Since consumers have so many choices, businesses in general are beginning to target very specific audiences.

Secret #3:

Markets that have not been discovered are far and few between, but if you can find them you may just hit gold. Competitors are very low and the cost of doing business stay down. You can build rapport, trust, and authority with that market very quickly because you are the first to market. Like I said though, these markets are far and few between. If you can find one, do your research and make sure that it is worth your time and money. Are there people actively seeking out information in a newly found market? What is their annual income and are they willing to spend money? Do they buy products/services related to that market? You get the point. Millionaires usually watch trends over a period of time and will differentiate what they have to offer before they step into the market. Another method is to create a market for the products/services you have to offer. This works, but you must still ensure there is a market for what you are offering.

Secret #4:

You want to go into a market and grab every last cent you possibly can. Having many different products/services for each specific subject matter in a market is vital. It makes your business different and gives you many different ways to increase the revenue your business receives. It also allows you to have a backend in place to increase the value of each new client who invests in your business. For example, you have products that target a specific audience within a market. After someone invests in your product, you continue to offer them other products/services related to what you originally sold them. This can be done immediately and over the long-term. It is best to incorporate both into your client funnel.

Secret #5:

Automation is the key to becoming an Internet millionaire. Whether this be using automated or manual workers in your business. There is tons of software that automate many task for businesses today. Marketers do several of the same routine actions every day. The secret is to find software or hire someone who can do those same actions. Of course you want to do this in the most cost efficient manner possible. This allows your business to sell products/services 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Secret #6:

Set your business up from the beginning to run without you. This can be done through branding. Branding is very lucrative, but doesn’t mean you can just forget about your business. You still have to make decisions. The secret is to brand the value your business offers. Sell your company as being an expert and you will reap the rewards.

Secret #7:

Find others to support your business and build a team. Find others who have special skills in marketing, get a mentor, find accountability partners, and surround yourself with other business owners. Two heads are always better than one. Masterminds allow you to share ideas with other business owners and marketers and you can learn a lot. You begin to learn what strategies they are using and what marketing techniques are working best in their businesses. They will help you in your weak areas and in turn all of you will grow your business together.

In the beginning, I stated there are outside and inside secrets that affects the outcome of becoming an Internet millionaire. We have covered the outside secrets and now I want to tell you about the internal secrets. You must have confidence in everything you do. You must believe in what you are offering. Follow others and model their success. Do not be afraid to make mistakes, they will happen. Take failure as a learning experience and ask what did I learn from this experience? Your job does not define who you are. Last, millionaires never give up no matter what barriers they encounter. They drive on and figure ways to surpass what could ultimately hold them back.

What is the MOST powerful technique to leverage that will provide your online business with the fastest way to get in front of your audience? Joint Ventures provide a way to legally grab your JV partners subscribers in order to turn a profit. You get their most valuable asset and in turn a cut of the income generated. It doesn’t matter what subject matter your business targets, because the internet has many competitors who are waiting to receive your request. The biggest problem is that most people have a problem structuring the Joint Venture.

The web is a huge compilation of websites and millions more are added daily. This makes finding a partner for some hard and they may think it’s not worth their time. Today though, I am going to give you 5 of the TOP places that guarantee you will find the JV Partner. Let’s get into them now.

#1: The Search Engines

Absolutely! Search engines are the first place to start your search for potential JV Partners because there are tons of them who are looking for partners to provide valuable information to their clients/subscribers. Simply put, go to your favorite search engine and enter your subject matter keyword and begin looking at the results. The first 10 listings in the search engine results is a very good place to start. Start clicking the links to go to the site owner’s website. These will be your potential partners. Once you arrive on their site, look for their contact information which can usually be found at the bottom of their site or possibly in the Contact Us. Shoot them an email and let them know that you have something that will align with their clients/visitors/subscribers and that you will give them a cut of any revenue generated from the sales. Remember, you always want to let your potential partner know WIIFT (What’s In It For Them).

#2: Forums

Forums a wonderful place to find and locate partners because it is where your target audience hangs out. It is also a place where you can meet and form some awesome Joint Ventures. There are forums that cover a variety of topics. I mean everything under the sun. You shouldn’t have any problem coming across a few thousand that are related to your subject. People go there every day looking for answers to their questions. The fastest way to find these forums is to again visit your favorite search engine and perform a keyword search.

Use this: forums + “your subject keyword”

That’s all there is to it. I mean it will save you tons of time and you will get the most interested people in your audience very quickly.

#3: Newsletter Directories

Why? Simply because this is where owners of opt-in list with thousands of subscribers are waiting to hear what valuable information you have to offer them. You will find owners who target ANY subject matter you could possibly wrap your head around. To find directories it’s simple. Again go to your favorite search engine and perform a keyword search.

Use this: “newsletter directories”

#4 JV Membership Sites

These are sites where people join, whether free or paid, so that they can find many JV Partners all from one website. They are definitely starting to come up everywhere now. Makes since because people who are seeking partners can go to 1 website and find make the JV without having to search the internet for days.

#5: Clickbank.com

It’s the last on the list and there is a good reason for it. Clickbank has the largest directory of digital products on the Internet offering affiliate program. It is an absolute gold-mine for finding JV Partners through some of the TOP affiliate programs in their database. They are arranged by categories and it is very to find the TOP products and how they are performing by doing a quick search. Just find a category, click on it, and then sort either by Popularity or Gravity. I like to use the Gravity because it will show me those products that are being promoted actively by affiliates.

(A Tip: Only check out the first 20 or so results under each category that your subject area falls into)

Next all you have to do is pick a product that relates to what you are trying to offer, get the main website address, and head over to your favorite search engine for the last time.

Use this: link:http://www.ADDCLICKBANKMAINURLHERE.com

By doing this, you will be able to get all of the links that are backlinking to that product which will reveal some great Joint Venture possibilities. All you have to do is contact those people and let them know what you are offering and WIIFT (What’s In It For Them).

Hopefully, this article has allowed you to see the potential for Joint Venture’s by simply using a few little techniques. It isn’t hard when you know where to look. The only thing left for you to do now is go and find some JV Partners.

Do you often wonder what really works for affiliate marketing? I mean what really creates success as an affiliate? Maybe there is a shortcut you ask yourself. Well you are not alone because these same questions are asked by affiliate marketers who are trying to make it big.

I can remember starting out with affiliate marketing and it seemed like everyone was saying that it was the easiest way to start making money online, but honestly it is harder than what you may have been told in the past. In order to become profitable as an affiliate marketer, you must strategically plan every promotion you intend to take and then take action on that plan. Do not think that only a plan will get you into those big profits though. You also need the appropriate tools to run a successful marketing campaign. Through my own efforts and by studying other very successful marketers, I am going to share with you the three most critical areas for creating a very profitable affiliate business.

Area #1: Website

The most important tool you can have when being an affiliate for someone is a website. That website must be targeted, believable, and professional. It is the first thing a visitor sees before even being presented with an affiliate offer. Essentially, a website is the front-end of what we call the marketing funnel. It must be user friendly and entice your prospects to investigate more into what the site is about. Your site needs to also lead your visitors into taking action. This action can be clicking on links in your content, clicking on banner ads, or signing up to an autoresponder. The #1 action you want to be leading your visitors to taking is signing up to your list in return for an incentivized offer. Of course your offer could be your newsletter, a ebook, a video, a online course, or whatever you have that will raise their interest. Your offer needs to provide a relative solution to their problem. What I mean by this is that the incentivized offer needs to go along with your paid affiliate offer. If you do not know this, research has showed time and time again that it takes up to seven introductions to something before someone will buy. This is why it is so important to capture your visitors information up-front so that you can continue to show them the same information till they purchase.

When talking about visitors, it is important that you write content that is targeted to them. The information needs to be original and meet their interest overall. Make sure that whatever you write, it helps them and is honest information. Don’t just write a bunch of junk in the process. Make your content useful and of high quality. By giving away this high quality and useful information you will begin to establish yourself as an authority within the subject area you are targeting. Visitors will start to trust your information and therefore will continue to come back to you for more information. Keep your content fresh and up to date and not only will your reputation increase, but you will build loyal clients in the end.

Area #2: Offers

When competing in the online space, you must first realize that there will be competition. Competitors are trying to get the same clients that you are trying to get. That is why you need to be ahead of the competition at all times. Your goal should be to capture the major portion of your target market. The way to do that is through information. That information must be excellent and guide your visitors in a subtle manner to your affiliate offers. As said above, you do not want to just tell your visitors to go buy whatever you are offering immediately upon arriving at your website. Give them the information in exchange for their email. Like I said, this allows you to market to them over and over. Offers can be anything that is going to increase your visitors awareness. Offer software, books, services, newsletters, etc. It doesn’t matter what you offer to your visitors as long as it is relevant to their problem and helps them.

Area #3: Links

Driving traffic to your website is just as important as the previous two areas. Search engine ranking is one of many ways to get traffic to your site and rise to the top of the search engines. How popular your links are is one of the deciding factors that establishes what position your site will show within the search engines. Backlinking in my opinion is one of the better ways to establish link popularity. How do you get backlinks? The easiest way is by submitting articles to article directories with your site’s address in the resource box. Ezine articles, Go Articles, and Squidoo seems to work very well when it comes to articles. The reason is because Google sees these article sites as top content providers. Just by submitting your articles to an article directory, you can gain exposure and are able to advertise for no money based on the popularity of your articles. Of course the more sites you submit articles to, the more popular your links will become. One important thing is that each article must be unique. Google frowns upon duplicate content and you will want to avoid that infraction. To get unique articles to submit, you have a few options. Outsource the content creation, write the article yourself, or use software that lets you use Spyntax to create unique articles. This is a great way to create multiple articles out of the same content. You will also receive up to 1500 backlinks to your site per month just by using a spyntax service. The service that I use and recommend most is The Link Juicer which you can get a free 30 day trial by going to OperationExpert.com/linkjuicer.

In the end, the possiblities of what you can achieve through affiliate marketing is only restricted by your own reality. Be resourceful and creative. As you begin to become successful, come up with new ideas and add them to your initiatives. Wherever you may be now, never give up and always keep striving to be the best.

Keeping in contact with your clients is the basic foundation of any business. There are many ways to do that, but the fastest and easiest way is through email. Due to spam and the massive amounts of emails clients receive, email marketing does have its drawbacks, but it is still the most valuable asset you can have in your business. It would be great if every new visitor to a website would purchase what we are offering, but in reality that almost never happens.

Over the last few years, email marketing has a reputation that is frowned upon by some. The reason for this is because of mass-email programs and the outrageous amounts of spam offers. You may even receive these yourself and wonder how in the world someone got your email address to do this. These are offers like cheap pharmaceuticals, knock-off watches, the shiniest new software available, and how about those offers to enhance your night-life? Those emails are easily spotted because the majority of the time they contain misspelled words and email addresses that just scream SPAM. Because of all the recent deceptions, many are now extremely cautious about who they provide their email address to.

The question then becomes, “How do I get someone to sign up to my email list and have them trust me while peeking their interest?” We’ll the easiest and most profound way is by giving them valuable information and being transparent up-front. Don’t lie and definitely don’t make your offer sound beyond belief. As the old saying goes, “If it looks too good to be true, it probably is!”

Always ensure your visitors that their email will never, EVER be sold or given away. This will give them some trust between you and them. This is a MUST. Although, this doesn’t make someone say, “Oh! They are not going to sell or give away my email so I trust you,” but it will help somewhat. Always Stick to Your Promises! Pick through your emails before you send them and make sure that you are not getting out of bounds with your subscribers. Remember, your clients are trusting you. They expect what you send to be relevant to their interests and useful. An awesome way to build trust with your clients is to give them Results In Advance. This is giving them valuable information that they can act on immediately and begin to see results. If you begin to stop caring about your subscribers, know that they will unsubscribe from your list.

Never send commercial offers to your list that are unrelated to their core interest. An example of this would be sending a tomato growing offer to a list who is only interested in programming software. The two topic are completely irrelevant and are a surefire way to get an unsubscribe. This type of behavior will also cost you in the long run. Also make sure that your emails do not turn into a hyped up sales pitch for only your products and services. There is a time for promotion and a time for providing content. You want to make sure you have a healthy relationship between offers and information. Keep links in your emails subtle, but present them and you will build trust with your clients. Eventually, they will realize you are not just another money hungry course-pusher who is only out to make fast cash. Then and only then will you begin to see more sales and loyalty with your list.

Your email list is a gold mine for your business, but you must always be cautious and treat it with care. Keeping to the basics will reward you and your subscribers will love you for being real with them.

Google Reader has so many great uses beyond what I am going to share with you in this post, but this is a little to get you started. Content aggregation is very simple when you use a tool like Google Reader to do so. The first step in this whole process is getting a google reader account if you do not already have one. You can do that by going to http://reader.google.com and clicking “Sign up for a new Google Account” in the upper right hand corner of that page.

The next step is to start filling your google reader with the information you are going to aggregate and send out to your audience. The easiest way is to go to http://alerts.google.com and you will see a page like this:

You will then want to leave Type: Everything, How Often: As It Happens, Volume: Only The Best Results, Deliver To: Choose Feed in the drop down box. Next in the box to the left of Preview Results, type in the topic that you would like to pull results from (ie. tomato growing, skiing, running). Ensure that you only choose topics that are related to the industry you are involved in. After doing so, click Create Alert. Next, go back to http://reader.google.com and you will then see your new alert in the left hand side:

You can also add these alerts to a folder by clicking on the alert, letting it load on the right hand side, choosing Feed Settings, New Folder, type the folder name, and click OK. The last thing you need to do is to click on the button that looks like this:

That will allow you to see all of your alerts in a list view for easily scanning and choosing the best topics to give to your audience. Last step is when you find a headline that your audience would be interested in and would add valuable information to them, click on it to expand the topic. After doing so, you will see something that looks like this:

Click on the blue link that which will look like what I have boxed in red above. This will open the link in a new window or tab depending on which browser you are using. Next, skim over the article to make sure it is great information and then you will give that to your audience. You can do this by sending it to your email list, sending it to your twitter account, or sending it to facebook. I try to send around 5-10 articles per day using this method. A good measure to follow is 10 to twitter spread out through the day and 2-5 to facebook post spread out during the day. You can send 2 to facebook in the morning and 2 in the afternoon and use an automated tweeting tool to send your post out to twitter. I use and recommend Bufferapp for automating the twitter process. There is a paid option and free option, but starting out all you need is the free option. You can sign up for an account by clicking the button below:

One final note I left out, to add these to facebook they need to be done manually. It is simple and all you have to do is copy the link address (URL) from your browsers address bar after clicking the link to open it in a new window (see the image above with the red box). Next, log into facebook and where you add your new status click link. This will allow you to insert a new link as a update. Right click and choose paste to add the link to facebook.

Click attach and you will then see the post come up that looks like this:

Click the right or left button beside where it says, “Choose a Thumbnail” till you find an appropriate image for your post. Add your own personal comments to where it says, “Say something about this link…” and then click Post. That’s it.

If you have any questions or don’t understand something leave a comment below. I will either create another post explaining how to use another feature or will provide some other means to learn this valuable information. If you are not using this daily to aggregate content, you are missing out. This is a valuable way to provide great content to your readers/clients on a daily basis without to much work.

We have all heard the phrase, “Content Is King.” What exactly is meant by that term? As we progress further into the future old tactics and strategies still work, but are often over-looked by our target audiences. Today, individuals are more interested in valuable content which teaches them what they can do to solve their problems the quickest. If you provide that information, they will bond with you for the long-term.

Instant Gratification

Humans are wired for instant gratification and therefore is what they seek-out. Our job as marketers is to provide markets with that information and in return help solidify their problems as fast as possible. It is not only your duty, but your responsibility. The reason we get confused in the marketing world is because we are used to learning with long drawn out teachings. This becomes a stumbling block and often times keeps the marketer from going anywhere. We think we must provide as much information as possible in extreme detail with nothing left out, but this is not always true. What we must do is provide the fastest, easiest, and most efficient means of a solution to our audience. If you do nothing else when providing content, give your audience the best and most valuable information that will solve their problem best. This is where we begin to create relationships that will last long into the future and continue to have your audience return time-after-time to you or your company.

Trust and Authority

When you give great content, your audience will begin to seek you out. Over time, they will establish you as the expert. This is huge because it creates trust and you become the authority on your subject. When a relationship is created, that is when the real magic happens. This is when hard work begins to pay off. Since you will then become the expert in your audiences eyes, they will then want more information (content). This is were you can then create a newsletter, magazine, membership-site, course, or coaching program to give them a complete 10,000 ft view on the subject matter they are interested in. The only difference is you can then charge for this information because it is a culmination of many tactics and strategies they are seeking. Instead of getting a solution to one problem, they will now be given a solution to many problems that they may encounter in your area of expertise. This allows for fast answers to their problems without having to seek out additional experts for an answer. All your audience then has to do is go to the appropriate lesson, article, video, etc. and the solution to what has placed a road-block in their path can be solved quickly. In the end, always provide information first that will allow you to build trust and authority with your audience.

The Tool

The way is through aggregation. If you take a look at many of the largest news sources in the world, they are simply nothing more than aggregators. They collect a ton of news topics and weed out the bad ones and give only the best to their audience. This is exactly what we must do as well. And the way that I have found to do this the fastest and easiest is using non-other than Google Reader. It is excellent for collecting topics and articles from a ton of sources. It does take some time to setup, but provides the best information possible that you can them provide to your audience. Remember, we want to provide the most valuable information to our audience that we can to build trust and authority.

Note: This is how the largest networks in the world gain trust and authority from their audience.

In our next blog post we will show you how to setup Google Reader and sydicate content so that you can provide the best possible information to your market.

I wanted to give you a quick update on what is to come. We are working hard to get everything setup for this new blog. Very soon we will begin to start providing content to you all with the best we have. Not only will we be sharing what is working now, but we will be sharing the newest marketing strategies and top tips to help you in the process to becoming an expert. This journey will be fun and exciting and I personally know you will learn so much along the way. I have spent nearly 9 years studying marketing, running multiple companies, and helping others grow their companies as I have with mine. This is not an overnight process by any means. You must commit yourself to long-term success. Yes, you may have some success starting out but realize that this is not always the case. One thing I want to leave you with here is that almost every great success story has come after a companies greatest failure. If you fail, pick up and learn from what happened. Ask why did this happen and what can I take away from it? A company does not succeed at everything they do, but rather learns how to improve what they do not succeed at. You must get this right before you even begin.

For those companies who are already successful, we are going to provide insights as well. The purpose of this blog is to not only help take the little company from nothing, but to help those companies who are growing also. When I say company, this can be a one-man run company or a company with many employees. Don’t worry though because if you are only one-person, we are going to give you some of the best ways to outsource projects and task in the near future. All in all, your goal as an individual should be to have a company that can work without you being in it. If you are a company with many individuals, you should focus on specific task that help to grow the company exponentially. Don’t worry though, because we will be covering tons of great topics.

Our goal is to take you on a journey and do the best we can to make you an expert no matter what your company does. Thanks for taking the time to read this and we here at Operation Expert look forward to having you follow us in the most exciting trip of a lifetime.
