1) Stock Options are more Affordability than Stock

Call options allow us to control company stocks that would otherwise be quite expensive to own. Stock Options cost a fraction of the price of the underlying stock but they represent the same amount of shares. So this means with Call Options you can actually profit on the same shares using a much smaller amount of money.

For example if ABC shares were trading at $10 and you chose to buy 100 shares,
your cost =$10 x 100 (shares)= $1,000.
However an ABC Call Option with a strike price of $10 might only cost you $1.
$1000(cost) x $1 = control 1000 of the same shares.

2) Leverage Of Stock Options

With Call Options not only are you able to control more shares, but your profitability would be much greater than buying the actual stocks. With the same amount of money that you would have spent on buying shares, that same amount of money would allow you to control a much bigger amount of that stock through buying its Stock Options. The power to control more shares with lesser money produces leverage.

Let say ABC company stock price gap up from $10 to $11 and your profits is $1

Profit of Buying Shares: $1 x 100 = $100
Profit of Buying Stock Options: $1 x 1000 = $1000

You get 10 times profits from investing in stock options!

The next morning the shoe seller received a toy inside a parcel together with a letter.

” Everybody in the town loves my toys, and i also wish you to become one of our valued customer. This is the latest toy from our shop, and the price is $51. After deducting from the price of your shoes, please send me $1 will do, thanks.”

What do i means by productive time? Rich Scefren, who is a brilliant internet multi-millionaire said there are 3 types of productive time:

a) Non Productive Time
- surfing internet
- chatting with friends
- studying and learning time
- cleaning your office
- checking email
- etc…(any activities that did not produce income in your business)

b) Productive Time
- Creating Product
- Marketing Product
- Managing Money Project
- etc..(any activities will produce income in your business)

c) Super Productive Time
- Creating a system that create product
- Creating a system that market product
- Create a system that build scale
- etc..(any activities that creating a system to multiply or leverage your business)

Here is a method how to calculate what your time is worth (it blows my mind!). Let’s find it out:-

A = How much money you want to make in the next 12 months
B = How many days a week do you work?
C = How many hours a day do you work?

X = How many productive hours a day do you work?
Y = How many productive hours a week do you work?
Z = How many week per year do you work?

Now make a simple calculation: (Y) x (Z) = T
What you time is worth (per hour) = (A) / (T)

Now you know how much is your time worth. Focusing on the productive hours and super productive hours will help you to make more money instead of losing money in business.

6. Human Resources - Planning on how many people you need to run your business and where to look for them.

7. Operation - Define the time and location for your business. Create a business system to run your business.

8. Financial - One of my millionaire mentor has taught me that, ” when you want to start a business, do not calculate how much money you will make first before you know how much of money you can lose”
