Optivet Referrals was opened in 2006 by Robert Lowe. Robert had been running a successful ophthalmology referral clinic as part of a first opinion practice. In order to improve the care and treatment of his patients and increase the range of services, he decided to move to new premises dedicated to referral work and away from the hustle and bustle of a general veterinary practice.<br />
