If there�??s one thing I�??ve learnt doing this blog it�??s that there are always going to be compromises: you, or at least I, can�??t be saintly all the time. There probably wasn�??t any need for me to eat quite so many of those delicious truffles at my friend�??s party on Saturday night (and yes, I know they have off-limits cow�??s milk in them) but I�??m not eating them every night. Four days into my FI diet and my love of bread let me down Finding myself not only eating out again, but enjoying my second burger and chips in a week, I just couldn�??t resist the yeast-filled burger bun.
