Everything is running smoothly just like my other websites on Orchard 1.5.1: DavidHayden.me and DavidHayden.com. I suspect in the next few weeks we may see a new version of Orchard running on ASP.NET MVC 4, Web API, Visual Studio 2012, and NHibernate 3. Looking forward to that release as well!
