	<title>Original Signal - Transmitting Buzz</title>
	<link>http://buzz.originalsignal.com</link>
<description>Orginal Signal aggregates the 15 most popular buzz sites. The main purpose of the site is to provide
a quick glance on what's happening without using your desktop/web RSS reader. New headlines (since your
last cookied visit) come in pretty orange, visited ones are grey. All credits go to the authors of these weblogs.
Without their hard work Original Signal would not exist. Original Signal was inspired by Popurls and the Web 2.0 Workgroup.</description>

clipped by: egoldsteinclipper's remarks: I guess my opinion here isn't the most objective given my position with Amplify/Clipmarks, but i honestly do agree with him. As a founder of a company, the vision is core to who you are as an individual - if an investor thinks a company is worth investing in then i think they'd be best served keeping the team that got it there in charge. Clip Source: www.techcrunch.comAndreessen and Horowitz are more comfortable investing when an entrepreneur wants to stay the CEO. Hiring a “grown up” CEO always sounds like a great idea, but almost always hastens a company’s failure, Andreessen argues. There’s strong evidence that the biggest hits come when the founders stay engaged at a C-level position.
