Uncle Lou seeks release after ICE delayed transfer from Orange County Jail

ICE moved Cleon 'Uncle Lou' Williams on Tuesday of this week to the Baker County Detention Center west of Jacksonville, eight days after a deadline to transfer him or release him.

WRITE AS RAIN: Travelers who wouldn’t go anywhere without a notepad handy to record observations and reminders, needn't let a downpour put a damper on their jotting.
