i was wondering if anyone can solve my dilemma please? My husband (not technical at all) was on my PC today. tried to download something & the computer froze. Rather than keeping the power button pressed to switch off the computer, as I have told him before, he decided to phone a friend "who knows something about computers." This friend had him wipe the computer & reinstall windows xp! I have now lost my photoshop elements 8 which I bought online & downloaded on line about 3 years ago. But worst of all, my outlook express account has disappeared. This has some vital emails & folders, plus contacts etc that I really need. Does anyone know how to restore this please? I would be very grateful for any suggestions]]>
