Charlie Banana refers to the latest version of their Best OS Diaper as a Hybrid All In One. This means that you have the option of using it as a traditional cloth diaper with reusable inserts (either inside a pocket or on top of the shell as an All In Two system), or you can use a disposable insert instead.

Disposable inserts look like a wide, trim maxi pad and are often preferred when traveling as you can throw them away when soiled (like a disposable diaper) but still maintain some of the benefits of a reusable diapering system.

There is a large flap across the front of the diaper. If you choose to use the diaper as an AI2 with either a reusable or disposable insert, you simply lay it on top of the interior of the diaper and tuck the front of it under the flap. This helps hold it in place.
