<p>From what I am hearing kids are loving the movie. I have to see it still but I thought it looked adorable! The graphics look amazing and its Dreamworks so it has to be funny. They do awesome jobs so its just an assumption that I will love it buy it and watch it forever. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class=""><p>I have written about Tools for Life before because like the first time they purchased a sponsored review from me. Normally I don&#8217;t accept the same ones from repeat sponsors but I accepted this one only because of the fact that I cannot get enough of this site. I enjoy interacting with all of the people on there and they really do have <a href="http://toolstolife.com/toolstolife/inspirations/articles/ ">inspirational motivation</a>. Which is the best part. Instead of just talking the talk they are walking the walk. I socialize with people like myself on there all the time who are looking to be a better &#8220;me.&#8221; </p>
<p>My mother was into what I had once called &#8220;all that self help crap.&#8221; I called it that because I didn&#8217;t understand it and I didn&#8217;t want to understand. I wasn&#8217;t ready for it. After years and years of seeing her better herself and better her outlook on life. I really got to thinking hmm maybe this &#8220;crap&#8221; may actually work. So I have been playing around with various <a href="http://toolstolife.com">self help programs</a> and I have been disappointed in some. I try to read the books but I don&#8217;t have as much time as I&#8217;d like. Plus, although I love the DVR I&#8217;m much more addicted to it than I realize since unless I have to do a book review for the site I really don&#8217;t read for myself. So the books are out of the question. Although I do read my Courage to Change more often then night. I always seem to pick it up and read a day that really relates to what I&#8217;m going through. </p>
<p>A lot of times I really need to sit down and talk to someone. Granted there are a lot of things I can&#8217;t talk to the every day person about since there are things people just won&#8217;t understand unless they have gone through it. Some may think its an excuse, however it is true. But, for the things I do know other people can understand I really do enjoy the life coach support groups they offer. </p>
<p>This website is dedicated to offer the support we all need but may not be able to afford&#8230;they offer it for free. They don&#8217;t overload you with ads as the website generates ZERO income. So the people behind it are doing it for the love of helping others. Do you know how rare that is? Granted, call me greedy but Pajama Mommy is a really great resource and I do my best to give my readers as much free stuff as I can get but Pajama Mommy does take a lot of money and time to go into it so I do need to advertise but Tools To Life takes so much more than I could even imagine and people are doing it for free. That is just rare and wonderful.</p>
<p>Heck, if you think you have no problems but think you can help someone else join up. Thats one more person there to help another. You may not realize you have a problem but someone may point something out and you might have an epiphany on life. Who knows? All I know is.. you can&#8217;t beat free.</p>

Sadly, I&#8217;m definitely NOT going to be sharing  the Country Banana Pudding. Why? Because there&#8217;s nothing left to share - we ate it all! You either like Banana Pudding or hate it, but the Harrell&#8217;s cookbook would sway anyone&#8217;s nay vote. It was delicious. But let&#8217;s move from the desserts category to the Main Dish section:  The Gumbo Chicken Wings were very good and so were the Smothered Pork Chops. Don&#8217;t get me started on the Breads &amp; Rolls section.</p>
<p>In the beginning of the book there is a &#8220;Brief History of Soul Food&#8221; page and although interesting, the picture on the cover is truly what prompted me to accept this review as well as prepare a few recipes for my family who really enjoyed them. There are helpful hints at the beginning of each of the eight chapters. I own and have read other soul food cookbooks - Soul Food Lover&#8217;s Cookbook is at the top of the list.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a gem to either receive as a gift or to add to your cookbook collection. Have you ever heard of Chocolate Carrot Cake?  Neither have we - looks like I&#8217;m baking this weekend.</p>

<p>2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour<br />
1 teaspoon baking soda<br />
1 teaspoon kosher salt<br />
1 stick butter (not margarine!) softened<br />
8 Tbsp. butter-flavored Crisco (I buy the sticks)<br />
1/2 cup granulated sugar<br />
1 cup packed brown sugar<br />
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (not imitation please!)<br />
2 large eggs<br />
2 cups (12 oz. bag) chocolate chips - any brand will work</p>
<p>Preheat your oven to 375 and get out 1 or 2 cookie sheets. If you use 2, then you will have to rotate them half-way through the baking so they&#8217;ll thoroughly bake.</p>
<p>In a small bowl, combine/whisk the flour, baking soda and salt. Beat the butter, Crisco, sugars and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out the dough and plop down on the ungreased cookie sheet. Place only 6 per batch because they spread.</p>
<p>Bake about 22-25 minutes (oven times vary!) or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. These are so delicious that it&#8217;s really hard to share, but try to. ; )</p>

Memoirs, in my opinion, mark the struggles, triumphs, courage and stamina of a person.  They signify a life that has truly been lived and allow a person to share their lives with others who may benefit from reading their story.</p>
<p>Julie Klam was born and raised in a Jewish family where her mother and many other Jewish wives and women in general believed that women did not work.  Instead, they married rich men, spent their husband&#8217;s money on luxuries that purely benefit the way they look and eat and nothing else and have a few children before they are expected to get a job and contribute to their families.  Julie was not only raised in this lifestyle, she inhabited this lifestyle and truly made it her own.</p>
<p>Her mother frequently took her out of school so she could go shopping and wear the best clothes out of all of the girls she went to school with because she was raised thinking that that was the important part of life&#8211;The best clothes, the best hair, the best nails and so on.  Because of her upbringing, Julie did not receive the education that she deserved as a young child growing up.</p>
<p>As every adult knows, there comes a time when you need to become an adult; to grow up and take responsibility for your life and eventually, for your family.  Sadly, Julie Klam never did break away from the way she was raised and instead, formed a lifestyle around fear and laziness.</p>
<p>On the back cover of Julie Klam&#8217;s memoir, <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1594489807/103-6404509-1407805?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=womatrib-20&#038;linkCode=xm2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creativeASIN=1594489807">Please Excuse My Daughter</a>, you will see a laundry list of pseudo-accomplishments.  She had attended NYU&#8217;s Tisch School of the Arts, where it was a requirement of hers to watch a countless number of movies.  She was an intern at Late Night with David Letterman, she landed her first &#8220;real&#8221; job at VH1 on the popular music video show, Pop Up Video, where she met and later married the show&#8217;s producer, Paul Leo.  It was for Pop Up Video that she received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Special Class Writing; however, as good as &#8220;Emmy Nominated Writer&#8221; looks by your name, she simply received that nomination in conjunction with the rest of the writing staff of the show.  Since then, she was also published in O: The Oprah Magazine, Harper&#8217;s Bazaar, Glamour and Rolling Stone, although you learn in her book that her close friend works for Rolling Stone, so it is obvious to see how she landed that gig.</p>
<p>Julie Klam&#8217;s life has been a series of excuses.  Excuses as to why she had never had a real job that she could stick with and not because she simply enjoys the life of freelancing, but because she is simply incapable of being an adult.  Throughout her memoir, where at 257 pages, was 256 pages too long, Julie whines, complains and feels sorry for herself for not being able to highlight her hair or go to Saks; she is truly her mother&#8217;s daughter.</p>
<p>Julie Klam simply wrote an entire memoir based upon what most &#8220;mommy bloggers&#8221; are writing about now, yet most mommy bloggers are far more entertaining and don&#8217;t lose their reader after a few posts.  As a matter of a fact, Heather Armstrong of <a rel="nofollow" href="http://dooce.com/">Dooce</a> did write a book and from what I have been hearing, it&#8217;s a hell of a lot more interesting to a broader range of people than what the reviews of Please Excuse My Daughter are receiving across the board.</p>
<p>While <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1594489807/103-6404509-1407805?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=womatrib-20&#038;linkCode=xm2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creativeASIN=1594489807">Please Excuse My Daughter</a> is written very well and some of the times is absolutely hilarious, Julie Klam&#8217;s memoir is long, dry and sticks to your throat as you try to swallow it.  In my (most humble) opinion, I believe that the next time Julie Klam finds herself in another slump and needs money desperately, instead of writing a memoir (because this one surely is not going to make her the millions she lies awake dreaming of at night) she should opt for children&#8217;s books.  She has a wonderful sense of humor and a talent for writing humor and should apply her talents to something not so involved; something that will not let her drag out a story and pretend it is epic when it simply falls flat.</p>

(Like “Sorry, I didn’t write the book for half-wits.”)<br />

I have never really had a green thumb and there is a lot involved..Fil is so much better at that stuff than I am. Right now we live in a basement apartment with excellent lighting but none from the sun. So I am doing my research on what can survive and if nothing really can..well I wouldn&#8217;t mind having beautiful fresh<a href="http://www.1800flowers.com"> plants</a> and flowers more often than not.</p>
<p>Now <a href="www.1800flowers.com">1-800-Flowers </a>is an amazing resource not just for flowers but for <a href="http://www.1800flowers.com">plants</a>. Locally, I only have one<img class="alignright" style="float: right;" src="http://a764.g.akamai.net/f/764/16742/1h/www.1800flowers.com/800f_assets/images/flowers/images/shop/catalog/16726.jpg" alt="" width="230" height="252" /> florist unless I want to travel farther and pay even more. Either way neither one is cheap. So I have been looking at large commercial chains to figure out what to do for centerpieces and floral arrangements. I know exactly what I want flower wise but if it is too expensive I just might call and see if I can get a bulk discount. Even if I can&#8217;t get exactly what I want but it still looks gorgeous I think I will be happy. I don&#8217;t want to turn into a bridezilla! Gaah.  First off I have been researching my bridal bouquet and one of my favorite plants to have around the house is a Calla Lilly .. more specifically a Mini Calla Lilly. I think they make gorgeous arrangements. Having approximately six of these in a clear vase is just so elegant. Private party, wedding or just every day they are absolutely gorgeous!</p>
<p>I have to say their selections are one of the bests I have found. They are absolutely perfect in every way. I received flowers from them before, as a gift from Fil at work. He sent me a dozen pink roses. I couldn&#8217;t believe how long they lasted either. They lasted almost 3 weeks before I finally had to toss them. I kept the vase it was really great quality. I was excited he thought of me to send flowers, but more importantly that they came in such a gorgeous arrangement. The next think they have to do is delve into the more edible arrangements. I think once they perfect that there is no stopping them!<a href="http://www.linkworth.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.linkworth.com/images/linkpost_ref.gif" border="0" alt="" /></a></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class=""><p>I always wanted a bathroom suite so when I had the opportunity to review this site let me tell you I jumped on it since planning my dream bathroom was going to be so much fun. I know I need to find more fun things to do but honestly a great bathroom is like having a personal spa. At least for me it is. Right now my bathroom..I can&#8217;t even take a bath in it the tub is too small and you have to move inch by inch to roll over from one side to another. That just isn&#8217;t cutting it people! I am too adorably chubby to deal with that.</p>
<p>Now the perfect <a href="http://www.betterbathrooms.com">bathroom suit</a>e for me would be the size of a master bedroom with a claw foot tub or jacuzzi tub&#8230;and a shower system with the six heads that massage your whole body. Granted, I wouldn&#8217;t have any clue on how to design it to make it look nice. But  a girl can dream can&#8217;t she? I have a dream&#8230;that one day I will have a <a href="http://www.betterbathrooms.com">bathroom suite</a> that will make Oprah jealous. Yes, I am evil. Now on to the more important subject..my beautiful spa. They had gorgeous selections of whirlpool baths which with a couple of candles some beautiful not overly fragrant flowers a T.V. installed in that bathroom&#8230;well I&#8217;d be a giant prune for the rest of my life. I will install a food tray slot in the door so I wouldn&#8217;t have to leave and people can just drop off my food and get away. Since, its your personal time in the bathroom. DO NOT DISTURB ME IN MY SANCTUARY. Granted, for the mom&#8217;s out there. That will never happen if you have wee ones running around. But once they are in bed for the night&#8230;Have your partner watch out for them and you..you relax in that bathroom since you deserve it.</p>
<p>Now if you are not salivating over these selections..well I just don&#8217;t know what kind of help you would get to fix you!</p>

<p>Tarcher/Penquin published a compilation of nineteen authors from Napoleon Hill and Benjamin Franklin to Emmet Fox. These are the best teachers, with true success stories, you will find on the subjects of wealth and prosperity. This book is a goldmine! They&#8217;ve even got Florence Scovel Shinn, who was my introduction to the Universal wealth laws many years ago.</p>
<p>When I received this book to review I grabbed it and screamed! The cover is navy blue with silver writing which causes you to want to open it and begin, anywhere! It&#8217;s like a magical blue box. No doubt in my mind that it will become your official &#8220;nightstand&#8221; book. Read a couple pages or a chapter before retiring at night and let the message invoke itself. Each of the nineteen authors has their groundbreaking wealth and prosperity books or pamphlets re-printed in this book - 19 books in 1! Several of the  individual books are already on my bookshelf, despite being worn and highlighted,  and a few I hoped to purchase soon. The law of attraction in action? You bet - it works and this compilation more than proves it.</p>
<p>There is something for everybody. Although the subject matter is theoretically the same, each chapter will approach it from a different angle to help each reader grasp the importance of our day-to-day tasks, attitudes and thoughts. These authors have inspired and paved the way for a myriad of contemporary authors - Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Rhonda Byrne, Anthony Robbins, Shakti Gawain, Deepak Chopra, etc. - and continue to this day. You cannot put this book down and walk away with &#8220;hogwash&#8221; under your breath. I truly, sincerely hope you get this book for yourself and take your time with it, reflect on its messages and implement it into your life. You will be so fortunate (in more ways than one) when you do.</p>
<p>My family and close friends - should they be reading this - already know what gift I will be buying for each and every one of them.</p>

Being me of course I went straight to the 90% off. They had an amazing collection of suits. I am so bookmarking this page, I have been wanting to get Fil a suit for the longest time. Every man needs a staple suit that he can wear to any occasion. Wedding or funeral. We always are on short notice for the latter so I think having one so we don&#8217;t have to keep going out the night before and getting everything ready for the funeral/mass the next day would be a lot nicer than running around like a chicken without our heads.</p>

I was in heaven let me tell you! Granted some of the search results did not bring up 90% items but still they were an amazing steal! However, Amazon needs to get its act together their furniture and decor section brought up cellphone chargers! However, sifting through I did find a few nice finds.</p>

<p>In 1910 when Wallace D. Wattles wrote The Science of Getting Rich, legend has it that he wrote it for coalminers to better their financial situation. Whether or not that&#8217;s true, the writing in 1910 was much different from our 21st century but very well written. Wallace was an extremely intelligent man with an actual equation on how to become rich. He explains in precise detail how it can be done. Also, don&#8217;t forget one of the greatest teachings, <em>&#8220;Give a man a fish and you feed him for</em> <em>a day; teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.&#8221; </em>That&#8217;s part of what Wattles meant.</p>
<p>But it&#8217;s so much more than that. He will continually elaborate on<em> &#8220;There is a Thinking Stuff from which all things are made and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the</em> <em>interspaces of the universe.&#8221; </em>One of his examples is if you are wishing for a sewing machine, don&#8217;t just sit and think about it expecting it to materialize, there is action on your part that you must take. You can and will become rich if you follow his instructions.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m sure it is well-documented by now that Rhonda Byrne was given a paperback version of Mr. Wattle&#8217;s book a few years ago and went on to become rich and famous worldwide for making The Secret. Now, if that&#8217;s not taking the information from the original book and applying it, I don&#8217;t know what is.</p>
<p>Is this book a good read? Yes, for those who have difficulty with the original, because Ruth L. Miller breaks down the paragraphs and chapters for a more updated explanation. An added perk is the original text is included. Here&#8217;s the irony: if Ms. Miller&#8217;s wish was to profit from a great writer who perhaps is one of her favorites then she succeeded and kudos to her.</p>
<p><strong>Rating:</strong> 5 out of 5 stars Getting your hands on this book is something you should wish for.</p>

I am more open to things that most wouldn&#8217;t be had I not learned through my mother.</p>
<p>Recently, I have gone through the turmoil and hit my proverbial rock bottom of my life.  I have turned to local support groups, reading books and getting into more of the self help. Granted, I have to watch the amount I am spending so I cannot necessarily goto a counselor as per setting money aside for the upcoming wee one. So I have been doing what I can and when Tools for Life purchased a review, I was genuinely thrilled with the fact that it had come at the right moment. I am taking full advantage of this site and everything that it offers. Finding support groups and a team of people who are going through what you are going through. Granted, I could go to CODA or ALA-NON or any of those local groups, which I have found helpful. However, sometimes in my &#8220;off-time&#8221; you need to still focus on yourself. Focus on being better is my main priority.</p>
<p>I know a lot of my lovely readers have things in their life they need help with, websites like these are absolutely worth every penny you can put into it. However, the best part of this website is the fact that it is 100% free. So that is what keeps me going back. Knowing that they aren&#8217;t demanding payments for me trying to find and connect to those who are going through the same issues that I am. We can&#8217;t take on all the problems at once. Sometimes we have to cherry pick what we&#8217;re going to choose to deal with that day. That is our right.</p>

I wish however, more people would take advantage of it. I&#8217;ve used the internet for a lot of research especially in my condition which is PREGNANT! I am although high-risk for miscarriage and ectopic, this will also be my first child but the internet has helped me with a lot of my research. Even though I am a high-risk I&#8217;ve already started finding all sorts of learning material for once the baby is born. This site is great. I have found through friends that if you teach the children from a variety of age material they are better equipped to understand the things around them vs. those who focus solely on what their age group should be at. Instead of working harder to strive for better some parents I know don&#8217;t interact as much as they should with their children&#8217;s learning but doing something is better than nothing at all.</p>
<p>One of the things you can try, even if you aren&#8217;t home a lot to actually do it with your kids is finding <a href="http://www.knowledgeadventure.com/">kids educational games</a>. I have actually seen these games in action my nieces and nephews use them. I wish they would have more reading ones since that is their weak point but all in due time. I personally find that learning on the computer is actually really good. You learn at your own pace. When I was in college, I had to take remedial math to fix what my high school messed up. (They bumped me to a higher math and I failed since I hadn&#8217;t completed my first math class.) In the class we had a teacher present but we learned on the computer. I was able to finish things at my own pace, which was generally faster than the rest of the class. However, I absolutely loved learning on the computer. I would have taken all my classes from a computer if I could have. I felt more comfortable with the computer since I was at my own pace which is really an important factor.</p>
<p>So I do completely support the <a href="http://www.knowledgeadventure.com/">math games for kids</a>. It allows them to continue learning at their own pace. I also think that you should get your kids started on it asap and get them prepared. Heck, if your kid flies through school less torture for them right <img src='http://pjmommy.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I am a big support for <a href="http://www.knowledgeadventure.com/jumpstart/">kids educational software</a>. I don&#8217;t think there is enough out there. I definitely think the mommy bloggers out there who know how important computers can be in your daily life (especially financially!) and how kids should understand the concepts of how computers work earlier and any extra bonuses they can get out of using the computer the better. I mean it is never to early or late to learn anything in life. I am 100% dedicated to the learning process and schooling. I just wish they had more for adults as well!</p>

<p>Although this gift probably won&#8217;t be here in time for Father&#8217;s Day, getting a custom gift from <a href="http://photoworks.com">PhotoWorks</a> is a great way to surprise Dad with something totally customized.  My suggestion would be to get a custom coffee mug or mouse pad with a picture of the grandkids or possibly an older photo of the two of you together when you were a child.  I have used Photoworks several times in the past to get custom mousepads, aprons, and t-shirts printed and they do amazing work!  Highly recommend this company.</p>

Miller. She&#8217;s doing a very good job at updating the classics, and this one&#8217;s also a winner.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not going to beat around the bush on this review - The Master Key System was an intense lesson book, and it hasn&#8217;t softened with time. Ms. Miller does very well in her explanations, but it&#8217;s still quite a feat to take on. Similar to a home study course, there are 20+ lessons to master but they are not completed on a daily basis - some will take weeks to accomplish and God Bless you if you can get through them all. This author tried and failed. Not to make me a lazy person, I&#8217;m just not that disciplined. Someday I&#8217;d love to be able to get through them all, I just can&#8217;t sit still for that long, which is probably why I have a tendency to get stuck sometimes.</p>
<p>This book is not for the faint of heart - it&#8217;s the real, true grit of The Universal Lesson and I&#8217;d love to hear from someone who completes it.  That would be the true review, and we should accept nothing less.</p>
<p><strong>Rating:</strong> 3 out of 5 stars I give this book a 3 simply because to rate  it before completion seems almost unfair to Ms. Miller. However, the content - the meat of this book is truly a 5.</p>

I wear prescription glasses so I have to be very careful about which pair of eye glasses I buy, since I like to get the auto-shading feature on them, although I do miss buying <a href="http://www.eyeglassescontacts.com">designer sunglasses</a>. Auto-shading is a better personal feature since now, with my glasses becoming sunglasses, I am not blind while I wear them. I have had to, in the past, sacrifice style for conveniences. I had the most gorgeous pair of Burberry Sunglasses and I loved them to death, I looked so cute in them. There was 2 problems with wearing these, though.</p>
<p>1. I can&#8217;t see 4 inches past my face without my glasses</p>
<p>2. My nose is small and the darn glasses kept falling off my face <img src='http://pjmommy.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_neutral.gif' alt=':|' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>So now I look for sites with designer frames that I wouldn&#8217;t mind taking to my doctor and having them turn them into sunglasses for me. I think, for me, it&#8217;s better. Plus, places online sell things from <a href="http://www.eyeglassescontacts.com/eyeglasses-sunglasses/nine-west/sunglasses/">Nine West sunglasses</a> and frames  (average brand) to one of my favorite designers&#8230;<a href="http://www.eyeglassescontacts.com/eyeglasses-sunglasses/kate-spade/sunglasses/">Kate Spade sunglasses</a> and frames.</p>
<p>The picture I chose for this post has to be one of my top favorite Kate Spade designed sunglasses. If you don&#8217;t have a pair and do not have a local Spade shop near you&#8230; now you know online resources to find them!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class=""><p>As someone who is very wary of what drugs and chemicals I allow to enter my body, I am always looking up natural ways to medicate for relief from whatever ailment I happen to have.  As someone who also finds themselves sleeping most of the day away due to chronic migraines and having that really conflict with my every day life, I went on a search for any and all forms of natural ways to treat it without having to put foreign chemicals into my body.</p>
<p>Lavender is one of the best essential oils for your body and can serve several different purposes and can be used in several different products, such as an essential oil, soap, body wash, lotion or body balm.  Lavender is first of all, an excellent stress reliever.  If massaged into the temples or back of the neck, can relieve minor headaches and migraines while also making you feel cool, calm and collected.  Lavender is also used in many herbal heat packs because of its calming quality, which are most often used on the neck, back or even the abdomen area and can also aid with menstrual cramps.</p>
<p>Acupuncture is another proven way to aid in the relief of migraines.  It eases pain effectively and has very little side effects.</p>
<p>People who have went the route of Cognitive Therapy have been proven to have fewer and less severe headaches and also aids a great deal when dealing with depression.  Cognitive Therapy helps those who suffer from migraines target what triggers a migraine and helps to eliminate that trigger through an &#8220;Oh well&#8221; attitude; accepting that something happens, knowing that you cannot do anything to eliminate it and moving forward with your life.  For example, if you suffer from migraines, CT helps you to know you suffer, know it won&#8217;t go away, accept the fact that there is little that you can do about it and helps you to do what you can and know that you do not have all control over what your brain may be trying to tell you.</p>
<p>Personally, I have found that lavender does work a great deal, especially when used on a day-to-day or every other day basis.  I have lavender in the forms of body wash, bath salt, body butter, lotion and body balm.  When I have a headache, I massage the body balm into my temples, take a bath with the bath salt and body wash and when I get out, I know that my body is relaxed and in good spirits and I then lay down for about 15 minutes and let the lavender soak into my temples helping a headache while my already-relaxed body aids the process.</p>
<p>While these are only my personal anecdotes of natural migraine (and stress and menstrual cramp) relief, if you have tried other natural approaches, leave them in the comments!</p>
