Ok if you use Windows vista or Windows 7, you can have these pretty cool gadgets on your desktop (on desktop sidebar in vista). I have already shared some Windows Vista gadgets (also check these windows vista gadgets) and here are some more cool and useful gadgets that you can have on your desktop in Windows 7 or Vista.

Magic Folder

This gadget is very useful for the people who have mess of folders and files on their desktop. When you drag a file or folder on this gadget, it looks at the type of file and then place it in a folder accordingly. Forexample it will place a document file (xls, ppt, doc) in documents folder and a picture (jpg, gif etc) in Pictures folder.

Screen Sapper

A very powerful and flexible screen capture utility. This gadget provides the option to take the screenshot of full screen, windows or objects on screen and pretty much anything on screen. It can copy image to clipboard automatically and saves the captured image in 7 popular formats.

App Launcher

Another very useful gadget to launch often used apps. You can add apps by dragging and dropping or from settings in this gadget. You can also drag and drop folders, drives, recycle bin or other things from my computer to app launcher. A must have gadget in my opinion.

A very useful gadget that allows you not only shutdown, reset, lock and standby computer but also you can also use features like switch user, logoff, task manager, run window, command prompt etc. All thee buttons can be re arranged or enabled/ disabled.

Panda Cam

A very simple yet cute gadget. This gadget shows the live panda cam at the San Diego Zoo. There is no guarantee that pandas will always be there in front of cam but they are usually there doing some cool things. Its cuter than anything, check it out.

Unlock A Password Protected Memory Card Of Mobile Phones

You need to provide a password to memory card of your mobile phone to protect important files, photos etc. If you have forgotten the password of memory card, here are some easy steps to unlock a password protected mobile memory card.

You need a file explorer to unlock your mobile’s memory card. You may use FExplorer. Click here to download FExplorer.
After download is complete, install it to your mobile phone.
Insert memory card in your mobile phone, make sure to not access memory card from your mobile yet.
Run FExplorer and open the following location C:\system.
You will see a file named mmcstore in C:\system.
Copy this file mmcstore.txt and paste it in your computer and open it with notepad.
After finishing these steps, you will find the password of the file.

So use this method to unlock a password protected memory card of your mobile phone.

There are many Blackberry Storm themes out there that are specially designed for Storm and you can find some cool free blackberry storm themes. Vitreous is another cool Storm theme from eVeek. The theme is custom made and comes with new icons set etc.

I thought Twibble was best twitter app for Blackberry Storm but excuse me, i was wrong. UberTwitter was introduced to me by a commentator on my previous post and when i checked it out it is really amazing. The best free twitter app for Blackberry Storm users for sure.

Twitter is always more useful when you use it from Blackberry Storm as you can take a picture of anything that you want to share and directly upload on twitter without ging home on PC and posting it from there. Having this app in your Blackberry Storm, you will never need your computer to use twitter. There are loads of new features in latest release of this app and they are too many to write here. So you better check this app yourself.
