How to hide folder visibility?

Computer operating system (OS) is a combinations of files and folders. Therefore, it is important to use folder for various similar files in computer. Folder is a container which store all files such as audio, video, pictures and documents in one platform. It is the best way to make your files in organize position. However, There are many concept behind folder that how to hide or change its appearance. We are attempt both procedure at the sample time with some easy steps.

How to change the appearance of Folder?

Majority of computer users mostly don’t user this option. But, somehow it is very nice to have each folder according to its requirement. For example if we have music folder than it is good to have the appearance to folder to be related to music design. For changing its appearance let’s follow some setps.

Steps:

Select the folder which needs to be change and press Right + Click and select properties.
On top Tap Buttons select Customization.
Select Change Icon.
Choose your desired Icon (Picture or design) and press OK.

Now it will successfully changes the Icon of folder. If icon doesn’t change just Refresh your computer and it will change.

How to hide folder?

Sometime we hide personal files and folders. Therefore, in different operating system we have that option. Which can be find and operate from any computer easily.

There some steps which will help you to hide your file or folder.

Steps:

Right Click on folder/file and select properties.
In General Tab in bottom there is Attributes option. Select Hidden and press ok.
The confirm Attribute Changes dialog box will appears, just select Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files and press ok.

How to unhide folder again?

Now you have hidden the folder and it has gone. But it is more difficult situation because if someone needs those file than how he will find. Yup, there is a solution for every problem and you can unhide those folder/file again.

Steps:

Go to Computer (My Computer) and at top menu select Tools > Folder Options.
Press View tap on top.
There is an option “Show hidden files, folders, and drives” select that option and press OK.
You have seen the transparent folder in a place where you have hidden that.
Right Click and go to properties > Uncheck hidden and press Ok.

Now your file will again come in original appearance.

Blogger Blogs have amazing features and customizations. Since Blogger is free to use therefore it has some limitation in some steps as well. We can publish unlimited post and images in blog. But, there is some limitation in creating Pages. Blogger allow us to create maximum 20 static pages, for some people 20 static pages are enough to use but some people need more pages. And today we show you how to create more than 20 static pages in Blogger. It is simple, useful and interesting hack for new bloggers.

What are Blogger static pages?

Blogger Static Pages allows you to create specific pages like About Me, Contact page, Privacy Policy etc. on stand-alone pages that are linked from your blog. The static pages basically are the same as post pages, but there are several things that make them different. One of the differences is that static pages don't appear in the home page, don't have a label, and are not indexed as archive pages.

Hack for maximum static pages

For maximum number of static pages in blogger. There are some basic steps which you must follow. And we consider that your blog has minimum 20 static pages before starting.

Click on Pages and click on Edit on the first page which you have created before.
Now copy the URL on Address bar of your browser.
Paste the URL which you have copied in any of your favourite text editor. later we use the URL.
This step is confusing because you have to delete the Page which your have copied the URL. But don't worry because the page will temporary disappears. And that is what we want.
As, we have allow just 20 pages to create in blogger but we have deleted one page. Therefore, we have 19 pages. It means we can create on more page.
Create new page. Since in data base of blogger, the page we have deleted, it had different page ID. Therefore, creating new page will have new ID which will consider in blogger data base page number 21. And we use that advantages for this hack.
Now open new browser and paste the copied URL. The deleted page will appear and your just need to click on publish button.

Now we have 21 static pages and you can follow same procedure for creating more static pages.

How to Hide Drive in windows 8:

There are many methods and softwares where we can hide or un-hide files and folders even drives. But, in this step i manually use some configuration in windows and show you how to hide those drives.

Steps:

When start click on desktop.
On left bottom cover right click and a menu will appear, click on Disk Management.
Disk Management Windows will appear with Drive names ( i.e: C: and D: etc ).
Right click on any drive which you want to hide and click on Change Drive Letters and paths...
New window will appear now click on remove.

Now check your drive it will disappear from my computer.

How to Un-hide the drive back.

Steps:

Go back to Disk Management windows than there will be one drive without name.
Right click on drive ( without name ) and select Change Drive Letters and paths...
Click on Add and click OK.

Now your drive will again appear in My Computer. Keep learning.
