"New Year's Eve" Movie

Well, it's been some time since I really went for a movie that I want to. Went alone watching this, thinking that the year is ending and Xmas is coming, I should watch something relative to these. So, it was a last minute decision to change from "You're the Apple of My Eye" to "New Year's Eve".

Why I chosed to watch this movie?

- Because there's sooooooo many starts inside, and it looks glam & interesting. Went in without any expectations at all.

Review:

Overall, I would give this movie a yes. Of course, I've read reviews online and most of them expected more and most didn't think this movie worth the value. Despite all this, I think the efforts should be appreciated. Ermm, what the director wanted to convey, is conveyed. I liked it. I think it's simple, just like a Saturday Night movie at home kinda movie. Feels comfortable, not with complicated plot and it really feels what it should be felt like the 31st Dec!!! =)

I laughed, almost shed tears, appreciate this movie throughout the 117 minutes. I thought, it's speaking to me , I love the words that they said. It's really about love, hope, forgiveness, 2nd chances, and fresh starts. Promises, Love, unexpectants, Some hillarious part inside are .. tickling .. =)

It's a good one, to me. Go watch! :)

So here I am sharing this to all of you :)
Each year, we'd be having a new year resolution and all that. I'm never really into it honestly speaking. hahaha I feel so bad for telling the truth!! Well, the point is that though I'm also doing a 'new year resolution' but I never really achieve it and so I came to a conclusion that it's pointless. And I've actually deleted the thought of setting it annually.

2011 has been Quite A Year for me =) Met so many challenges, people, things, opportunities, the goods and the bads... It's quite unbelievable in a way. Of course, it's a year that I've changed a lot, and learnt a lot. Definitely, am a better listener now. I chosed to care for people in a way that I don't usually do. I've been telling people that I'm not very expressive of what I usually want, esp physically. Of course, it's more comfortable for me to use words to express myself. Though I think I'm not that good either in words hahaha.
I'm sorry for confusing you guys!!! But it's really a thought from deep down so why not?

2011, I decided to be different. I decided to be a CHANNEL OF BLESSINGS for people around me. Well, it was an inspiration from Jaeson's blog about 365 days of love. I feel I would be very blissful if someone really blesses me and I thought why not?

2011 is coming to almost an end. The year has really be crazzzzzyyyyyyyyyyy!
I really can't describe it in words how crazy it is but it is! hahahahahaa
So here, I'm expressing what I really am feeling right now that I'm very happy blessing you guys giving you guys warmth, love, ear to listen, shoulder to learn on, your needs, your fav stuff, and etc ... It's been good really blessing someone whole-heartedly. I'm blessed blissfully in return and nothing beats the joy I had after becoming a channel to all. It has been good, and like I always said, God is Good all the timmmeeee! He's just awesome in His own way, isn't it?

It's a GREAT leap of faith for me to get over my faults, my pessimism, my ego, my pride, my thoughts on what would others think ... But I always remembered that we're seen bare in front of Him (metaphor) and He already knew what I am and He would be glad if I would MAKE.A.DIFFERENCE. And this kept me going all this while.

I love the people in my life, whether you're just passing by, but you're still, my passenger of life. And it's really great having you guys on board ;)

The truth is, women today need men more than ever. They just need men in different ways. Men can provide special support that can assist women in coping with the new stresses of modern life, but most women don't know how to get this support or to appreciate it properly when it is available. With a greater awareness of her needs, a woman can begin to appreciate what she is getting and focus less on what she is not getting. With a more realistic vision of what is possible rather than the Hollywood fantasy of a man who fulfills her every wish, she is better able to appreciate his efforts and not take for granted all the things her partner already does provide.

When she learns to appreciate what a man already offers, a woman holds the key to asking for more in small reasonable increments to get the support she needs and deserves. This is not only a formula for success, but it is also what real love is about.

The above quoted citation from John Gray's book, makes him realise something important. He went into richer understanding of lasting love with the help of his wife of the above statement. Love is not a fantasy of perfection in which our every need is met, but sharing a life together, striving to meet each other's needs as best as we can. Forgiving our partners for their mistakes and accepting their limitations can be just as fulfilling as appreciating their many gifts and successes. Just as it was difficult for her to live with a man who didn't always measure up to her expectations, it was challenging as well for John to accept that he couldn't and did not provide everything his wife's fantasy of a perfect relationship.

Just as women need to let go of expecting men to be perfect, men need to let go of expecting women to think men are perfect. Together, we learnt that our life doesn't have to be perfect for us to connect and support each other. Real Love does not demand perfection but actually embraces imperfection. Sharing this kind of love enriches all aspects of our lives and brings increasing fulfillment.

Intimate and truly loving relationships make up the fabric of a fulfilling life. The relentless demands in our lives to have more, go faster, and do better can distract us from this simple truth. LOYALTY

Question to ponder: How is loyalty an expression of true friendship?

Ruth's loyalty and commitment to her mother-in-law went beyond their cultural expectations. The two women had become friends. True friendship is characterised by loyalty, no matter what happens around you. There is a vast difference between knowing someone well and being a true friend. The greatest evidence of genuine friendship is loyalty, being available to help in times of distress or personal struggle. Too many people - and relatives! - are fair-weather friends. They stick around when the relationship benefits them, and they leave when they're not getting anything out of it. Think about your friends, and consider your loyalty to them. Simple & Logical theory:

Out of love, loyalty, passion which is the most important in a relationship? Loyalty and trust. These two surpasses everything. When a couple breaks up, it doesn't mean that they do not love each other. It's plainly because they don't trust each other that much compared to the beginning, and they're not anymore loyal. Love is still there. Some time you do wonder, why a couple who loved each other never end up together? It is because of the lackage of Trust, Loyalty, and Understanding in the person and the relationship / commitment they hold on to.

It's a non-bias passage. I hope it doesn't turn out to be offensive or sarcastic. It's just really something that I really really really want to share from the bottom of my heart...

I know its a slight unusual to relate Love & Loyalty.

Wisma Merdeka, Kota Kinabalu

I remembered I did a holiday trip with my family to KK last year (if I'm not mistaken). Being a part of KL for a year more, makes me used to the view of skyscrapers and shopping malls. Of course, those who came from Tawau either fly off to KL or KK for their shopping haven =)
Dad knowing that I'm sick of KL's life so he brought me along somewhere more "old-school"... One thing good about going holiday with family is that, we hunt for cheap goods with reasonable price. Not much branded-bias of us.

Of course, with emerging shopping malls in KK like Warisan Square, City Mall, 1Borneo, ... Wisma Merdeka is no longer the "it" mall/hang out place anymore ...

Among other places that I've been to in the building, I really love the Food Court in Wisma Merdeka. The building itself from outside might look old and dull but I never thought I would get such a nice insight from within! The ambience of the whole food court is great. I feel as if I'm home =D Being an avid reviewer of interior designs & architectural details... I've always been a fan of oriental, old-school, homey. I'm in love with Japanese, Germany interior. As you can see in the pictures, the stalls, table, chairs are from wood of different shade basic and earthy colours. A lot of details going on, using wood and varieties of texture and colours. One thing about the woody colour is that, it gives you a sense of belonging to home, and nature :). Quite dim lightening for the entire place I must say ... Would be a better place to chill rather than a nice heavy meal owing to not so good air ventilation and slight dim condition...I love how each stall is able to show their best deal with the astonishing high contrast and colourful white-framed photo gallery =D

The Fact that I give thumbs up* to this place is the creativity of them using bird's cage as a decoration detail of the lamp. Interesting ay? I just feel it's really cool and it's really nice. Not a bad choice for couples to come for a snack and drink. Some varieties of food is not too bad too. I like their avocado milkshake. I love some of their fingerfood too =)

I went to RELENT band concert, they're actually more recognised as 1am (One Accord Ministry) when they're performing for evangelistic purposes. Of course, they're local and they don't look extra-ordinary. But the moment when they play the musical instruments, the moment they open their lips, it feels so .... indescribably
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I don't really know how to put it in words but the mood just set in, the lyrics, the voice, the sound, the music, it's just beauuuutiful, plain beautiful. It's really from God and for God. I enjoyed so much. Really. It's really a good encounter & experience. Praise God! God is ALWAYS ALWAYS GOOD =D

Well, it's still function-able but some of the buttons are giving me a hard time to press down =( Perhaps it's time. After being with me for .. urm .. 4 years I guess? Sushi Making Day!

In the previous post, I remembered telling you guys I have 'sudden urge' to do a lot of things, right? Haha* so yeah, one random day. I decided to make sushi out of simple ingredients again. It wasn't my first time making it, it's myyyy urmmm 3rd time? hahaha

So if you're interested in doing it, just grab simple ingredients of :Calrose Rice, Vinegar, Kikkoman Sause, cucumber, carrot, hotdog, filament, tuna, seaweed, mayonaise. And THAT'S-IT!

The result turns out to be NOT-BAD. Seems overwhelming after tryout by friends =D
I'll try out with you guys next time (;

I have sudden urge to do lots of things recently. I think it's prior to the enormous stress I'm having. Well, I feel like cooking a random day, so I picked up simplest ingredients: Spiral wholemeal spaghetti, green pea, sardine and just make them a meal. Its good to do little things for ourselves at times, don't you think so?

Told Justin that I'm having a week break for my deepavali and he replied "whhhatt? You guys have One week break just for deepavali? that's cool!" hahahaha

Awesome, ain't it?

Speaking of which, am trying to be as productive as I can be but I ended up lazing at home. I love being at home, just sleeping my day away in my comfy room, my comfy bed.. argghhhh I'm missing it right now. I'm now back in the busy capital which I don't like that much. But I still have years to go.

When I'm long here, I sort of adapted to life here. But seriously, nothing beats home ay? haha
Yeah I'm missing those home-cooked food, my family, my friends, the pool, my room!!!

Final's coming real soon for NEURO and A&R
I hope I can prepare well for it as life gets busy.

2D1N in Kota Kinabalu (October 2011)

Went to KK for a 'business trip'. Had very warmth hospitality treats from Natasha, Vachel & family. I knew it's going to be a rush trip. Nevertheless, I kinda enjoyed it. I like short trip, since I'm not going there for holiday. I would definitely stay longer if I were on a holiday mood. But current mood is to be home a.s.a.p.
I'm down with very severe home-sickness syndrome. LoL!

Before depart to LCCT, we drop by Tanjung Aru Beach where it's an all-time favourite to gaze at amazing sunset, strolling at beach side, enjoying your very own fresh coconut beverage. I must say, I enjoyed myself there thought it's only a short drop-by for about 30 minutes. You don't get that close to nature in KL. U'll only be getting that in Borneo!

I enjoyed taking breathtaking views the most. It's plain uplifting. Though I don't have very good camera with me, but I guess some editings would do some tricks, ay?

MAHSA Body Building & Fitness Competition 2011 [AND] MAHSA Idol Grand Final 2011 Recapitulation

WARNING!!! It's going to be a LOOONNGGG post. Coz I'm actually combining 2 events together. I think it should be taken the same level of attention. Hence this combination. Also, this post is non-bias. Things I mentioned is solely my personal opinions.

Mahsa Body Building & Fitness Competition 2011
I'm sorry for the delay. I was too overwhelmed with so MANY stuffs happening all in a row, my assignment, VIVA, presentation, etc. Finally I'm done with my 4000+ words assignment. I spend 2 days editing all the photos I had during this event. I must say, editing the pictures is a challenge! (as I don't have very good camera =/) Due to insufficient lights, and at the same time more than sufficient light, I was having a hard time playing with colour curves, saturation, and lightning since most of the photos taken are over-exposed.

So, Yesterday I've released one group photo of the event as a "Sneak-Peak" for the people to have a slight gaze at. Boy-oh-boy, the photo(below) was well-received! =D

I arrived there around 4.30pm, as an effort to support and to witness how the whole thing run, and how the organisers are putting things together.
The night before, I get to talk to Prakash and Oclipz (people behind MBFC), both my seniors regarding MBFC (Mahsa Bodybuilding and Fitness Club). They told me about their background, and how they started this club, their vision, and etc... Both of them are very passionate people but I must say, they really have to work really hard as both of them are very very busy people! LoL

Set up (lowest picture is an edited version, there's only one table in actual XD)

Basically, it is an Open competition to all MAHSA students and staffs. It was held at MAHSA Recreational Area / Student Lounge / Block E, 2nd Floor on 12th October 2011 from 6pm-8pm. The participants are competing against one another in their own category of 3 different categories (Mr. Muscle, Mr. Beach Boy, Mr. Tough Guy). Trophies + Certificate +MBFC T-Shirt is awarded to TOP 5 WINNERS.

Brief Recap:
Basically, the competition is divided into 2 sessions:
Each category posed in group for the 1st session, showing front, back, side, some other anatomical movement to prominently show respective muscles.
2nd session was a bit more interesting with individual 1 minute performance from each contestant with their own background music. I was impressed by few of the contestants who weren't just 'competing' but rather enjoying. Some of them are pretty creative too!

Overall, the event was a success! Honestly speaking, Prakash, Oclipz and I never expected that many people would come to support this event as we thought that Mahsa Idol Grand Final would be the ONLY focus for the day. Thanks for the supports, guys! =D

After witnessing Elimination Round, I got to say I'm still very impressed and blown away by the talents we got in Mahsa despite a week is over. I was uberly excited for the Final as I knew some of the contestants and I really hope to see their best performance on stage!

Let's Start Rollin'
So, here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to give you brief details of their performances, and my thoughts on it, and some other extra things =)
Grand Finale was a slight different from Elimination Round. Each contestants are required to sing English song on their 1st round and a Malay song on their 2nd. And this time, they induced voting system where audiences' votes stand 40% of their total marks, whilst judges' marks weights 60%. It's a good system to get audiences involve.

I find most of their comments very constructive and motivative

1st Performance: Geek in the Pink

Geek in the Pink is a very interesting Trio Group. I would say, their performance during elimination round caught everyone's eyes. Mixing songs together is definitely their strongest point that is not found in others. They started the performance with an interesting video of how they came up with the name "Geek in the Pink". I have to compliment a lot on their effort of mixing song. I never thought Michael Buble's Sway & Bruno Mars' Just the Way You Are could be sung together! Singing and synchronising together is not easy too. This needs a lot of understanding, and good hearing efforts. I was around them when they were practising til 3am in the morning prior to the finals. No one was loosening up until the final date. This is the sacrifice that each group paid to step up to that stage and to perform their best to all the audiences =)

Honestly speaking, I was expecting them to be one of Top 3 ;)

Personally, I feel this group deserves the best "Stage Presence & Performance"

2nd Performance: Chad @ Rozzl

Personally, I think he has the best outfit (1st round) of the night. I love the long outer coat, high neck collar with lace details. I would love to compliment his efforts on the stage settings too. The backdrop, candles, table, wine glass, ... Gave me a very vintage-ish, isolated, stranded, sad, lonely feeling. I find he has very rich facial expression when he's singing and the conveyance of the song is very smooth. I love him singing Beyoncé's Listen. That's one of my favourite song, also a song that I would challenge people to sing. Not everyone can sing that, you see! haha. He nailed it, he definitely has good vocals.
I feel he deserves the Best Outfit Award =)

3rd Performance: Siow Sze Hoong

Siow Sze Hoong, I can say she has the strongest supporting group at scene. She might look small, but trust me she has amazing big voice! Adele's Rolling in the Deep is the-song today. She definitely caught my heart with that song! I almost forget to take any picture of her as I was enjoying my indulgence in her voice while she sings. It's very very fascinating to see such young age being able to sing unplugged for Rolling in the Deep and Gemuruh by Faizal Tahir, another very uplifting spirit song which I sang when I was in a motivation camp for my SPM and STPM ;)

I feel she deserves the Best Vocal !

Meicther, is one who usually is behind the scene as he is not a very extroverted guy. I was following his blog some time ago, and I find him is a bit more of a low self-esteem person. I was shocked when he managed to put himself on stage, singing steadily to the audiences!!! He even managed to interact with the audience. Not all performers of the night do a lot of eye-contacts & interactions with the audiences. I feel him being able to perform so well and steady in front of the V.I.Ps....! I must compliment him in this. Really good efforts put =)
I feel he deserves the Best Interaction with Audiences Award ;)

5th Performance: Megalodon

Since I didn't take a group photo of them before the competition starts, I'll put more pictures of them here =). Megalodon is the biggest group here as you can see (above). I would compliment on their visual effects. 1st song when they were singing Sweet Child of Mine, the background was blinking continuously. I must say it's a very very effective and good strategy to get people to focus only on their performance! With their numbers, of course their audio effect is pretty amazing too. They have strong bass and acoustic guitar background. 2nd song was well brought about with the message telling the world, also with photo slides as background telling us what is happening out there despite us being in our comfort zone. A good way too! to let audiences anticipate using the number countdown! They looked so good as a group, looked professional, definitely good visual effect on stage!

Undeniably, Reality Shows have been emerging enormously. The idea of this has always fascinates me in a way that it's a very effective approach as they're using audience to target audience. (If you can get what I mean). I've always been a fan of reality show and, most importantly! I'm a loyal viewer of Reality Shows. Just any, you name it. I watch all kinds of Reality Shows: ranging from Talent Scouting (Dancing, Singing, Cooking, Acting, Fashion Designer), Life Partner scouting, Weight loss shows, ...

I'm also very supportive of the idea of reality TV. Malaysia's own Reality Shows : Akademi Fantasia (loyal viewer from 1st season til now), Malaysian Idol (sadly unheard news after 2nd season), Mentor (never really keep track of it), ...

I remembered clearly when I 1st saw Mr. Andrew's post regarding Mahsa Idol's facebook event. My 1st responce was "you must be kidding with me!" hahaha I thought Mahsa would always be a place / University College with ~~least~~ activities.

Owing to my love towards reality show, I thought it's not a bad idea at all to give my support to Mahsa's very own 1st reality event! I anticipated for it and I really want to see great talents too amongst Allied Health Practitioner. It's not ironic actually though some people may say that it'll be weird for future Allied Health Practitioner to sing/dance/entertain on stage. I think it's a BONUS, and definitely an interesting side (artsy side), or should I say an undiscovered side of a person! =D

Witnessing the elimination round myself last Wednesday, I must say I was blown away by the number of talents. Get to see/hear a lot of voice from East Malaysia (judging from their slang a.k.a longhat) hahaha! Many Sabahan, I presume?

So, as you've seen above, this is the official poster regarding the event. I'm already waiting anxiously for it! Can't wait for it. Counting down in 2 days time!!! some time you just wonder how 24 hours go so fast? I remember I just went for the Elimination Round last Wednesday and finale is coming .. Wonder how's the prep going with contestants......

It's definitely an event where people invite people to join. Basically, it's good to see everyone gather around to give supports to each other without any discrimination, just purely support. Also, to just chill, have some fun, and relax after all the heavy loads of studies.

Mean time, We're wishing all the best to the final contestants to prepare. Hope they can W.O.W the audiences again!

Stoned when I log onto facebook, looking at photos of different part of bodies, people scolding, mocking, asking people to not post anything on facebook regarding the eerie car accident. Wow, life really is unexpected. I see two lives, about to get married, just vanish like that... YES .. POOFFF just like that.... =(

Today's a pretty productive day. I woke up at 8am (coz I slept early the night before), went straight to study some pathophysiology, waited for Yi Xin at 10am, dropped by EC Swim for her interview, went back Mahsa, made myself wholemeal lunch, rest a while, shower, then off the study again. Got back around 4.30pm, getting ready for church then off to take public transport to University Station then to Kelana Jaya, then waited church van to get me and rest to Church. Had some cell group event this week, our group's theme is angrybird. It strike some attention there, but the atmosphere wasn't really there coz most of them were not there =( After tht off we go to one of the member's event and it was a pleasant experience :D We laughed, enjoyed, had fun. It was a very very productive day. Now should be off to sleep and work tomorrow =)

PS : yessss !!! I started writing diary and journal again! haha. why? coz I think my life's getting more and more interesting. I think I should write coz I can't share all of them here XD

In previous Campus Revo / Christian Fellowship, Jeff Fu talked about Jaeson Ma's last year's Action. 365 days Action of love. It's very inspiring and touching in many ways how he put himself last and prioritizing others FIRST.

His idea, motion, moves inspired me to challenge myself too.

The initial plan was to join the fun with friends (from Seremban) of one of my room mate, Amanda. Due to budget constraints, I ended up joining one of their many long-planned events. I was pretty enthusiastic about going to Skybar, Traders Hotel as I was in awe of the breathtaking ambience and views assisted by numerous reviews done by celebrity bloggers and marketers. Pleasant melancholy sets in as we ended up being in Luna Bar.

Somehow, to certain extend if you go with the right group of people you'll have fun regardless of the occasions and venues. The night started off modestly as everyone needs some warm ups. It was still down to three of us going together snapping picture around instead of indulging ourselves in alcoholic beverages (not our favourite). We ventured and explored the descent 'just-right' space of the area.

Of course, eye-candies are essential in these sort of occasion since it's post-Malaysia Day! Our eyes were drenched with beauts & hulks. But there's no overall interaction. Just micro-interaction (having fun with your own bunch of peeps). It'll be quite awkward too, to approach someone in such setting. People might think you're drunk. haha.

The ambience is not too bad, views is not too bad. Though the sky is a bit hazy and gloomy. Thus it was not too bad for me. It was a great experience for me, the 1st time ever experience to have a laid back manner of enjoying alcoholic beverages rather than having people to force you to drink it. I must say I'm still not a good drinker but I like what I am now. I don't think I should progress any further =D

Church sermon has been on book of Daniel and now we're half-way into it. This young man (Daniel) really fascinates me in a way like no men else did. heh ;D
Last week's sermon rang a bell on me. It struck me when Pastor asked:'
"Are you fulfilling the will and purpose of God for your life?", "Do you know your spiritual gift and are you using it to edify your church?"; "How about your devotional time with God?", "Are you digging into the word of God?", "Are you doing it regularly?"

You see, the most common thing that most Christians would do is that we tend to "compete" against each other or trying to prove that we're better than someone else (in spiritual life). That is not right from the beginning. I don't like the feeling of it either.

Somehow, at times without any intentions ... We would be in that manner. Its human nature. But God's words is to kept us reminded that we must be humble all the time! We should be helping each other than judging whether to help a person or other wise.

Spending few hours of a day with God would change your life. Start from this moment onward, when you read my blog. You try to do it, for 2 weeks continuously... Then you can see how God blessed you, and how many great and mighty things He's done for you :D

It's a norm for ladies to love high heels. I used to love high heels in extreme manner (that was when I was still in Tawau when elegance, beauty, fashion stood in the way not making me realise that they harm more than benefit). I never really took care of comfort issue. All I wanted is just looking good in one, making my legs look hot, sexy, nice and that's it. How sad ......

Til I came here, being a physio student, I know that comfort is the key issue in all the things that I wear... Because I'm going to move around with that whole day. And apparently I walk a lot here, so I'm pretty much into anything flat, like : flip-flops, flats, sports shoes, canvas shoes

PLUS ISSUES for me to not wear high heels ARE! :

hope u can see this, so this is really bad stuff bout ladies wearing high heels

God is somehow awesome in a way, I was looking for a good thick, good cupping wide cushioned support sole shoes. I'm in love with VANS but it's too pricey. Shall get it when I'm capable. Got myself one from KLCC Everlast actually, and it's pretty comfy. So yeah, I'm loving it.

Such an irony isn't it our life? Life is .. *laughs* I can't figure out exact word to describe what life is. I know for sure, we're playing a life game where most of us are slaves of life, living the routine-based life: eating, self-cleaning, sleeping - living it.

Current Mode: listening to some old school songs that I got from Jie Yi a while ago, some unexpected usual melody created a string in my heart. Bondage getting better with room mates, cell members, colleagues, feels almost like I'm part of here ~~(something that I didn't expect)~~, learnt to let go things that don't belong to me, learnt that I can't control everything.

I met someone nice. But I'm not very certain if he's the one. I hope it's not too late to pull myself out of this affection-created rush when I realise that he doesn't has the same feelings that I have for him.

Went back Sabah for two months, working, meeting up, learning, ... Get to know that people at my age and slight younger did so many FUNS during their study days. Conscience hit me and let me know that I should also enjoy each seconds of my life. I should plan something ahead. Yeah~ I should. I'm living my life too hard, til I can't get a hold of it.

2nd Year, 1st Semester

WHOOPsie!!! no pun intended, hope I didn't scare u guys off!!!!!!!

Yeap, I'm done with my 1st year (level 4) of my course modules and now proceeding to some modules of level 4 residues as well as entering level 5.
My 2 months break were rather packed and fulfilling. I did get a lot of meet up, catching up with old and new friends, trying new things, new places out. Learning to appreciate and love ambience more. Well, those laid back life is just extremely mesmerisable!
Some peaks during my holiday was going to Sandakan for Sandakan Open, and going to KK for my SPKK level 3. Those experiences were G-R-E-A-T, need to say learnt a lot and I can't buy anything of that in future. Those are precious bit of days in past after monotonous days I had here.

Back here, get to feel the heat, the tense, the fast paced life again. It's not very fantasizing to me and am not liking any bit of it. I feel like ending it a.s.a.p AND just get back to what I usually have back at home. Just wanna go back, catch up with good ol' buddies, go to pool hang around with swimming buddies forgotting all the hoo-haas.. Life's is just awesome just the way it is.

Well, new year, new semester I get to see LOTS of new faces, and of course all faces too
Definitely 2nd year is more intense than before. I'm doing Neurology for this semester and I only have 3 months to prepare for it til the GRAND FINALE then I have to complete my 3 split out modules for Physiotherapy Skills , and many thought most Agonizing one - Assessment & Reasoning (also in VIVA based).

The syllabus for 2nd year is definitely tougher, and we're facing a lot of competition internally with local upcoming degree programmes. And I have to be productive in my works too. For a sec, I feel like quitting, but quitting just seems like an easier option for me. I should be COMMITTED and not doing things like this! ugh, this is so sick.
I'm so sick!!!!!!!

guess what, I'm the 5th candidate for my VIVA for part 2 of SPKK on 19 Oct 2011 in KK. Yet I havent started anything for my 3000 words assignment plus, my VIVA session with 5 panels, as well as my individual presentation to W-O-W the panels.

How to overcome this?!!!!!!!!!!

Never judge me before you get to know who I really am. I had a deep conversation for two hours yesterday, to me it was a very productive and effective conversation because both parties are talking. I love when a conversation is two way. It makes the conversation comprehensible and meaningful.

There are too many things going through my mind about things that I want to achieve. Goals of life. *laughs* so many of them. Whether it's achievable, we'll see bout that. Plan is a plan. Efforts should be done to make things run. But when you're pushing yourself too hard, you'll find yourself eventually falling/degenerating instead of going forward. I vowed to make changes, but am I making the right changes for myself and my life? Or it's just for a change because I'm sick of my usual spiritless life? Sometimes, things just happen and I know there's surely for a reason. But I can't get a hold of it.
I can't .......... It's just too fast, too great, and too big for me to get a hold.

When people see me, they think I'm strong, I'm superior, I'm good, I'm stupendous. In fact I'm not! I know who I am. Those are just what you see from the outermost layer! Explore deep down, then you'll find who I really am. If you've found, remember to say H-E-L-L-O! =)

I guess it was years ago since I last met her, my favourite company of all time - Tae Young Kim!!!
gosh I miss her~
you have no idea how talking on facebook somehow makes you ponder if you're actually reconnecting =) Finally I get to see her and spend a whole day with her while she dropped by Tawau and before flying off to the states.
She's lovely as always, I love her accent, she was a good company while we used to swim together :) Tae Young has always been a lovely girl, now grown a lovely young lady. haha ~ Only with you thaat I'm doing all those girly stuff, eg: manicure, pedicure, make ups, ...

I hardly do these anymore. As what I told ya regarding what I'm studying?
