On Dec 3rd, the KULeuven organized a metaforum on total genome analysis and its societal impact. Nik introduced the participants to three future scenarios as developed by Pantopicon in preparation of the metaforum and based upon findings from the SBO project on molecular karyotyping (see here). People gathered around and contributed to the reflection wall designed and set up by Pantopicon.

On September 20^th, Nicole & Nik kicked off the VVSG training series on future exploration and visioning for flemish cities and municipalities, entitled "No future without vision". With this training course fully booked and a new one in the pipeline, the future and long(er) term visioning definitely seems to have made its entrance in the Flemish municipalities' policy planning cycles!

On May 20th, Nik and Emiel presented Pantopicon's latest multi-client project entitled 'tricorder dreams'. The participatory project will explore future scenarios concerning next generation diagnostic and sensing technologies by bringing together a select group of organizations in the areas of healthcare, the environment and consumption.
