Wow, seems like forever since I updated this blog! I’ve been extremely busy with sessions for paper doll and starting a new venture and I’m proud to unveil it.
Say hello to Hush Boudoir!

A super classy and super fun experience for women to be treated like bombshells and get the Supermodel experience. I’ve partnered with Dorian Senkow of Dorian Senkow Photography and together we are loving showing women how beautiful they are and we are so happy with the response we’ve received!

Sleeping Beauty | Winnipeg Newborn Photographer

This cutie pie was my first girl of the year. All my clients had boys and I was starting to get a little worried that boys were taking over…until this precious little girl came in. With her mop of beautiful hair and chubby cheeks, I instantly saw her at 5 years old, running around, long hair blowing in the wind and happy as could be. I am incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing job as this. It was such a pleasure working with this new family.

This beautiful mama-to-be and her husband drove all the way from Kenora just to have their maternity images done by me. I had such a great time with them and hope our plans for them to come back for the newborn shoot work out. I think Lululemon pants are the new maternity standard. lol Most of my clients have been coming to the sessions with them. Can’t blame them, they’re super comfy and look great too.

After much consideration and surveys from my clients I have decided to offer my clients a better way to purchase the images they cherish so much.

It is a drastic change from my old digital package pricing and I’m doing it as a courtesy to my clients. I want to make the packages as affordable to everyone as I can while retaining the same level of quality that I demand of my photography, making it a win-win for everyone. You get the images you want and I get happy clients.

With my previous pricing structure, clients were forced to pick and choose their most favourite images based on their budget. The benefits of purchasing the digital images are many.

*Moms who are scrapbookers can print out their own images for their custom made scrapbooks

*Families who want to give away images of their kids to various family members for Christmas are no longer limited by their budgets.

*With social media on the rise, more and more people are sharing their photos with loved ones near and far on sites such as Facebook and Twitter. With a digital package you now have the ability to upload your photos and share them as you like.

*Make your computer wallpaper your favourite image from the session.

*Create custom slideshows for your computer when it hibernates.

*Plus many more advantages too numerous to list.

Previously my digital packages started at $800 for 10 images on CD. I believe digital options are high on my clients priority list and have previously been out of range for a lot of them. I want to give my clients the
freedom and ability to keep digital copies of their most treasured times without breaking the bank. It truly is the beginning of a digital revolution and Paper doll Photography is happy to welcome you to it! I can’t tell you how lucky I am to be able to take part in such special moments in my client’s lives. These clients were so much fun to work with and this mama-to-be had absolutely hands down the most killer preggo body ever! You could see the anticipation written all over her…she was one of those glowy moms who wore her love for her unborn child like a big winter parka…it was wrapped around her and couldn’t be missed! I sincerely can’t wait to meet their little one. What an amazing newborn session it will be!

1 year old FUN | Winnipeg Children’s Photographer

I have a hard time not falling in love with my clients. Maybe it’s because each client is so special to me or because each image I create for them intertwines me with that part of their life but upon meeting this little cutie…I was instantly and helplessly hooked.

Hard not to love those eyes *swoon* and then those lips *double swoon* but add the smile and the giggle that just instantly makes you happy and it’s no wonder why this session was so much fun. It was really more of a play date. She loved running around my studio and I loved having her in it. She added the perfect amount of childhood magic to an already magical Spring day.

I had such a blast with this couple and thoroughly enjoyed capturing this gorgeous mama’s baby blues on camera. I’ve always been jealous of people with blue eyes. lol

My gorgeous natural light studio has definitely been a huge asset this winter and I’ve loved experimenting with all the space.

Wow, is everyone absolutely LOVING this early Spring we’re having? Today I drove home (from an amazing maternity shoot with a mama who brought the perfect little bra and panty set with her. These images are going to ROCK! ) with the sunroof open and the windows down and the heat completely off. Anyone who knows me knows I’m always cold…well not today. +10 and sunny felt soooooo good after our long winter. Snow, I say good day to you. Please do not come back for at least ummmm 7 months.
