Pogo stick death: Mother waited 24 hours before calling paramedics

Homicide detectives are investigating the death of 7 year old Levai Bonnar, from Oatley in Sydney’s south, who reportedly fell off his pogo stick and died of a head injury. It started out as a seemingly innocent accident, but police now have reason to believe that this is a homicide (whether directly or indirectly caused by someone’s actions).

According to his mum, Kayla James, Levai was riding on his pogo stick inside their Mulga Road flat on Monday morning when he fell off, hit his head and lost consciousness. She said he stayed like that, but was still breathing at 10.30pm when she checked up on him. On Tuesday morning, Kayla woke up at 6.15am and found Levai was not breathing and had no pulse. She rang 000, 24 hours after Levai had hit his head, and the ambos pronounced him dead at 6.30am.

Just process that for a bit. Kayla did not seek medical help after her son was KNOCKED UNCONSCIOUS! That is why the police think this is suspicious. She did not seek help for her injured child and her inaction cost Levai his life. Head injuries are not something that will “go away”, you need to seek medical help when one happens. Everybody knows that. And who the fuck lets their kid play with a pogo stick inside?? Roller skates/blades, bikes, pogo sticks etc. are outside toys. Not only did Levai hit his head from bouncing around in such a cramped space, he would have destroyed stuff or knocked over his siblings too.

Police reviewed footage from a nearby CCTV camera and found that Kayla’s partner, Kodi James Maybir, was quickly disposing of rubbish in the 15 min timeframe between Kayla finding Levi and the ambos arriving. Hmmm, why was disposing of that rubbish the most important thing at that exact moment? “Oh honey, my poor son is dead, can you please do a quick tidy up before the ambos get here?” Luckily the police found that nugget, because they’ll be rummaging through the bins and they might just hit paydirt, such as bloodied clothing, a possible murder weapon, and other interesting gems.

I very highly doubt that Levai’s injuries were caused by “falling off a pogo stick” and Kayla’s story just doesn’t add up. Firstly, you do not ride a pogo stick inside. There’s just not enough room in a regular house, let alone a flat. Secondly she waited for over 24 hours to call an ambulance, and then only because Levai was dead. If it really was a fall from a pogo stick, she would have called an ambulance straightaway, because a fall from a pogo stick is an accident. This long stretch of time between when Levai was knocked unconscious and when Kayla actually got medical help (which by then it was too late for him) indicates that Kayla and Kodi may have something to hide about what really killed Levai. Police are looking at forensic evidence and trying to piece together a timeline of what happened. An autopsy will also be performed on Levai.  Good luck trying to get any clues from Kayla, who didn’t call for help for her little boy, who instructed her boyfriend to throw away rubbish (read: evidence) before the ambulance arrived and who may very well be spraying bullshit everywhere to cover her own arse or her boyfriend’s.

The family is known to DoCS, meaning that there has been previous complaints against Kayla and/or Kodi. Kayla separated from Levai’s father and went to live in a caravan park with Levai and his siblings before moving to the flat in Oatley with Kodi.

Once again, the law protects the criminals.

A 39 year old bad dad allegedly threw his 5 week old baby girl into her cot as hard as he could. The poor little baby, who has a twin, is now in a critical condition in Redcliffe hospital, fighting for her life.

Bad dad appeared in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Thursday, facing one count of grievous bodily harm, and where he successfully applied for bail (wtf?!). The court heard that Bad Dad threw the little baby into her cot as hard as he could, after becoming enraged at her crying. Of course he did. It’s the oldest excuse in the book. How hard is it to simply place the baby in her cot, shut the door and go and watch TV or have a beer (but not too many) while baby settles herself? Provided that baby has had something to eat, a clean nappy and a cuddle. I’m child-free and I know never to hurt a baby.

As part of his bail conditions, Bad Dad will have to go live with his sister on the Gold Coast and is to have no contact with either of his babies. If I were the sister, I’d be thinking twice about letting a violent and immature dickhead live with me. Especially if she has young children.

Bad Dad will reappear in court on July 2. Hopefully we can get names and a better picture, and the real shaming can begin!

An evil stepwhore has pleaded guilty to 5 counts of sexual intercourse with a minor after she was caught on tape kissing and cuddling with her stepson. The father had set up a video camera to capture some paranormal activity in the house, but had forgotten to turn it off before he left for work. When he got home and reviewed the footage, he found some abnormal sexual activity going on between his 16 year old son and his 28 year old de facto partner.

When Dad confronted his child molesting whore, she downplayed the incident, but his son admitted that she’d raped had sex with him three times in the last couple of days. Dad called the cops on his kiddy-diddling whore and she fessed up to the cops that she’d raped had sex with the boy twice and knew that he was 16 years old. The prosecutor told the court that the whore had followed the son to another part of the state, where she raped him they had sex several times in a hotel room.

The twit of a defence lawyer tried to defend the whore to no avail, saying that Dad and the whore had been in a relationship for 11 years and that they had a young child together. “But honestly, Your Honour, she thought that the age of consent was 16! She thought it was okay to cheat on her partner and sexually abuse his son!” The dumb bitch should never have gone anywhere near the son. She was the adult and she knew better. The couple have understandably split up, and yet the dumb whore is trying to work on getting her man back (and possibly trying to spend more time with the boy). Dad needs to take his son and the young child far, far away from this tacky tart. If she thought nothing of sexually abusing her stepson, her own child could be next in the firing line. The whore has been remanded in custody and will be sentenced Monday.

Now for a little algebraic equation: The whore is 28 years old. She is not the mother of the 16 year old stepson. She has been in a relationship with Dad for 11 years. How old is Dad? 28 – 11 = 17. The whore was 17 when she started the relationship with Dad. Dad would have to be at least 32 (if he had the son at 16, which I highly doubt because teen fathers rarely stick around for the aftermath of their poor decisions). But maybe the son’s mother died and he stepped up to the plate. The son was 4 when his Dad took up with the whore. She watched him grow up, all that time thinking “I’m gonna bang him when he’s 16″. What a sick bitch. I’m thinking Dad was at a more socially acceptable age when he had his son and that he might be around the 40 mark. Making him around 29 when he took up with a 17 year old. Nasty.

The age of consent in Australia is 16, as long as the older partner is no more than two years older than the younger. Then the age of consent is 18. So the whore fought the law, but the law beat the whore.

Divorce is a thing. It happens all over the world. Most people just pick up and carry on with their lives after their marriage falls apart. But some people can’t handle it when things don’t go their way…

Julian Stevenson (47), from Britain, killed his children Mathew (10) and Carla (5) because he couldn’t get it together and his wife and mother of his children had divorced his loser arse and rightly kept the kids away from him. He considered the visitation conditions, that the court had set out, to be “insufficient”.

On Saturday afternoon, the useless crapwad had his first unsupervised visit with Carla and Mathew in his flat in Saint-Priest, a southeast suburb of Lyon, France. Their small bodies were found shortly afterwards, both with throats slit. When their maman came to collect them, she found her ex husband looking panicked and angry, according to a neighbour. The same neighbour told police that he was in the stairwell of the block of flats, covered in blood. Now here comes the funny bit amongst all of this sadness. The neighbour reported that the killer fled…on a pair of roller skates! Obviously the roller skates didn’t take him very far, because he was found that evening in Lyon’s 8th arrondissement. He was arrested and will face French prosecutors today.

The wife divorced the dropkick in 2010 because he was violent towards her. He was an alcoholic and was unemployed. Understandably, the wife was awarded custody with the dickhead having minimal contact with the kids. Investigators are eager to find out who in their right mind would award unsupervised visits to a violent and lazy drunk.

First of all hats off to Steve for the tip, and thanks to Lucy for some encouragement. I cannot stop laughing at the mugshot of the bad girlfriend up there. Look at her with her bottom lip stuck out, like a cranky toddler that won’t take a nap. But then again, it’s sort of like a smile. She just looks ridiculous. The bad dad just has that pissy defiant look on his face that most bad breeders have, which isn’t so funny.

The bad dad Timothy Phillips (30) and his live-in dick warmer Lacey Chaney (27), from Kansas City MO, have been charged with abuse and neglect of a child, endangering a child, and felonious restraint, after it was found that the bad dad’s 9 year old daughter had been segregated from the family and forced to live in the basement. The neglect and abuse of the young girl was noticed by the school nurse at an elementary school in Independence, MO. The diligent nurse noticed that the little girl reeked of piss and that she’d told the nurse that her private parts hurt. The nurse examined her and found that her vaginal area was red and irritated. She also told the nurse that she wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom at home and was forced to go to the toilet outside because her family didn’t want to contract the infections that she had!

The Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies turned up after the nurse filed a complaint, and indeed found that the little girl was forced to live in an unfinished basement with little food and water during the day as a punishment for a recent school suspension. Well, no shit, I’d act up too if my parents were anything like these fucksticks. She was forced to sleep on an air mattress in a basement, with dirty carpet, exposed wiring and overflowing sewerage. But the harsh living conditions weren’t instated before bad dad “popped” the little girl in the mouth and “whooped” her butt. Wow, Timothy’s such a tough man, smacking a little girl in the face. No wonder the bad girlfriend thinks he’s such a great catch, being able to defend her from those menacing pre-teens /sarcasm.

The bad dad, the bad girlfriend and her son lived upstairs while the little girl was forced to live in the basement. Bad dad’s reasoning for this, according to court documents, was that she lacked bladder control and that he couldn’t afford to keep cleaning up after her, and that “when she pisses, she leaves a huge puddle”. It didn’t occur to him that his little girl may have had a physical or pyschological issue that was causing her to lose control of her bladder. It didn’t occur to him that she may have been embarrassed by her lack of bladder control and needed help, not abuse. As for not being able to afford to clean up after her? How can you not be able to afford cleaning products? Unless he’s getting the carpet professionally cleaned every week, it’s just another bad breeder excuse. Here’s what I use to clean up animal piss (I have an ageing cat who sometimes has accidents) – Vinegar and bicarb soda. That’s it. The bicarb absorbs the smell and the vinegar neutralises the ammonia and also gets rid of the staining and smell. The fuckstick just could not be bothered.

Bad dad also went on gloat confess about his neglect of his daughter, saying that he only bathed her every 5 days or whenever she started to smell. He thought that she didn’t like to be bathed because of previous sexual abuse that occurred in the shower. I presume that might have happened elsewhere (like at her mother’s) but I have a very bad feeling it may have been while she was living with her sperm donor and his dick warmer. According to police documents, his excuse for not washing the little girl’s clothing was that the washing machine was broken. But when police went into the bad girlfriend’s son’s room, they found that all his clothes were clean and neatly folded. BUSTED!!

The bad girlfriend reckoned that the little girl peed herself to keep people away from her. So, why was it not investigated as a sign of something very wrong? The bad girlfriend was also the one to ban her from the toilet, because she thought she caught an infection from her. No, she probably caught it from the dropkick she was fucking.

On top of all of that, it was found that the little girl was suffering from a potentially deadly staph infection. Bad dad’s excuse for not getting her to a doctor? “She’ll just piss on herself anyway”.

Now for my two bob: Firstly, you cannot contract a urinary tract infection (UTI) from a toilet seat. That’s just ridiculous. Secondly, did it ever occur to bad dad and bad girlfriend to take the little girl to a doctor and have it cleared up? No? I’m not afraid to admit that a few years ago, I had a very bad UTI. It felt like I was pissing razor blades. A few rounds of bicarb soda in water (blech) and some cranberry juice (yum) and I was right as rain. You don’t even need to see a doctor unless you’re pissing blood. Easy as. UTIs often cause a frequent need to go to the toilet. And not just a “hold on a sec”, it’s “I’ve got to go NOW!”. Even if the little girl didn’t have pysch issues, that symptom of infection would cause her to piss herself if she couldn’t get outside in time.

The little girl has been taken to hospital for treatment of the infections she was suffering. Her sperm donor and the dick warmer are being held on a $100,000 bond. Hopefully the extended family are smart enough not to waste their money on these rejects and instead put it towards raising the little girl.

“Hi, I’m trying to adopt out my three-year-old son. I’m not in a good place in my life and don’t feel like I can care for him properly, but I don’t know where to start. If you or know anyone who is interested in caring for him please let me know. I’m a single mom and can’t do this.

Thanks, Desperate.”

There are many, many options for this young lass to take. Not one of them involving selling her child. Call CPS. Ask family to help out. If Dad’s around, make him step up to the plate. Get counselling. With the bad reputation that Craiglist have for animal abusers, pedophiles, rapists etc. looking for their next target, I wouldn’t even sell vegetables on there! Let alone, an animal or a child.

What’s worse is that Stephanie is pregnant with no. 2. She admits she suffers from anxiety and depression but can’t take her meds because of her pregnancy. That was her responsibility to ensure that she didn’t fall pregnant in the first place. There are many options to do that. Easiest being using a condom. But accidents happen. If she cannot function without her meds and can’t use ones that are safe for pregnancy, the only option would be to end the current pregnancy. As much as some people will protest that, as much as I would be flamed for this, if she was incapable of rational thinking without her meds, she could be a real danger to her son and anyone else. A simple procedure could save a lot of heartbreak down the line.

It’s unclear to police what sort of charges will be laid, but they will charge her with advertising the placement of a child, which is a misdemeanour. The police will further investigate and possibly upgrade the charges if they find further evidence of abuse or neglect. Stephanie posted $1000 bail and will return to court May 21.

Just a question, if she’s a “single mum”, where did baby no. 2 come from? Either Dad’s had a last hurrah before jumping off the crazy train minus his son, or she’s had a one night stand or fling with someone else and gotten pregnant that way if Dad died or left before the pregnancy happened.

Elisa Baker speaks from prison about murder of 10-year-old Zahra:

A little over a week ago The Sheen Cow Elisa Baker gave an exclusive interview to Charlotte, NC news station WSOC. It was the first time she had spoken publicly about Zahra Baker’s death since her conviction. It’s unfathomable to me some of the crap she spewed in the interview. You can see the entire interview on the above link.

Baker says that Zahra died from a stomach bug. I’m assuming by stomach bug she means Zahra swallowed a scorpion or something because children don’t die from stomach bugs unless they’ve been left unattended for days at a time. She says that her husband (ex?) and Zahra’s father, Adam Baker, was the one who decided to dismember Zahra’s body. This is how much of a liar Elisa Baker is. She said that she didn’t think it was strange that Adam allegedly dismembered Zahra’s body because she thought it may have been an Aboriginal tradition. Adam Baker is from Australia but I have never heard that he has Aboriginal ancestry and he sure doesn’t look it. Aussie may have to back me up on this but I’m pretty sure the Aborigines do not dismember their dead in any kind of ritual.

“I thought it was maybe a strange ritual that he done. For all I know the Aborigines… I don’t know. I regret not telling sooner. I regret not calling 911. But people do make mistakes,” said Baker.

There’s a difference between making mistakes and trying to bamboozle investigators with one of the worst acts of subterfuge in recorded history.

This article also finally tells us, or me anyway, why police believe that Adam Baker was not involved in Zahra’s death. They say that the cell phone records put him 20 miles away from where Zahra was killed and her body dismembered and witnesses place him at work at the time of the crime. Adam Baker was said to have been working for two weeks straight and had not even seen his daughter at that time and was unaware that his daughter was dead.

Getting back to Sheen Cow her behavior in this and other criminal cases leads me to believe that she is a grifter. People like her will tell lies no matter how unbelievable as long as one person believes them so they can take advantage of that person. With this interview I believe that Elisa Baker is looking for her next victim.

This story leaves me seriously without words. Usually, here at BB, we hear an awful lot of stories where a bad breeder kills their kid over crying because they became frustrated. I will say, with my kids, when my son had colic I found myself crying with him because I couldn’t stop his crying due to discomfort and it was at times overwhelming, but when I got to the point where I couldn’t handle it I put him in his crib and walked away so I could take a “breather”. I can admit babies’ cries can be very nerve-wracking, however I have always thought it was the dumbest effing thing a child could lose their life over. What kills me about this story is the simple fact that these parents were deaf and they could not hear the sound coming from their baby but it did not stop them from murdering their 5 month old baby girl.

According to reports the gruesome twosome featured in this story, which we will call fucktard 1 (35-year-old Hector Rene Cupich-Quinones) and fucktard 2 (37 year-old Maria Guadalupe Zuniga) for the duration, found their 5 month old girl struggling to breathe on Sunday, April 28th 2013 at 5:30 AM. They called the authorities where an officer performed CPR on the baby noticing suspicious bruises all over the infant’s body; the baby girl was then transferred to Medical City Dallas Hospital. Hospital staff confirmed the responding officer’s suspicion of child abuse stating that “she had bruises on her chest, back and both arms, also noting she had massive trauma to the back of the head” which lead to fucktard 1 and fucktard 2 being brought in for questioning.

During questioning fucktard 1 admitted to shaking the child during an argument with fucktard 2 because wait for it, the baby was crying, what…the…fuck. Fucktard 1 said that he and the missus were imbibing in alcohol and they began fighting because the baby was crying and neither moron wanted to try to console the baby so fucktard shook her to stop the crying then slammed her head on the counter 3 or more times, also admitting to punching her in the face permanently silencing her then leaving her in the care of fucktard 2 who put her to bed around 1:00 AM. Around 3:30 AM fucktard 1 found the baby unresponsive and picked another fight with fucktard 2 about who cause the injuries…Fucking seriously? Finally they called the police and the baby girl was pronounced dead about 10:00 PM.

Both fucktards are being held at the Dallas County jail. Fucktard 1 is being held on a $1 million bond and fucktard 2 is being held on a $750,000 bond. Thankfully this happened in Texas and I hope they throw the book at these fucking assholes.

Family welcomes arrest over boy’s death

The thing up there is the face of heroin/methadone addiction. Here’s a beauty tip: if you don’t want to look all sallow and sickly, don’t take drugs.

Claudine Michelle Hereini (42) allegedly gave her 9 year old son Antony Christensen methadone on December 7, which resulted in his death from an overdose. There hasn’t been much on this story, but I presume that she gave the kid the methadone to “quiet him down” and, oops, gave him too much because methadone isn’t made for kids.

Antony’s extended family relived the moments on December 7 where their beloved nephew and grandson died. An ambulance was called when Antony complained of stomach pains. An initial examination by the ambos found nothing wrong with him. Hours later, he was dead. The stupid cow probably didn’t tell the ambos that she’d given him methadone. Probably wanted to save her own arse at the cost of her son’s life. Pathetic scrag.

She was charged with manslaughter (because she didn’t mean to kill Antony, she just wanted him to be quiet) and appeared in court wearing a blue hoodie which I think says “Dirty Dog”. Very fitting. She leaned against a wall and occasionally waved to her supporters. This dirty dog has “supporters”? They must be her needle sharing buddies.

The dirty dog was remanded in custody, to reappear in court on June 24. She was refused bail. All details of the case have been suppressed, but that won’t stop us from speculating.

Antony was described as a happy-go-lucky boy, who loved horses and the outdoors and enjoyed playing with his many friends at Raetihi Public School. His extended family are not supporting his idiotic birth vessel and are relieved at her arrest.

An Australian study has been launched into children who are most likely to die a violent death at the hands of their mother’s latest fling. I don’t know what sort of recommendations the study can make, but it’s certainly a debatable point about why bad boyfriends often injure or kill offspring that don’t belong to them.

The study looks into two cases where the dick-of-the-week has killed a child. The first case is baby Jordan Anderson-Smith,

who was 7 months old when his birth vessel’s latest fling Christopher Hoerler beat him to death for crying. The dick and the birth vessel, Louise Anderson, were drinking and smoking pot at a house in Wagga Wagga, NSW on 25 February 2000. The invading dick, (whom the birth vessel had been seeing for a remarkable period of 2 months) beat baby Jordan, causing a lacerated liver, bruised pancreas, multiple broken ribs, and facial injuries. He had been punched so hard that his bottom teeth had cut through his lip and palate. Wow, Hoerler must’ve been such a tough “man” to uppercut a baby! Hoerler had also tortured the baby by crushing his toes with a metal clamp, which would have caused Jordan to scream in agony, disturbing Hoerler and prompting him to beat Jordan to death to make him be quiet. Hoerler pleaded guilty to manslaughter (because beating a baby to death is so accidental) and was originally sentenced to 11 years in prison. Then the court woke up to itself and sentenced him to 14 years.

The second case is a case that we here at BB are all too familiar with. The case of little Bailey Constable, who was beaten to death by a filthy junkie, Nathan Forrest, that his birth vessel was fucking. You can read more about Bailey Constable here.

Forensic psychologist Lillian de Bortoli, who is conducting the ground-breaking study, a number of risk factors contributed to the murders of Jordan, Bailey and countless other innocent children who have been killed or injured by bad boyfriends. The risk factors are:

• Children living with a single mother – a risk of Mum taking up with a bad boyfriend.
• Low household income – financial stress, non-working mum and boyfriend are around the kids all day, creating more opportunity for abuse.
• Male children – little boys can be seen to be more loud and assertive than little girls. The bad boyfriend may see the little boy as “competition” for Mum’s attention.
• Children under 4 years of age – they spend more time at home (more opportunity for abuse to occur), and this is the age where things such as teething, temper tantrums, toilet accidents etc. may frustrate the bad boyfriend and elicit violence.

Now this doesn’t mean that ALL children living with a single parent or with low income will be killed or exposed to violence. De Bortoli has found, that out of all of the cases of child deaths caused by abuse, that 41% were killed by the mother, 31% killed by the father, and 21% killed by a bad boyfriend. The Australian Bureau of Statistics estimates that 4% of the number of family units in Australia are made up of a biological parent and a step parent, yet male partners are responsible for the death of one in five children.

Reasons given for the murder of children by parents and bad boyfriends can be split into 5 main reasons:

• Altruistic – when the child is sick or in pain, and the parent/bad boyfriend wants to relieve the child’s suffering. 
• Acute psychosis – where the parent/de facto is severely mentally ill and no other reason can be found for the child’s murder.
• Spousal revenge – where one parent kills a child to get back at the other parent.
• Abusive or accidental – where prolonged abuse eventually leads to the child’s death.
• The most common one – the child is unwanted by the bad boyfriend because they aren’t his, or is seen as a hindrance to partying ways.

I think deep down, the bad boyfriends haven’t evolved much from chimpanzees and lions, who will kill another male’s offspring in order to eliminate competing DNA and to bring the female back into heat. It’s sad to say, that in the case of Soren Chilson, that it may have worked, since Soren’s egg donor decided to get engaged to the offending piece of shit instead of being repulsed by his very existence.

It’s certainly food for thought.
