Internet trojan horse programs, spyware, keyloggers, rootkits, pseudorootkits, hijackers, adware, annoyware, email relays, spam proxies, spam relays, scam downloads and email/spam robots ("bots") are perhaps the greatest security threat to individuals and institutional networks in existence. By installing malware (short for MALicious softWARE) on a machine, computer crackers can go anywhere, see and do anything they want with your computer, including banking records and your most intimate and personal documents. In addition to wreaking havoc with your machine and pillaging your personal property, some malware, specifically trojan horse servers, can even record your personal conversations if you have a microphone connected to your computer. Malware can invade your system without you ever knowing it and are designed to elude firewalls by using ports which are not blocked by network "firewall" security software or proxy servers. Many of them disable the most frequently used antivirus and software firewalls.

Malware can be placed on your machine in a number of ways. You can download what looks like an innocent program which carries malware inside it invisibly. You can receive a "greeting card" or other file from a buddy that contains a game or joke animation or it can be sent to you by exploiting security holes in Microsoft and other email programs. Malware can also be downloaded to your machine as an ActiveX control as part of the content of a rogue web page or can infest your machine by the simple act of opening up a compromised Microsoft Office file. If your machine is in an accessible area, malware can also be copied onto them by disk or over a network directly. It is imperative that all clients on a network be protected, as malware installed on one single client can compromise the entire network to the full extent of that client's permissions.

Once malware is installed on your machine, the perpetrators can then either connect to your machine, go anywhere they want, read, delete, download or upload any file, anywhere on your machine at will, or simply wait until your computer connects out to its clients, accessing or transmitting your personal documents, banking information or other personal, private files on your computer. Some malwares also give the perpetrators the ability to delete, change or damage any part of your machine invisibly without you ever knowing. They can download, edit and modify any of your files and then put them back.

We have located and studied over 1,000,000 malware programs and new ones are appearing daily. The vast majority of them are modifications to older, existing malware. We only count unique malware in our "effectiveness count" and do not include renamed, repacked or variant malware in our listings. Untuk Andika (keyboard) dan Indra (bas), keduanya bukanlah orang lama di jalur musik Indonesia. Keduannya adalah mantan personel grup musik Peterpan yang digawangi Ariel. Mereka keluar dari grup musik lamanya setelah terlibat 'perseteruan' dan memilih mendirikan the Titans.

This is why you download only from a place you trust.
When looking for a free anti-virus program you have to look at what you are getting and what you are paying for. Not all of the free programs do the same thing and not all are created equal. If you bought your computer new then you should have gotten restore disk and if not then buy some. There will always be something bigger and more dangerous to your computer out there so just be careful. For an over all rating of the AntiVir Personal I have to give it a 7.5 the ease of use is a little different than the other guys but sit does what it says it will do.

Pengikat Anda Dengan Perusahaan

Pada dasarnya kontrak kerja adalah dokumen atau perjanjian tertulis antara perusahaan dengan karyawan. Dalam kontrak kerja tertulis hak dan kewajiban masing-masing pihak. Dokumen resmi ini diangap sebagai bukti ikatan antara karyawan dengan perusahaan, yang menyangkut perlindungan terhadap hak-hak karyawan. Lebih dari itu, yang paling penting, kontrak kerja juga memperlihatkan kewajiban yang harus Anda berikan kepada perusahaan.

Bentuk kontrak kerja sangat beragam, tergantung dari perusahaan masing-masing. Selain kontrak kerja, ada juga yang disebut confirmation letter, Confirmation letter atau surat pengantar yang punya kedudukan yang sama dengan kontrak kerja. “Bentuk kontrak kerja berbeda antara perusahaan satu dengan perusahaan lain, tetapi meskipun demikian, ada beberapa hal pokok yang ada di dalamnya yang masing-masing terdapat pada sebuah Surat Perjanjian/Kontrak yaitu sebagai berikut.

1. Pengangkatan. Sudah jelas, dalam kontrak kerja harus tertulis jabatan dan sebutan yang akan anda pangku. Setelah itu, tertulis rincian tugas dan tanggung jawab posisi tersebut. Perhatikan job descriptions baik-baik. Jangan sampai saat sudah aktif bekerja, Anda mengeluh karena dibebani pekerjaan yang ‘tak sesuai dengan job descriptions’.

2. Imbalan atas jasa. Ini istilah keren dari gaji. Pastikan bilangan gaji yang diterima tertulis dengan jelas.Hindari persoalan di kemudian hari hanya karena hanya karena ada beda jumlah rupiah dalam kontrak dan kenyataannya. Bahkan, jika ada perubahan karena kondisi khusus (misalnya masa percobaan), Anda harus tahu dengan pasti.

"Jika anda dijanjikan kenaikan gaji setelah selesai menjalani masa percobaan, sebaiknya semuanya tertulis dengan jelas dalam kontrak kerja,” lanjut Imaniati lagi. Selain itu, fringe benefit atau tunjangan juga harus disebutkan, jika ada.

3. Jadwal kerja. Dalam kontrak kerja akan tertulis jadwal kerja yang harus anda patuhi. Jam kerja resmi, termasuk jam lembur atau shift malam jika ada. Lokasi kerja juga harus disebutkan dengan jelas. Jangan sampai anda keluar dari pekerjaan , hanya gara-gara lebih banyak melewatkan waktu di pabrik di lokasi terpencil. Dan hampir tak pernah duduk di kantor yang ber-AC dingin!

4. Tata Tertib dan disiplin. Ini termasuk bagian yang amat penting. Perusahaan perlu menuliskan hal ini agar para karyawan tak masuk dan pulang kantor seenaknya. Pada beberapa perusahaan tertentu, tata tertib dan disiplin ini menyangkut informational proprietary yang harus anda jaga rapat-rapat dan tak boleh ’bocor’ ke tangan perusahaan lain. Apalagi ke perusahaan saingan.

5. Pemutusan hubungan kerja. Pasal ini membahas kondisi yang bisa menyebabkan seorang karyawan dipecat. Jika terjadi pelanggaran oleh karyawan, perusahaan berhak “ merumahkan” karyawannya itu. Karena itu, karyawan perlu tahu pasal-pasal itu.

Oleh karenanya, perjanjian itu berlaku sebagai suatu undang-undang bagi pihak yang saling mengikatkan diri, serta mengakibatkan timbulnya suatu hubungan antara dua orang atau dua pihak tersebut yang dinamakan perikatan.

Perjanjian itu menerbitkan suatu perikatan antara dua orang atau dua pihak yang membuatnya. Dalam bentuknya, perjanjian itu berupa suatu rangakaian perkataan yang mengandung janji-janji atau kesanggupan yang diucapkan atau ditulis.

Dengan demikian, hubungan antara perikatan dan perjanjian adalah bahwa perjanjian itu menerbitkan perikatan. Perjanjian adalah salah satu sumber perikatan, disamping sumber-sumber lainnya. Suatu perjanjian juga dinamakan persetujuan, karena dua pihak itu setuju untuk melakukan sesuatu. Dapat dikatakan bahwa dua perkataan (“Perjanjian” dan “Persetujuan”) itu adalah sama artinya. Perkataan “Kontrak” lebih sempit karena ditunjukkan kepada perjanjian atau persetujuan yang tertulis.

Syarat Sahnya Suatu Surat Perjanjian/Kontrak
(Dasar: Pasal 1320 Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata (Burgelijke Wetboek))
Untuk sahnya perjanjian-perjanjian diperlukan empat syarat:
1. Sepakat mereka yang mengikatkan dirinya;
2. Cakap untuk membuat suatu perjanjian;
3. Mengenai suatu hal tertentu;
4. Suatu sebab yang halal;

Pada syarat sahnya suatu Surat Perjanian/Kontrak di No. 1 dan 2 merupakan syarat subyektif yang apabila tidak terpenuhi maka suatu Perjanjian/Kontrak dapat dibatalkan dan syarat No. 3 dan 4 merupakan syarat obyektif yang apabila tidak terpenuhi maka suatu Perjanjian/Kontrak akan batal demi hukum.
