Essential requirements for the position

a.       At least a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.

b.      Strong financial background and experience in making financial reports and preparing budgets;

c.       Knowledge of the programme management and grants management is an asset;

d.      Ability to work well with people from various regions, cultures and context;

e.       Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English;

f.       Strong report writing and communication skills;

g.      Proficiency in the use of advanced Excel;

h.      Knowledge on PSAK 45 finance report for non profit is a plus but not required.

Recruitment Qualifications

1.      Minimum bachelor level qualification (S1) in political science, development studies, law, public administration, or other relevant fields.

2.      at least 3 (three) years working experiences in not for profit organizations and/or in the field of development assistance, with a minimum 3 (three) years experiences in the implementation, and in management of programs related to promoting integrity system and anti corruption, in supporting local governance, in supporting the process of procurement reform in local government, in advocating civil society, in promoting increased women’s political representation.

3.      Fluency in English with excellent verbal and drafting skills; (certified TOEFL Certificate and other supporting documents on english language proficiency should be enclosed together with application letter) and Bahasa Indonesia.

4.      Extensive experience in working or collaborating closely with the civil society organizations, women’s groups, provincial and municipal government, National Development Planning and Implementing Agency (Bappenas), Kempan, KPK, media, citizen’s groups, and the Governmental Ministries related to MDG issues.

5.      Experience in developing programs related to the empowerment and engagement of Civil Society in the policy making process.

6.      Experience in working and collaborating with civil society organizations and public international organizations would be a significant asset;

7.      Experience in conducting effective coordination and communication with Donor Agencies or other similar agencies;

8.      Well developed analytical and presentation skills;

9.      Good skill on the use of IS/IT;

10.  Team player, able to work respectfully and cooperatively with colleagues of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
