<p><strong>Og hva bedre enn å starte dagen med en fristelse, nemlig  en typisk English Fairy Cakes?</strong></p>
<p><strong>Disse Fairy Cakes er laget med en classic Cupcake oppskrift som er hentet fra den fantastiske nye boken til Leila Lindholm.</strong></p>
<p><strong><span id="more-30350" ></span>Leila Lindholm sendte  meg sin flotte cupcake bok  i posten like før jul,  men jeg har ikke hatt tid til å bake noe fra den før nå!</strong></p>

<li><strong>2 1/2 dl sukker</strong></li>
<li><strong>2 ts. vaniljesukker</strong></li>
<li><strong><span class="unit-converter-help"  title="3.53 ounces" >100 g</span> smør</strong></li>
<li><strong>1 dl melk</strong></li>
<li><strong>3 1/2 dl mel</strong></li>
<li><strong>1 ts. bakepulver</strong></li>
<li><strong>1 nype salt</strong></li>
<li><strong>skall og saften av 1 citron</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Sett ovnen på <span class="unit-converter-help"  title="347 degrees Fahrenheit" >175 C</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>I selve oppskriften bruker Leila melk, jeg valgte fløte..</strong></p>

<p><strong>Sett fram 3 egg , sukker og vaniljesukker,  eller vaniljepulver som jeg bruker.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Jeg bruker Organic Vanilla powder fra bourbon som er utrolig god og kraftig i smak!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Men vaniljesukker går helt greit også.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Hell egg, sukker og vaniljesukker i mikserbollen og miks dette helt fluffy!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Bland mel, salt og bakepulver godt sammen, og ta det hele gjennom en sil et par ganger!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Bland smør med melk om det er veldig varmt,  eller så kan du helle det rett i røra sammen med sitron juice og sitronskall .</strong></p>

<p><strong>Jeg bruker idag disse sølv cupcake formene, som er veldig typisk å bruke i England når man lager Fairy cakes.</strong></p>
<p><strong>De kommer fra klaraform.se,  men du finner de også hos cacas.no eller hos kakeboksen.no</strong></p>

<p><strong>Ettersom jeg ikke vil at disse cupcakes skal bli så store,  så fyller jeg formene bare 1/2-fulle ( istedet for 3/4-fulle som er vanlig) Da blir de flate og fine på toppen.</strong></p>

<li><strong><span class="unit-converter-help"  title="4.41 ounces" >125 g</span> vann</strong></li>
<li><strong>2 ss marengspulver</strong></li>
<li><strong>1/2 ts. cream of tartar</strong></li>
<li><strong>saften av 1-2 sitroner</strong></li>
<li><strong>konditorifarge</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Sett fram alle ingredienser.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Cirka 1 ss på hver cupcake. Hell det på midten og la det flyter  fint utover..</strong></p>
<p><strong>La det tørke noen  timer.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Marengspulver finner du hos kakeboken.no eller hos cacas.no</strong></p>
<p><strong>Du kan godt lage vanlig glasur av melis og sitron,  og tilsette litt konditorifarge.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Farge jeg brukte kommer fra americolor: turquoise &amp; fusia,  og den ene marsipanen beholdt jeg helt hvit!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Dagens fristelse er en glutenfri variant av cakepops,  perfekt for de som ikke tåler mel.</strong></p>
<p><strong>De er nok mine favoritt Cakepops. Smaken bare helt fantastisk,  mer som en konfekt enn en kake syns jeg selv da!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Mandel &amp; hasselnøtt bunn:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>6 eggehviter</strong></li>
<li><strong>2 ss sitronjuice</strong></li>
<li><strong><span class="unit-converter-help"  title="10.58 ounces" >300 g</span> melis</strong></li>
<li><strong> 1 ss vaniljeekstract, ev. 2 ts vaniljesukker</strong></li>
<li><strong><span class="unit-converter-help"  title="13.23 ounces" >375 g</span> blanding av mandler og hasselnøtter</strong></li>
<li><strong><span class="unit-converter-help"  title="3.53 ounces" >100 g</span> mørke sjokoladeknapper eller sjokoladebiter</strong></li>
<li><strong>3 ss. sterk kaffe</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Forvarm stekeovnen til 175 ˚C.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Pisk eggehviter tilsatt sitronjuicen. Tilsett melis, litt etter litt, til det blir seigt og blankt.</strong></p>

<p><strong> Fortsett å piske&#8230;. Jo mer du blander, desto mer «fluffy» blir det.</strong></p>

<p><strong> Tilsett vaniljeekstract. Røres til det blir hvitt og «fluffy» marengs.</strong></p>

<p><strong> Rør litt med slikkepotten,  og tilsett mandler og nøtter under tiden du rører.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Lag sterk kaffe:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>3 ss instant espresso kaffe</strong></li>
<li><strong>1 ss sterk kaffe</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bland dette godt sammen og la det avkjøles.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Tilsett den avkjølte kaffe blandingen i røra.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Videre blander du i sjokolade knappene..</strong></p>

<p><strong>Smør eller kle en langpanne, 25–<span class="unit-converter-help"  title="13.78 inches" >35 cm</span>. Fordel røren i pannen. Stekes i 30 minutter på midterste rille.</strong></p>

<p><strong> La kaken hvile og bli kald.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Smuldre kakerester eller kaken som du ser øverst.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Varm sjokolade i mikron. Mengden bestemmer du selv da det kommer an på hvor mye kakerester du har!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Bland kakesmulene med sjokolade. Trill små boller av deigen. Sett bollene i fryseren i 30 minutter.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Smelt litt mørk sjokolade i mikroen, ca. 1 minutt.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Dypp disse sjokolade bollene med en gaffel ned i sjokoladen.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Du kan også ta en pinne, stikke den i bollen,  og dyppe den ned i sjokoladen.</strong></p>

<li><strong><span class="unit-converter-help"  title="1.41 ounces" >40 g</span> smør</strong></li>
<li><strong>2 egg</strong></li>
<li><strong><span class="unit-converter-help"  title="5.29 ounces" >150 g</span> sukker</strong></li>
<li><strong>1 ts. vanilla extract</strong></li>
<li><strong><span class="unit-converter-help"  title="1.23 ounces" >35 g</span> mel</strong></li>
<li><strong>¼ ts. bakepulver</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ta fram alle ingredienser som du trenger til å lage disse supergode kjeksene.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Legg <span class="unit-converter-help"  title="7.05 ounces" >200 g</span> sjokolade sammen med <span class="unit-converter-help"  title="1.41 ounces" >40 g</span> smør i en bolle og sett det over en kjele som du fyller med vann!</strong></p>
<p><strong>La sjokoladen smelte helt over vannbad!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Etter 15 minutter er eggedosisen fluffy og klar.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Vend melet forsiktig inn til å begynne med.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Sett nedtelling på 10 minutter, for denne røra skal nemlig stå i romstemp i 10 minutter slik at den blir litt fastere.</strong></p>

<p><strong>For å lage macarons trenger du mandel mel, m</strong><strong>en du kan også bytte det ut med hasselnøtter eller pistasje nøtter som du fin-maler, eller kjøper som ferdig.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Bruk 1 ekstra bakeplate som du har plassert under bakeplaten med macarons når du steker dem. Dette bidrar til at de ikke sprekker på toppen!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Sett fram alle ingredienser og fordel eggehvitene i 2 skåler</strong></p>

<p><strong>Ta fram mandelmel, melis og den ene skålen med eggehvite.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Bland mandelmel og siktet melis i en bolle og tilsett <span class="unit-converter-help"  title="2.12 ounces" >60 g</span>  av eggehviten.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Videre trenger du en kjele, en termometer, <span class="unit-converter-help"  title="5.29 ounces" >150 g</span> sukker og 1/2 dl med vann.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Bland sukker og vann til sukkerlake i en liten kjele og kok det opp.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Kok opp til temperaturen viser 118 ˚C – bruk termometer.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Visp opp sukker og halvparten av eggehviten til det skummer.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Bland sukkerlaken forsiktig inn i marengsrøren. Dette må gjøres fort, ellers stivner sukkerlaken i kjelen.</strong></p>

<p><strong>OBS : pass på at strålen  med sukkerlaken ikke treffer kanten på skålen eller vispen, for da får du nemlig biter med sukker i marengsen.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Rør inn marengsen.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Fyll en sprøytepose med stor, rund tipp med røren. Dekk en stekeplate med bakepapir. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Sprøyt ut topper på bakepapiret, omtrent på størrelse med en femkroning om du vil ha størrelse xl,  eller i en størrelse som en 1- krone om du vil ha små mini macarons.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Røren skal flyte litt ut. Hvis ikke kan du dunke stekeplaten litt i benken.</strong></p>
<p><strong>La dem hvile 30 minutter før du steker dem i ovnen.</strong></p>
<p><strong><span class="unit-converter-help"  title="320 degrees Fahrenheit" >160 C</span> cirka 12-15 minutter</strong></p>

<p><strong>Har du ikke &#8220;love&#8221; stempel kan du for eksempel lime på et hjerte med spis-bar lim.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Jeg fylte disse Macarons med fersk bringebær syltetøy:</strong></p>

<li><strong><span class="unit-converter-help"  title="3.53 ounces" >100 g</span> bringebær puree</strong></li>
<li><strong><span class="unit-converter-help"  title="3.53 ounces" >100 g</span> gelesukker med pektin eller bringebær gele pulver</strong></li>
<li><strong>1 dl glukose eller hvit sirup</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Varm det hele opp og la det bli helt kaldt før du legger det på en macaron.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Men første stopp idag blir hos Pascal. Jeg må bare ha en bringebær macarons og deres supergode kaffe latte, bare må, må, må&#8230;!</strong></p>
<p><strong><span id="more-25603" ></span>Idag er det tid for cupcakes igjen. Jeg får ikke nok av Cupcakes. Det er så utallige måter å lage dem på,  med unike smaker på hver og en med bare noen små endringer.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Disse cupcakes finner du også i boken &#8220;Love Manuela&#8221;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Dagens cupcake er Triple Vanilla cupcake &amp; chocolate ganache. Disse cupcakes er laget med vaniljepudding, frø fra en hel  vaniljestang,  og en ekstra eggeplomme for å få en tripple deluxe vaniljesmak.</strong></p>

<li><strong>1,5 ts. bakepulver</strong></li>

<li><strong>2-2,5 dl fløte</strong></li>

<p><strong>Begynn med å ta usaltet, mykt smør sammen med sukker i en mikserbolle.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Bland mel, bakepulver og frøene fra 1 vaniljestang i en skål.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Når alle eggene er tilsatte,  er det på tide å tilsette mel-blandingen, vaniljepudding pulver og fløten.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Du kan bruke &#8220;kremolett vanilje &#8221; som fins å kjøpe hos pals.no <span class="unit-converter-help"  title="2.2 pounds" >1 kilo</span> for 34,- kr som blir supergodt i disse cupcakes</strong></p>

<p><strong>Dagens fristelse blir da sprinkels Cake pops, en oppskrift du også finner i boken , &#8220;Love Manuela&#8221;.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Disse Cake pops er laget med vanlje cupcakes-rester og vaniljekrem. Deretter er de dyppet i mørk sjokolade og rullet i fargerik kakepynt.</strong></p>

<li><strong>1 ts. instant espresso kaffepulver</strong></li>
<li><strong>6 store eggeplommer</strong></li>

<p><strong>Til denne desserten kan du bruke vanlige dessert skåler, helst noen som er litt dype og høye.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Du kan bruke det du har hjemme. Om du har noe godteri igjen, som Mars, Bounty etc.., så er det bare å dele det  i små biter og bruke det også!</strong></p>

<li><strong>3 dl sukker</strong></li>
<li><strong>4 egg- romtemperert</strong></li>
<li><strong>5 dl hvetemel</strong></li>
<li><strong>3 ts bakepulver</strong></li>
<li><strong>3–4 dl kremfløte</strong></li>
<li><strong>2 ts vanilje ekstrakt eller -sukker, ev. vaniljestang for</strong><br/>
<strong>ekstra luksus</strong></li>
<li><strong>Almond paste filled </strong></li>
<li><strong>Tine sjokolade pudding , Tine vaniljekrem</strong></li>

<p><strong>Forvarm stekeovnen til 200 ˚C.</strong></p>

<li><strong>Det som er aller viktigst når du baker cupcakes er at du er super nøye med veiing av mel &amp; bakepulver</strong></li>
<li><strong>pluss at du er nøye med å sikte mel en del ganger.</strong></li>

<p><strong>Jeg bruker idag disse pastell-fargede  Cupcake formene som dessverre ikke ble så fine etter steking. Jeg tok derfor en ekstra cupcake form utenfor!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Av erfaring holder disse pastell-formene seg perfekt med white  cupcakes,  men med vanilje ble den flotte pastellfargen borte.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Jeg la disse cupcakes i disse brune formene med gull- motiv på. Det passer jo fint til nyttårsaften.</strong></p>
