&lt;em&gt;Sicuramente sapete come si realizza una crepes,  ma per coloro che sono alle prime armi consiglio di ungere con un tovagliolino di carta la padellina (non deve rimanere olio), farla scaldare bene e versare un mestolino piccolo di composto,&amp;nbsp;non appena&amp;nbsp;i bordi si sollevano dalla padella girare con la punta delle dita . Una volta raffreddate, vanno riempite con un cucchiaino di parmigiano e arrotolate.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;em&gt;Per quanto riguarda il brodo di gallina, prendere una pentola bella alta&amp;nbsp;riempirla d&#39;acqua, aggiungere la cipolla, la scorzetta di limone e un pò di sale&amp;nbsp; (non troppo perche la gallina e il parmigiano rendono la ricetta già saporita )&amp;nbsp;e cuocere a fuoco basso. Noterete la scarsità di spezie e aromi ma va fatto proprio cosi...fidatevi e provate!!
