A general question for you, i've had the windows 7 rc for some time now and now having bought a new laptop have managed to wangle a copy of win 7 ultimate 64 bit as well which im trying out, my question is, is it possible to shrink the windows 7 installation to fit on a dell mini inspiron 910. 8gb memory, 1 gb ram. I’m converted and convinced since several months already, and also came from the Windows Mobile side, using an HTC Touch (now sitting useless and broken in a cupboard).
The iPhone’s software install via the AppStore is amazing compared to the extremely difficult way of getting software on a Windows Mobile device. My HTC had required me to reinstall 6 times from scratch after hard re-initialisations…
