2020-09-05T20:07:00.002-07:00

Believe me or not there are different ways of writing privacy policy for site but "during site reviewing, Google AdSense have some specific ones they accept". Though, privacy policy is not the only thing that can guarantee a site approval, but it good to know that having "privacy policy" page on a site is also part of Google AdSense criteria for both "new" and "existing" publishers.
So are you in need of Google AdSense approval? If yes then you need this post more than anyone else, because today's article will cover most of the things you need to know about writing a Google AdSense privacy policy for site approval.
So, without taking much of your time i will love to discuss briefly "The definition of Privacy policy and why we need it on our blogs even if we are not going to apply for Google AdSense".

Definition of privacy policy

According to privacypolicytemplate.net : a privacy policy is a legal document that details how a website gathers, stores, shares, and sells data about its visitors. This data typically includes items such as a user's name, address, birthday, marital status, medical history, and consumer behavior. The specific contents of this document depend upon the laws in the legal jurisdiction in which your business operates.

Why we need privacy policy on our blogs

Privacy policy is a standalone page on a site which tells your blog readers most especially (first timers) visiting your blog for the very first time:

What you use information collected on your site for
How you safeguard those information
Reasons why you gather those information
Advertising networks being used on your site

This page is always positioned or installed on the (header or footer) part of every blogs for easy visibility.

Steps to write Google AdSense privacy policy page for site approval

You can choose to generate privacy policy online using free tools but according to Google AdSense your privacy policy should include the following:

1). What kind of information your collect on your site and what you use it for.

2). How you safeguard those informations.

3). Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website.

4). Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites.

5). Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings. (Alternatively, you can direct users to opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting.

6). Notify your site visitors of the third-party vendors and ad networks serving ads on your site.

7). Provide links to the appropriate vendor and ad network websites.

8). Inform your users that they may visit those websites to opt out of the use of cookies for personalized advertising (if the vendor or ad network offers this capability).

Episode 1
It all started immediately after i and my twin brother finish writing our west african examination council exam (WAEC) we have nothing doing except playing football, roaming around, and running of errands. My dad happens to be a proprietor and my mum was a cook working with hotel seventeen, they both came to an agreement to involve i and my twin brother in learning an handwork which will sustain us in future rather than staying idle or being together with those tout polluting the society.
So my parent called the both of us and discuss with us about "getting ourselves an handwork to learn" while waiting for the waec results. They gives us time to make our choice on which handwork to learn. Although my parent knows i love anything that as to do with "phones" and my twin brother love things about "laptops", but still they give us time to make it up to them.

Episode 2
After some days my parent called us to hear our responses. I said, i want to learn "mobile phone repair", i was surprised when my twin brother said he also wishes to learn "mobile phone repair" instead of "laptops repair", my Dad answered okay and took us to one of he's friend that knows how to repair phones and negotiate the price for learning.
The next day i and my brother started going to the shop to learn, though the first and second month was stressful because we had to stand and watch what the boss and other apprentice are doing then learn from it, atimes we run errands too.

Episode 3
Three month later i and my twin brother have started fixing some phones like button phones but not touch screen. My boss called on us and asked if we are learning from another person after closing from his shop, i answered "No" then he said, if that is the case "i and my twin brother are his first apprentices that grab things faster within a short period" of time and left.
Now the waec results is out, i and my twin brother couldn't check it because we are not sure of what we wrote, it was my Dad that later check it for us. To God be the glory i and my twin brother cleared all the papers, we were happy after receiving the news.

Episode 4
We continue learning and learning when my dad spoke to my boss concerning our freedom and rented a shop for us then buy all the necessary tools for us to start.
Afterward, i and my twin brother started repairing and gathering money to further our education. We saved a lot of money and took "jamb" examinations i scored 168 and my twin brother scored 171, we both applied for the same course, institution and polytechnic. Unfortunately i got admission in the polytechnic but he was not luck to secure any admission so he went ahead to purchase evening form and finally got admission but his course was changed to "math and statistics" he had no choice than to accept the offer.

Episode 5
We started attending lectures, i will go to school in the morning since it regular and come back to shop in the afternoon and he will be at the shop in the morning and go to school in the evening. That is how we manage running the business while in school.
We sponsored ourselves through repairing of phones business till we finish our studies and till now phone repair is still what we use in feeding ourselves and the family.

The end

Although, "education is said to be the best legacy a parent can give to his children" but involving your children in learning an handwork is also important, as this will help them learn the rudiments of business and develop them entrepreneurship mindset.

My handwork: is a true life story about i and my twin brother.

Simple steps to download and install a different template/theme on blogger

2020-07-24T13:00:00.000-07:00

After creating a new blog on blogger.com the next most important thing to do is "install a good looking custom template" that matches with your blog niche, although they are templates in blogger that you can select and use, but i recommend and prefer you use custom template than using templates that comes with blogger.

So, what is a custom template?

Custom templates are templates which are specially designed by third party companies like "Sora template" with the aim of selling it for a token to bloggers in exchange of their work done. It is also good to know that custom templates usually comes in two versions which is:
a). Premium version
b). Free version
In premium version you pay a little token before downloading the template, this version of template does not have "credits links on the template footer" and you have 100% access to their support team. While in free version you have no access to support team and they are credits links on the template footer. Check screenshot below for credits links footer example.

A custom templates gives your blog a unique and beautiful look if you install a nice template, on the other side it can also makes your blog look horrible if you install the ones that are not okay, so to install the correct one i suggest you "Preview" the template first before downloading it from the site. So how can we install a custom template on our blog? To install a different template/theme on blogger is very easy all you need to do is download the templates file first. for better templates i recommend you download your templates from either (sora themes, way2 theme or templateYard ), to visit their site all you have to do is search for the above given names from Google. E.g Sora themes template. Check screenshot below.

After searching, click on the site and browse out the one you want, then scroll down and click on *download now free version* button or click *premium button* if you want a premium version of the template and pay for it. Note: a file with .zip extension will be downloaded, now open the file and extract the files out to a separate folder with a zip file extractor tools. examples of a zip file extractor tools are:
a) winrar
b). Winzip
c). 7zip
After extracting, it time to upload it to your blog, before then make sure you have backup your template/themes or click here to learn how to do template backup.

1). Goto blogger.com
And select *theme* from the dashboard and click on *backup/restore* button.

2). click on *choose file* button from the page is displays for you and browse the folder you extract the downloaded template file.
3). Select the file that end with .xml and upload it.

2). Go back to blogger and select *theme* from the dashboard.
3). Click on *edit html* and delete all the codes in it.

How to start used phone business in Nigeria

2020-07-01T12:06:00.000-07:00

Selling of London used phones is profitable electronics and very lucrative telecommunication business one can start in Nigeria. There is a lot of money in selling of London used phones. Here are the reasons:
a). Humans, consider cellphones to be the most fastest means of communicating with people that are in far distances and not everybody can afford to buy a new phone, instead they go for London used phones.
b). The demands for it is very high in the market.

What is London used phones?

London used phones are fairly used phones, that are rebranded, tested, verified and much safer to buy than purchasing second hand phones, which may land you in serious problem. So why do people buy London used phones?

Reasons why people buy London used phones?

a). They are not expensive

b). It is tested and free from any fault

c). More safer than second hand phones.

What are the things you need to start this business

1). Better location
Before starting this business it will be of great advantage to find a better location, because wrong or bad location will definitely reduce the numbers of sales you will be making. So i suggest you get a place at a junction or a market place where people can easily locate you. And once you have secure a better location, you can go ahead and pay for it, by renting.

2). Furnishing materials

After paying the rental fees, the next important thing to do is to furnish the place with necessary resources. example of such resources are: flooring the ground with tiles, mounting of fluorescent bulbs, roofing etc. In general just make the place look nice and attractive.

3). Show-glass
Show-glass is also part of important things that should be in your shop, as this will help you in marketing aspects.
Show-glass is made up of transparent glass and aluminum, which are mostly constructed by furnitures. You can get one for yourself by ordering someone to construct it for you or go to the market and purchase it there.

Show-glass are use for marketing purpose. You can spread your London used phones inside it for people to see.

Where and how to purchase London uses phones

After paying and furnishing, it time to make a trip to phones Villa in Lagos State or phones village in Kano State. This two state's which i mentioned above are considered to be a market place where you can purchase London uses phones at a cheaper price in Nigeria. Or you can import them for overseas if you have connections.

When you got there, asked around for companies that sells London used phones in bulk from people you meet in the market place.
After you have being directed as per the description you received, now walk into the company and source for London use phones you intend buying.
Don't source for one manufactured products like "Tecno" alone, source for different manufactured products E.g "Tecno", "Gionee", "Samsung", "Nokia" etc. This are my reasons.

Mr A might have interest in "Tecno" phones while Mr B might not have interest in "Tecno" phones.

So it will be good to purchase randomly from different manufacturer companies. After sourcing, now bargain and negotiate with the company on the price.

Profits of Selling London used phones

Selling of London used phones is a profitable business that can yield more money for you if only you can go into it. Here is a rough sketch on how much you can make from selling one London used phone.
For instance, you purchase a London used phone at a cost of #2,000 naira from London used phones company as wholesaler. Do you know if you take the same phone to your shop you can sell the phone back to your customers at a cost of #4,000 --- #5,000 naira? I guess you don't know. That is just a rough sketch, but the amount of money you can make through selling of London used phones can be beyond imagination if only you are in a better location.

Facebook and WhatsApp: A tool for business

2020-06-24T22:54:00.000-07:00

In this 21st century, the emergence of information communications technology (ICT) is taking over almost every means by which we carry out our day to day activities. The social media, a computer-based technology, has now become an easy and common medium by which people communicate. It is of great pleasure to also know that business owners have been taking advantage of the social media to reach out to people all over the world.

So today i will focus on two commonly used social media sites (Facebook and WhatsApp) and how they could be used for business.

Facebook

It has been reported that Facebook is the largest social networking site in the world and the most widely used with 2.27 billion users as of January 2019. This is quite a large number of people that could be reached with promoting. How then can we go about it?

i). Posting:

Posting of your products materials on your timeline, a page, a group or as a personal message to individuals would be of help to reach others. You can likewise search for people in and outside your region, connect with them and reach out to them through posting.

ii). Live broadcast:

This is one of the intriguing features Facebook has. With this live broadcast you can run a live program whereby people can catch your current activities from any part of the world. All you have to do is install an updated Facebook app on your phone, click "what's on your mind?" either on your timeline or Facebook homepage, then click "Go live", write what the broadcast is all about and click "go live".
Once you start the live broadcast, it will automatically notify your friends presently online as at the time of the live broadcast so they might join you (you may need to enable 'Notify friends when live'). When you are through with the live broadcast, click on"finish" and save it on your timeline for future watch. Live broadcast may be used for marketing, promoting, advertising, etc.

iii). Post boosting and promotion:

Boosting a post may help you get more people to like, share and comment on the posts you create. Boosted posts are also a way to reach new people who are likely interested in your products but don't currently follow you on Facebook.
This would be an opportunity to reach the unreached where you can't afford flight bill.

Kindly note: posts boosting is only enabled on Facebook page account. It can be created with your Facebook personal account.

It is estimated to have about 1.5 billion users as of January 2019. WhatsApp enables users to create (group and broadcast list, send posts on one's status, etc). Ensure that groups created are not abused. You can do well to seek for people's permission before adding them to your group and immediately state the purpose and objective of the group. Broadcast list enables you to send a private message to multiple people who have your contact number saved on their phones at a go. Status is a platform where you can share your thoughts in any form which would be visible to people within 24 hours.

Conclusion

It is apparent that entrepreneurs and business owners may not be able to reach out to a hundred people during physical promoting in a location at a specific time. But with social media, one can reach out to millions of people that are interested in your products just at a sitting. I encourage entrepreneurs to create as many social media accounts as possible and use it for promoting their company products.

How to secure any job with this interview trick

2020-06-13T12:46:00.000-07:00

We all know that before you can secure a job in any organization of your choice, you have to attend the company interview first after submitting your application to them. I come to realize that, many people find it difficult to pass this stage when searching for a job. so i decided to come up with today's article so as to help those people achieve their goals on time.

What is interview?

Interview is a meeting of people face to face, especially for consultation.

It from the interview result the company will use in selecting people to employ.

If your performance is great you will definitely secure the job, and if your performance was bad your application will be turn down.

So in other to secure any job of your choice, i will urge you to please put the following into consideration.

Simple tricks you can use in securing any job of your choice when you are called for an interview

1). Dress in business casual attire

This refers to your appearance, the way you dress.
I have seen some organization giving employment to people that dress well. So always dress corporate whenever you are called for an interview.
For men:
Put on suit if possible and shocking with your belt. Don't wear jeans or a bathroom sleepers to an interview.

For women:
Put on suit if possible and also shocking with your belt. Don't wear skirt that is too short or too tight to an interview.

2). Always remember to go with your resume

Alot of people don't know what is the meaning of "resume". Resume is another name for C.V,

I remember an interview meeting i attended some years back, do you know many people did not secure the job just because the company asked them to submit their "resume".
All of them were holding a brown envelope which i Know it contains their C.V. Since they have no idea of what a "resume" his, they left without submitting it.

So don't get fooled by them.

3). Don't fight or quarrel anyone

I have come across an interview where the CEO or the boss of the organization act like an applicant just to watch people characters and behaviors. So if you are called for an interview, i will urge you to be friendly, jovial and not be rude to anyone around you.

4). Prepared yourself

They will definitely ask you questions. So before going for an interview please endeavor to make yourself grounded by reading or browsing out things that are related to your field.

5). Be at the venue as early as possible

Let take for example you are called for an interview. In which the time for the meeting was 8am, my take here is to be there before 7am. Because some organization use this to judge how serious you are about securing the job.

6). Make sure your phone is on at all time

Last but not least always remember to put your phone on when you forward your application to any organization, because company's don't usually called rather they send texts messages.

Playing the instrument is another business idea that gives attention to the society, and also increases the standard of living of most people around the world.

What are musical instruments?

A musical instrument is a device produced or adapted for the creation of musical sounds. Or a musical instruments are any sound-producing object which produce melodious sounds when played.
All musical instrument are the same in music, be it piano, guitar, trumpet, drum etc. The reason is this; musical instruments are all constructed to follow the same tonic-solfas which is "( do, re, mi, fa, soh, la, ti, doh)".

Tonic-solfas are what instrumentalists use to accompany a song, which means you can learn any musical instrument you want to learn and earn money through it.

But i will advice you to learn how to play the most valuable and important one's, Which is piano, guitar, drum and trumpet. Because learning how to play the ones that are not important will earn you little money.

To be honest, as an instrumentalist i do make a lot of money from playing the instrument. Instruments such as piano, guitar and drums are not so hard to learn. All that is required of you is your time, determination, self discipline and courage in other to learn them.
I remembered some years back when i started learning how to plays the piano newly, i must say, it looks so hard and complicated to me as at that time. but after going for rehearsals day in day out, i was able to master all the whole keys on the piano and plays the piano perfectly well. Then i realized that playing the instrument is as simple as ABC, all it requires is time and efforts.

Below are what i gain from playing the instruments and from this i earn a living:

(1). am a redeem member i plays the piano for my church, my church pays me #40,000 monthly. And if my church is hosting any programs or concert that involves inviting people, there will pay me nothing less than #2000 and also package something special for me after the program.

(2). i earn if am called for outside ministration. That is, if am invited by a church or by someone to plays the instrument, after the program they will pay me.

(3). i teach people that are interested in learning how to play the instrument and get paid for the teaching per month.

So therefore, if you are interested and want to earn money through playing the instrument i will urge you to take the below steps gradually.

Steps to become a good instrumentalist

1. Have your own instrument at home and practice with it always.

2. Get a lesson teacher: having a lesson teacher for yourself will be great because he will be tutoring you on what to do and what not to do.

3.Learn all the whole 12 keys majors and minors: if you really want to out shine among your fellow instrumentalists don't use the "transpose" button learn all the whole keys.

4. Always perfect a song before moving to another one: don't be in hast to leave a song you have not perfected.

5. Learn how to build your ear: build your ear so that it can easily recognizes falling and raising tune.

6. Be going for outside ministration: don't be a local champion expose yourself in other to learn new things.

7. Concentrate and never give up an instrument for another.

Conclusion

Instruments are living beings, it depends on how your emotions are before you perform. If you're sad don't play, because the instrument is going to be sad towards you. And if you're happy believe me, you're going to play excellently well.

Three easy ways to build backlinks to your website for free

2020-05-02T14:54:00.000-07:00

Backlinks as being in existence for long and it plays a crucial part in site ranking.

What is backlinks?

Backlinks is considered to be a voting system in which Search Engines used in ranking a website, the higher the numbers of quality backlinks, the more visible the site will be on search engines, but the issue is how can you convince someone to link to your blog? Many bloggers find this task difficult to accomplish, because people don't usually make references or link to a blog without a reason, unless if that person is your friend or someone you know. Else, it will be hard to ask for a link to your blog. It is also good to know that asking for links from a friend is basically wrong because Google and other search engines do not permit link exchange and purchasing of backlinks. Now i will explain briefly the types of backlink before explaining how to build backlinks to your blog.

Types of backlinks

They are two types of backlinks, which is dofollow and nofollow:

1). Dofollow backlinks: these type of links are beneficiary links that passes juice from a site to another site and can also help in boosting a site ranking, this types of links are mostly used by Google and other search engines to rank a site over another sites on the web.

2). Nofollow backlinks: are links that does not pass juice from a site to another site, but can help in driving traffics to a blog. Google search engine does not follow or use this types of links to rank a site over another, but some search engines respect and considered it as a ranking factor.

Easy way to build backlinks to your blog for free

1). The most important thing is your contents

Learn to write high quality contents that will solve peoples problems across the web.
My mentor usually said this to me that "before someone will be willing to include your blog URL in his posts, that means your blog is really satisfying and as meet up his expectations in one way or the other", so if someone have a link to your site, then is main objective is this:
☀️ He wants to provides relevant information to it's users.
☀️ He wants people to learn from you.

Do you know my blog that you are on it right now https://pauloyewole.com i did not buy or purchase backlinks for it, people i don't know makes references to my blog without instructing them. Honestly writing high quality contents is the best and easiest way to to earn free qualities backlinks to your blog.
Another way to earn quality backlinks through contents is by writing on a trending topics, that too can make people link to your site.

2). Engage yourself in a forum

Forum can help in building high qualities backlinks to your site for free. My reason is this; each time you answered or attend to solve people problems, you have the right to insert your blog URL to backup what you are saying, so try to engage yourself in a forum.
Note: when engaging yourself in a forum, please choose forum that is ranking high on search engines, because this will boost your blog visibility overtime. I have seen some blogs with just 30 backlinks and they are ranking high on search engines.

3). Through commenting on a posts

Dropping comments on a blog posts is another way of building free backlinks to your blog. I heard some bloggers saying comments backlinks are all nofollow and are bad for SEO. Oh yes it is bad when you are spamming a site with too many of comments, but not all are "Nofollow" links. It only turns to nofollow backlinks if the owner of the site decided to install or integrate "nofollow" plugins or robots tags in is blog code <head>.

Now that you have little understanding on how to build backlinks, it good to also know how to check number of backlinks pointing to your site.

How to check number of backlinks

You can check or count the number of backlinks pointing to your site for free through online backlinks checker. Examples of these backlinks checker are:

1). Moz backlinks checker

2). Href backlinks checker

3). silktide nibbler backlinks checker

4). Smallseotools backlinks checker

How does search engines and other ranking tools calculate backlinks?

It is also good to know how search engines and other ranking tools calculate number of backlinks. This is how backlinks is been calculated:

☀️ If your blog URL is mentioned once in a post, it is considered as one backlink on one domain.
☀️ If your blog URL is mentioned twice in a post, it is considered as two backlinks on one domain.

Conclusion

Althrough "backlinks" is said to be a ranking factor that helps in boosting a site on the web, but if it is not built from a reliable source it will definitely damage your site SEO instead of boosting it. So be careful and don't build backlinks from a low ranking site, adults site, sites that Google ban from illegal activities etc.

Goldmines on Farming business in Nigeria

2020-05-02T05:25:00.000-07:00

One area that students and youths are being encouraged to go into at the highest level of government in Nigeria is Agriculture and if you are not currently in the Agricultural sector either passively or actively, you are missing out.
Agriculture is wide, so let me give a quick breakdown of the value chain of Agriculture and let's see if any of it will interest you.

The value chain of Agriculture starts with farming, then to processing, packaging, logistics, marketing etc. Here are the opportunities that lies within each value chain.

Opportunities in farming business

Farming:

Do you know you can plant maize at its season and become an overnight millionaire? Do you know you can start as small as planting vegetables and exporting it to African stores abroad? Do you know rice has the highest profit turnover in Agriculture and it can be harvested within a maximum of 4 months after planting? I am sure you don't know how much exposure you will gain by rearing snails or pigs, or if you choose to do poultry or forestry. All these are money spinning businesses, but you have to be focused to choose one and do well in it. If you are enticed to practice 3 or 4 at a time, that is an official invite to failure.

Processing:

Farming is good but processing is better. The best thing a farmer does after farming is to sell off your produce to off takers. However you will be making triple gains if you look into the value addition of what you plant. For instance, i plant rice, maize and cassava as a young farmer but beyond planting, i process my rice into a packaged product so i have what i call premium Ofada Rice (100% stone free). The stone free is the value behind the rice. We are all familiar with people processing Cassava into garri but i moved ahead by adding a value. So i process my cassava into what i call Coconut garri, with students and working class as my target market.
So, we can see that farming is important but processing is much more important. All of these have their agronomy system so don't just jump at it without being mentored.

Marketing:

You might not have all it takes in terms of time, land, credit facilities etc. to practice farming but this value chain requires little from you. How does it work?

You can choose to market Agricultural produce, i.e. fresh from farm to table. For instance, am a distributor of Coconut Garri in Delta state and i sets a target of 200,000 students' buyers for myself every month out of over million population of Delta. If what i gets as profit on each product after logistics and other expenses is N3. That means i will be earning #600,000 monthly as a middleman between my product and the end users. You could be smart enough like me to divide your profit and employ more sellers working for you. N1 profit multiply by 2 million buyers as compared to N3 multiply by 200,000 buyers.
Marketing sector of Agriculture is somewhere you want to be if you really don't have the strength or zeal for core farming and processing.
But don't forget, you need someone to hold you by your hands if don't want to get your hands burnt.

Logistics:

70% of harvested product such as tomatoes never gets to the market due to logistic issues thereby leading to post harvest loses. Do you know what it means to provide means of transportation for Agricultural produce? If you can provide one bus for transportation, this could become 20 buses in a year if you are diligent enough in the sector.

Conclusion
Each of the above sector requires significant hand-holding and long-time nurturing. Success requires patience, continuous learning and continuous innovation and embracing new techniques.
Success in the sector cannot be achieved without significant investment in research, infrastructure development, grants, aids and continuous training.

Two important things to employ if you want to revive your business/company after covid-19 pandemic

2020-05-01T23:03:00.003-07:00

Due to covid-19 pandemic many small scale, medium scale and large scale businesses have suffered from what we called decrease in buying/purchasing rate.

This crises have made millions of companies close down. as of March 1, most companies began to experience this issues of not having enough people to patronize their goods and services as there usually do.
Before the government declared, total lockdown to prevent the spread of this deadly virus (covid-19).

Not companies alone, but also in every sectors including (church, mosque, schools etc.) Closed down.

I strongly believe that by the end of May or June when everything is settled, and we are asked to go back to our place of businesses. Do you know many companies/businesses will not be able to hold their stand after this? Oh yes that can be possible because most companies/businesses usually operate on a daily basis.
Imagine a company that have been lockdown for 2 months without any transactions, to your own opinion what will be the organization decision after there reopened?

☀️ First is either there reduced their working staffs or
☀️ reduced producing rate.

Which we all know that this two things mentioned above can leads to decrease in company standards.

So to avoid all this from happening i will urge us to please applied the below steps.

Two important things to employ if you want to revive your business/company after covid-19 pandemic

1). Immediately you reopened your business, call a board meeting and discussed this with your staffs that; due to covid-19 pandemic crises you will not be able to pay them in full and also you are not willing to terminate or sack anyone because of this.

After saying that make sure you as for their opinions on it. If there are okay with it then you can now go ahead and discuss with them on the amount your company is going to give them at the end of the month.

2). As for the producing rate, please don't reduce it just stick to the normal way you usually operate, if possible invest all the money you have at that point in time into the business. My reason for saying this; is because due to the lockdown and borders been shutdown, there will be scarcity of things in the market.

Imagine you're the only company in the country that is producing such goods, surely you will make more sales then ever.

So to revive your business/company on time please this two things are important to business growth.

What is custom robots header tag?

Custom robots header tags tells search engines such as (Google, bing, yandex etc) how you want your blog posts to be presented on the web.

Custom robots header tags also gives insight to search engines on which pages to indexed.

I can still remembered i face this challenge when i created my second blog. Could you believe i submitted my blog sitemap to Google search console for about 3 solid weeks, it was only 1 page Google have indexed so far from 5 posts i have on my blog.

So i was worried and i began to wonder why is it like that, because my first blog posts started appearing on google search engine 2 days after submitting the sitemap to Google search console.

I was left with no clue to fixed it, but something within me, tells me to compare the both "settings" with each other. Which i did. it from there i discovered that i set up custom robots header tags for the first blog, which i did not set for the second blog.

So am convinced to tell you that it necessary to set up custom robots header tags for your blog.

How to set custom robots header tags on blogger

1). Goto blogger.com from the dashboard select *settings* and click on *search preferences*
2). Locate *custom robots header tags* and select *yes*

3). Under the "Homepage" thick *all* and *noodp*.
4). Under "Archive and search pages" thick *noindex*
5). Under "Default for posts and pages" thick *all* and save the settings.

Note: the reason why we thick *noindex* under "Archive and search pages" is because, we did not want our blog contents to be saved on search engine drive folder after it as been displays to the users across the internet.
Don't thick it because if you do, everything about crawling your blog will became slow.
