As I’ve been advancing in the one-of-a-kind Success Mastery Course training that I get access to as a Global Information Network member, I have started to notice huge differences between the training that I’m getting access to and everything else that I have seen out there on the same topic.

I’m no “newb” to personal development. At last count I have spent well over $56k on over 1,000 personal development books, courses, seminars and trainings over the past 16 years. That is prior to joining the Global Information Network.

In all that time, I have never seen anything that matches the quality of training that I get access to as a GIN member.

Over the past few months, however, I’ve had some “discussions” with people who are also in the Personal Development space who have been debating with me whether or not the GIN training is “that good”, or whether it’s worth the price etc.

All of these people have never listened to any training put out by GIN, but they claim to “know” that it’s nothing new. Their opinion is that all the training in GIN is all the same stuff you can get anywhere else, on the Internet etc.

These people simply “Don’t Know What They Don’t Know”. They have NO CLUE what kind of training we get access to as GIN members, but somehow they claim to “KNOW” for sure, that it can’t be that good.

Meanwhile, with a rare exception in a few cases, their lives are a complete train-wreck.

The are unhappy, usually financially broke or going through huge turmoils, emotionally bankrupt and overall just tired and miserable.

At the same time though, they are completely ADDICTED to either ONE or MULTIPLE personal development “Gurus” and the theories that they present.

They want to debate theories with me, as to what sounds good to them, and what makes logical sense. When they ask me what GIN teaches and I give them a few simple examples, they argue that there is no way that those teachings could be true.

Their “proof” that the GIN teachings are false, is something they read in some book somewhere, or their own logical mind telling them “It can’t be that way.”

Most of these people have no clue that they are riddled with failure habits. The biggest one of them all being the “Oh I already *know* that” habit.

For example, they say “Oh, I already know all about the Law of Attraction and how to use it.”

REALLY? IS THAT SO?

If that’s the case, then WHY ARE YOU BROKE? Why is your life in shambles?!

The truth is that they have NO CLUE about the Law of Attraction. Yes, they may know ABOUT the Law of Attraction, and they might know a lot of theories on the subject, but they don’t *know* the Law of Attraction.

Shit, I’ve been studying the Law of Attraction for 11 years. I’ve manifested everything from a plum pudding to a $400k boost in my income in one year using it. I’ve even written and published a book on the Law of Attraction.

Yet, even after all that, I still realize every day that what I know about the Law of Attraction is NOTHING. I’ve barely scratched the surface of understanding how it works and how to make it work in my life.

However, by being TEACHABLE I’m now learning some amazing things about how to manifest amazing things in my life. I don’t presume to make idiotic statements like “Oh I already *know* everything about the law of attraction.”

The Ultimate Test

The ultimate test for being a student of personal development is simply this… CAN YOU PRODUCE THE RESULTS YOU WANT?

If not, then you don’t know shit… KEEP LEARNING!

Do the THEORIES that you are learning about in the books that you are reading actually PRODUCE RESULTS in your life? If not, then they are crap!

It doesn’t matter how nice the theories sound. It doesn’t matter how LOGICAL they sound, or how “EVERYONE” agrees with you… if the THEORY doesn’t produce results, then it’s crap. Either the theory is wrong, or you’re missing something, or you’re doing something wrong. Either way, you’ve got to keep looking, and keep staying coachable in the process.

For example, I remember once reading somewhere that THE ONLY way to “unlock” your intuitive/psychic abilities is to stop eating meat for at least 30 days.

I read this really interesting theory about how the energy of the animals that you are eating, when you eat meat, is preventing you from opening up your intuitive abilities and anyone who goes vegetarian for even just 30 days would experience a massive boost in their intuitive abilities.

So I tried it out. For 30 days (actually longer) I didn’t eat any meat products at all. So what happened then? Did my intuitive abilities improve? Nope. No difference. None at all.

I went back to eating meat and found other ways to improve my intuitive abilities that actually worked. It was an interesting theory, but for me it didn’t produce ANY RESULTS so I just dropped it.

That’s the ultimate test.

This is exactly why I *love* the training that the Global Information Network produces. Everyone I share it with starts to produce tangible results in their lives, as if by magic.

One friend of mine who I shared the “Your Wish is Your Command” set with has already experienced huge differences in her personal life, in her husband’s life and in their businesses. (Read her testimonial here)

I had a conversation with another friend of mine just this past Friday. She just became a GIN member very recently, and last Friday we were having a conversation on the phone, during which she decided to put some energy and focus on trying to manifest some extra money using the GIN teachings. This morning she called me, excited because she had already manifested $4,000.

Another friend of mine wanted to manifest a new car because her old one was completely falling apart. This weekend she just got a new car.

Another friend of mine wanted to manifest a new job as the one he had he didn’t like. He is a pilot and wanted to get into float plane flying, and just this past week he manifested a new job where he will have the opportunity to fly float planes.

I have DOZENS and DOZENS and DOZENS of real-life testimonials from regular people who I introduced to the “Your Wish is Your Command” training as well as the Global Information Network, and all of them have been manifesting REAL TANGIBLE RESULTS in their lives.

A lot of these people have already heard about the Law of Attraction. They have read books on it. They studied with various “gurus” but their results were CRAP. At best they were able to manifest a few things here and there sporadically, but now they are manifesting amazing things all the time.

Ask yourself… Are the THEORIES that you have been taught in the world of Personal Development actually PRODUCING RESULTS for you in your life?

Are they?

Or are they just theories that sound good, and “make sense” and everyone around you agrees with them, but they don’t produce results???

RESULTS. That is the only test that matters.

Are you getting the results you want in your life, RIGHT NOW?

There is a simple and very effective way to develop your confidence in achieving goals.

It’s a simple concept, but it goes against what you’ll typically hear from other “gurus” out there when it comes to setting and achieving goals.

Typically when setting goals, we are taught to think big and set big goals.

For example, let’s say that you started a new part-time business and you’re sitting down to get clear on your goals.

Let’s say that you currently have zero clients and you decide to set a goal to get ten new clients this month.

Let’s assume that getting ten new clients is a fairly large undertaking and really you would be pretty impressed with yourself if you got just five or even three new clients this month, but you set a goal of ten to stretch yourself.

This is usually what most “gurus” will teach you. They will say that if you think you can get 3-5 new clients this month, it’s better to go for 10 and maybe you’ll end up getting 6 or 8 but that will still be better than going for 3-5.

I used to think this way as well.

However, with my new GIN training I have come to realize that it is much more effective to set goals that make it easy to win.

For example, if I believe that I can get 3-5 new customers in my new business this month, what I would do is set a goal to get just ONE.

Yes, I realize this goes against what most “gurus” out there teach – since they all recommend setting large goals and targets, but that is NOT the most effective method to use.

It is actually much better to set an easily attainable goal of simply just getting just ONE new customer in your business, and NOT putting a deadline on it at all.

If it takes you a month, or a year, or 5 minutes to get that first customer, it doesn’t matter.

Your first goal is simply to just get ONE customer.

If you are starting a new Blog, your goal could be simply to just write ONE blog post, or to get ONE comment, etc.

See, if you set a goal to get just ONE new customer, once you get that customer you have now achieved ONE goal. When you do this, your confidence will go up. When you confidence goes up, it makes it easier for you to achieve your next goal.

Once you achieve your goal of getting just ONE customer, you set a goal to just get ONE MORE. That’s it. Your goal is NOT to get 10 or 5 or even 3 more customers. It’s simply to just get ONE MORE.

Once you get ONE MORE, you have now achieved 2 goals in a row. Your confidence will go up, and it will make it easier for you to achieve your next goal.

By doing this, on your path towards getting those 10 new customers, you will be “Winning” ten times in a row.

You will win/achieve your goal of getting the 1st customer – and your confidence will go up.

You will win/achieve your goal of getting the 2nd customer – and your confidence will go up.

You will win/achieve your goal of getting the 3rd customer – and your confidence will go up.

You will win/achieve your goal of getting the 4th customer – and your confidence will go up.

etc.

By the time you get your 10th customer, your confidence will be WAY higher than if you simply set a goal to get 10 customers in the first place.

Secondly, if you DID set your goal of getting 10 customers and set a deadline for the end of the month, and then you ended up only getting 8 customers at the end of the month it may seem like that is a better situation to be in as compared to choosing a lower goal, but it is not.

The reason for this is that if you set a goal to get 10 customers, and you only get 8, your subconscious mind will LOWER you self-confidence automatically.

You are better off setting a goal to get 1 customer, and then 1 more , and then one more, and ending the month with only 3 new customers, than setting a goal of getting 10 customers and getting 8.

Eight new customers may seem like a better situation to be in than just three new customers, but the difference is in what happens the following month.

By setting the goal/bar too high and then not achieving your goal, your confidence WILL go down, and it becomes increasingly more and more difficult to keep achieving goals.

Instead it is infinitely more beneficial to set small, easily achievable goals and then blast through them.

I’ve been following this advice since becoming a member of the Global Information Network and it’s been really helping me out.

After almost 5 months of being inside the private club – the Global Information Network (GIN) – I have had a few of my friends asking me what exactly do they teach inside GIN that we can’t find outside of GIN.

Meaning, many of my friends are fairly well read and much like myself, have been into personal development for over a decade, so they wonder what “secret” information could possibly be taught inside GIN that they aren’t getting outside of GIN simply by going to a book store and/or researching a topic online.

Although, as a member I am legally bound not to reveal the insider secrets taught inside GIN publicly on my Blog, I can explain how the experience of being a GIN member myself has changed my life and also more specifically cover the topic of GIN vs the typical Personal Development path most of us take.

My Former Personal Development Path

Prior to becoming a GIN member, my former theory on personal development was pretty straight forward.

If I was interested in a specific topic – like nutrition, wealth building, salesmanship, or whatever my interest may be, I would do the following:

Research the topic/interest online, reading Blogs, articles, watching videos and anything I could find online for free.

If I couldn’t find enough information online, I would either purchase books, or videos, or courses, or attend seminars on the topic.

I would then take all the opinions and research I found and pick out the parts that made sense to me.

I would discard or ignore the parts that didn’t make sense to me.

I would then attempt to “synthesize” the information in a way that made sense to me.

I would then attempt to apply my newly “synthesized” information.

This is typically the path that most people take.

We seek information, pick out the parts that make sense to us, and try to apply them in our lives in hopes of producing results.

My Results With This Path

I applied this way of thinking for over 15 years and produced SOME results.

In comparison to most other people I know who don’t pursue ANY personal development path at all, I definitely have excelled and produced much better results than those people.

In the area of my personal finances for example, I’ve been a six-figure earner for many years now even though I don’t hold any formal post-secondary education. And I’ve been able to accomplish this by working from home, doing what I love – which is not something many people have been able to accomplish for themselves.

So, in this way I would say that my personal development path over the past 15 years has definitely produced a lot of positive results for me.

However, I now also realize that it has severely held me back as well.

Meaning, in comparison to people who work full time jobs, doing something they hate and only make $40k-$50k/year, the results I achieved are better.

However, in comparison to what my true potential is, my results might be dismal.

What if I could have been making $100 million a year by now if I followed a different personal development path? In comparison to that, my 6-figure income is nothing to be proud of.

This brings me to one of the very first things I learned in GIN.

Express Your True Potential

By being a part of the Global Information Network, I get to surround myself with people who are all into personal development, success, and living their lives to their full potential.

In an environment like this, it becomes infinitely more fun and enjoyable to explore the limits of your own potential.

Instead of comparing yourself to the “average” person – who lives their lives far below their true potential – you get inspired by other people who are expressing more of their own unique personal potential and that inspires you to push yourself to expand yours as well.

Instead of constantly being surrounded by people who are dream stealers, and negatrons and who will live their entire lives in a state of “excusitis”, you get to surround yourself with people who are just like you, who have dreams, who want to accomplish more, and who are willing to change the things in their lives that need changing to live their lives to their full potential.

Instead of being surrounded by people who are constantly questioning and doubting your ability to achieve your dreams, you get around people who are there to help you and support you in achieving your dreams because they know that by helping you achieve your dreams, they are helping themselves reach their dreams.

This brings me to the second most important thing I learned in GIN.

Challenge Your Own Beliefs

This is a huge point.

Once I became a GIN member I realized a huge flaw in my former Personal Development path.

That flaw was simply this.

The traditional Personal Development path that most people take, keeps them LOCKED INTO their existing belief systems – regardless whether those beliefs are useful / true or not.

Let me explain what I mean by that.

Let’s say that 15 years ago I read a personal development book on goal setting which stated that “A goal without a specific deadline is not a goal.”

Now, let’s say that I personally had no actual experience in setting goals with or without deadlines, so I just took the author’s word that what he said was correct because it sounded logical.

Now, let’s say that over the next 15 years I also came across 50 books which also stated the same thing – that “A goal without a specific deadline is not a goal.”

So, because I have seen this same belief statement expressed in 50 different books, over 15 years, I automatically assume that it must be true (mostly unconsciously).

However, what if it is NOT true?

What if setting goals with deadlines, is the absolute worst thing you could do?

We might think that if that was so, then I would have seen “proof” that this is so before, right?

Wrong.

See, once we form a belief, we end up attracting supporting “evidence” that our beliefs are correct.

We filter out anything and everything that doesn’t “fit the formula”.

For example, there might have been 50 other books I also read which didn’t say ANYTHING about setting a deadline when creating a goal, but my mind conveniently just filtered that out.

Or maybe there weren’t any books that I read which stated the opposite. Maybe every single book out there which you can buy in a book store and every single seminar you can take on Goal Setting says that you must set deadlines when setting goals otherwise they are not proper goals.

But what if they are wrong?

Just because 10 or 50 or 500 books out there all say something is true, doesn’t make it true.

What if there are just as many books out there with “proof” that putting deadlines on goals is the exact WRONG thing to do, but what if you simply didn’t read those books because they didn’t RESONATE with you when you went to the store?

This is a very important point.

You see, most of us in the personal development field – we read books and we start to believe a specific set of beliefs. And then, we go out there and we are drawn to MORE information which MATCHES those beliefs.

We then read more information which MATCHES our existing beliefs, and that information then RE-INFORCES our existing beliefs even more.

Pretty soon we convince ourselves that the information we are believing IS TRUE.

But what if it isn’t?

Which leads me to the next thing I learned…

Mish Mash Soup Doesn’t Work

Another thing that most of us do, is that we go out and read a mish mash of information on a specific topic and we pick out the parts that we like and ignore the parts that we don’t like.

I experienced this first hand when working with many of my Blog Mastermind students.

I would put together a very SPECIFIC, step-by-step formula for how to do something – such as for example how to install a WordPress Blog or how to build links etc.

Then, I would get students claiming that the formula didn’t work for them.

I would then investigate and realize that they didn’t follow the steps as instructed.

They would then say that they followed the steps that made sense to them.

THAT DOESN’T WORK!

If I told you that in order to boil water you have to pour water in a pot, then put the pot on the stove, turn on the stove and wait for it to reach 100 degrees Celsius, then THAT is the formula for boiling water I’m giving you.

You can’t just pick out the parts that you like and skip the parts you don’t like, and expect the formula to produce results.

For example, you can’t put water in a pot, put it on the stove and then NOT turn the stove on and then just sit there waiting for the water to boil.

That won’t work.

You either follow the formula in it’s entirety or you don’t. If you don’t, then you probably won’t experience the results you wanted.

This is the challenge that most people who are into personal development run into. They read a bunch of books and then they try to pick out little pieces from each book that they like, and ignore the rest.

Even if the books or systems they learned ALL had perfect formulas (and most don’t), it wouldn’t matter because none of these formulas will work if you’re not applying them properly in their entirety.

Why We Try Mish Mash Soup

Now, here’s the next important point to realize.

It is most likely NOT YOUR FAULT that you are trying mish mash soup.

You see, the majority of teachings out there on almost any topic are MISSING KEY COMPONENTS.

Book stores are full of books, written by authors who only give us 90% (or even just 1%) of the formula, leaving us to try to figure out the rest on our own.

This is one of the primary differences I found inside GIN. GIN is all about complete formulas, not half formulas or 95% formulas.

You are given specific steps and teachings to follow and there is no need to try to re-invent the wheel or to try to “synthesize” the best of hundreds of different teachings.

You want to learn how to set goals? You are taught ONE method for doing that. It is a proven, time-tested method. It is not theory. You don’t need to read 400 different books on 400 different goal setting theories.

This leads me to the next big difference I found as a GIN member…

Tiny Little Differences Make a HUGE Difference

The difference between someone barely scraping by to try to pay their bills each month, and someone who makes $100 million dollars and lives the life of their dreams is 0.5% or less.

Their thinking is just a LITTLE tiny bit different.

The way they act is just a LITTLE tiny bit different.

The ILLUSION is that ultra successful people are MASSIVELY different from us. This is not true.

I learned and applied just a few TINY LITTLE things as a GIN member and my income went up by more than 34% in less than 60 days.

This is the hidden little secret that the Ultra Wealthy Elite class don’t want us to know. They want us to think that they are special and totally different from us.

They are not.

It’s a 0.5% difference in thinking and acting and being… if that.

It’s so small, 99.9999% of people will never know what’s different.

You are already THINKING and DOING 99.5% of everything you need to think in order to live the life of your dreams. But that 0.5% is holding you back.

Meanwhile, instead of realizing and changing that 0.5% that matters, you are chasing your tail in an eternal rat-race of trying to do MORE of the 99.5% that doesn’t matter.

The Tiny Little Difference is Hidden

The Tiny Little 0.5% difference that the ultra wealthy apply, which the average person doesn’t, is purposely hidden from the average person.

The biggest weapon that the ultra wealthy utilize to hide these little tiny details is through a simple, four word sentence that every single average/poor person constantly thinks to themselves.

These four simple words are the KISS OF DEATH to your dreams. If you hear yourself THINKING or SAYING these words, it is a sign that you are being held back from your true potential.

The four words are:

“I already know that.”

That’s it. Those are the four words that hold you back from your dreams.

As an example, I shared Kevin Trudeau’s amazing program “Your Wish is Your Command” with a bunch of people.

After listening to the program, I asked them “What did you think?”, and most people who listened to the program said this:

“It was good, but I already knew all that stuff.”

Kiss of death, right there they destroyed their dreams by believing that, without even realizing it.

I asked them “Oh really? So are you doing XYZ which Kevin Trudeau talked about on CD7?” and they would say “Well, no, but I already know all about that.”

And I would say “Oh OK. So then are you doing XYZ which KT talked about on CD3?” and they would say “Yeah, but I prefer to do it my own way.”

See, that is EXACTLY why they are NOT producing the results they want. Because they are unconsciously IGNORING or CHANGING the exact 0.5% of the formula that they’ve been missing.

It’s kind of like if you were working for the bomb squad, and you only followed 99.5% of the instructions on how to disarm the bomb. Red wire? Green wire? Does it really matter?

Or if you were doing brain surgery and you only followed 99.5% of the instructions on how to do it properly.

That’s It

As a GIN member I have come to realize that previously I was already doing 99.5% of everything right.

I’ve already been doing all these things correctly, but not experiencing all the results I thought I would.

It’s not that I was doing the 99.5% wrong, or that I wasn’t doing “enough”, it’s that I was missing those 0.5% distinctions that make ALL the difference.

All the books you find in book stores teach the 99.5% that everyone knows.

For me, GIN has been teaching me the 0.5% that nobody teaches publicly.

I hope that kind of explains what GIN is about. It’s not about revealing secrets that are COMPLETELY different than anything else you see anywhere else.

It’s about revealing the 0.5% that nobody else teaches in a very specific way.

As many of you know, I’ve recently become involved in several network marketing companies in the last few months.

I became a member of the Global Information Network (GIN) last year in November, and then also ended up enrolling as a distributor for a company called Lifewave and most recently for Isagenix.

I love the products that all three of these companies produce.

They are synergistic products that work very well together.

GIN is a private success club which provides it’s members with the training, connections and systems required to build wealth in every area of your life.

Lifewave products work at the energetic level, helping to balance and heal the energy body.

Isagenix products work with the physical body to provide it with the nutrients and cleansing required to keep the body in top shape.

As a polymath/scanner type personality, my original idea was to build a business/income around all of these companies – since I like all of them.

However, after about 4 months of trying this process out I have come to the realization that trying to actively focus on more than one network marketing business at the same time is NOT a smart move.

As tempting as it can be to try to build multiple network marketing businesses like this out at the same time, it simply isn’t possible to be effective when your efforts and energy are split in multiple directions.

While my organizations in these three companies were small, it wasn’t too difficult for a scanner like myself to keep track of 3 network marketing businesses at the same time.

However, after a while, I realized that I wasn’t being effective in any one of them to my fullest potential.

The Physical Limitation

The first and most obvious limitation I ran into was the physical limitation of being in two places at the same time.

For example, there are certain conference calls that happen in each of these three companies and often times they happen on the same days and at the same times.

There are certain weekend events that overlap as well.

After a while I realized that there is just no way that I could fully engage in all three or even two of these companies. There are just too many schedule conflicts to resolve.

The Multi-System Limitation

Another limitation of trying to build multiple network marketing companies at the same time is trying to run multiple systems at the same time.

The more successful you become in any one company, the harder it becomes to follow multiple systems at the same time.

Also, running multiple systems at the same time leads to a lot of confusion and wasted energy.

The Conflicting Beliefs Limitation

Another flaw in trying to build multiple network marketing companies at the same time is that most companies have different beliefs around their businesses.

For example, one network marketing company might believe wholeheartedly in the belief that “You should never lead with the business opportunity. Always lead with the product first, and business opportunity second…” while another one might believe the exact opposite.

Another example might be that one company might be very focused on having a duplicable system to follow, while another company might be more liberal in allowing each distributor to do things their own way.

After a while you begin to realize that there are just too many different – and often conflicting beliefs – that you start hearing from your sponsors, their uplines and the higher level trainers in each company.

You end up trying to evaluate a heap-mix of different beliefs which just results in a lot of confusion.

But I Like the Products!

From day one my GIN training has been telling me to focus my efforts on just one network marketing company – whether that be GIN or something else.

One of the main reasons I’ve been resistant to accepting this has been the fact that I like the products of all these different companies!

I like the products that Lifewave produces and Isagenix and GIN. So my internal conflict was that I didn’t want to just pick any one of them, as I love them all!

However, I have now come to realize that there is a big difference between using and even sharing the products that a company produces with your friends and family, and actively focusing on building a business within an organization.

There is absolutely no reason why you can’t use and share the products of multiple network marketing companies with your friends and family at the same time.

If you come across a great product that you like which is sold by a network marketing company, and it makes financial sense to purchase the products as a distributor to get a discounted price, then go for it. There’s no reason you can’t use multiple products from different companies at the same time – especially if they have a synergistic effect on your life.

You may in fact make some part time income just by sharing these products with some friends and family members when they ask about them. Recommending a great product you found to friends and family is no different than recommending a great movie you just saw.

(By the way John Carter was a great movie I just saw. )

However, to build a real network marketing business requires an active focus on one company, one system, and one belief structure for a sustained period of time (usually at least 1-5 years).

Anything else becomes a distraction and hurts your progress.

So this is what I’ve decided to do. To actively focus on just one network marketing business at a time.

Choosing My Focus

Once I made the decision to choose just one network marketing company to actively focus on and to commit my energy to, I had to figure out which one of the three companies it would be.

Making the decision didn’t take me very long as the opportunity within the Global Information Network definitely stands out in my mind as far greater than anything else out there.

For one, GIN is completely aligned with my spiritual beliefs and my beliefs around the Law of Attraction and Intention Manifestation.

Although Lifewave and Isagenix are also great companies that have distributors who are into personal development, the personal development training in GIN is unparallelled anywhere else.

You simply can’t find personal development training like the one that’s inside GIN anywhere else. Period.

Secondly, the proven business “system” that’s built into GIN and the improvements they are constantly making is also unmatched by any other company.

Thirdly, the fact that GIN is a worldwide organization is another huge benefit. I’ve already had multiple people contact me about wanting to join the Isagenix opportunity – for example – from countries where Isagenix does not distribute to, so I had to turn them away, which sucks.

Of course Lifewave and Isagenix have their own unique benefits as well, and they are both great organizations ran by great people, but GIN’s vision is just way more aligned with my spiritual and business beliefs. That is one of the primary reasons I’ve chosen to actively focus on growing that business.

Another reason why I’ve chosen GIN as my active focus is because I’ve seen the plans that GIN has for the future. Some of the stuff they are planning to do is going to be awesome. It’s a cause I can definitely get behind and I would love to help them make it a reality.

Once again I’ll point out that I am still a distributor and a huge fan of the Lifewave and Isagenix product lines. I think they’re great and I’ll continue using them – probably for life!

Results So Far

I’ve only really made the decision to focus on GIN about two weeks ago, but already I’ve seen some major improvements.

I’ve become more focused, and more effective with less effort.

The results I’ve started to produce have also been rather miraculous compared to what I was producing when I wasn’t focused.

For example, when I wasn’t focused on GIN exclusively, in the month of January and February combined, I signed up just one GIN member in that two-month period of time.

Since putting my active focus on GIN, I’ve already signed up two GIN members in the first two weeks of March and have at least 2 others who are seriously interested.

Besides producing better results myself, I have also found it much easier to connect with the people I have sponsored in my GIN business and to devote more of my energy in helping them succeed as well.

And finally, probably the best and most exciting benefit of this focus has been that I have been enjoying myself and having fun with this business a lot more now that I’m only focusing on building one network.

If you are a scanner or polymath type personality like me and you’ve been “trying out” multiple network marketing companies to see what you like best, I highly recommend choosing one and actively focusing on it instead of spreading your energies across multiple opportunities.

There is nothing wrong with being a distributor in multiple network marketing companies if you love their products, but stick with actively building just one at a time.

You’ll get much better results.

Today marks the end of my first 9 Day Isagenix cleanse.

So far I have lost 8.0 lbs.

I’m super excited about this, considering how much flexibility I’ve had over the last 9 days to still eat whatever I wanted for dinner on my shake days.

My Review of Isagenix After 9 Days

It has only been 9 days since I started my Isagenix lifestyle but I can already see how Isagenix is going to fit much more easily within my busy lifestyle.

As many of you know, I have tried many different types of diets in the past but I haven’t been able to make any of them work long-term within my lifestyle.

For me, the difference with Isagenix is that it is not a diet – it is a different eating lifestyle.

At the most basic level, the way I see it there are 4 different basic components to the Isagenix lifestyle:

(1) Meal Replacement Days – On meal replacement days, all you do is simply replace one or two of your meals (breakfast, lunch or dinner) with either an Isagenix meal replacement shake or an Isagenix meal replacement bar. For the other meals, you can either continue to eat whatever you have been eating in the past – or make healthier meal choices for optimal results.

(2) Cleanse Days – On cleanse days, instead of eating solid foods – you give your body / liver / digestive system a break and you do a liquid cleanse. This allows the body to cleanse the toxins and impurities we all have in our bodies which also helps the body to shed unwanted fat.

(3) Snacks – On meal replacement days, instead of snacking on potato chips, chocolate bars or other junk, you either eat healthier snacks like raw almonds or apple wedges, or you eat from a variety of snacks that Isagenix makes.

(4) Liquids – Instead of drinking pop, energy drinks, coffee, alcohol etc., you replace your liquids with water or Isagenix “Want More Energy?” drink powder.

(5) Exercise – Add in your favorite exercise program, whatever that may be.

For my first 9 Day Cleanse I purposely DID NOT follow the Isagenix program 100% perfectly, and I DID NOT add in any type of exercise at all (yet).

The reason I did that is because I wanted to see if the program would still produce SOME results for me even if I didn’t follow it perfectly.

See that’s the biggest challenge I’ve had with most programs and diets out there. They work fine, if you’re following them perfectly and if life doesn’t get in the way.

There is very little flexibility in them.

With Isagenix I’m finding that I have a LOT of flexibility and I just love that.

For example, the 9 Day Cleanse program calls for replacing your breakfast and dinner with a shake and having a healthy meal choice for lunch.

For me, however, it was a lot easier to replace my lunch with a shake than it would have been to replace my dinner with a shake. So that’s what I did.

Also, I didn’t even choose ultra-healthy meals for my dinners. I ate the same kinds of foods I was eating before and gaining weight – foods like Dominos Pizza, Chinese Food, Steak at the Keg etc.

I didn’t count ANY calories on ANY meals. I have absolutely no idea how many calories I consumed during these past 9 days, and I really don’t care.

Now I’m not saying that I’m going to eat crappy foods all the time, but for this first 9 Day Cleanse I wanted to see if it would still produce results even IF I ate some of these crappy foods.

Oh yeah, I even drank pop on a few occasions. I simply bought the smaller cans of Coke that are 100 calories instead of 150 or 160 calories of the normal ones and I only had a few throughout the week.

In this way I felt NO DEPRIVATION at all while doing this cleanse.

In fact, it almost feels like I’ve been “cheating” all week, and yet I still lost 8.0 lbs and I feel great!

I definitely feel like I have WAY more energy than I did just 9 days ago.

I have to say that I’m really impressed with the Isagenix lifestyle so far and I’m not even following it 100% yet. I’m just making small steps and building a habit of following this long term.

At the same time I know that I’m feeding my body an abundance of the nutrients it needs to function at it’s peak by drinking my Isagenix shakes and eating my Isagenix bars and snacks.

The Isagenix Shakes

At the heart of this lifestyle is the IsaLean Shake.

I just absolutely love these shakes.

This is my favorite recipe so far. I combine 1 banana, 2-3 strawberries with 2 scoops of the Vanilla IsaLean Shake and water and it makes this amazing strawberry/banana shake.

It tastes absolutely delicious.

And it only takes about 3 minutes to make, and 30 seconds to clean up after.

See, in the past when I was trying to “diet” myself to losing weight, I would try to replace my typical McDonald’s lunch meal with something like a grilled chicken salad.

The problem is that I always found it so much faster and easier to just drive out to McDonald’s and have a meal there, than to go grocery shopping for raw ingredients and cook 3 meals a day.

That’s why with every other diet I was on, I always ended up giving up on it long term as it just took up way too much time in my schedule to be constantly cooking.

With Isagenix, I can now make a meal replacement shake in less time than it would take me to put my shoes on to drive out to McDonald’s.

And the shake TASTES way better than junk food, and it instantly fills me up and gives me a tonne of energy.

Junk food satisfied my hunger, but I always felt like crap afterwords. With Isagenix shakes and bars, I satisfy my hunger but then I actually have MORE energy than I did before eating.

Another thing I also noticed is that even when I was eating out for dinner and eating foods that aren’t necessarily the healthiest food choices such as Pizza, I actually found myself getting full much quicker and as a result eating much less than I did before without feeling deprived in any way shape or form.

This happened pretty much with every meal I ate when I was out, which is great because it means that even when your not eating the best food for dinner, you get full much faster and so you end up eating less of that type of food. I also found that I no longer crave pop and other sugar sources like I used to.

I still had a few pops (sodas for my American friends) throughout the week with my food, but it was much less than I normally do and I drank much less each time as well.

Is it Really That Easy?

Can it really be this easy to feed your body what it needs, lose weight, save money and feel great?

Yes, it can, but not everyone will achieve the same results.

My results of losing 8.0 lbs in 9 days are MY results. Depending on many factors, some people might lose less weight than that, and some people might lose more.

A 2008 university study showed a statistically significant weight loss of 7 lbs during the first 9 days of the Isagenix Cleansing and Fat Burning System.

Honestly though, the first 9 days is NOT what matters. Most people lose more weight up front and then the weight loss slows down over time.

What matters is whether or not you apply this type of lifestyle change long term.

Even if you only lose 1-2lbs/week , that can still add up to a lot of fat loss long term.

I would say that the only “hard” part I found about this program, is during the first day of my 2 days of cleansing – during which time I wasn’t eating any solid foods, just taking the cleanse products – I had a mild headache on the night of the first day.

This is most likely because my body was cleansing all the crap that I have been eating in the past and just flushing out all the toxins I had accumulated.

After that first day, I was totally fine though and for my second 2-cleansing days I didn’t experience any such symptoms.

Speaking with my brother, who is following the same program but doing the 30 Day Cleanse, (instead of the more hardcore 9 Day Cleanse), he didn’t experience any headaches during his first cleanse day (the day you don’t eat any solids).

So about the only recommendation I would make is that if you’ve been eating a lot of crappy foods lately, and you’ve never done any cleansing before, then you probably want to go with the 30 day cleanse option as it spreads out the detoxification process over a longer period of time so the detox symptoms are not as bad.

Outside of that, this has been a pretty simple program to follow and the foods taste great.

Last night my wife and I wanted to go out for dinner.

I wanted to play a little game to see if I could keep the dinner cost for both of us including tip to the $50 cash I had in my wallet, while at the same time going out to the Keg.

When my wife and I go to the Keg we usually order their classic dinners which come with a salad and the steak/meal itself – which cost around $33-$36/each.

So obviously the math on a $50 “budget” wasn’t going to work.

However, we still wanted to go to the Keg as we haven’t been there for a long time.

I then remembered that a while back my sister gave me a $25 gift card to the Keg, so that raised our budget to $75.

However even with a $75 budget, the math still doesn’t work out once you include drinks, taxes and tip.

But it didn’t matter. We got in the car and went out for our dinner.

When we got there, we were seated instantly. No lineup, no wait. (This is The Keg on a Friday night. The place was busy, but zero wait time for us. )

Anyway, we got seated in a lovely booth and just started talking.

After about 10-15 minutes or so my wife and I realized that we haven’t had anyone serve us yet.

This is HIGHLY unusual for The Keg, especially that one.

My wife asked me “Do you think we aren’t supposed to eat here tonight?” and I replied “No. That’s not it… I don’t think they see us. I think we’re invisible to them for some reason.”

I wasn’t kidding. We were seated right smack in the middle of the busiest cross-road of the restaurant layout. We had waiters and waitresses walk by us non-stop but nobody could see us.

It was like we weren’t even there.

Even the service manager walked by our booth multiple times and didn’t see us either.

We waited a bit longer just to see what would happen.

A few minutes later the situation became almost humorous.

We finally had to wait for the service manager to walk by and had to grab him as he walked by to show him that we were there.

He was rather startled and apologized that we weren’t served yet.

We didn’t make a big deal of it, more just laughed about it, and he immediately took our order, apologizing again.

He offered a round of drinks on him, but we politely declined as we don’t drink alcohol.

We ordered our dinners and they were delivered very quickly and we quite enjoyed them.

At the end of the meal, the waitress asked us if we wanted dessert and once again we politely declined as we were both way too full to eat any dessert.

Finally, they brought out our bill.

I took a look at the bill and they gave us a 20% discount on all of our food and drinks. With the taxes and tip, guess how much our bill was EXACTLY?

$75

If it wasn’t for the 20% discount, we would have been about $15 over budget.

This is an example of how we manifest stuff all the time in our daily lives. It’s so much fun.

Yesterday I sat down to think about my goals to lose weight, get fit and healthy.

One of the things I was thinking about is all the different diets and programs I’ve worked on for the past 10 years, and I noticed a really interesting pattern.

While listening to my GIN training a few weeks ago, Kevin Trudeau was talking about how manifesting abundance in our lives starts directly with our DNA.

Our DNA either vibrates with the energy of “abundance” or “lack”.

The elite wealthy class in the world are essentially born and raised with a vibration of “abundance” which is why it is so easy for them to attract wealth.

In the past, people believed that DNA (genetics / blood) was something that we were born with and that couldn’t be changed.

One of the greatest secrets discovered by Napoleon Hill while doing his commissioned study of the wealthiest people at the turn of the century was that ultra-wealthy people had different thinking compared to poor people.

That is why his classic book “Think and Grow Rich” is titled “THINK and Grow Rich” and not “WORK HARD and Grow Rich” or “BE SMART and Grow Rich” etc.

Napoleon Hill also discovered, however, that the vibrational frequency of our DNA is not static.

He discovered that by changing our thoughts and beliefs we can actually affect the vibrational frequency of our DNA and thus “re-program” it for abundance at will.

This discovery was removed from his books (including Think and Grow Rich) prior to publishing as people like Henry Ford thought it was too powerful of a “secret” to share with the general public.

After all, if people knew this and consciously applied themselves to changing their DNA “vibration” from vibrating with “lack” to “abundance”, who would work in his factories?

Even today, most people still believe that DNA is something that is static and unchangeable. Most people live with the false belief that they are “victims” of their DNA/Genetics, when in fact science itself has proven that this is not the case.

The work of Dr. Bruce Lipton in particular has demonstrated that our DNA is constantly in a state of change and is dependent on our beliefs.

Change your beliefs – and your DNA changes. This is science, not New Age theory.

Cellular Abundance and Our Ability to Manifest

Kevin Trudeau further talks about how the foods we eat, the water we drink and the drugs we take affect the vibrational frequency of our DNA.

Essentially, the healthier our cells and our DNA, the more powerful it is at manifesting our desires.

The more you cleanse your body of impurities and the more you feed it healthy, nutritionally abundant food and water, the more your body becomes a magnet for abundance in your life.

I started thinking about this last night while looking back over the last 10 years of personal experimentation with diets, nutrition, working out, running, getting fit, etc.

I wanted to see if there was a correlation between me improving my state of health, and any improvements in my ability to manifest what I wanted.

What I realized is that there was a huge correlation between the two.

For example, I have been wanting to purchase a larger home on acreage in a quiet, beautiful setting ever since I graduated from high school. It’s always been a dream of mine to have a 3-5 acre lot where I could “spread out” and not have next door neighbors 10 feet away from me.

However, purchasing a property like this was not on my “radar” at all in January 2007. It just wasn’t financially feasible yet at that time, even though I had set that as a dream goal for a long time.

In January 2007, however, I started an exercise plan where I decided to run on my treadmill for 30 days straight for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Nothing huge, but it was a start to getting fit.

Around the same time I also applied to Alive Academy here in Vancouver, BC to take their Advanced Nutrition diploma courses.

Before I even finished my 30 Days of running on the treadmill every day for 30 minutes, I manifested an opportunity to purchase the 5-acre property that I live on today.

In fact, one of the reasons I ended up stopping my exercise regime after the 30 days is because my whole life turned upside down as I had to pack everything (including my gym equipment), move to my new place, and then spend several months renovating my old place preparing it for sale, while at the same time building a new fence around a smaller portion of my 5-acre property.

Anyone who has ever put up a fence around an 800 foot perimeter of a property that’s not on level ground that was largely uncleared of trees and brushes will understand that this is no easy task on the body.

Building the fence replaced my work out routine.

But since building a fence is not something that is easy to build a habit around, after the fence was built I stopped working out.

Another example happened in November 2007.

In November 2007 I took my Blogging/Making Money Online “career” more seriously and wanted to find a way to be able to replace the income from my 10+ year long corporate job with an online income from home.

I made very small progress in December, January and February but it wasn’t until April 2008 that circumstances took a huge, quantum leap towards getting me out of my job and working on my own.

So what happened between February and April 2008?

Well, in March 2008 I started another nutritional improvement plan. I was following the Dr. Young pH Miracle diet program and working on reducing my weight.

I was following the plan, when in early April 2008 everything turned upside down again. I put in my notice to train my replacement at my corporate job so that I could formally quit as of Dec 31, 2008.

I had exactly 9 months to replace my 6-figure income from my corporate job with my Blogging / Affiliate Marketing business. I stopped focusing on health/nutrition and I started focusing on that instead. After all, just one year earlier I had purchased a 5-acre property which relied on my 6-figure income to pay the mortgage.

In February 2009 I started doing the P90X program, and within 58 days of starting I also manifested several major business changes to my affiliate business that required my immediate attention. I couldn’t “afford” to spend 2h/day working out like I did for the previous 58 days on the P90X program.

At the end of September 2009 I once again started another health improvement program. Within about 30 days of starting that I had manifested several major life changes and had my main Google Adwords account banned for promoting affiliate offers (along with about 100,000 other affiliate marketers around the world).

Once again I had to re-invent my business model and evolve to the next level as my income went from around $9,000/m down to $0/m overnight when Google banned my account. Of course this turned out to be a huge blessing later on as it forced me to explore totally different business models of making money which are way more aligned my True Self. However, once again, I had to put my “health program” plans aside to focus on re-building my income as quickly as possible.

In March 2010 I started my first weight loss challenge with Tyler Cruz, which ended in May 2010. At the end of this challenge I didn’t manifest any major changes, but I did go through some major shifts in perspective around the same time when I took my PSYCH-K training in May and my income did go up around that time as well.

In October 2010 I did a weight loss challenge with Dr. Nima, which ended in mid December 2010. During that period of time I manifested a major advancement in one of my businesses that once again improved my income but caused my schedule to be ultra busy for a few months starting in January 2011. In February 2011 I also launched the Paulymath Mentorship Club which took a lot of time out of my schedule.

In April 2011 I did the Fitness Town 21 Day Challenge – which manifested in me winning a $5,000 fitness package from Fitness Town.

In May 2011 I started my second Weight Loss Challenge with Tyler Cruz, which ended at the end of September 2011. Once again, by the time the challenge was over I had manifested becoming aware of the Global Information Network and in October/November of 2011 I once again manifested massive (financially positive) changes in one of my businesses, and I started my GIN and Lifewave businesses around the same time.

It took me until February 2012 to get caught up with at least some of the changes in my businesses before I could start focusing on my health again.

Seeing the Pattern

These summarized examples don’t do the actual events that transpired justice. It would take a 20,000 word Blog post to go into enough detail to describe the things I’ve manifested each and every time I started a new “get healthier” program.

Also, I’m only referencing back to 2007, but I’ve looked through my journals and this pattern has been around in my life for over 10 years.

It seems that every time I improve the health of my body, my ability to manifest my desires and to attract new levels of abundance skyrockets!

This is exactly in line with what Kevin Trudeau teaches.

I realize now that in order to manifest abundance in our external world, we must first take care of the abundance felt by each and every cell in our body.

In the last three days I have been bathing the cells of my body with clean, healthy, pH balanced water, and an abundance of ultra-healthy nutrients found in my Isagenix shakes and cleansers.

Compared to the crap I’ve been eating for the past few months, I am now feeding my body and each and every cell a full spectrum of abundant nutrients and clean water.

I believe that as my body cleanses the toxins and impurities currently stored in my fat cells and vital organs, each and every cell of my body will start to vibrate with an energy of “abundance” at a much higher level than they are right now.

I also believe that this will once again mean that my “Manifesting Abilities” will skyrocket.

Chances are that this will mean that within a short period of time I will once again manifest an even bigger and more abundant life externally, as my cells begin to vibrate with more abundance internally.

Changing the Pattern

Now that I am aware of the pattern, I’m hoping that this time around – when I manifest the next “big change” in my life – whatever that may be, I will be able to stick to my plan of eating healthier and cleaner throughout the change, realizing that my health and diet are a huge part of the reason why I manifested that “big change” in my life in the first place.

If I am right about this, then I’m almost scared to even imagine what kind of abundance I could manifest in my external world if I continued to eat clean and healthy and stay fit for a longer period of time than just a few weeks prior to going back to eating crap like I have in the past.

I’m really curious to see what happens next.

What About Reverse Abundance

One other thing I’ll mention here that I was thinking about.

If feeding our cells an abundant supply of healthy nutrients and clean, pH balanced water helps us to attract and manifest abundance in our external world – what happens if we do the opposite?

What if, for example, we feed our body things which are poisons such as pharmaceutical drugs, artificial sweeteners, chemicals, pesticides or even alcohol and recreational drugs?

What does that do to our ability to manifest?

Well, by doing that we end up manifesting lack in all it’s many manifestations – such as financial lack, disease, relationship issues etc.

If you are feeding your body poisons, your cells will vibrate with lack, and you will manifest lack.

It’s often not easy to see this pattern, but if you have been manifesting a bunch of “crap luck” lately or just general “lack” in your life – take a look at how the cells in your body are doing. Are you bathing them in an abundance of nutrients or are you flooding your body with pills, artificial sweeteners, stimulants and nutritionally dead foods?

This afternoon the UPS guy dropped off my Isagenix Cleanse box.

I decided to shoot a video showing you guys what’s inside the Isagenix Pacesetter Pak that I ordered.

I’m still going through all the specific products one by one and educating myself on what each one is, how exactly each one works, and the exact reasons for taking the item during the cleanse and how it helps the body.

The first step, however, was to get the products and try them out to see if they taste good.

Before I report on that, here is the video of what was inside the box:

Does it Taste Good?

I don’t know about you, but taste is an important factor for me when deciding whether or not I’ll be able use a product like this long term.

One of my fears when ordering these Isagenix products was that they might not taste good.

After all, let’s face it, there are a lot of products out there that are supposedly good for you, but they taste horrible.

I’ve purchased “healthy” shakes before only to find myself disgusted by their taste.

Since Isagenix offers a 100% guarantee on their products, I figured I had nothing to lose though by giving them a try.

This evening, my wife, my brother Bart and I tried out the IsaLean Shake (chocolate), the IsaDelight Plus (chocolates), the SlimCakes, the “Want More Energy?” drink and two flavors of the IsaLean Bars (chocolate decadence and chocolate peanut crunch).

All I can say is WOW.

All three of us were totally blown away by how good all those things tasted.

We couldn’t believe it.

We were all expecting something that tasted, you know… palatable… like most of the other health products out there that don’t really taste good, but you try to force yourself to take them just because they taste good.

That is NOT the case with these products.

I am very impressed with how all these products tasted.

The shake is REALLY good. I haven’t tried the vanilla flavored one yet, but the chocolate one was really good.

The Chocolate Decadence IsaLean Bars…. oh man, those things are SOO GOOD!

The Peanut Crunch ones were good too, but not as good as the Chocolate Decadence.

Tomorrow I’m going to try a few more of the other products we didn’t get a chance to try out today, but if they taste anywhere near as good as the stuff we tried tonight – I’m totally hooked!

So I’m fat again.

All the weight I lost in my last weight loss competition with Tyler Cruz, I’ve gained it all back.

I’m now back at 216lbs as of this evening.

Taking 100% Responsibility

Even though it sucks to be back in the same place weight wise as I was before I started my last weight loss challenge, I take 100% responsibility for gaining it all back.

I’ve been eating crappy food.

I’ve been drinking pop.

I’ve been snacking on junk food.

There is absolutely no “mystery” to my weight gain.

This is not like one of those situations where people say “I don’t know what happened! I just gained the weight back!”

In my case I know exactly what happened.

And I was aware of it happening the whole time I was gaining weight and I allowed it to happen.

Why the Weight Gain?

There are several reasons for my weight gain.

First of all, the main reason for my weight gain has been a major shift in focus in my life.

After completing my last weight loss challenge on September 21st, I immediately shifted my energy away from health & fitness to my business and finances.

In October / November I also became a GIN member and a Lifewave distributor and my main focus was on increasing my monthly income.

This was a deliberate choice and I made it knowing full well that by putting all of my focus on my business income my weight loss progress would suffer for it.

Secondly, I realize now that with the weight loss challenge being over I lost my “why” for losing weight in the first place.

Meaning, my original “why” (reason) for losing weight was a short term goal of hitting my weight loss target for the weight loss challenge.

Once I achieved my goal, my focus & energy went back to other things like building my businesses.

I realize now that having no follow up goal was a mistake.

Thirdly, the weight loss plan I was following – the Bernstein Diet – did not integrate well with my regular day-to-day lifestyle.

Meaning, while I was on the plan I was totally fine following it and really liked the diet, but once the weight loss challenge was over and I reached my target weight, the energy / investment requirements for the maintenance part of the Bernstein diet just weren’t worth it to me – and neither was the price tag.

I just didn’t have the energy or desire to track every single meal I ate and to drive in every week to go to the clinic.

Even if I did, I just don’t see myself doing that for the rest of my life, so I knew it wasn’t going to work for me long term.

Those three main factors basically contributed to me going back to my crappy eating habits and the weight gain.

I knew that I needed to figure out some kind of long term healthy eating / diet plan that would integrate with my busy life but I didn’t have time to dive into anything just yet.

Instead I gave myself permission to focus on increasing my income, but I made a deal with myself that if I get back up to 216lbs I would have to come up with a solution so that I don’t go above that mark.

The single minded focus on increasing income really paid off for me, allowing me to increase my income by over 34% in the last few months since becoming a GIN member, but as my income went up so did my weight.

Weight Loss for Ultra Busy People

Finally this past week I had to set aside some time to solve my growing weight problem, before things get out of hand.

One of the first things I realized is that if I want to solve this problem long term I would need to address those three main issues that tripped me up before:

Weight Loss Without Total Focus – I realized that I needed to find a weight loss system that didn’t require so much of my focus like the previous ones I have done in the past. It would have to be something that would still allow me to focus on my primary chief aim of building my businesses, while still allowing me to lose weight — even if the results may not be as drastic and quick as my previous weight loss programs.

A Long-Term, Strong Why – I also realized that in order to lose weight and get fit/healthy I need a long term (ideally lifelong) “why”. Some kind of reason that goes beyond a 30 day, 90 day or 120 day challenge.

Weight Loss Without a Huge Time / Money Investment – The Bernstein diet I was on during my last weight loss challenge required a pretty big time commitment in terms of driving to all the appointments, preparing the meals, tracking all the meals, as well a rather large financial commitment every month. The P90X program I was on a few years back also required a huge time commitment (usually at least 2hrs/day). Many of the other systems I’ve followed also required a lot of time / resources.

Those three main thing have always tripped me up with any systems for weight loss I’ve tried in the past.

Can anyone relate?

So a few days ago I sat down and started writing down the qualities of an ideal weight loss plan / system for me.

I knew that whatever it was it would have to be something that didn’t require me to drop everything I was doing in my busy life to “focus” on weight loss / health.

I knew that whatever it was, it would have to be something that provided me with a long term reason to lose weight and to keep it off and to stay healthy.

And I knew that whatever it was, it would have to be something that didn’t require a huge monetary or time commitment from me long term.

Eureka!

Immediately after writing all those things down I thought to myself “What if I could find a way to (a) lose weight (b) get healthy and (c) increase my business income, without it costing me a huge time/monetary investment?”

Is that even possible? Of course! Anything is possible if you believe it’s possible.

So I did a bit of brainstorming and I realized that one of the best ways I could potentially achieve this goal is if I can somehow tie my business income WITH my weight loss.

In other words, if I could somehow figure out a way in which I could GET PAID to lose weight, or at the very least have my weight loss help me MAKE MORE MONEY – then that would accomplish all of those things I wanted to accomplish.

Meaning, instead of having to choose between health/weight-loss & making money, why not do both at the same time?

There are lots of people out there who get paid to lose weight and look great.

Models, UFC fighters, bodybuilders, athletes, etc. all essentially get paid to take care of their bodies.

Now, I don’t aspire to be any of those things, but there is one other option I thought of that really made sense to me.

Since I’m TOTALLY amazed at the awesome income opportunities available with being a part of a network marketing company today in 2012, I thought to myself – “What if I can find an MLM company that offers an awesome weight loss product, become a part of that company, lose weight and then help a whole bunch of other people to do the same thing!”

I mean what a simple but awesome idea right?

All I have to do is find a great company with a great weight loss product…

… join the company and use the products to lose weight, thereby creating a success story for others to be inspired by…

… and then help others on my team to also lose weight (this would be my WHY – since I love helping people)…

… AND it wouldn’t distract me from making money in my businesses, as it would essentially BECOME one of my businesses.

In Search of an Awesome MLM

As you guys already know I’m already in two MLMs right now – The Global Information Network, as well as Lifewave.

Both are awesome companies and I love their products.

However, even though both of them have products related to weight loss, neither of them are specifically focused on Weight Loss / Cleansing / Supplements.

So I went looking for a company that does just that.

After EXTENSIVE research on a LOT of different companies with a LOT of different products, I finally found one that I absolutely love.

Incidentally, this is the first time I actually went out there LOOKING for an MLM to join – LOL. In the past they have always found me.

This time I knew exactly what kind of product and company I wanted to find and I went looking.

Let me tell you – it’s actually not that easy to do that!

I found some good companies, with good track records, but their products sucked. Filled with artificial sweeteners and preservatives and other junk – Yuck!

I found a few companies with decent products, but their company structure, management teams and just overall energy sucked. So I passed on those too.

I found a few companies that had decent products and decent management, but I still wasn’t too thrilled.

And then I found a company called Isagenix.

AWESOME product line. Totally in alignment with my beliefs. All natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives or sweeteners.

AWESOME management. AWESOME website. AWESOME compensation structure.

I found a winner.

What’s more is that the company’s product line doesn’t actually focus so much on weight loss as it does on cleansing the body.

Their philosophy – which I also 100% agree with – is that if you cleanse the body of toxins and impurities, the body will naturally release excess fat.

I’ll talk about that more in future posts, but I just wanted to mention this basic fact as it’s something that REALLY attracted me to this company.

Finding an Awesome Sponsor

After finding Isagenix and deciding to go with their product/company, my next step was to find a great Sponsor to sign up under.

That was actually not easy at all.

I knew exactly the type of person I wanted to find as a Sponsor and it took me hours and hours of research to find just the right fit.

I wanted to find someone who has had enough experience in the business to be able to help / coach me and my team to success, but not someone who has too large of a team that they have no time at all for any personal attention to the people they are sponsoring.

I also wanted to find someone who was familiar with and was employing at least some of the Internet Marketing strategies available out there.

In the end I found a great sponsor and I signed up on her team as of this morning.

The Cleanse

Isagenix has a great product line that goes beyond short-term weight loss.

Which is one of the many reasons I fell in love with this company.

Once you lose the weight you want to lose, they have a lifelong maintenance program of nutritious supplements, snacks and shakes you can feel good about using long term due to the purity of their product line.

As a starting point though, the company offers either a 9-Day or a 30-Day cleanse and fat burning system.

Here is a video that provides more details:

I have ordered my 30 Day Cleanse package and will be starting my cleanse as soon as I get my products in.

If anyone would like to join me on this cleanse, and/or learn how to convert your weight loss journey into a business opportunity, I would be happy to help and answer any questions you may have and to put together a custom package for your needs.
