According to wikipedia: "Sandstorm" is a 1999 song by Finnish trance producer and DJ, Darude.^[1]"Sandstorm" was released on 15 November 1999, in Finland by 16 Inch Records, and uploaded to mp3.com where it gained global recognition. The tune was re-released in Sweden in 2000. "Sandstorm" was the best-selling single worldwide in 2000.

In the years when electronic music (nowadays called EDM) has it's start at going slightly bigger in a world dominated by guitar driven and natural non-processed music, this track was like something from outer space. Just like PPK - Ressurection.

So now, most people will comment "what's the name of the song" and then most people will jokingly respond "Darude - Sandstorm".
