You must have the Instagram application, be a registered user of Instagram and have an active, non–private account with an established Instagram username to participate. If you do not have the Instagram application, you may download it through the application store on your mobile device. The Instagram application is free. Limit one (1) entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry. By entering, you further agree that your entry conforms to the Guidelines and Content Restrictions set forth below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor (as defined below), in its sole discretion, may reject any entrant’s entry and disqualify him or her from the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that such entry fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions or otherwise is in violation of these Official Rules.

2. Sweepstakes begins at 6:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 25, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on May 4, 2017 (“Sweepstakes Period”)

3. Random Drawing/Odds. The drawing will be conducted on or about the close of the day on May 4, 2017 The one (1) winner will be selected by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) prize will be awarded to the winner whose name is selected in the random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. 5. Prizes. One (1) winner will be selected in the random drawing from the photos collected. The winner will receive a $100 Peace Love World gift card. The Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Peace Love World reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes owed on prize and for all expenses not specifically listed herein.

6. Notification. Potential winners will be notified by Monday May 8, 2017 and will be required to respond within three (3) calendar days of Sponsor’s notification. If an Instagram entrant is the potential winner, potential winner will be notified by a direct message and/or by Peace Love World posting a comment to the potential winner’s entry on his/her Instagram account.
If an email entrant is the potential winner, the potential winner will be notified via e–mail by Peace Love World.
Potential winner will be asked to e-mail Peace Love World in order to claim their prize within three (3) calendar days of receipt of Sponsor’s notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within three (3) days, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the potential winner reject his/her prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Potential winner may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days of prize notification.
